Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung (5), umfassend einen Führungsabschnitt (25) zum Führen von Druckluft, sowie einen mit dem Führungsabschnitt (25) schwingungsgekoppelten Beschleunigungssensor (18) zur Bereitstellung eines Beschleunigungssignals, das durch einen Fluss (26) der Druckluft bewirkte Schwingungen des Führungsabschnitts (25) abbildet, ferner umfassend eine Rechnereinheit (20), die ausgebildet ist, auf Basis des Beschleunigungssignals und unter Verwendung eines Machine-Learning-Modells sowohl einen auf die Druckluft bezogenen Druckwert als auch einen auf die Druckluft bezogenen Durchflusswert zu berechnen.

Description

Pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung, Wartungsaufbau, pneumatisches System und Verfahren
Die Erfindung betrifft eine pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung, umfassend einen Führungsabschnitt zum Führen von Druckluft.
Die WO 2021/148268 Al betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Identifizieren und/oder Detektieren eines Zustands eines Luftfilters .
Die DE 10 2018 208 880 Al betrifft ein Verfahren zum Erfassen eines Zustands zumindest eines Filterelements.
Die DE 10 2018 133 316 B4 betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Feldgerätes der Automatisierungstechnik.
Die DE 10 2020 204 137 Al betrifft eine Vorrichtung für die Erfassung eines Zustands eines Filtermittels.
Die DE 10 2018 212 097 B4 betrifft ein Feldgerät zur Erfassung einer Prozessmessgröße, welches insbesondere als Füllstandsmessgerät zur Erfassung eines Füllstandes eines
Mediums ausgeführt ist.
Eine Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, eine einfach herstellbare Möglichkeit zu schaffen, mit der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung einen auf die Druckluft bezogenen Druckwert und einen auf die Druckluf t bezogenen Durchf lusswert zu bestimmen .
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 . Die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung umfasst einen mit dem Führungsabschnitt schwingungsgekoppelten Beschleunigungssensor zur Bereitstellung eines Beschleunigungssignals , das durch einen Fluss der Druckluf t bewirkte Schwingungen des Führungsabschnitts abbildet . Die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung umfasst ferner eine Rechnereinheit , die ausgebildet ist , auf Basis des Beschleunigungssignals und unter Verwendung eines Machine- Learning-Modells sowohl einen auf die Druckluf t bezogenen Druckwert als auch einen auf die Druckluf t bezogenen Durchf lusswert zu berechnen .
Konventionell sind für die Bestimmung des Druckwerts und des Durchf lusswerts zwei Sensoren erforderlich : ein Drucksensor für die Bestimmung des Druckwerts und ein Durchf lusssensor für die Bestimmung des Durchf lusswerts . Erf indungsgemäß können sowohl der Druckwert als auch der Durchf lusswert mit einem einzelnen Sensor - dem Beschleunigungssensor - bestimmt werden . Folglich sind weniger Sensoren erforderlich, so dass die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung einfacher herstellbar ist .
Vorteilhaf te Weiterbildungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche .
Die Erf indung betrif f t ferner einen Wartungsaufbau zur Druckluf taufbereitung eines pneumatischen Systems , umfassend die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung . Die Erf indung betrif f t ferner ein pneumatisches System, umfassend eine Druckluf t -Quelle , den Wartungsaufbau sowie eine pneumatische Maschine , die über den Wartungsaufbau pneumatisch mit der Druckluf t -Quelle verbunden ist .
Die Erf indung betrif f t ferner ein Verfahren zum Betrieb der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung, des Wartungsaufbaus oder des pneumatischen Systems , umfassend die Schritte : Bereitstellen des Beschleunigungssignals und Berechnen, unter Verwendung des Machine-Learning-Modells , des Druckwerts und des Durchf lusswerts auf Basis des Beschleunigungssignals .
Weitere exemplarische Details sowie beispielhaf te Ausführungs formen werden nachstehend unter Bezugnahme auf die Figuren erläutert . Dabei zeigt

Figur 5 eine schematische Darstellung einer pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung mit einem als Verj üngungsabschnitt ausgebildeten Führungsabschnitt . Die Figur 1 zeigt ein pneumatisches System 1 . Das pneumatische System 1 ist insbesondere ein industrielles pneumatisches System, beispielsweise ein pneumatisches System für die Industrieautomation . Das pneumatische System 1 umfasst zweckmäßigerweise eine Druckluf t -Quelle 2 (beispielsweise einen Kompressor) , einen Wartungsaufbau 3 und/oder eine pneumatische Maschine 4 . Die pneumatische Maschine 4 ist über den Wartungsaufbau 3 pneumatisch mit der Druckluf t -Quelle 2 verbunden . Für den Betrieb der pneumatischen Maschine 4 benötigte Druckluf t wird der pneumatischen Maschine 4 von der Druckluf t -Quelle 2 über den Wartungsaufbau 3 zugeführt .
Der Wartungsaufbau 3 kann vorzugsweise auch für sich genommen - also insbesondere ohne die weiteren Komponenten des pneumatischen Systems 1 - bereitgestellt sein . Der Wartungsaufbau 3 dient zur Druckluf taufbereitung des pneumatischen Systems 1 , insbesondere zur Aufbereitung der Versorgungs -Druckluf t des pneumatischen Systems 1 . Der Wartungsaufbau 3 umfasst exemplarisch einen pneumatischen Eingang 10 , beispielsweise einen Schlauchanschluss , über den der Wartungsaufbau 3 ( insbesondere über einen ersten Schlauch 11) an der Druckluf t -Quelle 2 angeschlossen ist und/oder einen pneumatischen Ausgang 12 , beispielsweise einen Schlauchanschluss , über den die pneumatische Maschine 4 ( insbesondere über einen zweiten Schlauch 13 ) an dem Wartungsaufbau 3 angeschlossen ist . Der Wartungsaufbau 3 umfasst eine pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 sowie vorzugsweise wenigstens eine mit der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5 pneumatisch verbundene Funktionseinheit 6 . Exemplarisch sind mehrere Funktionseinheiten 6 vorhanden . Zweckmäßigerweise sind die Funktionseinheiten 6 und die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 pneumatisch in Reihe geschaltet . Insbesondere umfasst der Wartungsaufbau 3 als Funktionseinheiten 6 (oder als die Automationsvorrichtung 5 ) , ein Druckregelventil , ein Einschaltventil , ein Druckaufbauventil , einen Druckluf t - Filter , einen Druckluf t - Trockner und/oder einen Druckluf t -Öler .
Optional umfasst das pneumatische System 1 eine Steuereinrichtung 7 , die beispielsweise eine übergeordnete Steuerung, insbesondere eine SPS ( speicherprogrammierbare Steuerung) umfasst . Die Steuereinrichtung 7 dient beispielsweise zur Steuerung und/oder Diagnose des pneumatischen Systems , insbesondere des Wartungsaufbaus 3 und/oder der pneumatischen Maschine 4 . Optional kann die Steuereinrichtung 7 als Cloud- Server ausgeführt sein oder einen Cloud- Server umfassen . Ferner kann die Steuereinrichtung 7 als Mobilgerät (beispielsweise ein Smartphone oder Tablet -Computer) ausgeführt sein oder ein Mobilgerät umfassen . Ferner kann die Steuereinrichtung 7 eine Kommunikationseinheit umfassen, die kommunikativ mit dem Wartungsaufbau 3 , insbesondere der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5 , verbunden ist .
Die pneumatische Maschine 4 umfasst exemplarisch eine Ventilvorrichtung 8 und/oder einen pneumatischen Aktor 9 . Exemplarisch wird dem pneumatischen Aktor 9 die von der Druckluf t -Quelle 2 bereitgestellte (und über den Wartungsaufbau 3 geleitete Druckluf t ) über die Ventilvorrichtung 8 zugeführt . Rein exemplarisch umfasst der pneumatische Aktor 9 einen pneumatischen Antriebszylinder .
Die Figuren 2 bis 5 zeigen exemplarische Aus führungs formen der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5 . Soweit nicht anders angegeben, gelten die nachfolgenden Erläuterungen vorzugsweise für sämtliche Aus führungs formen der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5 .
Die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 kann für sich genommen - also insbesondere ohne die weiteren Komponenten des Wartungsaufbaus 3 und/oder des pneumatischen Systems 1 bereitgestellt sein . Optional kann die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 für sich genommen den Wartungsaufbau 3 darstellen - also insbesondere pneumatisch zwischen die Druckluf t -Quelle 2 und die pneumatische Maschine 4 geschaltet sein .
Die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 dient zweckmäßigerweise zum Einsatz in der Industrieautomation . Bevorzugt dient die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 zur Verwendung in dem Wartungsaufbau 3 (der zur Druckluf taufbereitung des pneumatischen Systems 1 dient ) .
Optional umfasst die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 ein Gehäuse 14 , das insbesondere das Außengehäuse der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5 darstellt . Die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 umfasst einen ( insbesondere am Gehäuse 14 ) angeordneten Druckluf t -Eingang 15 , der beispielsweise als Schlauchanschluss ausgeführt ist . Die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 umfasst ferner einen (vorzugsweise am Gehäuse 14 ) angeordneten Druckluf t - Ausgang 17 , der beispielsweise als Schlauchanschluss ausgeführt ist . Die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 umfasst zweckmäßigerweise ferner einen ( insbesondere im Gehäuse 14 ) angeordneten Druckluf t -Kanal 16 . Exemplarisch verläuf t der Druckluf t -Kanal 16 von dem Druckluf t -Eingang 15 zu dem Druckluf t -Ausgang 17 . Exemplarisch ist die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 mit ihrem Druckluf t - Eingang 15 an eine erste Funktionseinheit 6 des Wartungsaufbaus 3 angeschlossen und/oder ist mit ihrem Druckluf t -Ausgang 17 an eine zweite Funktionseinheit 6 des Wartungsaufbaus 3 angeschlossen .
Die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 umfasst einen
5 Führungsabschnitt 25 zum Führen von Druckluf t . Exemplarisch def iniert der Führungsabschnitt 25 den Druckluf t -Kanal 16 oder einen Abschnitt des Druckluf t -Kanals 16 . Beispielsweise bildet der Führungsabschnitt 25 wenigstens eine Kanalwand oder einen Abschnitt einer Kanalwand des Druckluf t -Kanals 16 . 0 Die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 umfasst ferner einen Beschleunigungssensor 18 , der vorzugsweise mit dem Führungsabschnitt 25 schwingungsgekoppelt ist . Mit der Formulierung, dass der Beschleunigungssensor 18 mit dem Führungsabschnitt 25 „ schwingungsgekoppelt" ist , ist gemeint , dass der Beschleunigungssensor 18 so relativ zum Führungsabschnitt 25 angeordnet und/oder mit diesem gekoppelt ist , dass mechanische Schwingungen des Führungsabschnitts 25 mit dem Beschleunigungssensor 18 erfasst werden können, beispielsweise dadurch, dass die mechanischen Schwingungen0 auf den Beschleunigungssensor 18 übertragen werden . Beispielsweise ist der Beschleunigungssensor 18 in oder an dem Führungsabschnitt 25 befestigt . Vorzugsweise ist der Beschleunigungssensor 18 an einer Außenseite des Führungsabschnitts 25 angeordnet . Beispielsweise verfügt der5 Führungsabschnitt 25 über eine erste Seite , insbesondere eine Innenseite , an der die Druckluf t geführt wird und die beispielsweise eine Kanalwand des Druckluf t -Kanals 16 bildet , sowie über eine zweite Seite , insbesondere die Außenseite , die von der ersten Seite abgewandt ist und/oder an der die0 Druckluf t nicht geführt wird, und der Beschleunigungssensor 18 ist zweckmäßigerweise an der zweiten Seite des Führungsabschnitts 25 angeordnet . Exemplarisch verfügt die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 über eine Elektronikanordnung 30 , die vorzugsweise den Beschleunigungssensor 18 umfasst . Optional umfasst die Elektronikanordnung eine Leiterplatte , auf der der Beschleunigungssensor 18 angeordnet ist und/oder ein Elektronik-Gehäuse , in dem der Beschleunigungssensor 18 angeordnet ist . Exemplarisch ist die Elektronikanordnung 30 an dem Führungsabschnitt 25 angeordnet , insbesondere an diesem befestigt , vorzugsweise an der zweiten Seite des Führungsabschnitts 25 , insbesondere an der Außenseite .
Der Beschleunigungssensor 18 dient zur Bereitstellung eines Beschleunigungssignals . Das Beschleunigungssignal bildet Schwingungen des Führungsabschnitts 25 ab , die durch einen Fluss 26 der Druckluf t bewirkt werden, insbesondere durch einen Fluss 26 entlang des Führungsabschnitts 25 . Der Fluss 26 ist in den Figuren durch Pfeile angedeutet . Exemplarisch verläuf t der Fluss 26 durch den Druckluf t -Kanal 16 , insbesondere von dem Druckluf t -Eingang 15 zu dem Druckluf t - Ausgang 17 . Die durch den Führungsabschnitt 25 f ließende Druckluf t versetzt den Führungsabschnitt 25 in Schwingungen und diese Schwingungen werden mit dem Beschleunigungssensor 18 erfasst und in das Beschleunigungssignal umgesetzt .
Die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 umfasst ferner eine Rechnereinheit 20 , die beispielsweise als Microcontroller ausgebildet ist und insbesondere in dem Gehäuse 14 angeordnet ist . Die Rechnereinheit 20 verfügt über ein Machine-Learning- Modell 27 , das zweckmäßigerweise in einem Speicher der Rechnereinheit 20 gespeichert ist . Das Machine-Learning- Modell kann auch als Maschinelles -Lernen-Modell bezeichnet werden und umfasst beispielsweise ein künstliches neuronales Netzwerk . Die Rechnereinheit 20 ist ausgebildet, auf Basis des Beschleunigungssignals und unter Verwendung des Machine- Learning-Modells 27 sowohl einen auf die Druckluft bezogenen Druckwert als auch einen auf die Druckluft bezogenen Durchflusswert zu berechnen. Der auf die Druckluft bezogene Druckwert beschreibt vorzugsweise einen Druck der Druckluft in der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5, insbesondere in dem Druckluft -Kanal 16, beispielsweise an einer vorbestimmten Stelle in dem Druckluft -Kanal 16. Der Druckwert beschreibt beispielsweise einen Absolutdruck oder einen Relativdruck der Druckluft in der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5. Der Druckwert ist insbesondere kein Differenzdruckwert .
Optional ist die Rechnereinheit 20 ausgebildet, auf Basis des Beschleunigungssignals und unter Verwendung des Machine- Learning-Modells einen auf die Druckluft bezogenen Differenzdruckwert zu berechnen. Beispielsweise ist der Druckwert der Differenzdruckwert. Alternativ berechnet die Rechnereinheit 20 den Differenzdruckwert zusätzlich zu dem Druckwert. Der Differenzdruckwert beschreibt vorzugsweise eine Druckdifferenz zwischen zwei Drücken der Druckluft in der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5, insbesondere in dem Druckluft -Kanal 16, beispielsweise zwischen einem ersten Druck der Druckluft an einer ersten vorbestimmten Stelle in dem Druckluft -Kanal 16 und einem zweiten Druck der Druckluft an einer relativ zur ersten vorbestimmten Stelle in Bezug auf den Fluss 26 stromabwärts befindlichen zweiten vorbestimmten Stelle .
Der auf die Druckluft bezogene Durchflusswert beschreibt vorzugsweise einen Durchfluss, insbesondere einen Massenstrom und/oder einen Volumenstrom, der Druckluf t in der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5 , insbesondere in dem Druckluf t -Kanal 16 , beispielsweise an einer vorbestimmten Stelle in dem Druckluf t -Kanal 16 .
Das Machine-Learning-Modell 27 kann insbesondere auf Basis von Trainingsdaten trainiert sein, beispielsweise auf Basis von mittels einem Beschleunigungssensor , einem Drucksensor , einem Durchf lusssensor (beispielsweise eines Trainingsaufbaus) erfassten Beschleunigungswerten, Druckwerten und Durchf lusswerten und/oder auf Basis von simulierten Trainingsdaten, insbesondere einem simulierten Beschleunigungssignal , simulierten Druckwerten und simulierten Durchf lusswerten .
Zweckmäßigerweise ist die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 , insbesondere die Rechnereinheit 20 , ausgebildet , den Druckwert und den Durchf lusswert (und optional den Dif ferenzdruckwert ) ausschließlich auf Basis des Beschleunigungssignals zu berechnen . Zweckmäßigerweise ist das Beschleunigungssignal die einzige Eingangsgröße , insbesondere die einzige Messgröße , auf deren Basis der Druckwert und der Durchf lusswert (und optional der Dif ferenzdruckwert ) berechnet werden . Insbesondere verfügt die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 über keinen Drucksensor und/oder keinen Durchf lusssensor , und/oder kein mittels eines Drucksensors und/oder eines Durchf lusssensors erfasstes Sensorsignal f ließt in die Berechnung des Druckwerts und des Durchf lusswerts (und optional des Dif ferenzdruckwerts) mit ein .
Bevorzugt bildet das Machine-Learning-Modell das
Beschleunigungssignal auf den Druckwert und den
Durchf lusswert ab . Optional bildet das Machine-Learning- Modell das Beschleunigungssignal auf den Druckwert, den Durchflusswert und den Differenzdruckwert ab.
Zweckmäßigerweise ist die Rechnereinheit 20 ausgebildet, den Druckwert, den Durchflusswert und/oder den Differenzdruckwert wiederholt, insbesondere periodisch, auf Basis des jeweils aktuellen Beschleunigungssignals unter Verwendung des Machine-Learning-Modells zu berechnen.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Aus führungs form ist die Rechnereinheit 20 ausgebildet, ein Frequenzspektrum des Beschleunigungssignals zu berechnen und das Machine-Learning- Modell bildet das Frequenzspektrum auf den Druckwert und den Durchflusswert (und optional den Differenzdruckwert) ab. Beispielsweise ist die Rechnereinheit 20 ausgebildet, eine Fourier-Transformation des Beschleunigungssignals durchzuführen, um das Frequenzspektrum zu berechnen. Die Rechnereinheit 20 ist ausgebildet, unter Verwendung des Machine-Learning-Modells den Druckwert und den Durchflusswert (und optional den Differenzdruckwert) auf Basis ein- und desselben Frequenzspektrums zu berechnen. Zweckmäßigerweise ist die Rechnereinheit 20 ausgebildet, das Frequenzspektrum wiederholt, insbesondere periodisch, auf Basis des jeweils aktuellen Beschleunigungssignals zu berechnen.
Bevorzugt umfasst das Beschleunigungssignal eine, zwei oder drei Beschleunigungssignal-Komponenten. Beispielsweise beschreibt jede Beschleunigungssignal-Komponente eine erfasste Beschleunigung in Bezug auf eine andere Raumrichtung. Die Rechnereinheit 20 ist ausgebildet, den Druckwert und den Durchflusswert (und optional den Differenzdruckwert) unter Verwendung des Machine-Learning- Modells (insbesondere ausschließlich) auf Basis der einen Beschleunigungssignal-Komponente, der zwei Beschleunigungssignal -Komponenten oder der drei
Beschleunigungssignal -Komponenten zu berechnen .
Bevorzugt ist die Rechnereinheit 20 ausgebildet , auf Basis des Druckwerts und/oder des Durchf lusswerts und/oder des Dif ferenzdruckwerts eine Diagnoseinformation zu berechnen . Die Diagnoseinformation bezieht sich beispielsweise auf einen Zustand, beispielsweise einen Verschleißzustand und/oder einen Verschmutzungszustand, der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5 .
Optional umfasst die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 eine ( insbesondere am Gehäuse 14 angeordnete) Kommunikationsschnittstelle 22 , die insbesondere zur Ausgabe des Druckwerts , des Durchf lusswert , des Dif ferenzdruckwerts und/oder der Diagnoseinformation dient . Die Kommunikationsschnittstelle 22 ist insbesondere digital und/oder analog . Exemplarisch ist die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 über die Kommunikationsschnittstelle 22 mit der Steuereinrichtung 7 verbunden .
Zweckmäßigerweise umfasst die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 eine Anzeige 23 , beispielsweise eine graphische Anzeige , und/oder eine Bedieneinrichtung 24 . Beispielsweise zeigt die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 über die Anzeige 23 einen oder mehrere Durchf lusswerte und/oder Druckwerte und/oder Dif ferenzdruckwerte und/oder die Diagnoseinformation an . Über die Bedieneinrichtung 24 kann ein Benutzer eine Benutzereingabe durchführen .
Optional ist das pneumatische System 1 , insbesondere die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 , ausgebildet , auf Basis des Druckwerts und/oder des Durchf lusswerts und/oder des Dif ferenzdruckwerts eine Aktion, eine Steuerung und/oder eine Diagnose durchzuführen .
Bevorzugt umfasst die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 , der Wartungsaufbau 3 und/oder das pneumatische System 1 keinen Drucksensor und/oder keinen Durchf lusssensor . Insbesondere ersetzt die auf dem Beschleunigungssignal beruhende Berechnung des Druckwerts und des Durchf lusswerts eine sonst erforderliche Messung des Drucks mit einem Drucksensor und des Durchf lusses mit einem Durchf lusssensor .
Im Folgenden soll näher auf die in den Figuren 2 bis 5 gezeigten exemplarischen Aus führungs formen der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5 eingegangen werden .
Bevorzugt ist die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 als pneumatisches Filtergerät 5A ausgebildet . Die Figur 2 zeigt ein Beispiel eines solchen Filtergeräts 5A . Die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung 5 umfasst eine Filterschale 28 und einen in der Filterschale 28 bef indlichen Filter 29 .
Exemplarisch def iniert die Filterschale 28 einen insbesondere zylindrischen Schalen-Raum 31 , in dem der Filter 29 angeordnet ist . Die Filterschale 28 ist beispielsweise hohlzylindrisch ausgeführt . Der Filter 29 dient dazu , durch das Filtergerät 5A strömende Druckluf t zu reinigen . Der Filter 29 umfasst vorzugsweise poröses Material , durch das die Druckluf t auf dem Weg von dem Druckluf t -Eingang 15 zu dem Druckluf t -Ausgang 17 strömt und dadurch gereinigt wird . Exemplarisch ist der Filter 29 hohlzylindrisch .
Der Führungsabschnitt 25 ist zweckmäßigerweise Teil der Filterschale 28 . Insbesondere def iniert die Filterschale 28 einen Teil des Druckluf t -Kanals 16 . Beispielsweise bildet ein Abschnitt einer Innenseite der Filterschale 28 eine Kanalwand oder einen Abschnitt einer Kanalwand des Druckluf t -Kanals 16 , und die Druckluf t strömt zweckmäßigerweise entlang dieser Kanalwand (also entlang der Filterschale 28 ) , exemplarisch bevor die Druckluf t den Filter 29 durchläuf t .
Bevorzugt ist die den Beschleunigungssensor 18 aufweisende Elektronikanordnung 30 an der Filterschale 28 angeordnet , insbesondere an einer Außenseite der Filterschale 28 . Der Beschleunigungssensor 18 ist mit der Filterschale 28 schwingungsgekoppelt . Der Fluss der Druckluf t von dem Druckluf t -Eingang 15 zu dem Druckluf t -Ausgang 17 versetzt die Filterschale 28 in Schwingungen und der Beschleunigungssensor 18 erfasst diese Schwingungen und stellt gemäß den erfassten Schwingungen das Beschleunigungssignal bereit . Die Rechnereinheit 20 berechnet unter Verwendung des Machine- Learning-Modells 27 den Druckwert und den Durchf lusswert (und optional den Dif ferenzdruckwert ) auf Basis des Beschleunigungssignals . Der Druckwert beschreibt beispielsweise einen Druck der Druckluf t in dem Druckluf t - Kanal 16 an einer Stelle vor oder nach dem Filter 29 . Der Dif ferenzdruckwert beschreibt beispielsweise eine Dif ferenz zwischen einem Druck der Druckluf t in dem Druckluf t -Kanal 16 an einer Stelle vor dem Filter 29 und einem Druck der Druckluf t in dem Druckluf t -Kanal 16 an einer Stelle hinter dem Filter 29 .
Optional ist die Rechnereinheit 20 ausgebildet , auf Basis des Druckwerts , des Durchf lusswerts und/oder des Dif ferenzdruckwerts einen Verschleiß- und/oder Verschmutzungszustand des Filters 29 zu bestimmen und beispielsweise über die Kommunikationsschnittstelle 22 und/oder die Anzeige 23 auszugeben Die Figur 3 zeigt eine weitere exemplarische Aus führungs form der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5 . Bei dieser Aus führungs form ist der Führungsabschnitt 25 ein Rohrabschnitt 25B , exemplarisch ein gerader Rohrabschnitt . Der Fluss 26 der Druckluf t verläuf t innen durch den Rohrabschnitt 25B von dem Druckluf t -Eingang 15 zu dem Druckluf t -Ausgang 17 . Die den Beschleunigungssensor 18 auf weisende Elektronikanordnung 30 ist außen an dem Rohrabschnitt 25B angeordnet , so dass der Beschleunigungssensor 18 mit dem Rohrabschnitt 25B schwingungsgekoppelt ist und die durch den Fluss 26 verursachten Schwingungen des Rohrabschnitts 25B auf den Beschleunigungssensor 18 übertragen und von diesem erfasst werden können .
Die Figur 4 zeigt eine weitere exemplarische Aus führungs form der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5 . Bei dieser Aus führungs form ist der Führungsabschnitt 25 ein Winkelabschnitt 25C , exemplarisch mit einem Winkel von 90 Grad . Der Winkelabschnitt 25C umfasst einen ersten ( insbesondere geraden) Rohrabschnitt 32C und einen zweiten ( insbesondere geraden) Rohrabschnitt 33C . Die beiden Rohrabschnitte 32C , 33C laufen unter einem Winkel , beispielsweise 90 Grad, zusammen und bilden zusammen den Winkelabschnitt 29C . Der Fluss 26 der Druckluf t verläuf t innen durch den Winkelabschnitt 29C , insbesondere den ersten Rohrabschnitt 32C und den zweiten Rohrabschnitt 33C , von dem Druckluf t -Eingang 15 zu dem Druckluf t -Ausgang 17 . Die den Beschleunigungssensor 18 auf weisende Elektronikanordnung 30 ist außen an dem Winkelabschnitt 25C , exemplarisch dem ersten Rohrabschnitt 32C , angeordnet , so dass der Beschleunigungssensor 18 mit dem Winkelabschnitt 25C , insbesondere dem ersten Rohrabschnitt 32C , schwingungsgekoppelt ist und die durch den Fluss 26 verursachten Schwingungen des Winkelabschnitts 25C, insbesondere des ersten Rohrabschnitts 32C, auf den Beschleunigungssensor 18 übertragen und von diesem erfasst werden können. Der zweckmäßigerweise von der Rechnereinheit 20 berechnete Differenzdruckwert beschreibt beispielsweise eine Differenz zwischen einem Druck der Druckluft in dem Druckluft -Kanal 16 in dem ersten Rohrabschnitt 32C und einem Druck der Druckluft in dem Druckluft -Kanal 16 in dem zweiten Rohrabschnitt 33C.
Die Figur 5 zeigt eine weitere exemplarische Aus führungs form der pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung 5. Bei dieser Aus führungs form ist der Führungsabschnitt 25 ein Verjüngungsabschnitt 25D. Im Verjüngungsabschnitt 25D verjüngt sich der Durchmesser des Druckluft-Kanals 16 von einem ersten Durchmesser zu einem zweiten Durchmesser. Der Verjüngungsabschnitt 25D umfasst einen ersten (insbesondere geraden) Rohrabschnitt 32D und einen zweiten (insbesondere geraden) Rohrabschnitt 33D. Der zweite Rohrabschnitt 33D weist einen kleineren Durchmesser auf als der erste Rohrabschnitt 32D. Die beiden Rohrabschnitte 32D, 33D sind über einen Verbindungsabschnitt 34 miteinander verbunden. Der Fluss 26 der Druckluft verläuft innen durch den Verjüngungsabschnitt 25D, insbesondere den ersten Rohrabschnitt 32D, den Verbindungsabschnitt 34 und den zweiten Rohrabschnitt 33D, von dem Druckluft -Eingang 15 zu dem Druckluft -Ausgang 17. Die den Beschleunigungssensor 18 auf weisende Elektronikanordnung 30 ist außen an dem Verjüngungsabschnitt 25D, exemplarisch dem ersten Rohrabschnitt 32D, angeordnet, so dass der Beschleunigungssensor 18 mit dem Verjüngungsabschnitt 25D, insbesondere dem ersten Rohrabschnitt 32D, schwingungsgekoppelt ist und die durch den Fluss 26 verursachten Schwingungen des Verjüngungsabschnitts 25D, insbesondere des ersten Rohrabschnitts 32D , auf den Beschleunigungssensor 18 übertragen und von diesem erfasst werden können . Der zweckmäßigerweise von der Rechnereinheit 20 berechnete Dif ferenzdruckwert beschreibt beispielsweise eine Dif ferenz zwischen einem Druck der Druckluf t in dem Druckluf t -Kanal 16 in dem ersten Rohrabschnitt 32D und einem Druck der Druckluf t in dem Druckluf t -Kanal 16 in dem zweiten Rohrabschnitt 33D .

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung (5) , umfassend einen Führungsabschnitt (25) zum Führen von Druckluft, sowie einen mit dem Führungsabschnitt (25) schwingungsgekoppelten Beschleunigungssensor (18) zur Bereitstellung eines Beschleunigungssignals, das durch einen Fluss (26) der Druckluft bewirkte Schwingungen des Führungsabschnitts (25) abbildet, ferner umfassend eine Rechnereinheit (20) , die ausgebildet ist, auf Basis des Beschleunigungssignals und unter Verwendung eines Machine-Learning-Modells (27) sowohl einen auf die Druckluft bezogenen Druckwert als auch einen auf die Druckluft bezogenen Durchflusswert zu berechnen.
2. Pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung (5) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Machine-Learning-Modell (27) das Beschleunigungssignal auf den Druckwert und den Durchflusswert abbildet oder die Rechnereinheit (20) ausgebildet ist, ein Frequenzspektrum des Beschleunigungssignals zu berechnen und das Machine-Learning- Modell (27) das Frequenzspektrum auf den Druckwert und den Durchflusswert abbildet.
3. Pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung (5) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung (5) als pneumatisches Filtergerät (5A) ausgebildet ist.
4. Pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung (5) nach Anspruch 3, umfassend eine Filterschale (28) und einen in der Filterschale (28) befindlichen Filter (29) , wobei der Führungsabschnitt (25) Teil der Filterschale (28) ist.
5. Pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung (5) nach einem voranstehenden Anspruch, wobei der Führungsabschnitt (25) ein Rohrabschnitt (25B) , Winkelabschnitt (25C) oder Verjüngungsabschnitt (25D) ist.
6. Pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung (5) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Rechnereinheit (20) ausgebildet ist, auf Basis des Beschleunigungssignals und unter Verwendung des Machine-Learning-Modells einen auf die Druckluft bezogenen Differenzdruckwert zu berechnen.
7. Pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung (5) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Beschleunigungssignal eine, zwei oder drei Beschleunigungssignal-Komponenten umfasst, und die Rechnereinheit (20) ausgebildet ist, den Druckwert und den Durchflusswert unter Verwendung des Machine-Learning-Modells (27) insbesondere ausschließlich auf Basis der einen Beschleunigungssignal-Komponente, der zwei Beschleunigungssignal-Komponenten oder der drei Beschleunigungssignal-Komponenten zu berechnen.
8. Pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung (5) einem voranstehenden Anspruch, wobei die pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung (5) keinen Drucksensor und keinen Durchflusssensor aufweist.
9. Wartungsaufbau (3) zur Druckluftaufbereitung eines pneumatischen Systems (1) , umfassend eine pneumatische Automationsvorrichtung (5) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche .
10. Pneumatisches System (1) , umfassend einen Druckluft- Quelle (2) , einen Wartungsaufbau (3) nach Anspruch 9 sowie eine pneumatische Maschine (4) , die über den Wartungsaufbau (3) pneumatisch mit der Druckluft -Quelle (2) verbunden ist.
11. Verfahren zum Betrieb einer pneumatischen Automationsvorrichtung (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, eines Wartungsaufbaus (3) nach Anspruch 9 oder eines pneumatischen Systems (1) nach Anspruch 10, umfassend die Schritte: Bereitstellen des Beschleunigungssignals und Berechnen, unter Verwendung des Machine-Learning-Modells , des Druckwerts und des Durchflusswerts auf Basis des Beschleunigungssignals .
