Claims (10)
- Kompaktes gedämpftes Scharnier, insbesondere zum Öffnen und Schließen von Möbeltüren, wobei das Scharnier folgendes umfasst:eine Scharnier-Abdeckkappe (11), die dazu bestimmt ist, an einer Tür (14) eines Möbelstücks befestigt zu werden, eine Scharnierklappe (18), die dazu bestimmt ist, an einer Schulter (17) eines Möbelstücks befestigt zu werden,Gelenkverbindungsmittel (22, 24, 25; 23, 26, 27), die geeignet sind, ein hinteres Ende (19) der Scharnier-Abdeckkappe (11) mit einem vorderen Ende (20) der Scharnierklappe (18) gelenkig zu verbinden, wobei die Scharnier-Abdeckkappe (11) und die Scharnierklappe (18) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, um von einer geschlossenen Scharnierkonfiguration in eine offene Scharnierkonfiguration überzugehen und umgekehrt, wobei die Möbeltür jeweils geschlossen bzw. geöffnet ist,elastische Mittel (21), die dazu geeignet sind, zwischen der Scharnier-Abdeckkappe (11) und der Scharnierklappe (18) zu wirken, um das Scharnier mit einer vorbestimmten elastischen Kraft während eines letzten Abschnitts der Scharnier-Schließbewegung von der offenen Scharnierkonfiguration zur geschlossenen Scharnierkonfiguration in Richtung der geschlossenen Scharnierkonfiguration zu drücken, undein Dämpfungsgerät (28) mit einem Körper (29) und einem Schaft (30), der sich in Längsrichtung der Scharnierklappe (18) erstreckt, wobei das Dämpfungsgerät (28) in dem Scharnier positioniert ist, um die Annäherungsbewegung zwischen der Scharnier-Abdeckkappe (11) und der Scharnierklappe (18) während des letzten Abschnitts der Scharnier-Schließbewegung beim Übergang von der offenen Scharnierkonfiguration zur geschlossenen Scharnierkonfiguration zu verlangsamen,wobei die Gelenkverbindungsmittel folgendes umfasst:eine obere Verbindungsstange (22), die mittels eines ersten Bolzens (24) an der Scharnier-Abdeckkappe (11) und mittels eines zweiten Bolzens (25) an der Scharnierklappe (18) angelenkt ist;eine untere Verbindungsstange (23), die mittels eines dritten Bolzens (26) an der Scharnier-Abdeckkappee (11) und mittels eines vierten Bolzens (27) an der Scharnierklappe (18) angelenkt ist;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseine geformte elastische Platte (31) vorgesehen ist, die an einem ersten Ende (35) an Verlängerungen (40) der unteren Verbindungsstange (23) befestigt ist, die um den vierten Bolzen (27) drehbar angeordnet sind, und die sich über einen weiteren Stützbolzen (45) hin und her bewegt, der durch die Seitenwände (46) des umgekehrten U-förmigen Profils verläuft, das die Scharnierklappe bildet (18) angeordnet ist, wobei der Stützbolzen (45) parallel zu den oben genannten Bolzen (25, 27) angeordnet ist, die in der Scharnierklappe (18) angeordnet sind,wobei die geformte elastische Platte (31) an einem zweiten Ende eine rechtwinklig gefaltete Verlängerung (33) aufweist, die an dem Schaft (30) des Dämpfungsgeräts (28) anstößt, der an seinem anderen Ende an einer Endfalte (32) der Scharnierklappe (18) anstößt, undwobei die Drehung der Verlängerungen (40) der unteren Verbindungsstange (23) die geformte elastische Platte (31) und ihre rechtwinklig gefaltete Verlängerung (33) verschiebt, um das Dämpfungsgerät (28) zu aktivieren oder zu reaktivieren.
- Scharnier gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische geformte Platte (31) im Ruhezustand ein erstes gekrümmtes Ende (35) aufweist, während es am gegenüberliegenden Ende die endgültige rechtwinklig gefaltete Verlängerung (33) bildet.
- Scharnier gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlängerungen der unteren Verbindungsstange die Form von Zähnen (42) haben, die in Öffnungen (36) eingreifen, die an einem Ende (35) der geformten elastischen Platte (31) ausgebildet sind.
- Scharnier gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlängerungen der unteren Verbindungsstange die Form von zwei beabstandeten Ösen (40) haben, die abgerundete Oberflächen (41, 141) aufweisen, über denen sie unterhalb des gekrümmten Endes (35) der geformten elastischen Platte (31) zeigen, wobei sich Zähne (42) von den abgerundeten Oberflächen (41, 141) jeder der beiden Ösen (40) erstrecken und in Öffnungen (36) einrasten, die in dem gekrümmten Ende (35) der geformten elastischen Platte (31) vorgesehen sind.
- Scharnier gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähne (42), die in die Öffnungen (36) am gebogenen Ende (35) der geformten elastischen Platte (31) einrasten, jeweils ein vergrößertes Ende (43) und eine abgeschrägte Seitenfläche (44) aufweisen, auf der sich ein elastischer Zahn (37) biegt und gleitet, der zur Innenseite der Öffnung (36) hineinragt und unter das vergrößerte Ende (43) greift, um es in der Öffnung selbst zu arretieren.
- Scharnier gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abgerundeten Flächen jeder der beiden Ösen (40) nach innen und zur gegenüberliegenden Öse gerichtete abgerundete Verlängerungen (141) sind.
- Scharnier gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geformte elastische Platte (31) oben und mittig zwei voneinander beabstandete Klappen (34) aufweist, die zusammenlaufen, um eine Aufnahme und eine Zentrierung für den Körper (29) des Dämpfungsgerätes (28) zu bilden.
- Scharnier gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kunststoffbehälter (50), der das Dämpfungsgerät (28) enthält, über der geformten elastischen Platte (131) angeordnet ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Behälters (50) mindestens eine geformte Verlängerung (53) vorgesehen ist, die in eine komplementäre Öffnung (51) eingreift, die in der geformten elastischen Platte (131) ausgebildet ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Behälters (50) mindestens zwei geformte Verlängerungen (53, 54) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils in komplementäre Öffnungen (51, 52) eingreifen, die in der geformten elastischen Platte (131) bzw. in einem ihrer ersten gekrümmten Enden (35) ausgebildet sind.
