- the thread pitch near the screw head is lower than the thread pitch near the end of the screw 8, 9 furthest from the screw head.
- the insulating profile 5 is coupled to the main profile 4 on one side and to the outer profile 6 on the other side by a plug-in and/or snap-fit connection.
- a locking tab 45 is formed on the side of the first screw channel 43, which is inserted into a correspondingly shaped locking groove 52 when the insulating profile 5 is attached, thus reliably holding the insulating profile 5 on the main profile 4.
- locking webs 53a, 53b extend from the insulating profile 5 towards the outer profile 6 and are engaged by locking webs 62a, 62b of the outer profile 6.
- Figure 13 Figure 1 shows an alternative embodiment , which is not part of the present invention, for connecting two profiles 110 via respective connecting pieces 120.
- profiles 110 are shown here in a highly simplified form as a block, in which only roller strips 111 and counter strips 112 and any existing ribbing 113 are shown.
- Connecting lugs 121 are also shown on the outside of the connecting pieces 120, which are inserted between the roller strip 111 and the counter strip 112 for connection with the profiles 110 and can then be easily fixed by rolling over the roller strip 111 with a rolling tool.
- the inventive method for fixing two main profiles 4 of a wing 3 lying next to each other in the area of a miter joint comprises the following method steps: First, two of the main profiles 4 are placed next to each other in the area of their respective mitered edges. Then, a corner bracket 7 is placed on an inside corner area of the assembled main profiles 4 and screwed to the adjacent main profiles 4 by screwing the first screws 8 into the respective first screw channel 43.
- the main profiles 4 are pressed together into a predetermined angular position.

The object of the present invention is to provide a sash that is relatively movable relative to a frame of a window or door, which can be easily mounted and in which at least one corner support is installed, which ensures further improved support of the sash.
The problem is solved by a sash movable relative to a frame of a window or door with the features of claim 1 and by a method for fixing two main profiles lying next to each other in the area of a miter with the features of claim 14.
The wing according to the invention has a wing frame made of wing frame profiles connected to each other at the corners. A surface element, for example in the form of a glass pane, is attached to the wing frame.
Each sash frame profile has a main profile and an insulating profile attached to or formed on it.
In one or more, in particular all, of the corners of the wing frame, a corner support is arranged which has two legs extending at an angle, in particular at right angles, to each other, which are connected to each other in a corner area and of which one or both legs have a fastening section for fixing to one of the respective main profiles that meet in the corners.
Each of the main profiles has at least one groove-shaped first screw channel formed over the length of the respective wing frame profile.
The corner supports are fixed to the adjacent main profiles by means of first screws screwed into the first screw channels.
The two legs of the corner support have a support section for resting on one of the respective main profiles of the wing frame profiles that meet at the corners.
Near the support section, a support web is molded in, which, in the assembled state, is received in a groove of the main profile.
The provision of the first screw channels allows components and fittings to be easily attached along the entire length of the profile without machining. The individual components can thus be precisely aligned and positioned on the profile via the first screw channel.
The supporting rib enables reliable transfer of wind loads, in particular those acting on the surface element, into the main profile without placing excessive stress on the insulating profile.
Vorteilhafte Ausführungsvarianten der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
The main profiles have at least two groove-shaped screw channels extending along the length of the respective sash frame profile. A first screw channel opens to an inner side of the respective sash frame profile facing the corner member, and a second screw channel opens to an outer side of the respective sash frame profile facing away from the corner member.
The sash frame profiles connected at corners are connected to each other by second screws screwed into the second screw channels of the adjacent main profiles, wherein a region of the first screws close to a screw head is orthogonal to the longitudinal extent of the screw channel of a first of the sash frame profiles and a region of the second screws farther from the screw head is received in the direction of the longitudinal extent of a second of the sash frame profiles.
With a wing designed in this way, direct screwing of the wing frame profiles without machining is easily possible.
According to a preferred embodiment, at least one of the first screws screwed into the first screw channel of one of the main profiles is screwed into the first screw channel at an obtuse angle, the obtuse angle being measured from an area of the main profile not covered by the corner support.
By screwing in the corner profiles at an obtuse angle, it is possible to transfer the load via the corner profiles to the main profile.
According to another design variant, the corner supports have screw receptacles for pre-positioning the first screws.
According to a preferred further development, at least one of the screw receptacles for pre-positioning the first screw, which is to be screwed into the first screw channel at an obtuse angle, has a guide section recessed into the leg at an obtuse angle to the longitudinal extension of the leg of the corner support.
This makes it even easier to screw the first screws into the first screw channel at an obtuse angle.
According to a preferred embodiment, the screw channels are shaped approximately in a U-shape in cross-section.
According to a further advantageous embodiment, at least one thin-walled fixing rib is formed in the first screw channel, into which the screw neck of the first screw can be screwed in a cutting manner.
The thin-walled fixing rib serves two purposes: firstly, to ensure the tightness of the main profile, and secondly, to improve the fixing of the respective component.
According to a further advantageous embodiment, at least one of the screw channels, and in particular all screw channels, are formed with a toothed section extending along the longitudinal extent of the screw channels. According to a preferred embodiment, this toothed section is arranged on the side walls of the screw channels, offset from one another perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the respective screw channel.
According to another advantageous embodiment, the support section of the corner beam is folded over at its end furthest from the fastening section, away from the insulating profile and encompassing the surface element.
In another preferred embodiment, at least a subset of the screws is designed as an adjusting screw with a thread pitch that changes section by section.
At least one of the corner supports is preferably made in one piece.
- Positioning the two main profiles in the area of a respective mitered edge,
- Placing a corner support on an inside corner area of the assembled main profiles,
- The corner support is screwed to the two adjacent main profiles by screwing at least a subset of the first screws at an obtuse angle into the first screw channel of the respective main profile.
- by tightening the first screws in the first screw channels, the main profiles are compressed into a predetermined angular position.

Preferably, the insulating profile 5 is connected to an outer profile 6 on its side facing away from the main profile 4. When the window is closed, the main profile 4 faces the interior of the building, while the outer profile 6 faces the environment outside the building.
In one or more, in particular all, of the corners 33 of the sash frame, a corner support 7 is arranged to support the surface element, the corner support having two legs 71, 72 extending at an angle, in particular at right angles, to each other. These legs 71, 72 are connected to each other in a corner area 75.
The corner support 7 is/are preferably made in one piece.
Both legs 71, 72 have a support section 77 for resting on one of the respective main profiles 4 of the wing frame profiles 31, 32 which meet at the corners 33.
Each of the main profiles 4 has at least one groove-shaped first screw channel 43 formed over the length of the respective wing frame profile.
A first screw channel 43 is open to an inside side of the respective wing frame profile 31, 32 facing the corner support 7.
A second screw channel 42 is open to an outer side of the respective wing frame profile 31, 32 facing away from the corner support 7.
The corner supports 7 are fixed to the adjacent main profiles 4 by means of first screws 8 screwed into the first screw channels 43.

The first groove-shaped screw channels 42 thus enable a reliable connection of the respective sash frame profiles 31, 32 in the area of the abutting, preferably mitered, ends 33 of the respective sash frame profiles 31, 32 without additional milling work.
Die ersten Schraubkanäle 43 dienen der Anbringung weiterer Funktionsbauteile an den Flügelrahmenprofilen 31, 32.The first screw channels 43 serve to attach further functional components to the wing frame profiles 31, 32.

Preferably, at least one of the screw receptacles 76 for pre-positioning the first screw 8 to be screwed into the first screw channel 43 at an obtuse angle is designed with a guide section 78 recessed into the leg 71 at an obtuse angle to the longitudinal extension of the leg 71, 72 of the corner support 7.
The screw channels 42, 43 are preferably formed in cross-section in an approximately U-shape.
The side walls of these screw channels 42, 43 are preferably formed with a toothing 46 extending in the longitudinal extent of the screw channels 42, 43.
For further improved fixation, the toothing 46 on the side walls of the screw channels 42, 43 is offset from each other when viewed perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the respective screw channel 42, 43.
Furthermore, for improved retention and sealing, at least one thin-walled fixing rib 44 is formed in the first screw channel 43, into which the screw neck 82 of the first screw 8 can be screwed in a cutting manner.

The folded edge 73 ensures that a pressure load generated, for example, by wind suction, is introduced via the folded edge 73 into the support section 77 of the corner beam 7, which is connected to the main profile via the fastening section 74, so that the pressure load is introduced into the main profile.
The fastening section 74 of the corner beam 7 has a support web 79 projecting into a groove 48. Laterally below the support web 79, the support section 77 of the corner beam 7 rests on a load-bearing pressure surface. 47 of the main profile 4 and thus, in conjunction with a counter web 49 limiting the groove 48, enables the load of the surface element acting on the corner beam 7, for example in the form of a glass pane, to be transferred into the main profile 4.
At least a subset of the screws 8, 9 are preferably designed as adjusting screws with a thread pitch that changes section by section, which results in the sash frame corners being pressed together further when screwed in. Here, the thread pitch near the screw head is lower than the thread pitch near the end of the screw 8, 9 furthest from the screw head.

A connection of the same or similar design exists between the insulating profile 5 and the outer profile 6. Here, locking webs 53a, 53b extend from the insulating profile 5 towards the outer profile 6 and are engaged by locking webs 62a, 62b of the outer profile 6.
For the sake of clarity, the profiles 110 are shown here in a highly simplified form as a block, in which only roller strips 111 and counter strips 112 and any existing ribbing 113 are shown.
Connecting lugs 121 are also shown on the outside of the connecting pieces 120, which are inserted between the roller strip 111 and the counter strip 112 for connection with the profiles 110 and can then be easily fixed by rolling over the roller strip 111 with a rolling tool.
The inventive method for fixing two main profiles 4 of a wing 3 lying next to each other in the area of a miter joint comprises the following method steps:
First, two of the main profiles 4 are placed next to each other in the area of their respective mitered edges. Then, a corner bracket 7 is placed on an inside corner area of the assembled main profiles 4 and screwed to the adjacent main profiles 4 by screwing the first screws 8 into the respective first screw channel 43.
At least some of the screws 8, preferably the outermost of the first screws 8 viewed from the corner, are screwed into the first screw channel 43 of the respective main profile 4 at an obtuse angle (α).
By tightening the first screws 8 in the first screw channels 43, the main profiles 4 are pressed together into a predetermined angular position.
