- Bereitstellen von mit einem Produkt befüllten Verpackungsunterteilen,
wobei sich das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren dadurch kennzeichnet, dass - durch ein Trennen der Etiketten von der Trägerschicht gleichzeitig an den jeweiligen Unterseiten der Etiketten klebende Trägerschichtabschnitte aus der Trägerschicht herausgetrennt werden, wobei die jeweiligen Etiketten zusammen mit den daran klebenbleibenden Trägerschichtabschnitten aus der Trägerschicht Deckelteile ausbilden, die mittels der daran vorgesehenen Etiketten an den Verpackungsunterteilen zum Bilden geschlossener Verpackungen festgeklebt werden.

Dadurch ergibt sich ein erhöhtes Einsparpotenzial, da selbst aus der Trägerschicht Trägerschichtabschnitte als Produktschutz an der erfindungsgemäß hergestellten Verpackung zum Einsatz kommen. Das Besondere ist demnach, dass an erfindungsgemäßen Verpackungen Material als Produktschutz zum Einsatz kommt, welches von der für die Etiketten eingesetzten Trägerschicht der Etikettenrolle stammt, das herkömmlicherweise Ausschussmaterial bildet. - Bereitstellen einer Materialbahn mit einer Etikettenschicht, die auf einer Trägerschicht aufgeklebt ist,
- Stanzen oder Lasern der Etikettenschicht, um darin Etiketten mit einer vorbestimmten Form zu definieren,
- Abziehen eines durch das Stanzen oder Lasern der Etikettenschicht gebildeten Stanzgitters, sodass auf der Trägerschicht einzelne Etiketten mit der vorbestimmten Form kleben bleiben,
- Stanzen oder Lasern der Trägerschicht, um darin Trägerschichtabschnitte für die jeweiligen Etiketten herzustellen, und
- Aufwickeln der durch Stanzen oder Lasern vorgefertigten Materialbahn zu einer Etikettenrolle.
