Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fahrzeug mit einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung, die die Verwendung, Befüllung und Entnahme von festförmigen Sorptionsmitteln ermöglicht. Zudem betrifft die Erfindung eine entsprechende Fahrzeug-externe Servicestation für die Weiterverwertung des festförmigen Sorptionsmittels und die Befüllung des erfindungsgemäßen Fahrzeugs mit festförmigem Sorptionsmittel.

Fahrzeug mit einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung und Servicestation
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fahrzeug mit einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung und eine entsprechende Servicestation.
In Bezug auf die Limitierung der globalen Erwärmung auf maximal 1 ,5°C werden heutzutage massive Reduktionen im Ausstoß sämtlicher Treibhausgase gefordert. Langfristig soll die bilanzielle Treibhausgasneutralität erreicht werden. Dazu muss nach aktueller Erkenntnis auch Kohlenstoffdioxid (CO2) aus der Atmosphäre entnommen werden. Gleichzeitig steigt der Bedarf an Cel als Ausgangsstoff in diversen industriellen Anwendungsbereichen.
Verfahren, die Kohlenstoffdioxid direkt aus der Atmosphäre gewinnen, werden im Allgemeinen als Direct Air Capture (DAC) Verfahren bezeichnet. Dabei wird das CO2 durch selektive Sorption an einem Sorptionsmittel aus der Luft gebunden und für die weitere Verwertung kontrolliert freigesetzt. Die Art der Bindung ist vom Sorptionsmittel abhängig und kann chemisch durch Ausbildung kovalenter Bindungen oder physikalisch durch nicht-kovalente Bindungen des CO2 am Sorptionsmittel erfolgen und verläuft in der Regel exotherm.
Das DAC-Verfahren umfasst im Wesentlichen zwei separate Schritte. Im ersten Schritt, dem sogenannten Beladen des Sorptionsmittels, wird das Sorptionsmittel mit atmosphärischer Luft kontaktiert und so das CO2 am Sorptionsmittel gebunden. Hierbei sind bei stationären Anlagen große Gebläse erforderlich, um die Luft durch die DAC-Anlage zu leiten. Die Verwendung von Gebläsen bedeutet einen zusätzlichen Energieaufwand, welcher sinnhafterweise durch CO2- neutrale Energiequellen gedeckt werden muss. Ist das Sorptionsmittel gesättigt, wird die Luftzufuhr gestoppt und der erste Schritt des Verfahrens ist abgeschlossen.
Im zweiten Schritt, der Regeneration, wird das gebundene CO2 zurückgewonnen. Dabei ist allen DAC-Technologien gemein, dass die Regeneration, d.h. die Desorption von CO2 aus dem Sorptionsmittel, mit erheblichem Energieaufwand verbunden ist.
Ein Ansatz, den Gesamtenergieaufwand des DAC-Verfahrens zu reduzieren, besteht in der Integrierung des Verfahrens in bewegliche Objekte, wie Fahrzeuge. Der durch den Fährbetrieb generierte Luftstrom soll hierbei für die Kontaktierung des Sorptionsmittels genutzt werden. Für die Regeneration des Sorptionsmittels werden bereits Ansätze verfolgt, die eine Fahrzeug-interne Desorption vorsehen, z.B. in DE 10 2020 122 123 A1. Dies hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass die hierfür benötigten Heiz- oder Unterdruckmodule das Gewicht des Fahrzeugs und somit auch dessen Energieverbrauch erhöhen.
Ansätze, die eine Fahrzeug-externe Desorption vorsehen, basieren bisher auf abpumpbaren Sorptionsmittel-Lösungen. So beschreibt US 2011/0318231 A1 eine Hydroxid-haltige Lösung als Sorptionsmittel, welche nicht zuletzt aus sicherheitstechnischen Überlegungen nachteilig ist, da z.B. häufig in Fahrzeugen verwendete Aluminiumbauteile bei einer potentiellen Leckage des Reaktors mit der Hydroxid-Lösung unter Wasserstoffbildung reagieren. Die Trägheitsbewegung von zusätzlichen Flüssigkeiten kann sich zudem im Hinblick auf die Fahreigenschaften des Fahrzeugs nachteilig auswirken.
Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Fahrzeug mit einer CO2-Adsorptions- vorrichtung bereitzustellen, das die oben beschriebenen Nachteile zumindest mindert, insbesondere sicherheitstechnische Aspekte und die Energieeffizienz des Fahrzeugs berücksichtigt.
Gemäß der Erfindung ist ein Fahrzeug mit einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung vorgesehen, also einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung, die in das Fahrzeug integriert ist. Die CO2- Adsorptionsvorrichtung umfasst ein festförmiges Sorptionsmittel zur Adsorption von Kohlenstoffdioxid aus (atmosphärischer) Luft und ein Reaktorgefäß, das das festförmige Sorptionsmittel beinhaltet. Das Reaktorgefäß umfasst eine Gefäßwandung, ein Lufteinlasselement zur Einleitung von (atmosphärischer) Luft in das Reaktorgefäß, und ein Luftauslasselement zum Ableiten von (CO2-reduzierter) Luft aus dem Reaktorgefäß. Erfindungsgemäß umfasst die CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung ein Reaktorgefäß, das in der Gefäßwandung einen verschließbaren Anschluss zur Entnahme des festförmigen Sorptionsmittels aufweist.
Dies hat den Vorteil, dass das CO2-beladene Sorptionsmittel für die Fahrzeug-externe CO2- Desorption aus dem Reaktionsgefäß entnommen und das Reaktorgefäß mit regeneriertem festförmigen Sorptionsmittel befüllt werden kann. Unter einem festförmigen Sorptionsmittel wird im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Sorptionsmittel verstanden, das im Aggregationszustand „fest“ vorliegt, also nicht flüssig oder gasförmig ist. Ein festförmiges Sorptionsmittel hat, gegenüber flüssigen Sorptionsmitteln, sicherheitstechnische Vorteile im Hinblick auf die T rägheit des Sorptionsmittels und den Fährbetrieb des Fahrzeugs, sowie Vorteile hinsichtlich einer geringeren Kurzschlussgefahr elektrischer Fahrzeugbauteile bei einer Leckage des Reaktorgefäßes.
Vorliegend wird unter einem Fahrzeug jedes mobile Verkehrs- oder Transportmittel verstanden. Es kann Landfahrzeuge, Wasserfahrzeuge und Luftfahrzeuge umfassen. Beispielsweise kann das Fahrzeug ein Kraftfahrzeug (z.B. Automobil, Bus und Lastkraftwagen), ein Schienenfahrzeug und ein nicht-motorisiertes Fahrzeug (z.B. Anhänger, Wagon) umfassen.
In bevorzugter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Gefäßwandung doppelwandig ausgebildet ist und somit aus einer inneren Gefäßwandung und einer äußeren Gefäßwandung besteht. In dieser Ausführungsform ist das Sorptionsmittel nicht mit der äußeren Gefäßwandung in direktem Kontakt. Vielmehr ist diese Ausführungsform als ein Gefäß im Gefäß zu verstehen, wobei die äußere Gefäßwandung die innere Gefäßwandung umschließt und somit nur die innere Gefäßwandung in direktem Kontakt mit dem Sorptionsmittel steht. Das Lufteinlasselement in der Gefäßwandung ermöglicht in dieser Ausführungsform die Einleitung von (atmosphärischer) Luft in das Reaktorgefäß, insbesondere in den Teil des Reaktorgefäßes, dessen Volumen durch die innere Gefäßwandung definiert ist. Entsprechend ermöglicht das (regelbare) Luftauslasselement in der Gefäßwandung das Ableiten von (CO2-reduzierter) Luft aus dem Reaktorgefäß, insbesondere aus dem Teil des Reaktorgefäßes, dessen Volumen durch die innere Gefäßwandung definiert ist. Zudem ermöglicht der verschließbare Anschluss in der Gefäßwandung in dieser Ausführungsform die Entnahme (und die Befüllung) des festförmigen Sorptionsmittels aus dem Reaktorgefäß, nämlich aus dem Teil des Reaktorgefäßes, dessen Volumen durch die innere Gefäßwandung definiert ist.
In weiterer bevorzugter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Gefäßwandung elastisch verformbar ausgebildet ist. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass eine elastisch verformbare Gefäßwandung im befüllten Zustand des Reaktorgefäßes eine optimale Raumnutzung bereits bestehender Hohlräume in Bauteilen eines konventionellen Fahrzeugs ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus erleichtert eine elastisch verformbare Gefäßwandung eine vollständige Entnahme des festförmigen Sorptionsmittels, wenn sie bei der Entleerung des Reaktorgefäßes in ihre Ursprungsform zurückkehrt.
In der oben beschriebenen Ausführungsform einer doppelwandig ausgebildeten Gefäßwandung, kann bevorzugt die innere Gefäßwandung elastisch verformbar und die äußere Gefäßwandung formfest (formsteif, nicht verformbar) ausgebildet sein. Die formfeste äußere Gefäßwandung schützt die innere elastisch verformbare Gefäßwandung vor Beschädigung und bietet zudem einen zweiten Auffangbehälter für das Sorptionsmittel im Falle eines Lecks in der inneren Gefäßwandung.
Die Gefäßwandung kann aus einem Elastomer oder einem thermoplastischen Elastomer bestehen. Erfindungsgemäße Beispiele für ein Elastomer sind Polymere aus der Gruppe umfassend: Silikonkautschuk, wie Festsilikonkautschuk oder Flüssigsilikonkautschuk, insbesondere Phenyl-Vinyl-Methyl Polysiloxan (PVMQ), Phenyl-Methyl-Polysiloxan (PMQ), Vinyl- Methyl-Polysiloxan (VMQ), Fluor-Vinyl-Methyl Polysiloxan (FVMQ), Ethylen-Acrylat-Kautschuk (AEM), Acrylat-Kautschuk(ACM) und Ethylen-Propylen-Dien-Kautschuk (EPDM). Beispiele für thermoplastische Elastomere sind Polymere aus der Gruppe umfassend: thermoplastische Stärke (TPS), thermoplastische Styrol-Blockcopolymere, thermoplastische Elastomere auf Urethanbasis (TPU), thermoplastische Vulkanisate (TPV) und thermoplastische Elastomere auf Olefinbasis (TPO).
In der Ausgestaltungsform einer doppelwandig ausgebildeten Gefäßwandung besteht die innere Gefäßwandung vorzugsweise aus einem der zuvor genannten Elastomere. Die äußere Gefäßwandung besteht bevorzugt aus einem der zuvor genannten thermoplastischen Elastomere.
Zudem kann die Gefäßwandung eine Antihaftbeschichtung auf der inneren Oberfläche aufweisen. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass das womöglich durch Reibung elektrostatisch aufgeladene oder feuchte Sorptionsmittel beim Entleeren des Reaktorgefäßes nicht an der Gefäßwandung haftet. Erfindungsgemäße Beispiele für eine Antihaftbeschichtung umfassen Beschichtungen umfassend oder bestehend aus Tetrafluorethylen-Hexafluorpropylen-Copolymer (FEP) oder Polytetrafluorethylen (PTFE). Die erfindungsgemäße Antihaftbeschichtung kann ferner elektrisch leitfähiges Material umfassen, z.B. Graphit, um eine elektrostatische Aufladung des Sorptionsmittels zu vermeiden bzw. um das Reaktorgefäß zu erden (z.B. an der Karosserie des Fahrzeugs).
Das festförmige Sorptionsmittel muss generell für die Adsorption von Kohlenstoffdioxid geeignet sein. Beispiele geeigneter festförmiger Sorptionsmittel umfassen physikalische Sorptionsmittel wie Zeolithe, Silica Materialien, MOFs (metal organic frameworks), Aktivkohle, COFs (Covalent organic frameworks), Kohlenstoffmolekularsiebe, Materialien auf Basis von Alkalimetallen oder Metalloxiden, geordneter poröser Kohlenstoff, ACF (activated carbon fibres), Graphen, CMS (carbon molucular sieves) und deren Verbundwerkstoffe. Weitere Beispiele geeigneter festförmiger Sorptionsmittel umfassen chemische Adsorptionsmittel wie Kaliumcarbonat (K2CO3), Natriumnitrat (NaNOs), Aluminiumoxid (AI2O3), Zirconiumdioxid (ZrC>2), Titandioxid (TiC>2), Mangandioxid (MnC>2), Zinkoxid (ZnO) und binäre eutektische Gemische bestehend aus Kaliumnitrat (KNO3) und Lithiumnitrat (UNO3).
Vorzugsweise ist das festförmige Sorptionsmittel ein Polymer. Das Polymer ist besonders bevorzugt ein Polymer mit Stickstoff-haltiger funktioneller Gruppe, z.B. mit einer Amino-Gruppe oder einer Imin-Gruppe. Ferner bevorzugt ist das festförmige Sorptionsmittel aus einem der nachfolgenden Polymere ausgewählt: Polyethylenimin (PEI), Polyallylamin (PAA), Tetraethylenepentamin (TEPA), Pentaethylenehexamin (PEHA), Polyethylenimin-modifiziertes Silika (-gel). Besonders bevorzugt ist das festförmige Sorptionsmittel, ein (makroporöses) Divinylbenzol-vernetztes Polymer mit primären Aminogruppen. Ein Beispiel für ein (makroporöses) Divinylbenzol-vernetztes Polymer mit primären Aminogruppen ist Lewatit® VP OG 1065.
Das festförmige Sorptionsmittel kann ein Granulat sein, das vorzugsweise aus sphärischen Partikeln besteht, um eine homogenere Verteilung des Sorptionsmittels im Reaktorgefäß zu gewährleisten. Der Durchmesser der sphärischen Partikel beträgt vorzugsweise 0.2 mm bis 5.0 mm, besonders bevorzugt 0.2 mm bis 4.0 mm, ermittelt durch Siebanalyse.
Alternativ kann das festförmige Sorptionsmittel in Briketts vorliegen, die vorzugsweise Zylinderform aufweisen. Die Zylinderhöhe beträgt vorzugsweise 0.2 mm bis 5.0 mm. Innerhalb der erfindungsgemäßen Bereiche für Sphärendurchmesser oder Zylinderhöhe wird eine geeignete Packungsdichte erreicht, die einerseits genügend Adsorptionsfläche bietet und andererseits eine ausreichende Luftdurchlässigkeit gewährleistet. Das festförmige Sorptionsmittel kann ferner aus Hohlfasern bestehen.
Im Rahmen der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass im Fährbetrieb des Fahrzeugs atmosphärische Luft in das Fahrzeug und über das Lufteinlasselement in der Gefäßwandung in das Reaktorgefäß der CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung strömt. Im Reaktorgefäß wird die eingeleitete atmosphärische Luft mit dem festförmigen Sorptionsmittel kontaktiert und somit das CO2 adsorbiert. Die CO2- reduzierte Luft wird anschließend über die Luftauslasselemente aus dem Reaktorgefäß in die Umgebungsluft zurückgeführt. Die Triebkraft für den Vorgang ist vorzugsweise die Luftströmung, welche durch die Bewegung des Fahrzeugs erzeugt wird. Bei geöffneten Lufteinlasselement(en) und Luftauslasselement(en) kann die CO2-Adsorption auch im Standbetrieb des Fahrzeugs erfolgen. In bevorzugter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass das Lufteinlasselement in der Gefäßwandung mindestens eines der folgenden Elemente umfasst: Ventil, Klappe und Membran. Bevorzugt ist das Lufteinlasselement ein Ventil oder eine Klappe, welche darüber hinaus regelbar ausgebildet sein können. Das Lufteinlasselement kann eine Membran sein, welche luftdurchlässig und Sorptionsmittel-dicht ist. Es können ein einzelnes oder mehrere der zuvor genannten Lufteinlasselemente oder deren Kombinationen vorgesehen sein, um im Falle mehrerer Lufteinlasselemente (z.B. mehrerer unabhängig regelbarer Ventile) eine Einleitung der atmosphärischen Luft in das Reaktorgefäß aus verschieden Richtungen zu ermöglichen.
Auch das Luftauslasselement, das in der Gefäßwandung angeordnet ist, kann mindestens eines der folgenden Elemente umfassen: Ventil, Klappe und Membran. Bevorzugt ist das Luftauslasselement ein Ventil oder eine Klappe, welche darüber hinaus regelbar ausgebildet sein können. Das Luftauslasselement kann eine Membran sein, welche luftdurchlässig und Sorptionsmittel-dicht ist. Es können ein einzelnes oder mehrere der zuvor genannten Luftauslasselemente oder deren Kombinationen vorgesehen sein.
In weiterer bevorzugter Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, dass das Lufteinlasselement ein (regelbares) Ventil oder eine (regelbare) Klappe, und eine Membran umfasst, wobei das (regelbare) Ventil oder die (regelbare) Klappe in der äußeren Gefäßwandung angeordnet ist und die Membran in der inneren Gefäßwandung angeordnet ist. In dieser bevorzugten Ausführungsform umfasst das Lufteinlasselement ein (regelbares) Ventil oder eine (regelbare) Klappe, und eine Membran, wobei das (regelbare) Ventil oder die (regelbare) Klappe in der äußeren Gefäßwandung angeordnet ist und die Membran in der inneren Gefäßwandung angeordnet ist. Alternativ können in dieser Ausführungsform das Lufteinlasselement und das Luftauslasselement, welche wie zuvor beschrieben in der inneren Gefäßwandung angeordnet sind, in Form derselben Membran vorliegen. Die Membran ist luftdurchlässig und Sorptionsmitteldicht.
In weiterer bevorzugter Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, die CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung ferner eine Zentrale Verarbeitungseinheit (CPU) umfasst, die dazu ausgelegt ist, die regelbaren Lufteinlasselemente und die regalbaren Lufteinlasselemente, jeweils zum Beispiel regelbare Ventile oder regelbare Klappen, unabhängig voneinander anzusteuern und ein graduelles oder vollständiges Schließen und Öffnen zu ermöglichen. Ferner kann die Zentrale Verarbeitungseinheit dazu ausgelegt sein, den regelbaren ersten Lüfter und/oder den regelbaren zweiten Lüfter anzusteuern. In weiterer bevorzugter Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, dass die CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung ferner einen regelbaren ersten Lüfter umfasst, der dem Lufteinlasselement vorgeschaltet und dazu ausgelegt ist (bedarfsweise) atmosphärische Luft durch die Lufteinlasselemente dem Reaktorgefäß zuzuführen. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass auch bei geringer Fortbewegungsgeschwindigkeit des Fahrzeugs ein definierter Luftstrom generiert werden kann. Alternativ oder zusätzlich zum ersten Lüfter kann die CC>2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung einen regelbaren zweiten Lüfter umfassen, der dem Luftauslasselement nachgeschaltet und dazu ausgelegt ist, Luft aus dem Reaktorgefäß durch die Luftauslasselemente abzuführen.
In weiterer bevorzugter Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, dass die CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung im Frontbereich des Fahrzeugs angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise unter oder integriert in der Fronthaube (z.B. Motorhaube, Kühlerhaube, vordere Kofferraumhaube) eines Autos, Busses oder Lastkraftwagens. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass die Luftströmung während der Fortbewegung des Fahrzeugs optimal genutzt werden kann. Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann die CO2- Adsorptionsvorrichtung, insbesondere das Reaktorgefäß, im Unterbodenbereich des Fahrzeugs (z.B. eines Autos, Busses oder Lastkraftwagens) angeordnet sein, um das Überhitzen der CO2- Adsorptionsvorrichtung und somit die Desorption des CO2 zu vermeiden. Weiterhin kann die CO2- Adsorptionsvorrichtung im Dachbereich, Seitenbereich oder Heckbereich des Fahrzeugs angeordnet sein.
Ein weiterer Aspekt der Erfindung betrifft eine Fahrzeug-externe Servicestation, die dazu auslegt ist, das CC>2-gesättigte festförmige Sorptionsmittel aus dem Reaktorgefäß zu entnehmen (z.B. durch Absaugen) und eine Befüllung des Reaktorgefäß mit regeneriertem festförmigen Sorptionsmittel ermöglicht.
Die Servicestation umfasst hierzu eine Fördereinheit (z.B. eine Pumpe), die über einen Förderschlauch mit einem Befüllkopf an den Anschluss 28 gekoppelt werden kann. Die Servicestation umfasst ferner einen Speicher für das festförmige Sorptionsmittel. Zudem kann die Servicestation ein Desorptionsmodul zur Desorption von gebundenem CO2 aus dem festförmigen Sorptionsmittel umfassen. Das Desorptionsmodul kann hierzu Heizelemente und/oder Vakuumpumpen umfassen, um die Desorption des CO2 zu bewirken.
Die verschiedenen, in dieser Anmeldung genannten Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind, sofern im Einzelfall nicht anders ausgeführt, mit Vorteil miteinander kombinierbar.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend in Ausführungsbeispielen anhand der zugehörigen Zeichnungen erläutert. Es zeigen: Figur 1 Schematische Darstellung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform eines

Figur 1 zeigt ein Fahrzeug 100 mit einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung 200. Die CO2- Adsorptionsvorrichtung 200 ist im Frontbereich des Fahrzeug, hier beispielsweise unter der Fronthaube, angeordnet (Fronthaube nicht gezeigt). Die CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung 200 kann ferner in der Fronthaube integriert sein, sodass die CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung 200 als Teil der Fronthaube fungiert. Die CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung umfasst ein festförmiges (z.B. ein aus sphärischen Partikeln bestehendes Granulat eines Polymers) Sorptionsmittel 10 zur Adsorption von Kohlenstoffdioxid aus atmosphärischer Luft und ein Reaktorgefäß 20, welches das festförmige Sorptionsmittel 10 beinhaltet (das Sichtfenster dient nur der schematischen Darstellung des festförmigen Sorptionsmittels im Reaktionsgefäß). Das Reaktorgefäß 20 umfasst eine Gefäßwandung 22, ein Lufteinlasselement 24 zur Einleitung von atmosphärischer Luft in das Reaktorgefäß 20, und ein Luftauslasselement 26 zum Ableiten von CO2-reduzierter Luft aus dem Reaktorgefäß 20. Zusätzlich umfasst das Reaktorgefäß 20 mindestens einen verschließbaren Anschluss 28 in der Gefäßwandung 22 zur Entnahme des festförmigen Sorptionsmittels 10.
Erfindungsgemäß wird im Fährbetrieb des Fahrzeugs 100 atmosphärische Luft über das Lufteinlasselement 24 in das Reaktorgefäß 20 eingeleitet. Auf diese Weise wird das darin befindliche festförmige Sorptionsmittel 10 mit der eingeleiteten Luft kontaktiert und CO2 am Sorptionsmittel 10 gebunden. Anschließend wird die Luft über das Luftauslasselement 26 aus dem Reaktorgefäß 20 abgeführt. Das CO2-beladene Sorptionsmittel kann über den verschließbaren Anschluss 28 entnommen werden. Der verschließbare Anschluss 28 dient auch der Befüllung des Reaktorgefäßes mit Sorptionsmittel. Die Entnahme kann durch Absaugen an einer entsprechenden Fahrzeug-externen Servicestation erfolgen (Servicestation nicht gezeigt). Die Servicestation umfasst hierzu eine Fördervorrichtung (Pumpe), die über einen Förderschlauch mit einem Befüllkopf an den Anschluss 28 gekoppelt werden kann (Servicestation nicht gezeigt).
Wie in Figur 2 gezeigt, kann die Gefäßwandung 22 der CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung 200 auch doppelwandig ausgebildet sein und aus einer inneren Gefäßwandung 22a und einer äußeren Gefäßwandung 22b bestehen. In der abgebildeten Ausführungsform ist die äußere Gefäßwandung 22b form-fest und die innere Gefäßwandung 22a elastisch verformbar ausgebildet. Sowohl in der inneren Gefäßwandung 22a als auch in der äußeren Gefäßwandung 22b sind Lufteinlasselemente 24 und Luftauslasselemente 26 angeordnet. Vorzugsweise handelt es sich bei den Lufteinlasselementen und Luftauslasselementen der äußeren Gefäßwandung 22b um regelbare Ventile und/oder regelbare Klappen. Beispielsweise handelt es sich bei den Lufteinlasselementen und Luftauslasselementen der inneren Gefäßwandung 22a um Membranen, die luftdurchlässig und Sorbent-dicht sind. Die Lufteinlasselemente 24 der inneren Gefäßwandung 22a und der äußeren Gefäßwandung 22b können gekoppelt sein, sodass die Luft in den Raum zwischen äußerer Gefäßwandung 22b und innerer Gefäßwandung 22a nur über die Luftauslasselemente 26 der inneren Gefäßwandung 22a gelangen kann. Der Anschluss 28 ist derart in der inneren Gefäßwandung 22a und der äußeren Gefäßwandung 22b eingefasst, dass das festförmige Sorptionsmittel 10 ausschließlich in den Teil befördert, bzw. aus dem Teil des Reaktorgefäßes entnommen wird, dessen Volumen durch die innere Gefäßwandung 22a definiert ist.
Figur 3 zeigt eine weitere bevorzugte Ausführungsform (Fahrzeug 100 nicht gezeigt) der CO2- Adsorptionsvorrichtung 200 mit einer elastisch verformbaren Gefäßwandung 22 des Reaktorgefäßes, welches das festförmige Sorptionsmittel 10 beinhaltet (das Sichtfenster dient nur der schematischen Darstellung des festförmigen Sorptionsmittels im Reaktionsgefäß). Auch in dieser Ausführungsform umfasst das Reaktorgefäß der CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung 200 ein Lufteinlasselement 24 und mehrere Luftauslasselemente 26, sowie einen verschließbaren Anschluss 28. Vorteilig in dieser Ausführungsform ist die Möglichkeit, die CO2- Adsorptionsvorrichtung in bereits bestehenden Hohlräumen eines konventionellen Fahrzeugs anzuordnen.
Entsprechende Hohlräume und bevorzugte Anordnungen der CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung 200 sind in Figur 4 exemplarisch und nicht abschließend dargestellt. Patentansprüche
1. Fahrzeug (100) mit einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung (200), die CO2- Adsorptionsvorrichtung (200) umfassend:
• ein festförmiges Sorptionsmittel (10) zur Adsorption von Kohlenstoffdioxid aus Luft; und
• ein Reaktorgefäß (20), das das festförmige Sorptionsmittel beinhaltet, wobei das Reaktorgefäß umfasst:
• eine Gefäßwandung (22),
• ein Lufteinlasselement (24) in der Gefäßwandung zur Einleitung von Luft in das Reaktorgefäß, und
• ein Luftauslasselement (26) in der Gefäßwandung zum Ableiten von Luft aus dem Reaktorgefäß; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reaktorgefäß (20) in der Gefäßwandung (22) einen verschließbaren Anschluss (28) zur Entnahme des festförmigen Sorptionsmittels aufweist.
2. Fahrzeug (100) mit einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , wobei die Gefäßwandung (22) doppelwandig ausgebildet ist, umfassend eine innere Gefäßwandung (22a) und eine äußere Gefäßwandung (22b).
3. Fahrzeug (100) mit einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Gefäßwandung (22) elastisch verformbar ausgebildet ist.
4. Fahrzeug (100) mit einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die innere Gefäßwandung (22a) elastisch verformbar ausgebildet ist und die äußere Gefäßwandung (22b) formfest ausgebildet ist.
5. Fahrzeug (100) mit einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gefäßwandung (22) aus einem Elastomer oder einem thermoplastischen Elastomer besteht.
6. Fahrzeug (100) mit einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gefäßwandung (22) eine Antihaftbeschichtung auf der inneren Oberfläche aufweist.
7. Fahrzeug (100) mit einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das festförmige Sorptionsmittel (10) ein Polymer ist.
8. Fahrzeug (100) mit einer CC>2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei das festförmige Sorptionsmittel (10) ein Polymer mit Stickstoff-haltiger funktioneller Gruppe ist, vorzugsweise, aus einem der nachfolgenden Polymere ausgewählt: Polyethylenimin (PEI), Polyallylamin (PAA), Tetraethylenepentamin (TEPA), Pentaethylenehexamin (PEHA) und Polyethylenimin-modifiziertes Silika.
9. Fahrzeug (100) mit einer CO2-Adsorptionsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das festförmige Sorptionsmittel (10) ein Granulat ist, vorzugsweise bestehend aus sphärischen Partikeln oder brikettförmigen Partikeln.
10. Servicestation zum Entleeren und Befüllen des Reaktorgefäßes (20) der CO2- Adsorptionsvorrichtung (200) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit dem festförmigen Sorptionsmittel (10) via dem verschließbaren Anschluss (28) in der Gefäßwandung des Reaktorgefäß (20), die Servicestation umfassend: eine Fördereinheit, die über einen Förderschlauch mit einem Befüllkopf an den Anschluss (28) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche koppelbar ist.
