Claims (11)

  1. Anordnung:
    - einer Schirmvorrichtung (1), umfassend
    • einen Schirm (3), der auf eine Schirmrolle (2) auf- und von dieser abgerollt werden kann, um ein Fenster oder eine Tür (5) abzudecken; und
    • ein Schirmgehäuse (4, 4', 4"), in dem diese Schirmrolle (2) so untergebracht ist, dass sie drehbar ist; und
    - Befestigungsmittel zur Befestigung des Schirmgehäuses (4, 4', 4") an dem Fenster oder der Tür (5) oder einer Struktur (7), in der das Fenster oder die Tür (5) montiert ist, umfassend:
    • einen ersten Befestigungsbügel (8), der zur Befestigung an dem Schirmgehäuse (4, 4', 4") bereitgestellt ist; und
    • einen zweiten Befestigungsbügel (9, 9', 9"), der zur Befestigung an dem Fenster oder der Tür (5) oder der Struktur (7) bereitgestellt ist und der an dem ersten Befestigungsbügel (8) befestigbar ist;
    wobei die Befestigungsmittel Einstellmittel zum Einstellen der gegenseitigen Befestigung dieser Befestigungsbügel (8, 9, 9', 9") in einer Höhenrichtung (H) umfassen; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schirmgehäuse ein erstes Schirmgehäuse (4, 4") ist und mit Bügeleinhakmitteln (26, 27) versehen ist, oder dass das Gehäuse ein zweites Schirmgehäuse (4') ist und frei von solchen Bügeleinhakmitteln (26, 27) ist, und dass der erste Befestigungsbügel (8):
    - in einer ersten Position an dem zweiten Befestigungsbügel (9, 9', 9") befestigbar und mit Gehäuseeinhakmitteln (11) versehen ist, um sich in der ersten Position an den Bügeleinhakmitteln (26, 27) an dem ersten Schirmgehäuse (4, 4") einzuhaken; und
    - in einer zweiten Position am zweiten Befestigungsbügel (9, 9', 9") befestigbar und mit einem Hakenelement (10) versehen ist, um sich in dieser zweiten Position an der Oberseite des zweiten Schirmgehäuses (4') einzuhaken.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Befestigungsbügel (8) in der zweiten Position in einem ersten Abstand (t1) unterhalb des Hakenelements (10) mit ersten Schraubenlöchern (15) zum Eingriff darin von ersten Schrauben (25) zum Befestigen des ersten Befestigungsbügels (8) an dem zweiten Schirmgehäuse (4') versehen ist.
  3. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellmittel ein erstes Langloch (18), das in einem der Befestigungsbügel (8, 9, 9', 9") bereitgestellt ist und sich im montierten Zustand in Höhenrichtung (H) erstreckt, und ein entsprechendes Befestigungselement (20), das in das erste Langloch (18) eingreift, um den anderen der beiden Befestigungsbügel (9, 9', 9", 8) relativ zum ersten Langloch (18) zu befestigen, umfassen.
  4. Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Langloch (18) im zweiten Befestigungsbügel (9, 9', 9") bereitgestellt ist.
  5. Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Befestigungsbügel (9, 9', 9") ein zweites Langloch (19) umfasst, das sich im montierten Zustand in Höhenrichtung (H) erstreckt und das, in dieser Höhenrichtung (H) gesehen, in einem zweiten Abstand (t2) von dem ersten Langloch (18) angeordnet ist.
  6. Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Befestigungsbügel (9, 9', 9") zwischen dem ersten Langloch (18) und dem zweiten Langloch (19) mit einem oder mehreren Einschnitten (24) versehen ist.
  7. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Befestigungsbügel (9, 9', 9") zwei erste Langlöcher (18) umfasst, die in einem dritten Abstand (t3) voneinander in einer quer zur Höhenrichtung (H) verlaufenden Richtung angeordnet sind.
  8. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 und Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Befestigungsbügel (8) mit vier zweiten Schraubenlöchern (14) versehen ist, so dass in der ersten Position zwei dieser zweiten Schraubenlöcher (14) zwei der Langlöcher (18, 19) zur Befestigung von zwei zweiten Schrauben (20) durch die zweiten Schraubenlöcher (18) und die Langlöcher (18, 19) entsprechen, und in der zweiten Position zwei dieser zweiten Schraubenlöcher (14) zwei der Langlöcher (18, 19) zur Befestigung von zwei zweiten Schrauben (20) durch die zweiten Schraubenlöcher (14) und die Langlöcher (18, 19) entsprechen.
  9. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Befestigungsbügel (9, 9', 9") einen ersten Befestigungsschenkel (21), der sich im Wesentlichen in einer ersten Ebene erstreckt und der zur Befestigung an dem Fenster oder der Tür (5) oder der Struktur (7) bereitgestellt ist, und einen zweiten Befestigungsschenkel (22), der sich im Wesentlichen in einer zweiten Ebene erstreckt und mit dem Langloch (18) oder den Langlöchern (18, 19) versehen ist, umfasst,wobei sich die erste Ebene von der zweiten Ebene unterscheidet.
  10. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Befestigungsbügel (8, 9, 9', 9") an seinen seitlichen Seiten mit Positionierkanten (16) zum Eingriff an den seitlichen Seiten des anderen der zwei Befestigungsbügel (9, 9', 9", 8) versehen ist.
  11. Anordnung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionierkanten (16) mit einer Aussparung versehen sind, um beim Eingriff an den seitlichen Seiten des anderen der zwei Befestigungsbügel (9, 9', 9", 8) das Verschieben der Befestigungsbügel (8, 9, 9', 9") relativ zueinander zu verhindern.
