An end of the first connecting plate 45 remote from the first connecting shaft 411 and the second connecting shaft 421 has a second bar-shaped hole 452, an upper end of the third connecting rod 43 is connected with a third connecting shaft 431, and the third connecting shaft 431 is inserted into the second bar-shaped hole 452 and can slide in the second bar-shaped hole 452. A fixing plate 12 is fixedly connected to the rear side of the tub 10, a third bar-shaped hole 121 is transversely formed in the fixing plate 12, a fifth connecting shaft 453 is connected to the first connecting plate 45, and the fifth connecting shaft 453 is inserted into the third bar-shaped hole 121 and can slide in the third bar-shaped hole 121. The first connecting shaft 411 is closer to the fifth connecting shaft 453 than the second connecting shaft 421, the fifth connecting shaft 453 is located between the first strip hole 451 and the second strip hole 452, and the first strip hole 451 is disposed at the front side of the second strip hole 452.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when a person steps on the pedal 46, the pedal 46 moves the rear end (left end in fig. 2) of the first connecting plate 45 downward through the third link 43, the first connecting plate 45 slides the first connecting shaft 411 and the second connecting shaft 421 upward in the first strip-shaped hole 451, and the first connecting plate 45 moves the second hook 422 downward in the hook groove 22; the first connecting shaft 411 is firstly abutted against the front top of the first strip-shaped hole 451, so that the first connecting rod 41 is firstly moved downwards to close the separation splint 30 to close the garbage bag. After the isolation splint 30 is closed, the first connecting plate 45 continues to rotate, and when the second connecting shaft 421 is abutted against the first connecting shaft 411 in the first strip-shaped hole 451 and the second hook 422 is abutted against the bottom wall of the hook groove 22, the first connecting plate 45 transmits the force to the upper cover 20 through the second connecting rod 42, so that the upper cover 20 is turned backwards to open the garbage can. After the isolation splint 30 is closed, the isolation splint 30 is limited by the guide plate 11 or the inner wall of the barrel 10, and the isolation splint 30 is still in a closed state in the process of opening the upper cover 20; in the process of opening the upper cover 20, the first hook 412 at the upper end of the first link 41 rotates relative to the partition plate 30, the fifth link shaft 453 on the first link plate 42 slides forward in the third bar-shaped hole 121, and the rotation of the first link plate 45 and the movement of the fifth link shaft 453 cause the first link shaft 411 at the lower end of the first link 41 to swing about the center line of the first hook 412.
After the garbage is thrown, the pedal 46 is loosened, the pedal 46 is restored to the initial position under the action of the return spring 47, the pedal 46 restores the first connecting plate 45 through the third connecting rod 43 in the restoration process of the pedal 46, the acting force of the second connecting rod 42 is firstly lost by the upper cover 20 in the restoration process of the first connecting plate 45, the upper cover 20 is firstly closed under the action of gravity, and the fifth connecting shaft 453 slides backwards in the third strip-shaped hole 121 to restore in the closing process of the upper cover 20. After the upper cover 20 is closed, in the process that the first connecting plate 45 is continuously reset, the acting force of the first connecting rod 41 is lost behind the isolation splint 30, and the isolation splint 30 is opened behind under the action of gravity.
The above-mentioned processes of closing the upper cover 20 and opening the isolating clamp plate 30 are reverse processes of closing the isolating clamp plate 30 and opening the upper cover 20, and the processes thereof are not described in detail herein.
The garbage can realize the whole process of sealing management from throwing to taking of the garbage which is formed by gathering.
It should be noted that, in practice, only the first abdicating cavity or the second abdicating cavity may be provided, and when only the first abdicating cavity is provided, the first connecting plate 45 is provided with a circular hole matched with the first connecting shaft 411; when only the second abdicating cavity is arranged, a round hole matched with the second hook 411 is arranged on the upper cover 20, and the width of the first strip-shaped hole 451 is larger than the diameter of the second connecting shaft 421; therefore, through the first abdicating cavity or the second abdicating cavity, the acting force between the second connecting rod 42 and the upper cover 20 is generated at a time later than that between the first connecting rod 41 and the isolating splint 30 during the cover opening process.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first link 41, the second link 42 and the third link 43 are telescopic rod structures with adjustable length. Therefore, when the machining sizes of the parts are deviated or the parts are deformed, the separation clamping plate 30 and the upper cover 20 can be opened and closed sequentially by adjusting the lengths of the first connecting rod 41, the second connecting rod 42 and the third connecting rod 43.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the number of the first connecting plates 45 is two, and two first connecting plates 45 are arranged in pairs and fixedly connected into a whole. The two first connecting plates 45 are respectively provided with a first strip-shaped hole 451 and a second strip-shaped hole 452, the lower end of the first connecting rod 41 is connected with the middle part of the first connecting shaft 411, and the two ends of the first connecting shaft 411 are respectively inserted into the two first strip-shaped holes 451; the lower end of the second connecting rod 42 is connected with the middle part of the second connecting shaft 421, and the two ends of the second connecting shaft 421 are also inserted into the two first strip-shaped holes 451 respectively; the upper end of the third link 43 is connected to the middle of the third link shaft 431, and both ends of the third link shaft 431 are inserted into the two second bar holes 452, respectively. The number of the fixing plates 12 is also two, the two fixing plates 12 are arranged in pairs, the two fixing plates 12 are provided with third bar-shaped holes 121, and two ends of the fifth connecting shaft 453 are inserted into the two third bar-shaped holes 121 respectively.
As shown in fig. 3, in another preferred embodiment, the first connecting shaft 411, the second connecting shaft 421, the third connecting shaft 431 and the fifth connecting shaft 453 are all in a screw structure, the first connecting shaft 411 is in threaded connection with the first connecting rod 41, the second connecting shaft 421 is in threaded connection with the second connecting rod 42, the third connecting shaft 431 is in threaded connection with the third connecting rod 43, and the fifth connecting shaft 453 is in threaded connection with the first connecting plate 45. Therefore, the first connecting rod 41, the second connecting rod 42, the third connecting rod 43, the connecting plate 45 and the fixing plate 12 are convenient to install. Taking the connection between the first connecting rod 41 and the first connecting plate 45 as an example, during installation, the left end of the first connecting shaft 411 passes through the first strip-shaped hole 451 on the right side and then is screwed with the first connecting rod 41, and then the two ends of the first connecting shaft 411 are inserted into the two first strip-shaped holes 451 respectively.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a band clamp 50 for fixing a garbage bag is detachably attached to an opening of the upper end of the tub 10.
Example two
The structural principle of this embodiment is basically the same as that of the first embodiment, and the difference lies in that the number of the isolation splints 30 is different, specifically as shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the number of the isolation splints 30 is two, the two isolation splints 30 are arranged oppositely in tandem, and in a normal state, both the two isolation splints 30 are in a closed state.
The opening and closing mechanism includes a first link 41 and a fourth link 44 respectively rotatably connected to the two isolation splints 30, for example, the first link 41 is connected to the isolation splint 30 at the rear side, the fourth link 44 is connected to the isolation splint 30 at the front side, the upper end of the fourth link 44 has a fourth hook 444, and the fourth link 44 is hung on the isolation splint 30 at the front side by a fourth hook 442 and rotatably connected thereto. A first opening groove 14 is formed in a rear side wall of the tub 10, and a lower end of the first link 41 passes through the first opening groove 14 and is located outside the tub 10. The second opening groove 15 is opened at the bottom of the tub 10, and the lower end of the fourth link 44 passes through the second opening groove 15 and is located below the tub 10. The lower end of the first link 41 is rotatably connected with a first connecting plate 45 located outside the rear side of the tub 10, one end of the first connecting plate 45, which is far away from the first link 41, is rotatably connected with a third link 43, the lower end of the third link 43 is rotatably connected with a second connecting plate 46 rotatably connected with the tub 10, and the front end of the second connecting plate 46, which is far away from the third link 43, is rotatably connected with the lower end of the fourth link 44.
Further, the upper cover 20 is rotatably connected to the tub 10, a second connecting rod 42 is detachably connected to a rear end of the upper cover 20, a lower end of the second connecting rod 42, which is far away from the upper cover 20, is rotatably connected to a first connecting plate 45, and the second connecting plate 46 is a pedal having a pedal portion.
In another preferred embodiment, two connecting blocks 462 are fixedly connected to the upper end of the pedal 46, a plurality of connecting holes 463 are formed in the connecting blocks 462 and distributed along the front-rear direction of the trash can, a fourth connecting shaft 441 is threadedly connected to the lower end of the fourth connecting rod 44, the fourth connecting shaft 441 is of a screw structure, and two ends of the fourth connecting shaft 441 are respectively inserted into the connecting holes 463 of the two connecting blocks 462. Therefore, the front side separation clamping plate 30 and the upper cover 20 can be opened and closed sequentially by adjusting the connection position of the fourth connection shaft 441 and the connection hole 463.
In the present embodiment, the first link 41, the second link 42, the third link 43 and the fourth link 44 are all telescopic rod structures with adjustable lengths.
In this embodiment, the hook groove 22, the first strip aperture 451, the second strip aperture 452, and the third strip aperture 121 in the first embodiment are also provided.
In the present embodiment, two partition plates 30 are provided, and the two partition plates 30 are synchronously opened and closed at the same time.
The first and second embodiments exemplify the arrangement of one spacer clamp 30 and two spacer clamps 30, and in practice, three or more spacer clamps 30 may be provided, and the principle is the same as that described above, and will not be described in detail here.
EXAMPLE III
The structural principle of this embodiment is basically the same as that of the first embodiment and the second embodiment, and the difference lies in that the specific structure of the opening and closing mechanism is different, the opening and closing mechanism of the first embodiment and the second embodiment is a mechanical structure, and needs to be operated by a person, and the opening and closing mechanism of this embodiment can realize automatic control.
Specifically, in this embodiment, an inductive switch or a touch switch commonly used in the prior art is disposed on the front outer wall of the tub 10, the separation clamp 30 is rotatably connected to the tub 10, the opening and closing mechanism includes a clamp motor for driving the separation clamp 30 to rotate, and a signal output end of the inductive switch/touch switch is electrically connected to an enable end of the clamp motor. In this embodiment, the opening of the upper cover 20 can be manual or automatic, and when the upper cover is automatically opened, the trash can further comprises an upper cover motor for driving the upper cover 20 to rotate, and the signal output end of the inductive switch/touch switch is further electrically connected with the enable end of the upper cover motor.
In the present embodiment, in order to realize the sequence of opening and closing the isolation splint 30 and the upper cover 20, a time controller may be provided, and the start and stop of the splint motor and the upper cover motor are controlled by the time controller, which is prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
Example four
The structural principle of the present embodiment is basically the same as that of the third embodiment, and the difference is that the specific structure of the opening and closing mechanism is different. In this embodiment, the front outer wall of the barrel 10 is also provided with a sensing switch or a touch switch commonly used in the prior art, the isolation splint 30 is connected with the barrel 10 in a transverse sliding manner, the opening and closing mechanism includes an electric telescopic rod for driving the isolation splint 30 to move linearly, and a signal output end of the sensing switch/touch switch is electrically connected with an enabling end of the electric telescopic rod.
In this embodiment, in order to realize the sequence of opening and closing the isolation splint 30 and the upper cover 20, a time controller may be provided, and the start and stop of the electric telescopic rod and the upper cover motor are controlled by the time controller, which is not described in detail herein for the prior art.

Claims (10)

1. A novel garbage can comprises a can body, wherein an upper cover capable of being opened and closed is arranged on the can body, and a garbage bag is sleeved in the can body;
when the isolation splint is in a closed state, the garbage bag is closed, and when the isolation splint is in an open state, the garbage bag is opened;
the upper cover and the isolation splint are opened in a time-sharing mode, and the upper cover and the isolation splint act simultaneously or in a time-sharing mode.
2. The novel trash can as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the isolation splints is one, the isolation splints are rotatably connected with the can body, and in a normal state, the isolation splints are in a closed state;
the opening and closing mechanism comprises a first connecting rod rotatably connected with the isolation clamping plate, a first open slot is formed in the side wall of the barrel body, and one end, far away from the isolation clamping plate, of the first connecting rod penetrates through the first open slot and is located outside the barrel body.

The novel trash can of claim 2, wherein the upper cover is rotatably connected with the can body, a second connecting rod is detachably connected to the rear end of the upper cover, a first connecting plate is rotatably connected with the can body at the lower end of the second connecting rod, and the lower end of the first connecting rod is also rotatably connected with the first connecting plate.

The novel trash can of claim 3, wherein a third connecting rod is rotatably connected to an end of the first connecting plate away from the first connecting rod, and a pedal rotatably connected to the can body and located under the can body is rotatably connected to a lower end of the third connecting rod.
5. The novel trash can as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the isolation splints is two, the two isolation splints are arranged oppositely in tandem, and in a normal state, both isolation splints are in a closed state;
the opening and closing mechanism comprises a first connecting rod and a fourth connecting rod which are respectively rotatably connected with the two isolating clamping plates, a first open slot is formed in the side wall of the barrel body, and one end, far away from the isolating clamping plates, of the first connecting rod penetrates through the first open slot and is positioned outside the barrel body;

The novel trash can of claim 5, wherein the upper cover is rotatably connected with the can body, a second connecting rod is detachably connected to the rear end of the upper cover, the first connecting plate is located behind the can body, one end of the second connecting rod, which is far away from the upper cover, is rotatably connected with the first connecting plate, and the second connecting plate is a pedal with a pedal portion.
7. The novel trash can of claim 6, wherein a return spring is fixedly connected to the lower end of the pedal.

The novel trash can of claim 3, wherein the lower end of the first connecting rod is provided with a first connecting shaft, the first connecting rod is rotatably connected with the first connecting plate through the first connecting shaft, the lower end of the second connecting rod is provided with a second connecting shaft, the second connecting rod is rotatably connected with the first connecting plate through the second connecting shaft, the upper end of the second connecting rod is provided with a second hook, and the second connecting rod is rotatably connected with the upper cover through the second hook;
