Description
本発明は、さらに(a)硅灰石及びソーダ長石を含む天然鉱物を粉砕する工程、(b)前記(a)工程で粉砕された硅灰石及びソーダ長石を含む天然鉱物粉末を溶融する工程、及び(c)前記(b)工程で取得した溶融物を噴射して珪砂系不燃材を取得する工程を含む、珪砂系不燃材の製造方法を提供する。
従って、本発明で石灰石は、溶融工程で溶融温度を低くする機能をし、珪砂系不燃材の製造に必要とする費用を節減させる効果がある。
従って、本発明においてソーダ長石は前述した物理的性質によって、珪砂系不燃材の主原料である珪石粉末を相互連結させる機能を有し、低い溶融温度で不燃材製造を可能にして、製造費用を節減させる効果を示す。
前記(c)工程で噴射された噴射物として取得された珪砂系不燃材は、綿状の材質で、前記綿状の材質の珪砂系不燃材を追加で成形する工程に適用すると、パネル(panel)状の珪砂系不燃材を取得することができる。
窯(kiln)で溶融工程を経た溶融物をローラ(roller)側に噴射して、噴射物がローラを通過しながら圧出されたパネル状の珪砂系不燃材がローラに巻き取られてロール(roll)状に取得され、実際に建築材料として使う場合、必要に応じて切断して使ってもよい。
珪石40kg、石灰石30kg及びソーダ長石30kgを、ボールミル(韓国セラミック(株)、韓国)を利用して、粒度が1〜3mmになるように粉砕した。前記粉砕された粉末を窯に投入して、1100℃の温度で35分間溶融した。
硅灰石70kg及びソーダ長石30kgを、ボールミル(韓国セラミック(株)、韓国)を利用して、粒度が1〜3mmになるように粉砕した。前記粉砕された粉末を窯に投入して650℃の温度で35分間溶融した。
Claims (5)
- (a)珪石、石灰石及びソーダ長石を含む天然鉱物を粉砕する工程;
(b)前記(a)工程で粉砕された珪石、石灰石及びソーダ長石を含む天然鉱物粉末を、700〜1,100℃の温度で溶融させる工程;及び
(c)前記(b)工程で取得した溶融物を噴射して珪砂系不燃材を取得する工程
を含み、
前記石灰石及びソーダ長石の含有量が、前記珪石100重量部に対して各々60〜90重量部及び60〜90重量部であることを特徴とする、珪砂系不燃材の製造方法。 - 前記(b)工程の溶融は、20〜50分間行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記(c)工程で取得された噴射物を成形する工程を追加で含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- (a)硅灰石及びソーダ長石を含む天然鉱物を粉砕する工程;
(b)前記(a)工程で粉砕された硅灰石及びソーダ長石を含む天然鉱物粉末を、700〜800℃の温度で20〜50分間溶融する工程;及び
(c)前記(b)工程で取得した溶融物を噴射して珪砂系不燃材を取得する工程
を含み、
前記ソーダ長石の含有量が、前記硅灰石100重量部に対し10〜50重量部であることを特徴とする、珪砂系不燃材の製造方法。 - 前記(c)工程で取得された噴射物を成形する工程を追加で含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
