Abstract

Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung, insbesondere einer Induktionskochfeldvorrichtung, mit zumindest einer ersten Induktionsheizeinheit (16), die eine erste Induktionsspule (18) aufweist, und zumindest einer Wechselrichterelektronik (14), die dazu vorgesehen ist, zumindest in einem ersten Betriebszustand die erste Induktionsspule (18) in einem Primärkreis mit einer Taktfrequenz, insbesondere in einem Bereich zwischen 1 kHz und 150 kHz zu betreiben, insbesondere um ein Gargeschirr (13) aufzuheizen. Um eine erhöhte Flexibilität zu erreichen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Induktionsheizeinheit (16) einen Sekundärkreis mit einer zweiten Induktionsspule (20) aufweist, der frei ist von Wechselrichterelektronik, wobei der Sekundärkreis zumindest in dem ersten Betriebszustand geschlossen ist, so dass die zweite Induktionsspule (20) induktiv Energie von der ersten Induktionsspule (18) bezieht.

Description

Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Aus dem Stand der Technik sind Induktionskochfelder bekannt, die mehrere, konzentrisch zueinander angeordnete, Induktionsspulen aufweisen. Die Induktionsspulen sind hierbei jeweils in einem Stromkreis mit einer Wechselrichterelektronik angeordnet und durch diese betrieben.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht insbesondere, aber nicht beschränkt darauf, darin, eine gattungsgemäße Vorrichtung mit verbesserten Eigenschaften hinsichtlich einer geringen Anzahl an benötigten Bauteilen bereitzustellen. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst, während vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung den Unteransprüchen entnommen werden können.
Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung, insbesondere einer Induktionskochfeldvorrichtung, mit zumindest einer ersten Induktionsheizeinheit, die eine erste Induktionsspule aufweist, und zumindest einer Wechselrichterelektronik, die dazu vorgesehen ist, zumindest in einem ersten Betriebszustand die erste Induktionsspule in einem Primärkreis mit einer Taktfrequenz, insbesondere in einem Bereich zwischen 1 kHz und 150 kHz, beispielsweise in einem Bereich zwischen 20 kHz und 120 kHz, vorzugsweise in einem Bereich zwischen 30 kHz und 100 kHz, zu betreiben, insbesondere um ein Gargeschirr aufzuheizen.
Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Induktionsheizeinheit einen Sekundärkreis mit einer zweiten Induktionsspule aufweist, der frei ist von Wechselrichterelektronik, wobei der Sekundärkreis zumindest in dem ersten Betriebszustand geschlossen ist, so dass die zweite Induktionsspule induktiv Energie von der ersten Induktionsspule bezieht. Insbesondere ist die zweite Induktionsspule dazu vorgesehen, induktiv von der ersten Induktionsspule bezogene Energie, induktiv an das Gargeschirr abzugeben und/oder weiterzugeben. Unter einer „Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung“, insbesondere unter einer „Induktionskochfeldvorrichtung“, soll insbesondere zumindest ein Teil, insbesondere eine Unterbaugruppe, eines Induktionsgargeräts, insbesondere eines Induktionskochfelds, verstanden werden. Unter einem „Induktionsgargerät“ soll insbesondere ein Gargerät, insbesondere ein zum Erwärmen, Erhitzen und/oder Garen von Gargut, wie zum Beispiel Nahrungsmitteln, vorgesehenes Haushaltsgerät verstanden werden. Insbesondere ist das Induktionsgargerät dazu vorgesehen, das Gargut mittels zumindest eines induktiv erhitzten Heizkörpers zu erwärmen, zu erhitzen und/oder zu garen. Insbesondere weist eine Induktionskochfeldvorrichtung zumindest eine Kochfeldplatte zum Aufstellen von Gargeschirr, wie beispielsweise Kochtöpfen, Pfannen und/oder ähnlichem auf. Alternativ ist es denkbar, dass die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung beispielsweise als Induktionsbackofenvorrichtung ausgebildet ist und zumindest einen, insbesondere plattenförmigen, Induktionsheizkörper aufweist, der insbesondere zur Erhitzung eines Backofeninnenraums vorgesehen ist.
Unter einer „Induktionsspule“ einer Induktionsheizeinheit soll insbesondere eine elektrische Spule verstanden werden, die dazu vorgesehen ist, in zumindest einem Betriebszustand zumindest einen Großteil, insbesondere zumindest 30 %, vorteilhaft zumindest 50 %, beispielsweise zumindest 70 %, vorzugsweise zumindest 90 %, einer in die Induktionsspule eingebrachten elektrischen Leistung, von insbesondere zumindest 500 W, insbesondere zumindest 500 W, beispielsweise zumindest 1000 W, an einen Induktionsheizkörper, der insbesondere als Gargeschirr, alternativ zum Beispiel als Heizplatte, ausgebildet ist, zu übertragen. Insbesondere ist die Induktionsspule dazu vorgesehen, den Induktionsheizkörper mittels Wirbelstrominduktion und/oder Ummagnetisierungseffekten, wie beispielsweise Domänen-Flips, zu erhitzen. Vorzugsweise ist die Induktionsspule als Flachspule ausgebildet. Insbesondere ist die Induktionsspule von einer spiralförmig gewickelten elektrischen Leitung, insbesondere Litzenleitung, gebildet. Insbesondere ist die Induktionsspule entlang einer Fläche, insbesondere einer ebenen Fläche, alternativ einer gekrümmten Fläche, gewickelt.
Die Wechselrichterelektronik ist insbesondere dazu vorgesehen, ein Eingangssignal, insbesondere eine Gleichspannung oder eine gleichgerichtete und insbesondere geglättete Wechselspannung in ein Wechselspannungssignal zu wandeln. Insbesondere weist die Wechselrichterelektronik zumindest eine Schalteinheit auf, die insbesondere von zumindest einem Schaltelement, vorzugsweise zumindest zwei Schaltelementen, insbesondere Halbleiterschaltelementen, vorzugsweise Bipolartransistoren mit isolierter Gate- Elektrode (IGBT), gebildet ist. Insbesondere ist die Schalteinheit dazu vorgesehen, unterschiedliche Kontakte des Eingangssignals abwechselnd mit einem Kontakt der ersten Induktionsspule zu verbinden. Insbesondere bildet die Wechselrichterelektronik gemeinsam mit der ersten Induktionsspule einen erzwungenen Schwingkreis. Insbesondere ist die Schalteinheit, insbesondere die Schaltelemente der Schalteinheit, dazu vorgesehen, in der Taktfrequenz geschaltet, insbesondere aktiviert und/oder deaktiviert, zu werden.
Darunter, dass der Sekundärkreis „frei“ ist von Wechselrichterelektronik soll beispielsweise verstanden werden, dass dieser in einem geschlossenen, also insbesondere zumindest in einem für Wechselspannung leitfähigen, Zustand frei ist von elektronischen Komponenten, insbesondere Schaltelementen, die dazu vorgesehen sind, durch Schaltvorgänge eine erzwungene elektrische Schwingung in der zweiten Induktionsspule hervorzurufen, so dass eine Frequenz der elektrischen Schwingung mit einer Frequenz der Schaltvorgänge korreliert. Insbesondere ist die zweite Induktionsspule in keinem Betriebszustand leitfähig mit irgendeiner Wechselrichterelektronik verbunden. Insbesondere ist der Sekundärkreis dazu vorgesehen, lediglich mittels induktiver Energieübertragung, insbesondere vom Primärkreis, versorgt und/oder betrieben zu werden. Der Sekundärkreis ist insbesondere eine geschlossene Reihenschaltung von elektrischen Komponenten.
Insbesondere ist die erste Induktionsspule dazu vorgesehen, in zumindest einem Betriebsmodus zumindest 30 %, insbesondere zumindest 50 %, von in die erste Induktionsspule eingespeister Energie an die zweite Induktionsspule weiterzugeben, wobei aber auch andere Anteile denkbar sind.
Vorteilhaft weist die zweite Induktionsspule einen geringeren Leitungsquerschnitt auf als die erste Induktionsspule, um beispielsweise Material und/oder Kosten zu sparen. Insbesondere beträgt ein Leitungsquerschnitt der zweiten Induktionsspule maximal 50 %, insbesondere maximal 30 % eines Leitungsquerschnitts der ersten Induktionsspule. Insbesondere ist der Sekundärkreis lediglich von der zweiten Induktionsspule gebildet, die kurzgeschlossen ist.
Unter „vorgesehen“ soll insbesondere speziell programmiert, ausgelegt und/oder ausgestattet verstanden werden. Darunter, dass ein Objekt zu einer bestimmten Funktion vorgesehen ist, soll insbesondere verstanden werden, dass das Objekt diese bestimmte Funktion in zumindest einem Anwendungs- und/oder Betriebszustand erfüllt und/oder ausführt.
Durch eine derartige Ausgestaltung kann insbesondere eine Umverteilung von elektrischer Energie, die der ersten Induktionsspule bereitgestellt wird, erreicht werden.
Vorzugsweise ist die zweite Induktionsspule zu der ersten Induktionsspule überlappend angeordnet. Darunter, dass sich zwei Induktionsspulen „überlappen“ soll hierbei verstanden werden, dass sich deren Abdeckungsbereiche zumindest in Projektion, insbesondere senkrechter Projektion, auf eine Bezugsfläche, insbesondere Bezugsebene überlappen und/oder überschneiden. Insbesondere überlappt die zweite Induktionsspule zumindest 50 %, insbesondere zumindest 80 %, vorzugsweise zumindest 95 %, der ersten Induktionsspule. Der Abdeckungsbereich einer Induktionsspule ist insbesondere von einem Bereich gebildet, der zwischen einer innersten Windung der Induktionsspule und einer äußersten Windung der Induktionsspule aufgespannt wird. Die Bezugsfläche bzw. Bezugsebene ist insbesondere eine Fläche bzw. Ebene, die parallel, oder zumindest im Wesentlichen parallel, zu den Windungen zumindest einer der beiden Induktionsspulen liegt. Insbesondere ist die Bezugsfläche von einer Kochfeldplatte, insbesondere einer Oberfläche dieser, oder von einer Wandung einer Backröhre gebildet. Im Weiteren gemachte Relativangaben der Induktionsspulen, insbesondere hinsichtlich Positionen, Anordnung und/oder Größen können jeweils als für die Abdeckungsbereiche und in Projektion auf die Bezugsebene geltend gelesen werden. Insbesondere sind elektrische Zuleitungen zu den Induktionsspulen von den geometrischen Betrachtungen ausgeschlossen. Insbesondere sind die erste und die zweite Induktionsspule in einem Abstand von weniger als 5 cm, insbesondere weniger als 3 cm, vorteilhaft weniger als 1 cm, vorzugsweise weniger als 0,5 cm, insbesondere zumindest in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Bezugsfläche, angeordnet. Insbesondere sind die erste Induktionsspule und die zweite Induktionsspule parallel zueinander angeordnet. Hierdurch kann insbesondere eine gute induktive Kopplung zwischen den Induktionsspulen erreicht werden. Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung ein Schaltelement aufweist, das dazu vorgesehen ist, den Sekundärkreis in dem ersten Betriebsmodus zu schließen und/oder geschlossen zu halten und das dazu vorgesehen ist, in zumindest in einem zweiten Betriebszustand, in dem die erste Induktionsspule in einem Primärkreis mit einer Taktfrequenz in einem Bereich zwischen 1 kHz und 150 kHz betrieben wird, den Sekundärkreis zu öffnen und/oder offen zu halten, so dass ein Stromfluss durch die zweite Induktionsspule unterbunden oder im Wesentlichen unterbunden ist. Insbesondere ist in dem zweiten Betriebsmodus der Stromfluss in der zweiten Induktionsspule soweit unterbunden, dass maximal 1 %, insbesondere maximal 0,1 %, vorzugsweise maximal 0,01 % einer in die erste Induktionsspule eingespeisten Leistung in die zweite Induktionsspule übertragen werden. Insbesondere ist das Schaltelement dazu vorgesehen, die zweite Induktionsspule kurzzuschließen. Durch eine derartige Ausgestaltung kann insbesondere eine erhöhte Flexibilität erreicht werden. Insbesondere kann die zweite Induktionsspule bei Bedarf hinzugeschaltet werden, insbesondere um einen Heizbereich zu vergrößern.
Insbesondere ist der Sekundärkreis lediglich von der zweiten Induktionsspule und dem Schaltelement gebildet.
Vorzugsweise ist das Schaltelement dazu vorgesehen, in dem ersten Betriebszustand den Sekundärkreis über einen ununterbrochenen Zeitraum zu schließen, der größer ist als ein Vielfaches, insbesondere zumindest ein Vierfaches, beispielsweise zumindest ein Zehnfaches, vorzugsweise zumindest ein Hundertfaches, einer der Taktfrequenz entsprechenden Periodendauer. Insbesondere können so langsamere und günstigere Schaltelemente eingesetzt werden.
Gemäß weiteren Ausgestaltungen wird vorgeschlagen, dass die zweite Induktionsspule konzentrisch zur ersten Induktionsspule angeordnet ist. Hierdurch kann insbesondere eine gute induktive Kopplung erreicht werden.
Vorteilhaft weist die zweite Induktionsspule zumindest einen äußeren Bereich auf, der radial außerhalb der ersten Induktionsspule angeordnet ist. Insbesondere bildet der äußere Bereich einen ringförmigen, insbesondere kreisringförmigen, Bereich, der die erste Induktionsspule umgibt. Insbesondere ist der äußere Bereich konzentrisch zur ersten Induktionsspule angeordnet. Hierdurch kann vorteilhaft eine Vergrößerung eines Heizbereichs erreicht werden.
Alternativ ist der äußere Bereich, insbesondere zumindest ein Zentrum und/oder Schwerpunkt des äußeren Bereichs, seitlich versetzt zur ersten Induktionsspule angeordnet. Insbesondere unterscheidet sich der äußere Bereich von einem Bereich, der die erste Induktionsspule umgibt.
Weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen, dass die zweite Induktionsspule zumindest einen Überlappungsbereich aufweist, der einem Abdeckungsbereich der kompletten ersten Induktionsspule entspricht. Insbesondere sind der Überlappungsbereich und der Abdeckungsbereich der ersten Induktionsspule deckungsgleich. Vorzugsweise sind der Überlappungsbereich und der äußere Bereich disjunkt. Insbesondere ist der äußere Bereich von dem Überlappungsbereich, insbesondere zumindest in radialer Richtung, insbesondere parallel zur Kochfeldplatte und/oder zur Bezugsfläche, beabstandet, insbesondere um zumindest 0,5 mm, beispielsweise um zumindest 1 cm, insbesondere um zumindest 2 cm. Es kann insbesondere eine gute induktive Kopplung erreicht werden.
Gemäß alternativen Ausgestaltungen ist der Überlappungsbereich kleiner als ein Abdeckungsbereich der ersten Induktionsspule. Insbesondere gibt es zumindest einen Bereich der ersten Induktionsspule, der nicht von der zweiten Induktionsspule überlappt wird.
Insbesondere weisen die erste Induktionsspule und die zweite Induktionsspule zumindest in dem Überlappungsbereich eine gleiche Windungsanzahl und/oder Windungsdichte, insbesondere eine gleiche Anzahl an Windungen je Entfernungseinheit in einer radialen Erstreckung, insbesondere gesehen von einem Zentrum und/oder einer Mittelachse der Induktionsspule, auf. Alternativ unterscheiden sich die Windungsdichten der ersten Induktionsspule und der zweiten Induktionsspule in dem Überlappungsbereich, insbesondere um maximal 20 %, vorzugsweise maximal 5 %. Insbesondere weist die zweite Induktionsspule in dem äußeren Bereich eine höhere Windungsdichte auf als in dem Überlappungsbereich. Vorzugsweise ist eine Windungsdichte im äußeren Bereich gleich einer Windungsdichte im Überlappungsbereich.
Gemäß weiteren Ausgestaltungen wird vorgeschlagen, dass die erste Induktionsspule in dem Abdeckungsbereich und die zweite Induktionsspule zumindest in dem Überlappungsbereich jeweils als unterschiedliche Gruppen von Drähten einer gemeinsamen Litzenleitung ausgebildet sind. Hierdurch kann insbesondere eine gute induktive Kopplung erreicht werden.
Ferner kann die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung einen gemeinsamen Träger aufweisen, auf dem die erste Induktionsspule und die zweite Induktionsspule angeordnet sind. Es kann insbesondere eine günstige und/oder einfache Herstellung, eine Platzersparnis und/oder eine gute induktive Kopplung erreicht werden. Der Träger kann beispielsweise aus einem Kunststoff oder aus einem keramischen Material gefertigt sein. Insbesondere sind die Induktionsspulen mit dem Träger verbunden, insbesondere mittels Formschluss, Kraftschluss und/oder Stoffschluss.
Alternativ können die erste Induktionsspule und die zweite Induktionsspule auf unterschiedlichen Trägern angeordnet und/oder befestigt sein. Insbesondere sind die Träger miteinander verbunden.
Gemäß weiteren Ausgestaltungen wird vorgeschlagen, dass die erste Induktionsspule und die zweite Induktionsspule auf einer gleichen Seite des gemeinsamen Trägers angeordnet sind. Es kann insbesondere eine gute induktive Kopplung erreicht werden.
Alternativ wird vorgeschlagen, dass die erste Induktionsspule und die zweite Induktionsspule auf unterschiedlichen Seiten des gemeinsamen Trägers angeordnet sind. Es kann insbesondere eine einfache Herstellung erreicht werden.
Ferner kann die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung einen Träger, insbesondere den gemeinsamen Träger, aufweisen, wobei der Träger eine Rille aufweist, in der die erste Induktionsspule und/oder die zweite Induktionsspule geführt ist. Insbesondere sind die erste Induktionsspule und die zweite Induktionsspule, insbesondere zumindest in dem Überdeckungsbereich gemeinsam in der Rille geführt. Insbesondere weist der Träger eine zweite Rille auf, wobei die erste Induktionsspule in der Rille geführt ist und wobei die zweite Induktionsspule in der zweiten Rille geführt ist. Insbesondere ist zumindest die Rille, insbesondere auch die zweite Rille, spiralförmig in dem Träger ausgebildet. Es kann insbesondere ein sicherer Halt erreicht werden.
Weiterhin kann die zweite Induktionsspule zwischen der ersten Induktionsspule und einem zu beheizenden Induktionsheizkörper, insbesondere Gargeschirr, angeordnet sein. Insbesondere ist die zweite Induktionsspule zwischen der ersten Induktionsspule und der Kochfeldplatte angeordnet. Hierdurch kann insbesondere eine hohe Effizienz erreicht werden.
Gemäß weiteren Ausgestaltungen weist die zweite Induktionsspule zumindest einen ersten Abschnitt und einen zweiten Abschnitt auf, wobei die zweite Induktionsspule in dem zweiten Abschnitt einen anderen Wicklungssinn aufweist als in dem ersten Abschnitt. Insbesondere ist die Induktionsspule von einer elektrischen Leitung gebildet, die in dem ersten Abschnitt einen ersten Wicklungssinn aufweist und in dem zweiten Abschnitt einen zweiten, insbesondere dem ersten entgegengesetzten Wicklungssinn, aufweist. Insbesondere ist die elektrische Leitung in dem ersten Bereich, insbesondere ausgehend von einem ersten, insbesondere inneren, Ende der elektrischen Leitung, im Uhrzeigersinn oder gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, insbesondere in Projektion auf die Bezugsfläche, gewickelt. Insbesondere ändert sich der Wicklungssinn in einem Bereich und/oder an einer Stelle der elektrischen Leitung zwischen dem ersten Bereich und dem zweiten Bereich, insbesondere einem Verlauf der elektrischen Leitung folgend von einer Wicklung im Uhrzeigersinn in eine Wicklung gegen den Uhrzeigersinn oder von einer Wicklung gegen den Uhrzeigersinn in eine Wicklung im Uhrzeigersinn. Hierdurch kann insbesondere eine verbesserte Energieverteilung im Induktionsheizkörper, insbesondere Gargeschirr, erreicht werden. Insbesondere können so Bereiche, insbesondere Ringe, geringer Heizleistungsdichte zwischen Bereichen hoher Heizleistungsdichte vermieden werden.
Vorteilhaft ist der äußere Bereich zumindest im Wesentlichen, insbesondere zu mindestens 90 %, vorzugsweise komplett, von dem zweiten Abschnitt der zweiten Induktionsspule gebildet. Vorzugsweise ist der zweite Abschnitt zumindest im Wesentlichen, insbesondere zu mindestens 90 %, vorzugsweise komplett, von dem äußeren Bereich gebildet.
Vorteilhaft ist der Überlappungsbereich zumindest im Wesentlichen, insbesondere zu mindestens 90 %, vorzugsweise komplett, von dem ersten Abschnitt der zweiten Induktionsspule gebildet. Vorzugsweise ist der erste Abschnitt zumindest im Wesentlichen, insbesondere zu mindestens 90 %, vorzugsweise komplett, von dem Überlappungsbereich gebildet. Gemäß weiteren Ausgestaltungen wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung zumindest eine erste Leiterplatte aufweist, auf der die Wechselrichterelektronik angeordnet ist, und eine zweite Leiterplatte aufweist, die von der ersten Leiterplatte getrennt ausgebildet ist und auf der zumindest das Schaltelement angeordnet ist, das dazu vorgesehen ist, den Sekundärkreis in dem ersten Betriebsmodus zu schließen und/oder geschlossen zu halten und das dazu vorgesehen ist, in zumindest in einem zweiten Betriebszustand, in dem die erste Induktionsspule in einem Primärkreis mit einer Taktfrequenz in einem Bereich zwischen 1 kHz und 150 kHz betrieben wird, den Sekundärkreis zu öffnen und/oder offen zu halten, so dass ein Stromfluss durch die zweite Induktionsspule zumindest im Wesentlichen unterbunden ist. Es kann insbesondere eine erhöhte Modularität und/oder Flexibilität bei der Herstellung erreicht werden. Insbesondere können gleiche Leiterplatten für unterschiedliche Induktionsgargeräte verwendet werden, wobei die zweite Leiterplatte lediglich in bestimmten Konfigurationen hinzugefügt wird, in denen die zweite Induktionsspule zusammen mit dem Schaltelement Verwendung findet.
Alternativ ist es denkbar, dass das Schaltelement des Sekundärkreises auf einer gleichen Leiterplatte angeordnet ist wie die Gleichrichterelektronik des Primärkreises.
Ferner kann die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung zumindest einen Steckverbinder aufweisen, der auf der ersten Leiterplatte angeordnet ist. Insbesondere ist der Steckverbinder dazu vorgesehen, mit zumindest einer Verbindungsleitung verbunden zu werden, die mit der zweiten Leiterplatte verbunden ist. Vorzugsweise ist der Steckverbinder als abgewinkelter Steckverbinder ausgebildet, so dass insbesondere ein eingestecktes Kabel parallel oder im Wesentlichen parallel von der ersten Leiterpatte weggeführt ist. Insbesondere ist der Steckverbinder in einem Randbereich der ersten Leiterplatte angeordnet. Gemäß alternativen Ausgestaltungen ist der Steckverbinder entfernt von dem Rand der ersten Leiterplatte angeordnet. Alternativ ist der Steckverbinder als gerader Steckverbinder ausgebildet, so dass ein eingestecktes Kabel senkrecht oder im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur ersten Leiterplatte von der ersten Leiterplatte weggeführt ist. Durch einen Steckverbinder kann insbesondere eine einfache Montage und eine hohe Flexibilität, insbesondere hinsichtlich einer Modularität erreicht werden. Vorteilhaft ist das Schaltelement als mechanisches Schaltelement, insbesondere als Relais ausgebildet. Hierdurch können insbesondere eine hohe Stromtragfähigkeit und/oder eine hohe elektrische Effizienz auf Grund niedriger ohmscher Verluste erreicht werden. Weiterhin kann eine zuverlässige Trennung im zweiten Betriebsmodus erreicht werden. Ebenso können hierdurch Kosten reduziert werden.
Alternativ ist das Schaltelement als Halbleiterschaltelement ausgebildet. Das Schaltelement kann als öffnendes Schaltelement, das insbesondere dazu vorgesehen ist, durch Anlegen eines Schaltstroms von einem geschlossenen Zustand in einen geöffneten Zustand zu wechseln, oder vorzugsweise als schließendes Schaltelement, das insbesondere dazu vorgesehen ist, durch Anlegen des Schaltstroms von dem geöffneten Zustand in den geschlossenen Zustand zu wechseln, ausgebildet sein.
Gemäß weiteren Ausgestaltungen wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung eine Treiberschaltung aufweist, die auf der ersten Leiterplatte angeordnet ist und die dazu vorgesehen ist, einen Schaltstrom für das Schaltelement bereitzustellen. Es kann insbesondere eine einfache Ausgestaltung erreicht werden. Unter einem Schaltstrom soll insbesondere ein Strom verstanden werden, der dazu vorgesehen ist, direkt durch zumindest einen Schaltkontakt des Schaltelements zu fließen, und der hoch genug ist, um das Schaltelement von einem sperrenden Zustand in einen leitenden Zustand zu versetzen.
Gemäß alternativen Ausgestaltungen ist die Treiberschaltung auf der zweiten Leiterplatte angeordnet.
Ferner wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung eine erste Steuereinheit aufweist. Vorzugsweise ist die erste Steuereinheit auf der ersten Leiterplatte angeordnet. Insbesondere ist die erste Steuereinheit dazu vorgesehen, der zweiten Leiterplatte, insbesondere der Treiberschaltung oder direkt dem Schaltelement, ein Steuersignal bereitzustellen, in Abhängigkeit dessen das Schaltelement geschaltet werden soll. Die erste Steuereinheit ist vorzugsweise eine elektronische Steuereinheit. Die erste Steuereinheit weist insbesondere einen Prozessor und einen Speicher auf, wobei vorzugsweise in dem Speicher ein Betriebsprogramm hinterlegt ist, das dazu vorgesehen ist, von dem Prozessor ausgeführt zu werden. Alternativ kann die erste Steuereinheit auch als anwendungsspezifischer integrierter Schalkreis (ASIC) ausgebildet sein.
Gemäß weiteren Ausgestaltungen kann die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung eine zweite Steuereinheit aufweisen, die auf der zweiten Leiterplatte angeordnet ist und die zumindest dazu vorgesehen ist, das Schaltelement zu schalten. Insbesondere sind die erste Steuereinheit und die zweite Steuereinheit mittels einer Datenbusverbindung miteinander verbunden, wobei das Steuersignal über die Datenbusverbindung bereitgestellt wird. Hierdurch kann insbesondere eine hohe Modularität und/oder Flexibilität erreicht werden.
Vorzugsweise ist die zweite Steuereinheit als anwendungsspezifischer integrierter Schaltkreis ausgebildet. Insbesondere ist die Treiberschaltung in die zweite Steuereinheit integriert.
Alternativ zu einer Datenbusverbindung können die erste Steuereinheit und die zweite Steuereinheit über eine direkte Datenverbindung miteinander verbunden sein.
Insbesondere weist die zweite Leiterplatte, insbesondere die zweite Steuereinheit, eine Identifikatorkomponente, insbesondere eine Steckbrücke, auf, die insbesondere bei einer Montage gesetzt/konfiguriert werden kann. Insbesondere kann die zweite Steuereinheit, einen Wert der Identifikatorkomponente mittels der Datenbusverbindung kommunizieren. Insbesondere gibt ein Wert der Identifikatorkomponente an, welcher Induktionsspule bzw. welcher Induktionsheizeinheit, die zweite Leiterplatte zugeordnet ist, insbesondere wenn die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung mehrere Induktionsheizeinheiten aufweist.
Alternativ zur Verwendung einer Identifikatorkomponente, kann eine Konfiguration der Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung und insbesondere eine Zuordnung der zweiten Leiterpatte zu einer Induktionsheizeinheit in der ersten Steuereinheit, insbesondere einem Betriebsprogramm der ersten Steuereinheit, hinterlegt sein.
Gemäß weiteren Ausgestaltungen wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Sekundärkreis in zumindest einem Betriebszustand eine Resonanzkapazität aufweist, die mit dem Schaltelement und der zweiten Induktionsspule in Reihe geschaltet ist. Die Resonanzkapazität weist beispielsweise zumindest einen elektrischen Kondensator auf. Die Resonanzkapazität kann weitere Schaltelemente aufweisen, die dazu vorgesehen sind, dem elektrischen Kondensator weitere elektrische Kondensatoren in Reihe oder parallel zu schalten. Zumindest eines der weiteren Schaltelemente kann dazu vorgesehen sein, die Resonanzkapazität kurzzuschließen. Durch die Verwendung einer Resonanzkapazität kann insbesondere erreicht werden, dass der Sekundärkreis für bestimmte Frequenzbereiche, insbesondere Frequenzbereiche nahe einer resultierenden Resonanzfrequenz des Sekundärkreises, und somit für bestimmte Leistungsbereiche, mehr Energie von dem Primärkreis bezieht als für andere Frequenzbereiche.
Insbesondere ist der Sekundärkreis lediglich von der zweiten Induktionsspule, dem Schaltelement und der Resonanzkapazität gebildet.
Vorteilhaft ist die Resonanzkapazität auf der zweiten Leiterplatte angeordnet.
Gemäß weiteren Ausgestaltungen weist die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung Messelektronik auf, die dazu vorgesehen ist, elektrische Eigenschaften, insbesondere Strom und/oder Spannung, zumindest einer Komponente des Sekundärkreises zu messen. Vorzugsweise ist die Messelektronik auf der zweiten Leiterplatte angeordnet. Insbesondere ist die zweite Steuereinheit dazu vorgesehen, Messwerte der Messelektronik über die Datenverbindung und/oder Datenbusverbindung an die erste Steuereinheit zu übertragen. Alternativ, insbesondere in einer Ausgestaltung ohne zweite Steuereinheit, ist die Messelektronik direkt mit der ersten Steuereinheit verbunden.
Insbesondere ist der Sekundärkreis lediglich von der zweiten Induktionsspule, dem Schaltelement der Resonanzkapazität und/oder der Messelektronik gebildet.
Weiterhin wird ein Induktionsgargerät, insbesondere Induktionskochfeld, mit zumindest einer zuvor beschriebenen Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung vorgeschlagen.
Ferner wird ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer zuvor beschriebenen Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung vorgeschlagen, wobei in einem ersten Betriebszustand ein Schaltelement den Sekundärkreis schließt und/oder geschlossen hält, so dass die zweite Induktionsspule Energie von der ersten Induktionsspule beziehen kann, und in einem zweiten Betriebszustand das Schaltelement den Sekundärkreis unterbricht und/oder unterbrochen hält, so dass ein Stromfluss durch die zweite Induktionsspule zumindest im Wesentlichen unterbunden ist. Vorteilhaft wird zu einer Umschaltung des Schaltelements ein Betrieb der ersten Induktionsspule durch die Wechselrichterelektronik unterbrochen, insbesondere um Spanungsspitzen im Sekundärkreis, insbesondere über dem Schaltelement, zu vermeiden. Insbesondere wird ein Umschaltzeitpunkt des Schaltelements derart gewählt, dass er zwischen zwei Nulldurchgängen einer Versorgungsspannung liegt, wobei der Betrieb der Wechselrichterelektronik von einem ersten der zwei Nulldurchgänge bis zu einem zweiten der zwei Nulldurchgänge unterbrochen wird.
Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung soll hierbei nicht auf die oben beschriebene Anwendung und Ausführungsform beschränkt sein. Insbesondere kann die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung zu einer Erfüllung einer hierin beschriebenen Funktionsweise eine von einer hierin genannten Anzahl von einzelnen Elementen, Bauteilen und Einheiten abweichende Anzahl aufweisen.
Weitere Vorteile ergeben sich aus der folgenden Zeichnungsbeschreibung. In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung dargestellt. Die Zeichnung, die Beschreibung und die Ansprüche enthalten zahlreiche Merkmale in Kombination. Der Fachmann wird die Merkmale zweckmäßigerweise auch einzeln betrachten und zu sinnvollen weiteren Kombinationen zusammenfassen.

Von mehrfach vorhandenen Objekten ist in den Figuren jeweils lediglich eines mit einem Bezugszeichen versehen.
In den Figuren sind multiple Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung gezeigt. In der nachfolgenden Beschreibung wird auf eine Wiederholung von Gemeinsamkeiten der unterschiedlichen Ausgestaltungen weitestgehend verzichtet und es wird hauptsächlich auf die Unterschiede der Ausgestaltungen eingegangen. Zu gleich bleibenden Bauteilen, Merkmalen und Funktionen kann somit grundsätzlich auf die Beschreibung eines der anderen beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiele verwiesen werden. Zur Unterscheidung der Ausführungsbeispiele sind den Bezugszeichen unterschiedliche kleine lateinische Buchstaben (a-s) nachgesetzt. Bezüglich gleich bezeichneter Bauteile, insbesondere in Bezug auf Bauteile mit gleichen Bezugszeichen, kann grundsätzlich auch auf die Zeichnungen und/oder die Beschreibung der anderen Ausführungsbeispiele verwiesen werden. Figur 1 zeigt ein Induktionsgargerät 11 mit einer Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10. Das Induktionsgargerät 11 ist als Induktionskochfeld ausgebildet. Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10 ist als Induktionskochfeldvorrichtung ausgebildet.
Das Induktionsgargerät 11 weist eine Mehrzahl von Heizzonen auf (hier vier). Die Heizzonen sind als Kochzonen ausgebildet. Einer der Heizzonen ist die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10 zugeordnet. Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10 weist eine Induktionsheizeinheit 16 auf. Die Induktionsheizeinheit 16 weist eine erste Induktionsspule 18 und eine zweite Induktionsspule 20 auf. Das Induktionsgargerät 11 , insbesondere die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10, weist weiterhin eine Kochfeldplatte
12 auf. Die Heizzonen sind auf einer Oberfläche der Kochfeldplatte 12 ausgebildet. Die Kochfeldplatte 12 bildet eine obere Begrenzung des Induktionsgargeräts 11. Die Kochfeldplatte 12 ist zum Aufstellen von Gargeschirr 13 (vgl. Fig. 2) vorgesehen. Die Induktionsheizeinheit 16 ist dazu vorgesehen, ein Gargeschirr 13 zu erhitzen, das in der Heizzone eingebracht/aufgestellt ist, die dem Induktionsheizeinheit 16 zugeordnet ist.
Die Induktionsheizeinheit 16 weist eine erste Induktionsspule 18 auf. Weiterhin weist die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10 eine Wechselrichterelektronik 14 auf, die dazu vorgesehen ist, zumindest in einem ersten Betriebszustand (vgl. Figur 4b) die erste Induktionsspule 18 in einem Primärkreis mit einer Taktfrequenz zu betreiben. Die Taktfrequenz liegt in einem Bereich zwischen 30 kHz und 100 kHz. Die Taktfrequenz wird hierbei derart gewählt, eingestellt und/oder eingeregelt, dass dem Gargeschirr 13 eine vorbestimmte Leistung zugeführt wird. In dem ersten Betriebsmodus wird das Gargeschirr
13 durch die Induktionsheizeinheit 16 erhitzt. Der Primärkreis weist die erste Induktionsspule 18 auf. Der Primärkreis weist weiterhin die Wechselrichterelektronik 14 auf. Der Primärkreis kann ferner eine elektrische Kapazität aufweisen. Der Primärkreis weist weiterhin eine Spannungsversorgung auf.
Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10, insbesondere die Induktionsheizeinheit 16, weist einen Sekundärkreis mit einer zweiten Induktionsspule 20 auf. Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10, insbesondere die Induktionsheizeinheit 16, weist ein Schaltelement 22 auf. Das Schaltelement 22 ist in dem Sekundärkreis angeordnet.
Der Sekundärkreis ist frei von Wechselrichterelektronik. Der Sekundärkreis ist zumindest in dem ersten Betriebszustand geschlossen. In dem ersten Betriebszustand ist das Schaltelement 22 geschlossen. In dem ersten Betriebsmodus bezieht die zweite Induktionsspule 18 induktiv Energie von der ersten Induktionsspule 18. In dem zweiten Betriebsmodus wird dem Gargeschirr 13 sowohl von der ersten Induktionsspule 18 als auch der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 induktiv Energie zugeführt.
Das Schaltelement 22 ist dazu vorgesehen, den Sekundärkreis in dem ersten Betriebsmodus zu schließen und/oder geschlossen zu halten. Das Schaltelement 22 ist dazu vorgesehen, in zumindest einem zweiten Betriebszustand (vgl. Figur 4a) den Sekundärkreis zu öffnen und/oder offen zu halten, so dass ein Stromfluss durch die zweite Induktionsspule 20 unterbunden ist. In dem zweiten Betriebsmodus wird die erste Induktionsspule 18 in dem Primärkreis mit einer Taktfrequenz in einem Bereich zwischen 1 kHz und 150 kHz betrieben. In dem zweiten Betriebsmodus wird dem Gargeschirr 13 lediglich von der ersten Induktionsspule 18 induktiv Energie zugeführt.
Das Schaltelement 22 ist dazu vorgesehen, in dem ersten Betriebszustand den Sekundärkreis über einen ununterbrochenen Zeitraum zu schließen, der größer ist als ein Vielfaches einer der Taktfrequenz entsprechenden Periodendauer.
Die zweite Induktionsspule 20 ist zu der ersten Induktionsspule 18 überlappend angeordnet.
Die zweite Induktionsspule 20 ist konzentrisch zur ersten Induktionsspule 18 angeordnet. Die erste Induktionsspule 18 ist ringförmig, insbesondere kreisringförmig, ausgebildet. Die erste Induktionsspule 18 ist als Flachspule ausgebildet. Die erste Induktionsspule 18 besteht aus Windungen, die sich spiralförmig entlang einer einzelnen Ebene erstrecken. Die Ebene ist parallel zur Kochfeldplatte 12. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20 ist ringförmig, insbesondere kreisringförmig, ausgebildet. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20 ist als Flachspule ausgebildet. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20 besteht aus Windungen, die sich spiralförmig entlang einer einzelnen Ebene erstrecken. Die Ebene ist parallel zur Kochfeldplatte 12. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20 weist einen größeren Außendurchmesser auf als die erste Induktionsspule 18. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20 weist einen gleichen Innendurchmesser auf wie die erste Induktionsspule 18.
Die zweite Induktionsspule 20 weist einen äußeren Bereich auf, der radial außerhalb der ersten Induktionsspule 18 angeordnet ist. Der äußere Bereich ist konzentrisch zur ersten Induktionsspule 18. Der äußere Bereich ist konzentrisch zur zweiten Induktionsspule 20. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20 weist einen Überlappungsbereich auf, der einem Abdeckungsbereich der kompletten ersten Induktionsspule 18 entspricht.
Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung, insbesondere die Induktionsheizeinheit 16, weist einen gemeinsamen Träger 19 auf. Auf dem gemeinsamen Träger 19 sind die erste Induktionsspule 18 und zumindest der Überlappungsbereich der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 angeordnet (vgl. Figur 5).
Die erste Induktionsspule 18 und die zweite Induktionsspule 20 sind auf unterschiedlichen Seiten des gemeinsamen Trägers 19 angeordnet. Der gemeinsame Träger 19 weist an einer Oberseite eine Rille auf, in der die erste Induktionsspule 18 geführt ist. Der gemeinsame Träger 19 weist an einer Unterseite eine Rille auf, in der die zweite Induktionsspule 20 geführt ist. Je nach Ausgestaltung kann auch die erste Induktionsspule
18 an einer Unterseite des Trägers 19 angeordnet sein, während die zweite Induktionsspule 20 an einer Oberseite des Trägers 19 angeordnet ist. Die Oberseite ist hierbei der Kochfeldplatte 12 zugewandt, während die Unterseite der Kochfeldplatte 12 abgewandt ist.
Der äußere Bereich der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 kann auf dem gemeinsamen Träger
19 angeordnet sein. Alternativ kann der äußere Bereich der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 auf einem separaten Träger angeordnet sein. Die Windungen der zweiten Induktionsspule
20 im äußeren Bereich können in einer gleichen Ebene liegen wie die Windungen des Überlappungsbereichs. Alternativ können die Windungen der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 im äußeren Bereich in einer von dieser verschiedenen Ebene liegen, insbesondere in einer Ebene, in der die Windungen der ersten Induktionsspule 18 liegen. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20 weist einen kleineren Leitungsquerschnitt auf als die erste Induktionsspule 18.
In der hier dargestellten Variante ist eine Windungsdichte der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 im Überlappungsbereich größer als eine Windungsdichte der ersten Induktionsspule 18, da ein Steg zwischen benachbarten Spuren der jeweiligen Rille gleich gewählt wurde für die Rille in der Oberseite und die Rille an der Unterseite, eine Leitung der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 jedoch einen kleineren Leitungsquerschnitt aufweist als eine Leitung der ersten Induktionsspule 18. In einer alternativen Variante wird für die Rille auf der Seite der zweiten Induktionsspule ein breiterer Steg zwischen benachbarten Spuren der Rille gewählt als für die Rille der ersten Induktionsspule, so dass die Leitungen der Spulen parallel verlaufen. Die Rillen können jeweils eine Tiefe aufweisen, die einer Dicke der elektrischen Leitung der jeweiligen Induktionsspule entspricht. Alternativ kann die Tiefe größer, oder kleiner sein als eine Dicke der jeweiligen elektrischen Leitung.
Gemäß einer alternativen Ausgestaltung (vgl. Figur 6) sind die erste Induktionsspule 18s und die zweite Induktionsspule 20s auf einer gleichen Seite, insbesondere einer Oberseite, des gemeinsamen Trägers 19s angeordnet. Auf dem Träger 19s wechseln sich Windungen der ersten Induktionsspule 18s und der zweiten Induktionsspule 20s ab. Alle Windungen, insbesondere außer einer innersten Windung und einer äußersten Windung, der zweiten Induktionsspule 20s liegen jeweils zwischen zwei Windungen der ersten Induktionsspule 18s. Alle Windungen, insbesondere außer einer innersten Windung und einer äußersten Windung, der ersten Induktionsspule 18s liegen jeweils zwischen zwei Windungen der zweiten Induktionsspule 20s. Die Windungen der ersten Induktionsspule 18s liegen jeweils dicht/ohne Abstand zu den Windungen der zweiten Induktionsspule 20s. Der gemeinsame Träger 19s ist als dünne Platte ausgebildet. Der gemeinsame Träger 19s weist einen inneren Ring auf, der nach oben hervorsteht. Die Induktionsspulen 18s, 20s sind ausgehend von dem Ring gewickelt.
In einer weiteren Alternative (vgl. Figur 7) weist die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10a, insbesondere die Induktionsheizeinheit 16a einen ersten Träger 19a und einen zweiten Träger 21 a auf. Die erste Induktionsspule 18a ist auf der ersten Träger 19a angeordnet. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20a ist auf dem zweiten Träger 21a angeordnet. Der erste Träger 19a kann mit dem zweiten Träger 21a verklebt sein. Die Träger 19a, 21a weisen jeweils auf einer Oberseite eine Rille auf, in der die jeweilige Induktionsspule 18a, 20a geführt ist. Die erste Induktionsspule 18a ist zwischen dem ersten Träger 19a und dem zweiten Träger 21a eingeschlossen. In einer Alternative ist die zweite Induktionsspule zumindest in dem Überlappungsbereich zwischen dem ersten Träger und dem zweiten Träger eingeschlossen.
Zumindest der Überlappungsbereich der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 ist zwischen der ersten Induktionsspule 18 und einem zu beheizenden Gargeschirr 13 angeordnet. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20 ist näher an der Kochfeldplatte 12 angeordnet als die erste Induktionsspule 18. Gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung (vgl. Figur 8) sind die erste Induktionsspule 18b und die zweite Induktionsspule 20b wiederum auf einer gleichen Seite des gemeinsamen Trägers 19b angeordnet. Der gemeinsame Träger 19b weist eine einzige Rille auf, in der sowohl die erste Induktionsspule 18b als auch die zweite Induktionsspule 20b geführt ist. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20b kann hierbei an einer Innenseite der Rille angeordnet sein, während die erste Induktionsspule 18b an einer Außenseite der Rille geführt ist. Die erste Induktionsspule 18b und die zweite Induktionsspule 20b liegen dicht beieinander und/oder aneinander in der Rille.
In einer anderen Ausgestaltung (vgl. Figur 9), sind die erste Induktionsspule 18c und zweite Induktionsspule 20c auf einer gleichen Seite des gemeinsamen Trägers 19c angeordnet. Der gemeinsame Träger 19c weist hierbei zwei Rillen auf, die sich parallel zueinander spiralförmig von einem Zentrum des gemeinsamen Trägers 19c aus erstrecken, so dass, bis auf innerste und äußerste Spuren der Rillen, zwischen zwei benachbarte Spuren der Rillen jeweils genau eine Spur der jeweils anderen Rille liegt. Die erste Induktionsspule 18c ist in einer der Rillen geführt, während die zweite Induktionsspule 20c einer anderen der Rillen geführt ist.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung (vgl. Figur 10) weist der gemeinsame Träger 19d ein Wellenprofil bzw. Rechteckprofil auf, das auf beiden Seiten des gemeinsamen Trägers 19d jeweils eine Rille ausbildet. Die erste Induktionsspule 18d ist in einer der Rillen angeordnet, während die zweite Induktionsspule 20d in einer anderen der Rillen angeordnet ist. Die Windungen der ersten Induktionsspule 18d und die Windungen der zweiten Induktionsspule 20d sind hierbei in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnet.
Figur 11 zeigt eine weitere alternative Ausgestaltung. Die erste Induktionsspule 18e und die zweite Induktionsspule 20e sind in dem Überlappungsbereich jeweils als unterschiedliche Gruppen von Drähten einer gemeinsamen Litzenleitung ausgebildet. Bei einer Herstellung der Litzenleitung werden hierzu beispielsweise ein Teil der Drähte mit einem andersfarbigen Lack versehen als ein Rest der Drähte, damit bei einer Wicklung der Induktionsspulen 18e, 20e die korrekten Drähte zu Gruppen zusammengefasst werden können, um die erste Induktionsspule 18e und die zweite Induktionsspule 20e zu bilden. In Figur 12 wird eine Ausgestaltung gezeigt, in der die zweite Induktionsspule 20f eine ovale oder rechteckige Form aufweist, beispielsweise für eine Bräterzone. Die erste Induktionsspule 18f hat eine Kreisform. Eine Schmalseite der zweiten Induktionsspule 20f weist eine Ausdehnung auf, die einem Durchmesser der ersten Induktionsspule 18f entspricht. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20f überlappt die erste Induktionsspule 18f komplett. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20f und die erste Induktionsspule 18f sind konzentrisch angeordnet.
In einer Alternative für zum Beispiel eine Bräterzone gemäß Figur 13, weist die zweite Induktionsspule 20g einen Überlappungsbereich auf, der deckungsgleich zu einem Abdeckungsbereich der ersten Induktionsspule 18g ist. Weiterhin weist die zweite Induktionsspule 20g einen äußeren Bereich auf. Der äußere Bereich ist seitlich neben der ersten Induktionsspule 18g und der zweiten Induktionsspule 20g angeordnet.
In Figur 14 wird eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Induktionsheizeinheit 16h dargestellt. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20h weist hierbei einen Innenbereich auf. Der Innenbereich deckt einen Bereich ab, der nicht von der ersten Induktionsspule 18h abgedeckt ist. Weiterhin weist die zweite Induktionsspule 20h einen Überlappungsbereich auf, der mit der ersten Induktionsspule 18h überlappt. Der Überlappungsbereich umgibt den Innenbereich ringförmig. Der Überlappungsbereich kann hierbei kleiner sein als ein Abdeckungsbereich der ersten Induktionsspule 18h. Eine derartige Ausgestaltung kann die Detektion von kleinen Gargeschirren erleichtern. Weiterhin kann eine derartige Ausgestaltung eine effiziente Beheizung kleiner Gargeschirre erlauben, indem Leistung von der ersten Induktionsspule in die zweite Induktionsspule übertragen und somit dem Innenbereich zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
Figuren 15 und 16 zeigen eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Induktionsheizeinheit 16i. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20i weist einen ersten Abschnitt und einen zweiten Abschnitt auf. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20i weist in dem ersten Bereich einen ersten Wicklungssinn 26i auf. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20i weist in dem zweiten Bereich einen zweiten Wicklungssinn 27i auf. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20i weist in dem zweiten Abschnitt einen anderen Wicklungssinn 26i, 27i auf als in dem ersten Abschnitt. Der zweite Bereich umgibt den ersten Bereich ringförmig. Der Wicklungssinn 26i im ersten Abschnitt ist dem Wicklungssinn 27i im zweiten Abschnitt entgegengesetzt. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20i weist einen äußeren Bereich auf, der radial außerhalb der ersten Induktionsspule 18i angeordnet ist. Der äußere Bereich ist von dem zweiten Abschnitt der zweiten Induktionsspule 20i gebildet. Die zweite Induktionsspule 20i weist einen Überlappungsbereich auf, der einem Abdeckungsbereich der kompletten ersten Induktionsspule 18i entspricht. Die erste Induktionsspule 18i weist einen Wicklungssinn 25i auf. Der Wicklungssinn 25i der ersten Induktionsspule 18i entspricht einem Wicklungssinn 26i des ersten Bereichs der zweiten Induktionsspule 20i. Alternativ entspricht ein Wicklungssinn der ersten Induktionsspule einem Wicklungssinn des zweiten Bereichs der zweiten Induktionsspule. Der Überlappungsbereich ist von dem ersten Abschnitt der zweiten Induktionsspule 20i gebildet.
Der erste Bereich und der zweite Bereich der zweiten Induktionsspule 20i können auf einem gemeinsamen Träger angeordnet sein. Insbesondere kann der Träger eine Rille aufweisen, die einen jeweiligen Wicklungssinn festlegt.
In Figur 17 sind Heizleistungsverteilungen 30, 34, 36 für unterschiedliche Konfigurationen und/oder Betriebsmodi in Relation zu einer Anordnung der Induktionsheizeinheit 16 gezeigt.
Beispielsweise zeigt eine erste Heizleistungsverteilung 30 einen Verlauf der Heizleistungsdichte in radialer Richtung für den zweiten Betriebsmodus, in dem die erste Induktionsspule 18 aktiv betrieben wird und das Schaltelement 22 geöffnet ist, so dass ein Stromfluss durch die zweite Induktionsspule 20 unterbunden ist. Die erste Heizleistungsverteilung 30 nimmt von einer Mitte der ersten Induktionsspule 18 ausgehend nach außen hinzu, hat ein Maximum und nimmt nach weiter außen hin wieder ab. Außerhalb des Abdeckungsbereichs der ersten Induktionsspule 18 ist die Heizleistungsdichte gering.
Eine zweite Heizleistungsverteilung 34 zeigt einen Verlauf der Heizleistungsdichte in radialer Richtung für den ersten Betriebsmodus, in dem die erste Induktionsspule 18 aktiv betrieben wird und das Schaltelement 22 geschlossen ist, so dass die zweite Induktionsspule 20 Energie von der ersten Induktionsspule 18 beziehen kann, wobei hierbei die zweite Induktionsspule 20 in dem Überlappungsbereich einen anderen Wicklungssinn aufweist als im äußeren Bereich. Die zweite Heizleistungsverteilung 34 nimmt von einer Mitte der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 ausgehend, nach außen hin zu, hat ein Maximum und nimmt zum Rand der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 wieder ab.
Eine dritte Heizleistungsverteilung 36 hingegen zeigt einen Verlauf der Heizleistungsdichte in radialer Richtung für den ersten Betriebsmodus, wobei ein Wicklungssinn der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 konstant ist. Die dritte Heizleistungsverteilung 36 weist zwei lokale Maxima auf. Die Heizleistungsdichte nimmt von einer Mitte der ersten und zweiten Induktionsspule 18, 20 ausgehend nach außen hin zu und erreicht ein lokales Maximum innerhalb des Überdeckungsbereichs. Nach Erreichen des lokalen Maximums nimmt die Heizleistungsdichte nach außen hin wieder ab, bis an einem äußeren Rand der ersten Induktionsspule 18 ein lokales Minimum erreicht ist. Nach Erreichen des lokalen Minimums steigt die Heizleistungsdichte nach außen hin wieder zu, erreicht ein lokales Maximum im äußeren Bereich der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 und nimmt anschließend ab. Außerhalb der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 ist die Heizleistungsdichte gering.
Figur 18 zeigt eine Ausgestaltung einer Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10k. Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10k zeigt eine erste Leiterplatte 40k. Im Vergleich zu einer Leiterplatte für eine Induktionsheizeinheit ohne zweite Induktionsspule, weist die Leiterplatte 40k eine seitliche Erweiterung auf, die einstückig mit der ersten Leiterplatte 40k ausgebildet ist. Ein Layout der ersten Leiterplatte ändert sich hierbei lediglich im Bereich der seitlichen Erweiterung im Vergleich zu einer Ausgestaltung ohne zweite Induktionsspule. Das Schaltelement 22k ist in der seitlichen Erweiterung angeordnet. Das Schaltelement 22k ist als Relais ausgebildet. Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10k weist weiterhin eine Treiberschaltung 52k auf, die in der seitlichen Erweiterung angeordnet ist und die dazu vorgesehen ist, dem Schaltelement 22k einen Schaltstrom bereitzustellen.
Figur 19 zeigt eine alternative Ausgestaltung einer Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 101. Das Schaltelement 221 ist auf der ersten Leiterplatte 401 angeordnet. Ebenso ist eine Treiberschaltung 521 auf der ersten Leiterplatte 401 angeordnet. Die erste Leiterplatte 401 ist größer als eine vergleichbare Leiterplatte für eine Induktionsheizeinheit ohne zweite Induktionsspule. Figur 20 zeigt eine weitere Ausgestaltung einer Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10m. Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10m weist eine erste Leiterplatte 40m auf. Die Wechselrichterelektronik 14m ist auf der ersten Leiterplatte 40m angeordnet. Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10m weist weiterhin eine zweite Leiterplatte 50m auf. Die zweite Leiterplatte 50m ist von der ersten Leiterplatte 40m getrennt ausgebildet. Das Schaltelement 22m ist auf der zweiten Leiterplatte 50m angeordnet. Das Schaltelement 22m ist dazu vorgesehen, den Sekundärkreis in dem ersten Betriebsmodus zu schließen und/oder geschlossen zu halten. Das Schaltelement 22m ist weiterhin dazu vorgesehen, in dem zweiten Betriebszustand, den Sekundärkreis zu öffnen und/oder offen zu halten, so dass ein Stromfluss durch die zweite Induktionsspule 20m unterbunden ist.
Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10m weist einen Steckverbinder 42m auf. Der Steckverbinder 42m ist auf der ersten Leiterplatte 40m angeordnet. Der Steckverbinder 42m ist dazu vorgesehen, mit zumindest einer Verbindungsleitung verbunden zu werden, die mit der zweiten Leiterplatte 50m verbunden ist. Der Steckverbinder 42m ist beabstandet zu einem Rand der ersten Leiterplatte 40m angeordnet. Die Verbindungsleitung stellt der zweiten Leiterplatte 50m eine Versorgungsspannung bereit.
Figur 21 zeigt eine weitere Ausgestaltung einer Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10n. Im Unterschied zur Ausgestaltung gemäß Figur 20, ist der Steckverbinder 42n als abgewinkelter Steckverbinder ausgebildet. Der Steckverbinder 42n ist in einem Randbereich der ersten Leiterplatte 40n angeordnet.
Figur 22 zeigt eine alternative Ausgestaltung einer Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10o. Das Schaltelement 22o ist auf der zweiten Leiterplatte 50o angeordnet. Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10o weist eine Treiberschaltung 52o auf, die auf der ersten Leiterplatte 40o angeordnet ist und die dazu vorgesehen ist, einen Schaltstrom für das Schaltelement 22o bereitzustellen. Der Schaltstrom wird hierbei über die Verbindungsleitung von der ersten Leiterplatte 40o an die zweite Leiterplatte 50o übermittelt.
Figur 23 zeigt eine weitere Ausgestaltung einer Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10p. Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10p weist eine erste Steuereinheit (nicht dargestellt) auf, die auf der ersten Leiterplatte 40p angeordnet ist und die dazu vorgesehen ist, der zweiten Leiterplatte 50p ein Steuersignal bereitzustellen, in Abhängigkeit dessen das Schaltelement 22p geschaltet werden soll. Das Steuersignal wird über die Verbindungsleitung an die zweite Leiterplatte 50p geleitet.
Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10p weist eine zweite Steuereinheit 54p auf, die auf der zweiten Leiterplatte 50p angeordnet ist. Die zweite Steuereinheit 54p ist dazu vorgesehen, das Schaltelement 22p zu schalten. Die erste Steuereinheit und die zweite Steuereinheit 54p sind mittels einer Datenbusverbindung miteinander verbunden. Das Steuersignal wird über die Datenbusverbindung bereitgestellt. Die Datenbusverbindung wird über die Verbindungsleitung hergestellt. Hierzu kann die Verbindungsleitung eine separate Leitung für die Datenbusverbindung aufweisen, oder die Datenbusverbindung kann auf eine Leitung für Spannungsversorgung aufmoduliert sein.
Erhält die zweite Steuereinheit 54p ein Signal von der ersten Leiterplatte 40p, insbesondere der ersten Steuereinheit, aktiviert oder deaktiviert die Steuereinheit 54p die Treiberschaltung 52p (vgl. Figur 24). Die Treiberschaltung 52p stellt daraufhin dem Schaltelement 22p einen Schaltstrom bereit (aktivieren) oder unterbricht einen Schaltstrom (deaktivieren). Das Schaltelement 22p ist hierbei als schließendes Schaltelement ausgebildet.
Die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10p kann eine Prüfelektronik 56p aufweisen, die dazu vorgesehen ist, einen Schaltzustand des Schaltelements 22p zu überprüfen und der zweiten Steuereinheit 54p einen entsprechenden Prüfwert bereitzustellen. Die zweite Steuereinheit 54p kann dazu vorgesehen sein, anhand des Prüfwerts ein fehlerhaftes Schaltverhalten festzustellen. Die zweite Steuereinheit 54p kann dazu vorgesehen sein, ein fehlerhaftes Schaltverhalten an die erste Leiterplatte 40p, insbesondere die erste Steuereinheit, zu melden und/oder die Treiberschaltung 52p unterschiedlich anzusteuern.
Gemäß alternativen Ausgestaltungen (vgl. Figur 3, Figur 25 und Figur 26) weist die Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10a, 10q, 10r, insbesondere der Sekundärkreis eine Resonanzkapazität 24a, 24q, 24r auf. Die Resonanzkapazität 24a, 24q, 24r ist in dem Sekundärkreis angeordnet.
Die Resonanzkapazität 24a, 24q, 24r ist mit dem Schaltelement 22a, 22q, 22r und der zweiten Induktionsspule 20a, 20q, 20r in Reihe geschaltet.
Die Resonanzkapazität 24q, 24r ist auf der zweiten Leiterplatte 50q, 50r angeordnet. Zum Betrieb einer Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung 10 wird in einem ersten Betriebszustand das Schaltelement 22 so angesteuert, dass dieses den Sekundärkreis schließt und/oder geschlossen hält, so dass die zweite Induktionsspule 20 Energie von der ersten Induktionsspule 18 beziehen kann. In einem zweiten Betriebszustand wird das Schaltelement 22 derart angesteuert, dass dieses den Sekundärkreis unterbricht und/oder unterbrochen hält, so dass ein Stromfluss durch die zweite Induktionsspule 20 unterbunden ist.
Zu einer Umschaltung des Schaltelements 22 wird hierbei ein Betrieb der ersten Induktionsspule 18 durch die Wechselrichterelektronik 14 unterbrochen (vgl. Figur 27).
In Figur 27 und 28 ist jeweils ein Einschaltvorgang bzw. ein Ausschaltvorgang schematisch in einem zeitlichen Ablaufdiagramm dargestellt. Eine gleichgerichtete Versorgungsspannung 60 weist in regelmäßigen Abständen Nulldurchgänge, hier Nullstellen, auf. Ein durch die erste Induktionsspule 18 fließender Strom 72 passt sich in seiner Höhe einem Verlauf der Versorgungsspannung 60 an, solange die Wechselrichterelektronik 14 aktiv ist. Vor einer Aktivierung der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 ist das Schaltelement 22 in einem offenen Zustand 66 (vgl. Figur 27). Soll das Schaltelement 22 umgeschaltet werden, wird ein Betrieb der Wechselrichterelektronik 14 für eine Unterbrechungsdauer 74, vorzugsweise für eine Halbperiode der Versorgungsspannung (bzw. eine volle Periode der gleichgerichteten Versorgungsspannung 60) zwischen zwei Nulldurchgängen der gleichgerichteten Versorgungsspannung 60, unterbrochen. Während dieser Unterbrechungsdauer 74 ist die erste Induktionsspule 18 quasi stromfrei. Ein Treibersignal 64 für das Schaltelement 22 wird während der Unterbrechungsdauer 74 aktiviert. Durch Aktivierung des Treibersignals 64 wird das Schaltelement in einen Übergangszustand 68 versetzt. In dem Übergangszustand 68 wechselt das Schaltelement 22 vom offenen Zustand 66 in einen geschlossenen Zustand 70. Spätestens zum Ende der Unterbrechungsdauer 74 befindet sich das Schaltelement 22 in dem geschlossenen Zustand 70, so dass die zweite Induktionsspule 20 mit Wiederaufnahme des Betriebs der Wechselrichterelektronik 14 mit Energie versorgt werden kann.
Vor einer Deaktivierung der zweiten Induktionsspule 20 ist das Schaltelement 22 in einem geschlossenen Zustand 70 (vgl. Figur 27). Soll das Schaltelement 22 umgeschaltet werden, wird ein Betrieb der Wechselrichterelektronik 14 für eine Unterbrechungsdauer 74, vorzugsweise für eine Halbperiode der Versorgungsspannung (bzw. eine volle Periode der gleichgerichteten Versorgungsspannung 60) zwischen zwei Nulldurchgängen der gleichgerichteten Versorgungsspannung 60, unterbrochen. Während dieser Unterbrechungsdauer 74 ist die erste Induktionsspule quasi stromfrei. Ein Treibersignal 64 für das Schaltelement 22 wird während der Unterbrechungsdauer 74 deaktiviert. Durch
Deaktivierung des Treibersignals 64 wird das Schaltelement 22 in einen Übergangszustand 68 versetzt. In dem Übergangszustand 68 wechselt das Schaltelement 22 vom geschlossenen Zustand 70 in den offenen Zustand 66. Spätestens zum Ende der Unterbrechungsdauer 74 befindet sich das Schaltelement 22 in dem offenen Zustand 66, so dass die zweite Induktionsspule 20 mit Wiederaufnahme des Betriebs der Wechselrichterelektronik 14 stromfrei ist.
Besonders unter Verwendung einer Busverbindung, die die erste Steuereinheit mit der zweiten Steuereinheit 54p, 54r verbindet, ist es sinnvoll, zusätzlich zur Datenbusverbindung oder mittels der Datenbusverbindung ein Synchronisierungssignal 62 zu übertragen, um einen Umschaltzeitpunkt trotz eventueller Latenzen in der
Datenübertragung korrekt abzupassen.

Claims

Ansprüche Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung, insbesondere Induktionskochfeldvorrichtung, mit zumindest einer ersten Induktionsheizeinheit (16), die eine erste Induktionsspule (18) aufweist, und mit zumindest einer Wechselrichterelektronik (14), die dazu vorgesehen ist, zumindest in einem ersten Betriebszustand die erste Induktionsspule (18) in einem Primärkreis mit einer Taktfrequenz, insbesondere in einem Bereich zwischen 1 kHz und 150 kHz zu betreiben, insbesondere um ein Gargeschirr (13) aufzuheizen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Induktionsheizeinheit (16) einen Sekundärkreis mit einer zweiten Induktionsspule (20) aufweist, der frei ist von Wechselrichterelektronik, wobei der Sekundärkreis zumindest in dem ersten Betriebszustand geschlossen ist, so dass die zweite Induktionsspule (20) induktiv Energie von der ersten Induktionsspule (18) bezieht. Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Induktionsspule (20) zu der ersten Induktionsspule (18) überlappend angeordnet ist. Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Schaltelement (22), das dazu vorgesehen ist, den Sekundärkreis in dem ersten Betriebszustand zu schließen und/oder geschlossen zu halten und das dazu vorgesehen ist, in zumindest einem zweiten Betriebszustand, in dem die erste Induktionsspule (18) in einem Primärkreis mit einer Taktfrequenz in einem Bereich zwischen 1 kHz und 150 kHz betrieben wird, den Sekundärkreis zu öffnen und/oder offen zu halten, so dass ein Stromfluss durch die zweite Induktionsspule (20) zumindest im Wesentlichen unterbunden ist. Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaltelement (22) dazu vorgesehen ist, in dem ersten Betriebszustand den Sekundärkreis über einen ununterbrochenen Zeitraum zu schließen, der größer ist als ein Vielfaches einer der Taktfrequenz entsprechenden Periodendauer.

5. Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Induktionsspule (20) zumindest einen ersten Abschnitt und einen zweiten Abschnitt aufweist, wobei die zweite Induktionsspule (20) in dem zweiten Abschnitt einen anderen Wicklungssinn (26, 27) aufweist als in dem ersten Abschnitt.
6. Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Induktionsspule (20) zumindest einen äußeren Bereich aufweist, der radial außerhalb der ersten Induktionsspule (18) angeordnet ist.
7. Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung gemäß Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Bereich zumindest im Wesentlichen von dem zweiten Abschnitt der zweiten Induktionsspule (20) gebildet ist.
8. Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Induktionsspule (20) zumindest einen Überlappungsbereich aufweist, der zumindest im Wesentlichen einem Abdeckungsbereich der kompletten ersten Induktionsspule (18) entspricht.
9. Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung gemäß Ansprüchen 5 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überlappungsbereich zumindest im Wesentlichen von dem ersten Abschnitt der zweiten Induktionsspule (20) gebildet ist.
10. Induktionsgargerät, insbesondere Induktionskochfeld, mit zumindest einer Induktionsgargerätevorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
