Claims (15)

  1. Beutelloses orales rauchfreies Produkt in Form eines oralen Pflasters (100), umfassend einen Träger (101) und einen Wirkstoff und/oder ein Aroma,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (101) aus einem wasserunlöslichen faserigen Vliesmaterial besteht, das orale Pflaster ferner umfassend ein Verdickungsmittel.
  2. Orales rauchfreies Produkt nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verdickungsmittel Alginat, Akaziengummi oder Kombinationen davon umfasst.
  3. Orales rauchfreies Produkt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Verdickungsmittel Alginat umfasst oder daraus besteht, und wobei das Alginat 0,5 % bis 5 % des Trockengewichts des oralen Pflasters (100) darstellt.
  4. Orales rauchfreies Produkt nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei das orale Pflaster (100) Glycerin umfasst, wobei das Glycerin vorzugsweise 15 % des Trockengewichts des oralen Pflasters (100) bis 35 % des Trockengewichts des oralen Pflasters (100) darstellt.
  5. Orales rauchfreies Produkt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das orale Pflaster (100) einen Zuckeralkohol, wie Maltit, Mannit oder Isomalt, oder Kombinationen aus zwei oder mehreren verschiedenen Zuckeralkoholen umfasst, wobei der Zuckeralkohol vorzugsweise 20 % bis 45 % des Trockengewichts des oralen Pflasters (100) darstellt.
  6. Orales rauchfreies Produkt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das orale rauchfreie Produkt Nikotin in einer Menge von 1 mg bis 25 mg, vorzugsweise 1 mg bis 10 mg Nikotin oder mehr bevorzugt 2 mg bis 8 mg Nikotin umfasst.
  7. Orales rauchfreies Produkt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Träger (101) aus einem einlagigen Vliesmaterial besteht.
  8. Orales rauchfreies Produkt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das orale rauchfreie Produkt eine Dicke (t) von 0,2 mm bis 5 mm aufweist.
  9. Orales rauchfreies Produkt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Träger ein Basisgewicht von 70 g/m2 bis 300 g/m2 aufweist.
  10. Orales rauchfreies Produkt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Träger (101) ein Trockengewicht von 0,02 g bis 0,2 g, wie ein Trockengewicht von 0,05 g bis 0,2 g, aufweist.
  11. Orales rauchfreies Produkt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das orale rauchfreie Produkt eine Oberfläche von 1,0 cm2 bis 8 cm2 aufweist.
  12. Orales rauchfreies Produkt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das orale rauchfreie Produkt eine längliche Form mit einer Länge (I) in einer Längenrichtung (L) und einer Breite (w) in einer Breitenrichtung (W) aufweist, wobei das orale rauchfreie Produkt eine maximale Breite (w) von 5 mm bis 20 mm in der Breitenrichtung (W) und eine maximale Länge (I) von 10 mm bis 35 mm in der Längenrichtung (L) aufweist.
  13. Orales rauchfreies Produkt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Wasserabsorptionskapazität des Trägers 500 % bis 800 % des Trockengewichts der Trägerbahn beträgt.
  14. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines oralen rauchfreien Produkts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, das Verfahren umfassend:
    - Bereitstellen eines einlagigen Vliesträgermaterials in Form einer zusammenhängenden Vliesbahn oder als einzelne Pflaster des Vliesträgermaterials;
    - Bereitstellen einer flüssigen Lösung, umfassend ein Aroma und/oder einen Wirkstoff, ein Verdickungsmittel, wie Glycerin, Alginat oder Akaziengummi, und Wasser;
    - Aufbringen der flüssigen Lösung auf das Vliesmaterial,
    wobei die flüssige Lösung vorzugsweise eine flüssige Aromalösung ist, umfassend ein Aroma und das Verdickungsmittel,
    das Verfahren ferner mehr bevorzugt umfassend:
    - Bereitstellen einer wässrigen Lösung, umfassend einen Wirkstoff und Wasser; und
    - Aufbringen der wässrigen Lösung auf die zusammenhängende Vliesbahn oder auf die einzelnen oralen rauchfreien Produkte.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei das Vliesträgermaterial in Form einer zusammenhängenden Vliesbahn vorliegt und das Verfahren ferner umfasst:
    - Abtrennen einzelner oraler rauchfreier Produkte von der zusammenhängenden Vliesbahn, wie durch Schneiden oder Stanzen.
