Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'éléments de panneau composite (1), ledit procédé comprenant : - fournir un liant comprenant a) des particules de verre, b) au moins un laitier, et c) un système d'activation comprenant au moins un sel de calcium soluble dans l'eau et au moins un composé silicate de métal alcalin ou carbonate de métal alcalin soluble dans l'eau, - fournir un composant fibreux, - mélanger au moins les composants a) et b) dudit liant avec ledit composant fibreux, - transformer le mélange en éléments de panneau composite, et - ajouter de l'eau audit composant fibreux ou audit mélange ou auxdits éléments de panneau composite, le composant c) dudit liant étant soit mélangé avec le composant fibreux conjointement avec les composants a) et b) soit ajouté conjointement avec ladite eau audit composant fibreux ou audit mélange ou auxdits éléments de panneau composite.
