- 2. When the lid of the waste container of the present disclosure is closed from an open state, the actuation of the actuation assembly allows the clamping assembly to move from the clamping position to the released position to open the central channel to allow waste to reach an enclosed end of the garbage bag below the clamping assembly. Therefore, the waste container is easy to use.
- 3. When the lid of the waste container of the present disclosure is closed from the open state, the actuation of the actuation assembly allows the clamping assembly to move from the clamping position to the released position and then to the clamping position to close the central channel, to enclose again the part of the garbage bag passing through the clamping assembly. Therefore, the waste container is clean and sanitary.

FIG. 5 , two connecting pieces are arranged on a surface of the lid 2 opposite to the actuating lever 50, and a bottom of each of the two connecting pieces is located in the container 1 and is slidably attached to the actuating lever 50. - As shown in
FIG. 7 andFIG. 8 , a guide groove is provided on a surface of the actuating lever 50 opposite to the second housing, a bump is arranged on a surface of the second housing opposite to the actuating lever 50, and the bump is slidably engaged in the guide groove. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , the actuation assembly 5 further includes a first reset element 52, and the first reset element 52 is arranged between each of the actuating blocks 51 and the actuating lever 50. In the stretched position, the first reset element 52 is configured to allow a respective one of the two actuating blocks 51 to stretch out of a respective one of the grooves on the actuating lever 50. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , the first reset element 52 is a torsion spring. - As shown in
FIG. 5 andFIG. 6 , the actuation assembly 5 further includes a second reset element 53 arranged between each of the actuating blocks 51 and the interior of the container 1. When the lid 2 is closed from the open state, the second reset elements 53 allow the two clamp plates 40 to move from the released position to the clamping position. - As shown in
FIG. 6 , the second reset element 53 is a torsion spring. - Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail above in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details in the above embodiments. Various equivalent modifications can be made to the technical solutions of the present disclosure without departing from the scope of the technical concept of the present disclosure. Such equivalent modifications shall all fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
