Abstract

L'invention concerne l'industrie de l'ingénierie mécanique et peut être utilisée pour la production d'articles en tant qu'opération de finition afin d'obtenir un lissé de la surface d'acier des articles et augmenter la résistance à l'usure et à la corrosion. Le procédé de décarburation d'une surface d'acier trempé pour la finition de la surface d'articles en acier avec lissage comprend les étapes consistant à (i) fournir une ou plusieurs surfaces en acier devant au moins être traitées ; (ii) introduire un agent de décarburation entre deux surfaces de contact devant au moins être traitées ; (iii) comprimer lesdites surfaces ensemble et les déplacer l'une par rapport à l'autre, ce qui entraîne une décarburation et un lissage de la surface d'acier traitée. L'introduction de l'agent de décarburation entre les deux surfaces de contact à l'étape (ii) peut être effectuée progressivement ou immédiatement. L'agent de décarburation peut être introduit entre les deux surfaces de contact à l'étape (ii) de sorte que les surfaces à traiter soient entièrement recouvertes par l'agent de décarburation. Selon le mode de réalisation préféré, la force appliquée pour comprimer les surfaces ensemble à l'étape (iii) peut être choisie dans la plage de 0,5 à 2,5 kg/cm2.
