Claims (10)
- Ein aerosolerzeugendes Produkt mit einem aerosolerzeugenden Substratstab, wobei das Produkt einen raucherzeugenden Kernmaterialabschnitt (1), einen Lüftungsabschnitt (2) und einen Filterabschnitt (3) umfasst, wobei der raucherzeugende Kernmaterialabschnitt (1) und ein Mundstück mit Mundstückpapier (4) bestückt sind,wobei der raucherzeugende Kernmaterialabschnitt (1) den aerosolerzeugenden Substratstab und Zigarettenpapier umfasst, das um den aerosolerzeugenden Substratstab gewickelt ist,wobei das Zigarettenpapier ein Anti-Sicker-Zigarettenpapier ist, das eine wasserdichte Schicht und/oder eine öldichte Schicht enthält,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zigarettenpapier ein wärmeleitendes Zigarettenpapier mit einer Wärmeleitschicht ist, wobei der aerosolerzeugende Substratstab ein abschnittsweiser aerosolerzeugender Substratstab ist, wobei zwei Enden des abschnittsweisen aerosolerzeugenden Substratstabs kurze Stababschnitte (11) sind, die durch Verbinden von verklebten Tabakteilchen gebildet sind, und eine Mitte ein Abschnitt mit verstreuten Teilchen (12) ist, der durch nicht verklebte Tabakteilchen gebildet ist; undder Lüftungsabschnitt (2) und der Filterabschnitt (3) mit Formpapier (5) umwickelt sind, um das Mundstück zu bilden. - Das aerosolerzeugende Produkt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Massenverhältnis der Tabakteilchen an den kurzen Stababschnitten (11) zu den Tabakteilchen am Abschnitt mit verstreuten Teilchen (12) in einem Bereich von 1:10 bis 1:1 liegt und ein Massenverhältnis von Tabakteilchen zu einem Klebstoff in den kurzen Stababschnitten (11) in einem Bereich von 1:1 bis 1:4 liegt.
- Das aerosolerzeugende Produkt nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Klebefläche von Oberseiten der Tabakteilchen in den kurzen Stababschnitten (11) 30-60% von Oberflächen der Tabakteilchen ausmacht.
- Das aerosolerzeugende Produkt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Porosität des abschnittsweisen aerosolerzeugenden Substratstabs in einem Bereich von 40% bis 80% liegt und ein axialer Saugwiderstand des abschnittsweisen aerosolerzeugenden Substratstabs in einem Bereich von 5 Pa/mm bis 40 Pa/mm liegt.
- Das aerosolerzeugende Produkt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Grammgewicht des Zigarettenpapiers in einem Bereich von 30 g/m2 bis 70 g/m2 liegt.
- Das aerosolerzeugende Produkt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Teilchengröße der Tabakteilchen in einem Bereich von 8 Mesh bis 60 Mesh liegt und der Klebstoff ausgewählt ist aus Chitosan, mit hydroxyethylierter Verbindung modifizierter Ethylcellulose, Guarkernmehl, Carboxymethylcellulose, Stärke, modifizierter Stärke, pflanzlicher Cellulose, mikrokristalliner Cellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose und Hydroxyethylmethylcellulose.
- Das aerosolerzeugende Produkt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Rohrwand des Lüftungsabschnitts (2) aus Papier, Silikagel, Acetatfaser, Polymilchsäure und Vliesstoff hergestellt ist.
- Das aerosolerzeugende Produkt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lüftungsabschnitt (2) die Form einer eingekerbten Spannut oder eines Zahnrads hat, einen kleinen Lochströmungskanal (21) aufweist, der in Umfangsrichtung verteilt ist und den Lüftungsabschnitt (2) durchdringt, und außerdem einen großen Lochströmungskanal (22) aufweist, der den Lüftungsabschnitt (2) in einer axialen Mitte durchdringt; und eine Rohrwand des Lüftungsabschnitts (2) eine Lüftungsöffnung (23) mit einer Fläche von 1/2 bis 7/8 einer Querschnittsfläche einer Filterspitze aufweist.
- Das aerosolerzeugende Produkt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formpapier (5) und das Mundstückpapier (4) atmungsaktiv sind.
- Das aerosolerzeugende Produkt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das aerosolerzeugende Produkt ferner einen Funktionsabschnitt (6) umfasst, der zwischen dem raucherzeugenden Kernmaterialabschnitt (1) und dem Lüftungsabschnitt (2) oder zwischen dem Lüftungsabschnitt (2) und dem Filterabschnitt (3) angeordnet ist, und der Funktionsabschnitt (6) eine Rauch kühlende und sammelnde Wirkung hat; und
wenn der Funktionsabschnitt (6) zwischen dem Lüftungsabschnitt (2) und dem Filterabschnitt (3) angeordnet ist, der Funktionsabschnitt (6) ein Hohlrohr sein kann, eine Rohrwand des Hohlrohrs atmungsaktiv ist und das Hohlrohr selbst eine atmungsaktive Funktion haben oder durch Stanzlöcher in der Rohrwand atmungsaktiv sein kann.
