Claims (8)

  1. Lasterleichterungsvorrichtung für Türen oder Fenster, aufweisend einen festen Rahmen (1) und einen bewegbaren Rahmen (2), der zumindest um einen Flügel geöffnet werden kann, und die miteinander durch ein unteres Gelenkband (3) und ein oberes Gelenkband verbunden sind, wobei die Vorrichtung (100) mindestens Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Bügel (4), der ausgelegt ist, um mit dem festen Rahmen (1) assoziiert zu werden;
    - einen Fassungskörper (5), der ausgelegt ist, um mit dem bewegbaren Rahmen (2) assoziiert zu werden;
    - eine Lastübertragungseinheit (6) zum Übertragen der Last, die an einem ersten Ende an dem Bügel (4) befestigt ist und mit dem zweiten Ende in dem Fassungskörper (5) untergebracht ist;
    - ein elastisches Element (7), das innerhalb des mit dem bewegbaren Rahmen (2) assoziierten Fassungskörpers (5) untergebracht ist und zwischen einem ersten Ende des Fassungskörpers (5) und dem zweiten Ende der Lastübertragungseinheit (6), die in dem Fassungskörper (5) untergebracht ist, gehalten wird;
    - ein Kontaktelement (8), das mit dem zweiten Ende der Lastübertragungseinheit (6), die im Fassungskörper (5) untergebracht ist, assoziiert und ausgelegt ist, um ein Ende des elastischen Elements (7) zurückzuhalten;
    - Einstellmittel (9) zum Einstellen des Spannens der Lastübertragungseinheit (6), die zwischen dem Bügel (4) und dem ersten Ende der Lastübertragungseinheit (6) positioniert und ausgelegt sind, um bei Gebrauch die Position des Kontaktelements (8) innerhalb des Fassungskörpers (5) in beide Richtungen zu modifizieren, sodass das elastische Element (7) entlang des Fassungskörpers (5) derart komprimiert oder dekomprimiert wird, dass die Last der Vorrichtung (100) modifiziert wird,
    wobei die Einstellmittel (9) eine Gewindeeinstellschraube (10) umfassen, die auf einen Gewindeabschnitt (6a) des ersten Endes der Lastübertragungseinheit (6), die auf dem Bügel (4) positioniert ist, geschraubt werden kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Bügel (4) mit einer Referenzbuchse (11) versehen ist, aufweisend einen Durchführungssitz (12), der zumindest von dem Gewindeabschnitt (6a) des ersten Endes der Lastübertragungseinheit (6) gegriffen werden kann, wobei die Einstellschraube (10) auf einer ersten Seitenfläche der Referenzbuchse (11), von der zumindest der Gewindeabschnitt (6a) des ersten Endes der Lastübertragungseinheit (6) hervorsteht, bei Gebrauch derart positioniert ist, dass eine Zug- oder Entlastungswirkung auf die/der Lastübertragungseinheit (6) durch den Kontakt auf der ersten Seitenfläche der Buchse (11) erlaubt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Kontaktelement (8) eine Platte umfasst, die mit dem zweiten Ende der Lastübertragungseinheit (6) assoziiert und in Kontakt mit dem jeweiligen Ende des elastischen Elements (7) derart positioniert ist, dass ein Axialdruck oder eine Entlastung auf das elastische Element (7) entsprechend einer relativ größeren oder kleineren Kompression innerhalb des Fassungskörpers (5) erlaubt wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, umfassend eine Kontaktmutter (13), die auf dem ersten Ende der Lastübertragungseinheit (6) befestigt und bei Gebrauch in Kontakt mit einer zweiten Seitenfläche der Buchse (11), die der ersten Seitenfläche der Buchse (11) entgegengesetzt ist, positioniert und ausgelegt ist, um eine Drehung der Übertragungseinheit (6) während der Bewegung der Einstellschraube (10) auf dem Gewindeabschnitt (6a) des ersten Endes der Lastübertragungseinheit (6) zu verhindern.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Fassungskörper (5) einen halbzylindrischen Querschnitt aufweist, um eine Schraubenfeder oder eine becherförmige Schraube oder einen Körper mit einer elastisch nachgebenden zylindrischen Form, definierend das elastische Element (7), unterzubringen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Fassungskörper (5) eine Zentrierbuchse (14) umfasst, die auf dem jeweiligen ersten Ende derart fixierbar ist, dass das Ende des elastischen Elements (7) zurückgehalten wird und der freie Übergang der Lastübertragungseinheit (6) von der Innenseite zur Außenseite des Fassungskörpers (5) erlaubt wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei ein Referenzzapfen (15) quer auf dem Fassungskörper (5) auf dem zweiten Ende des Fassungskörpers (5) assoziiert ist und einen Endanschlag oder ein Mindestlastkontaktelement für das zweite Ende der Lastübertragungseinheit (6) bildet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Fassungskörper (5) ausgelegt ist, um mit dem bewegbaren Rahmen (2) in der Nähe des unteren Gelenkbands (3) assoziiert zu werden.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Lastübertragungseinheit (6) ein flexibles Kabel umfasst.
