  • the reports and analytics module allows users to generate reports and analytics information based on any data posted in HUS ACS, create custom management reports and analyze the information posted in HUS ACS.
  • the reports and analytics module receives data from the HUS ACS modules and generates reports and analytics based on such data.

  • the extended report on dispatch room module includes the characteristics of these requests and is generated in accordance with the requests module. The provided characteristics allow the user to analyze the request and track how much time was spent on individual operations for the request.
  • the users can generate a shift report and a daily report on the operations of the dispatch service for the desired period.
  • the daily report allows to track the total number of requests received on a specified date for each management company (in case there are several MCs using ACS), as well as the breakdown by type of requests.
  • the shift report displays the requests with the status "Closed", i.e. only those requests that have been completed by the performer. At the same time, the report allows you to track the time when the request was received and the time when the works were performed on a given request.
