Further, the device (100) is smoother on the operation. Furthermore, the device (100) is having less occurrence of jamming of intermediate items compared to existing roller devices.

Titre : Plieuse à rouleaux La présente invention concerne une plieuse à rouleaux (100c). Des plieuses à rouleaux existantes ne fournissent pas de marge d'entrée suffisante pour l'entrée d'articles intermédiaires dans la plieuse à rouleaux. La plieuse à rouleaux comprend des bras pivotants (212 ou 224) qui sont orientés de manière angulaire à partir d'une première tangente (221), lesquels augmentent une marge d'entrée (220) pour les articles intermédiaires tels que des bandes de papier. Dans certains modes de réalisation, des éléments de sollicitation (237 ou 238) ramènent en position les bras pivotants (212 ou 224) pendant une opération de pliage. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, des fentes (300 ou 310) sont prévues pour modifier l'orientation angulaire des bras pivotants (212 ou 224). L'orientation angulaire des bras pivotants (212 ou 224) réduit l'apparition de bourrage d'articles intermédiaires pendant la réalisation d'opérations de pliage, de pressage.
