Caja perfeccionada para contener productos perecederos constituida por una lámina de cartón o material similar, adecuadamente troquelada y plegada, que comprende una base rectangular (1) sobre la que se alzan paredes laterales (2), con bordes rebajados en su parte central (3) y orificios de aireación (4), y paredes extremas (7) con orificios (8) para servir de asas de la caja, disponiendo además de refuerzos prismático-triangulares en sus esquinas, con salientes angulares (10) destinados a cooperar con aberturas angulares (11) situadas en las esquinas de la base (1) cuando una caja se apila sobre otra, caracterizada porque las paredes extremas (7) tienen forma rectangular y una altura inferior a la de las paredes laterales (2), en sus partes (8) próximas a las esquinas de la caja; porque los refuerzos prismático-triangulares se forman mediante tres solapas (15, 16, 17), dispuestas, en la lámina troquelada, en prolongación a las paredes laterales (2) en una longitud total igualaa la altura de las paredes extremas (7), teniendo la solapa extrema (17) un pequeño rebaje cuadrado (20); y porque los bordes (24, 25, 26, 27) de los salientes angulares (10) y las aberturas angulares (11) están redondeados.
