Claims (15)

  1. Zuschnitt zum Verpacken einer Lebensmittelportion (3), umfassend Faltlinien (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d), die die Formgebung des Zuschnitts zu einer Hülle (2) ermöglichen, in welche die Portion vor dem Verschließen der Hülle eingebracht werden kann, wobei die Faltlinien einen Zuschnitt definieren, der Folgendes aufweist:
    - eine obere Platte (5) und eine untere Platte (6), die dazu bestimmt sind, eine jeweilige obere (2oben) und untere (2unten) Wand der Hülle zu bilden, wobei die untere Platte durch eine erste seitliche Platte (7) verlängert ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, eine erste Seitenwand (2seitlich1) der Hülle zu bilden;
    - eine Öffnungszunge (8), welche die erste seitliche Platte gegenüber der unteren Platte (6) verlängert, wobei die Zunge eine Basis (8a) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Verschlusssaum (9) verbunden zu sein, der die obere Platte (5) verlängert;
    wobei der Zuschnitt ferner zwei Aufreißlinien (10) aufweist, die sich jeweils von einem Rand der Basis (8a) der Zunge (8) aus entlang der ersten seitlichen Platte (7) und der unteren Platte (6) erstrecken, wobei der Zuschnitt dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Saum (9) nicht mit einer Aufreißlinie versehen ist, wobei der Saum ausgebildet ist, um dauerhaft mit einem Bereich der oberen Platte (5) verbunden zu sein, und die Basis (8a) der Zunge (8) ausgebildet ist, um durch Ziehen an der Öffnungszunge (8) abziehbar mit dem Saum verbunden zu sein.
  2. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem Komplex (4) gebildet ist, umfassend eine äußere Schicht (4e) auf Basis von Zellulosefasern und eine innere Abdichtungsschicht (4i).
  3. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußeren Schichten (4e) des Saums (9) und des Bereichs der oberen Platte (5) ausgebildet sind, um dauerhaft miteinander verbunden zu sein, wobei die inneren Schichten (4i) der Basis (8a) der Zunge (8) und des Saums (9) ausgebildet sind, um abziehbar miteinander verbunden zu sein.
  4. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der äußeren Schichten (4e) des Saums (9) und des Bereichs der oberen Platte (5) mit einem Klebstoff (11) versehen ist.
  5. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der inneren Schichten (4i) der Basis (8a) der Zunge (8) und des Saums (9) abziehbar ist und/oder mit einem abziehbaren Lack (12) versehen ist.
  6. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufreißlinien (10) durch mindestens teilweises Abtragen nur der äußeren Schicht (4e) gebildet sind.
  7. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Platte (5) nicht mit einer Aufreißlinie versehen ist.
  8. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Platte (6) und die erste seitliche Platte (7) zwischen zwei Faltlinien (1a) gebildet sind, wobei diese Linien an der Basis (8a) der Zunge (8) verlängert sind, wobei sich jede der Aufreißlinien (10) in Bezug auf eine Faltlinie (1a) erstreckt und dazwischen einen Streifen (13) bildet.
  9. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Streifen (13) eine Breite aufweist, die weniger als 10 % der Breite der ersten seitlichen Platte (7), insbesondere weniger als 5 %, ist.
  10. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saum (9) eine Basis (9a) aufweist, von der sich eine Lasche (9b) erstreckt, wobei die Basen (8a, 9a) des Saums (9) und der Zunge (8) ausgebildet sind, um abziehbar miteinander verbunden zu sein.
  11. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere (5) und die untere (6) Platte durch eine zweite seitliche Platte (14) miteinander verknüpft sind, sich die Aufreißlinien (10) über die zweite seitliche Platte verlängern.
  12. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei Längsränder (17) umfasst, die sich auf beiden Seiten der oberen (5) und der unteren (6) Platte erstrecken, wobei die Ränder mit Faltlinien (1a, 1c) ausgestattet sind, die es ermöglichen, Seitenwände (2seitlich2) der Hülle (2) zu bilden.
  13. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine obere (5), eine untere (6) und seitliche (7, 14) Platten aufweist, die jeweils eine vierseitige Geometrie aufweisen, die es ermöglicht, eine quaderförmige Hülle (2) zu bilden.
  14. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Platte (6) eine dreieckige Geometrie aufweist, wobei die erste seitliche Platte (7) eine vierseitige Geometrie aufweist, wobei jede der Seiten der unteren Platte (6) durch die erste seitliche Platte (7) bzw. zwei Ränder (18a, 18b) verlängert ist, wobei die obere Platte (5) eine dreieckige Geometrie aufweist, wovon eine Seite (5a) durch einen ersten (18a) der Ränder mit der unteren Platte (6) verknüpft ist, wobei die Ränder mit Faltlinien (1a, 1d) ausgestattet sind, die es ermöglichen, Seitenwände (2seitlich3) einer prismatischen Hülle (2) mit dreieckiger Basis zu bilden.
  15. Verfahren zum Verpacken einer Lebensmittelportion mittels eines Zuschnitts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei der Zuschnitt entlang seiner Faltlinien gefaltet wird, um eine offene Hülle (2) zu bilden, in welche die Portion vor dem Verschließen der Hülle eingebracht wird, wobei das Verfahren vorsieht, den Saum (9) an der oberen Wand (2oben) der Hülle (2) dauerhaft zu verbinden und die Basis (8a) der Zunge (8) abziehbar an dem Saum zu verbinden.
