Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft allgemein das Gebiet der Isolierung von elektrischen Leitern gegen Teilentladung im Mittel- und Hochspannungsbereich. Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung ein Isolationssystem für eine elektrische Maschine, insbesondere eine rotierende elektrische Maschine wie einen Elektromotor und/oder einen Generator. Durch die Erfindung wird erstmals ein Ersatz für den herkömmlich verwendeten Glimmer als Barrierewerkstoff in einem Isolationssystem wie der Hauptisolation von elektrischen rotierenden Maschinen wie Motoren und/oder Generatoren zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Ersatz basiert auf einem Blend aus einem Copolymer, insbesondere einem Polyetherimid-Siloxan-Copolymer mit einem Hochtemperatur-Thermoplasten, dass flächig, beispielsweise über Flächen-Extrusion, verarbeitbar ist. Dabei werden Folien hergestellt, die in Folienform oder auch als Laminat verarbeitet, als flächige Isolationsstoffe oder als Bänder geschnitten, in Isolationssystemen als Wickelbandisolationen und/oder als Nutzauskleidungen einsetzbar sind.

Beschreibung
Isolationssystem mit festem Isolationsstoff und Imprägnier harz
Die Erfindung betrifft allgemein das Gebiet der Isolierung von elektrischen Leitern gegen Teilentladung im Mittel- und Hochspannungsbereich. Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung ein Isolationssystem für eine elektrische Maschine, insbesondere eine rotierende elektrische Maschine wie einen Elektromotor und/oder einen Generator.
Elektrische Maschinen, wie z.B. Motoren und Generatoren des Mittel- und Hochspannungsbereichs, weisen elektrische Leiter, eine Hauptisolation und ein Ständerblechpaket auf. Die Haup tisolation dient dem Zweck, die Leiter gegeneinander, gegen das Ständerblechpaket und gegen die Umgebung elektrisch zu isolieren. Bei Betrieb der elektrischen Maschine können sich durch elektrische Teilentladungen TEs die so genannten „Treeing"-Kanäle in der Hauptisolation ausbilden. Als Folge der „Treeing"-Kanäle kann es zu einem elektrischen Durch schlag durch die Hauptisolation kommen. Im Niederspannungsbe reich, wo Drähte und Kabel eingesetzt werden, kommt es im Be trieb nicht zwangsläufig zu elektrischen Entladungen, so dass dort keine Barriere gegen Teilentladungen erforderlich sind.
Als „Mittel- und Hochspannungsbereich" wird vorliegend die elektrische Energietechnik, die mit einer Hochspannung im Be reich über 700V - bis einschließlich 52kV - arbeitet, ver standen. Dadurch sind auch die Isolationssysteme, die für die schnellladefähigen Antriebssysteme der Automobilindustrie in teressant sind, mitumfasst.
Eine Barriere in Form eines Flächenisolationswerkstoffes ge gen die Teilentladungen wird bislang hauptsächlich durch den Einsatz von Glimmer in der Hauptisolation erreicht, welcher eine hohe Teilentladungsbeständigkeit hat. Der Glimmer wird in Form von plättchenförmigen Glimmerpartikeln mit einer her kömmlichen Partikelgröße von mehreren 100 Mikrometern bis zu mehreren Millimetern zu einem Glimmerpapier verarbeitet, wel ches nachfolgend auf einem Träger, wie ein Glasfasergewebe und/oder Isolierfolie, aufgesetzt und verklebt wird, so dass die Glimmerpartikel den Flächenisolationsstoff in Form von einer Glimmerbreitbahn ergeben. Aus dieser Glimmerbreitbahn wird ein Glimmerband geschnitten, das zur Herstellung der Hauptisolation um den Leiter gewickelt wird. Darauffolgend wird zur Herstellung des Isolationssystems das Elektroisola- tions-Glimmerwickelband mit einem flüssigen Kunstharz impräg niert und anschließend wird das Kunstharz ausgehärtet.
Bekannt sind Isolationssysteme - wie beispielsweise das unter der Marke „Micalastic®" bekannte System, bei dem in einem Va- kuum-Druck-Imprägnierverfahren die Hauptisolation, ein Glim merwickelband als Flächenisolationsstoff umfassend, mit einem Bisphenol-Epoxidharz imprägniert wird.
Micalastic® ist auch aus der EP2763142A1 und der DE 102011083228A bekannt.
Zur Verbesserung der Teilentladungsbeständigkeit der Haup tisolation ist der Einsatz nanoskaliger Partikel bekannt, die in dem Kunstharz vor dem Imprägnieren dispergiert werden. Durch die Anwesenheit der Partikel verkürzt sich jedoch die Topfzeit des Kunstharzes, was sich insbesondere in einer vo ranschreitenden Polymerisierung des Kunstharzes vor der Im prägnierung zeigt.
Die Herstellung des Flächenisolationswerkstoffes als Nutaus kleidung und/oder in Form einer Glimmerbreitbahn und/oder ei nes Glimmerbandes ist aufwändig und teuer.
Insbesondere werden auch für Traktionsmotoren für Nutausklei dungen aufgrund der Anforderungen bislang glimmerhaltige La minate mit z.B. mAramid und Polyimid als Trägermaterial ein gesetzt. Um ein Maximum an Leistung aus der Maschine heraus- zuholen, wird sie bei höchstmöglichen Stromdichten betrieben, wodurch aber auch nennenswerte Verluste in Form von Hitze entstehen. Traktionsmotoren werden bei vergleichsweise hohen Temperaturen, insbesondere auch bei Temperaturen über 150°C, betrieben.
Aus der DE 102020 208760 ist ein Flächenisolationswerkstoff aus einem Copolymer eines Polyetherimids mit einem Siloxan bekannt, allerdings zeigt dieser bei erhöhter Temperatur, wie sie beispielsweise in Traktionsmotoren herrschen einen Erwei chungspunkt. Dies unter anderem auch deshalb, weil in dem Co polymer aus Polyetherimid und Siloxan wegen der weniger pola ren Seitengruppen des Siloxans, diese gegenüber dem reinen Polyetherimid als „Verunreinigung" wirken, wodurch die Glas übergangstemperatur sinkt. Zwar können diese Polyetherimid- Siloxan-Copolymere durch geeignete Extrusionsverfahren flä chig als Folie hergestellt werden, die ihrerseits eine aus reichende Elastizität aufweisen, um -fertig geschnitten - als Wickelbänder eingesetzt zu werden, aber als Wickelbänder im Betriebs-Temperaturbereich von über 150°C, insbesondere über 170°C sind diese Wickelbänder nicht einsetzbar.
Deshalb ist es Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung einen Flä chenisolationsstoff bereitzustellen, dessen Erweichungstempe ratur und/oder Schmelzpunkt zumindest über 150°C liegt, be vorzugt höher und/oder der einen Temperatur Index von 180 °C oder - wenn möglich - noch höher besitzt.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Er findung, wie er in der Beschreibung, den Figuren und den An sprüchen offenbart ist, gelöst.
Dementsprechend ist Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Isolationssystem, einen festen Isolationswerkstoff in Form eines Flächenisolationsstoffes und ein Kunstharz umfassend, wobei der Flächenisolationsstoff als Folie vorliegt und ein Blend eines Copolymers aus einem Polyetherimid mit einem Si loxan mit einem Hochtemperatur-Thermoplasten, wie beispiels- weise Polyimid, sind, und das Kunstharz ein Duromer ist, mit dem der Flächenisolationsstoff imprägniert und anschließend ausgehärtet wird.
Allgemeine Erkenntnis der Erfindung ist es, dass ein Gemisch aus einem Copolymer, insbesondere einem Siloxan- Polyetherimid-Copolymer mit einem Hochtemperatur- Thermoplasten im Blend - beispielsweise auch mit einem der Reaktionspartner des Copolymers als Blendpartner - ein stabi les Gemisch ergibt, das zur Folienherstellung geeignet ist.
Als Blendpartner des Copolymers werden Hochtemperatur- Thermoplaste eingesetzt, wie z.B. Polyetheretherketon (PEEK), Polyaryletherketon (PAEK), Polyphenylenether (PPE), Polyoxy- methylen (POM), Perfluoralkoxy -Polymer (PFA), Polyvinyliden- fluorid PVDF, Polyetherketon PEK, Polyetherketonketon PEKK, Polytetrafluorethylen PTFE, Polyphenylensulfon PPSU, Po lyethersulfon PES, Polysulfon PSU, Poly(oxy-1,4- phenylsulfonyl-1,4-phenyl ) PESU, Polyamidimid PAI, Polyben zimidazol PBI und/oder Polyetherimid PEI. Der Einsatz von PEI hat sich als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen, weil dadurch ei ne Entmischung des Blends bei der Folienherstellung nahezu vollständig unterdrückt werden kann. Außerdem hat sich der Einsatz von Polysulfonen als Blendpartner für ein Copolymer aus Polyetherimid und Siloxan als geeignet erwiesen, weil auch hier eine Folienherstellung durch Extrusion ohne nen nenswerte Entmischung möglich ist.
Weitere Hochtemperaturthermoplaste sind: andere Polyimid(e), Polyamidimid -PAI-, Polyetherketon -PEK-, Polyetheretherketon -PEEK -, Polyetherketonketon -PEKK-, Polysulfon -PSU- und/oder -PPSU-, Polyphenylensulfid -PPS-, Polyethersulfon - PES-, Poly(oxy-1,4-phenylsulfonyl-l,4-phenyl) -PESU-, Polya ryletherketon -PAEK-.
Alle genannten Hochtemperatur-Thermoplaste können für sich und/oder in beliebigen Kombinationen und Mischungen, einge setzt werden. Die Hochtemperatur-Thermoplaste enthalten bevorzugt eine aro matische Grund-Struktur. Dadurch sind diese Verbindungen ers tens gegen Oxidation beständig, zweitens gegen Radikalbil dung. Beides ist insbesondere bei geforderter Teilentladungs beständigkeit sehr wichtig. Insbesondere ist auch die Ket tensteifigkeit bei aromatischen Polymeren größer, so dass die Glasübergangstemperatur höher ist.
Ein Hochtemperatur-Thermoplast als Blendpartner kann teil kristallin, kristallin und/oder amorph - also auch als Ge misch dieser Modifikationen - vorliegen. Bevorzugt sind hier die teilkristallinen oder kristallinen Hochtemperatur- Thermoplaste als Blendpartner, weil diese besondere Stabili tät gegenüber Oxidation, Teilentladungen und/oder Radikalbil dung zeigen.
Als Copolymer hat insbesondere ein Polyetherimid-Siloxan- Copolymeren ein enormes Potential als Isoliermaterial im Mit tel- und Hochspannungsbereich hinsichtlich der Beständigkeit gegenüber thermischen Belastungen und auch gegenüber Teilent ladungen bewiesen. Die Erweichungstemperatur des Copolymers allein als Flächenisolationswerkstoff liegt nur geringfügig oberhalb 170°C, so dass dieser als Flächenisolationswerkstoff in einem Isolationssystem bei höheren Betriebstemperaturen, insbesondere auch bei Betriebstemperaturen oberhalb von 180°C einsetzbar ist.
Durch ein Blend gemäß der Erfindung, also die Abmischung des Copolymers mit einem Hochtemperatur-Thermoplasten in einer Menge von beispielsweise 1 bis 90 Gew% ergibt sich ein Flä chenisolationswerkstoff, der als Folie verarbeitbar ist, weil er keine Entmischungsprobleme zeigt und in einem Temperatur- Bereich- gemeint ist bei einer Betriebstemperatur der elektrischen Maschine von beispielsweise 170°C bis zu 250°C einsetzbar ist.
Insbesondere Antriebsmotoren und Traktionsmotoren sind elekt rische rotierende Maschinen, die bei hohen Temperaturen, also Temperaturen oberhalb 155°C betrieben werden. Es sind Polymere, die Gemische mit Hochtemperaturthermoplas ten darstellen, bekannt, allerdings sind es oft Gemische aus Polymeren, die sich bei der Herstellung der Folie, also beim Folienziehen, wieder entmischen. Deshalb ist bei der Zugabe eines Blendpartners auf die Reaktivität der Seitengruppen zu achten, wobei sich gezeigt hat, dass vorteilhafterweise die polaren Seitengruppen des Copolymers mit einem Thermoplasten mit ebenfalls polaren Seitengruppen kombiniert, insbesondere bei der Herstellung von Flächenisolationswerkstoffen in Form von Folien Vorteile zeigen. So werden bevorzugt Polysulfone wie Polyphenylensulfone und Polyethersulfone als Blendpartner für ein Copolymer aus Polyetherimid und Siloxan eingesetzt.
Die Herstellung einer Folie aus dem Blend eines Thermoplasten mit einem Copolymer, z.B. einem aus Polyetherimid und Siloxan gebildetem Copolymer, und die Verwendung der Folie als Flä chenisolierwerkstoff, um glimmerhaltige Werkstoffe zu erset zen, ist möglich, da neben weiteren vorteilhaften Eigenschaf ten, besonders das enorme Potenzial des Flächenisolierwerk stoffes hinsichtlich der Beständigkeit gegenüber thermischer Belastung erkannt und nachgewiesen wurden.
Die Bewertung der Teilentladungsresistenz erfolgt via Ober flächenprofilometer über die Ermittlung des spezifischen Ero sionsvolumens nach der elektrischen Alterung. Diese wird in Anlehnung an die IEC 60343 durchgeführt. Der Versuchsaufbau sowie Testbedingungen können in der Veröffentlichung: n. Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist das Polyetheri- mid-Siloxan-Copolymer ein Block-Copolymer.
Der Anteil an Siloxan im Copolymer liegt im Bereich von 0,1Gew% bis 90Gew%, insbesondere bei 10Gew% bis 60Gew% und insbesondere bei 20Gew% bis 40Gew%, bezogen auf das Gesamtge wicht des Copolymers. Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform liegt der atomare Anteil an Silizium-Atomen im Copolymer bei 0% bis 30% Atom prozent, insbesondere von 0 % bis 25 %, insbesondere bei 0% bis 15 %.
Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das Polyetherimid-Siloxan-Copolymer ein Block-Copolymer der allgemeinen Formel (I) wobei
- R1-6 gleich oder ungleich sind und ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, gesättigten, ungesättigten oder aromatischen Monocyclen mit 5 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, gesättigten, ungesättigten oder aromatischen Polycyclen mit 5 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, gesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffen mit 1 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, ungesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffen mit 2 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen;
- V steht für eine 4-Valenzen habende Linkergruppe, ausge wählt aus der Gruppe der o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, gesättigten, ungesättigten oder aromatischen Monocyclen und Po lycyclen mit 5 bis 50 Kohlenstoffatomen, o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, gesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffen mit 1 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, ungesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffen mit 2 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, o sowie beliebig kombinierten Linkergruppen, die zu mindest eine der vorgenannten Gruppen umfassen;
- g beträgt 1 bis 30 und
- d beträgt 2 bis 20.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfin dung können in dem Copolymer ein oder mehrere Additive ent halten sein. Beispielsweise können ein oder mehrere Me- talloxid(e), wie z.B. T1O2und/oder solche mit einer der fol genden Summenformeln Na8Al6Si6024S4 und/oder Na6Al6Si6024S2. Wei tere Additive können Fe2Ü3 und/oder MnFe204und/oder elektrisch nichtleitfähige Kohlenstoff basierte Füllstoffe, wie z.B. Industrieruß als Additive sein. Bei Bedarf können die Additiv-Partikel teilweise oder ganz, vollflächig oder teilflächig, mit einer SiCh-Beschichtung ausgestattet vorlie gen.
Diese Additive sind insbesondere auch oxidationshemmend, so dass die Wärmeklasse oder der Temperatur-Index eines damit hergestellten Flächenisolationswerkstoffes weiter erhöht wer den kann.
Additive werden beispielsweise bei der Herstellung des Blends zugemischt .
Weitere Additive, Verlaufshilfsmittel, Farbpigmente, Quarz partikel und weiteres können dem Blend und/oder dem Impräg niermittel zur Herstellung des Isolationssystems zugemischt werden.
Als „Siloxan" wird vorliegend grundsätzlich eine Verbindung mit zumindest einer -Si-O-Si-Einheit verstanden, insbesondere solche, die im Polymer ein Si-O-Si-Rückgrat wie es in Silico nen üblich ist, bilden. Beispielsweise sind ein Polydialkyl- siloxan, wie das Polydimethylsiloxan, oder Polydiarylsiloxan, wie das Polydiphenylsiloxan einfache Formen eines Siloxans. Natürlich gibt es auch gemischte Formen von Siloxanen wie beispielsweise ein Polyarylalkylsiloxan.
Als Polyetherimid oder „PEI" wird der bekannte Thermoplast bezeichnet, der vielfältig einsetzbar ist, weil er hochtempe raturbeständig ist und als flammwidrig eingestuft wird. Dies insbesondere deshalb, weil er geringe Rauchentwicklung zeigt, wenn er dennoch mal brennt. PEI hat hohe Festigkeit, auch ho he elektrisch Durchschlagsfestigkeit, geringes Gewicht und ist gegen UV-Licht und Gammastrahlen beständig. Insbesondere ist PEI als „ULTEM®" handelsüblich.
Das Polyetherimid wird gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausführungs form der Erfindung einmal zur Bildung des Copolymers mit Si loxan eingesetzt, also die Monomere des Polyetherimids und die Monomere des Siloxans werden gemeinsam zu einem Polymer gehärtet.
Zum zweiten wird, unabhängig vom eingesetzten Copolymer, das Polyetherimid als Hochtemperatur-Thermoplast zur Abmischung des Copolymers zur Bildung des Blends nach einer Ausführungs form der Erfindung eingesetzt.
Die Bildung des Blends oder auch Polyblend genannt erfolgt durch einfaches Mischen der beiden Komponenten Copolymer ei nerseits und Hochtemperatur-Thermoplast andererseits. Die Ei genschaften des Blends, insbesondere hinsichtlich Temperatur beständigkeit entsprechen weder denen des Copolymers noch de nen des Hochtemperatur-Thermoplasten. Ein Blend in diesem Sinn ist eine rein physikalische Mischung, es entstehen keine neuen chemischen Bindungen zwischen den Makromolekülen.
Als Imprägnierharz zur Bildung des Kunstharzes des Isolati onssystems und zur Imprägnierung der Wickelbandisolierung und/oder des Nutkastens aus einem Flächenisolationswerkstoff nach der Erfindung wird ein Duromer eingesetzt. Dabei kann beispielsweise Polyester, Formaldehyd, Epoxid, Novolak, Sili kon, Polyesterimid, Polyurethan sowie beliebige Mischungen, Blends und Copolymere der vorgenannten Verbindungen einge setzt werden. Imprägnierharze für Nutauskleidungen und/oder Wickelbandisolationen sind allgemein, unter anderem aus den oben genannten Patentschriften, bekannt. Die festen Isolati onsstoffe werden mit diesen Imprägnierharzen imprägniert und das Harz dann ausgehärtet damit das Isolationssystem fertig gestellt ist.
Sowohl dem Imprägnierharz als auch dem Blend aus einem Copo lymer mit einem Hochtemperatur-Thermoplasten können Füllstof fe zugesetzt sein. Dabei haben sich insbesondere zur Erhöhung des Silizium-Anteils auch Silizium-Dioxid-Nanopartikel be währt, die die Teilentladungsresistenz des Isolationssystems weiter erhöhen.
Unter dem Handelsnamen „Siltem™" ist ein Polyetherimid- Siloxan-Copolymer erhältlich, dass hier schon erfolgreich mit Thermoplasten zu einem Blend vermischt und dann eingesetzt und getestet wurde. Das Siltem ist ein amorphes thermoplasti schen Polyetherimid-Siloxan-Copolymer und kombiniert die Tem peraturbeständigkeit des PEI mit der Flexibilität eines Si licon-Elastomers. Als Blend mit einem Hochtemperatur- Thermoplasten, insbesondere mit einem teilkristallinen Hoch temperaturthermoplasten zeigt es gute Verarbeitbarkeit zu ei ner Folie, beispielsweise durch ein herkömmliches Extrusions verfahren.
Die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen die Oberfläche zweier Prüfkörper mit Isolationssystemen, jeweils einen festen Flächenisolati onsstoff imprägniert mit einem Kunstharz, das nach erfolgter Imprägnierung ausgehärtet wurde, dargestellt. Beide Figuren zeigen den Prüfkörper nach der elektrischen Alterung. In Fi gur 1 ist die Erosion des mit reinem Polyetherimids herge stellten Isolationssystems und in Figur 2 die Erosion des - gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung - aus einem Blend eines Polyetherimid-Siloxan-Copolymers mit einem Thermoplas ten - als festem Flächenisolationsstoff hergestellten Isola tionssystem unter den gleichen Bedingungen dargestellt.
Die definierten Standardprüfbedingungen für die elektrische Alterung nach IEC 60343 sind: Spannung: 10 kV
Atmosphäre: Luft 50%RH Temperatur: Raumtemperatur ca. 23°C Testdauer: 100 Stunden Durchfluss: 1000 l*h_1
Unterhalb der Figur 1 befindet sich die Legende, wobei er kennbar ist, dass bei der Figur 1, dem Isolationssystem mit reinem PEI, unter den unten genannten Bedingungen sich ein Kreis um den mittig angeordneten Leiter herum mit einer durch Teilentladungen verursachten Erosionstiefe von bis zu 80 pm bildet, wohingegen unter den gleichen Bedingungen der Prüf körper der Figur 2, mit dem bis auf den festen Isolations werkstoff identisch hergestellten Isolationssystem, das das erfindungsgemäße Copolymer als festen Isolationswerkstoff um fasst, im getesteten Fall das Handelsprodukt Siltem® und/oder Ultem® STM 1600 als PEI-Siloxan-Copolymer, auch eine kreis runde Alterung, aber lediglich mit einer Erosionstiefe zwi schen -lpm und -8pm zeigt.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bringt nach diesen Tests einen Quantensprung in der Isolationstechnik, da hier erstmals auf das aufwändig herzustellende und kostspielige glimmerhaltige Isoliermaterial verzichtet werden kann.
Es zeigt sich, dass das Blend aus einem Copolymer mit einem Hochtemperatur-Thermoplasten gegenüber dem reinen Polyetheri- mid einen enormen Anstieg, ja eine nahezu vollständige Tei lentladungsresistenz bewirkt.
Aufgrund der festgestellten Teilentladungsresistenz und der Eigenschaft des Blends, als Folie verarbeitet zu werden, eig net sich das hier erstmals als Glimmer-Ersatz vorgestellte Copolymer-Thermoplast-Blend als Flächenisolierstoff, sowohl für Wickelband-Isolationen als auch für flächige, beispiels weise Nutauskleidungs-Isolationen, besonders im Einsatz von Motoren, sowohl für die Traktion als auch als Antriebsmotor, aber auch für Generatoren wie z.B. einem Windkraftgenerator. Durch seine hervorragenden Dehnungseigenschaften erweitert es das Designspektrum von -beispielsweise - Traktionsmotoren.
Damit ist es ein erreichbares Ziel, sowohl die mAramid- enthaltenden Nutauskleidungen, ebenso wie die Polyimid enthaltenden Isolierbänder mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Flä chenisolationsstoff aus Polyetherimid-Siloxan-Copolymer her zustellen, ohne bei der Leistungsdichte der Motoren oder Ge neratoren Abstriche machen zu müssen. Vor allem ist es mög lich, in beiden Isolationssystemen das Glimmerpapier und/oder Glimmerband, die jeweils Glimmer auf einem Träger, wie bei spielsweise Glasgewebe, und zur Verbindung der Glimmerplätt chen einen Bandkleber - mindestens - umfassen, durch das Po- lyetherimid-Siloxan-Copolymer , das unter anderem durch Flä- chen-Extrusion verarbeitet werden kann, zu ersetzen.
Eine beispielsweise durch Flächen-Extrusion hergestellte Fo lie nach einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung isoliert bei spielsweise die Spulen und/oder die Drähte der Wicklung eines Elektromotors. Diese Spulen werden anschließend in die Nuten eines Blechpakets eingelegt und anschließend mit einem Im prägnierharz, wie beispielsweise einem Polyesterimid und/oder einem Silikon imprägniert.
Ein Isolationssystem gemäß einer Ausführungsform der vorlie genden Erfindung umfasst beispielsweise Laminat mit einer oder mehreren Folien aus Polyetherimid-Siloxan-Copolymer, beispielsweise auch zu Laminaten mit Trägern und/oder Schutz folien verarbeitet - z.B. mit mAramid oder Polyimid als Trä germaterial verbunden.
Als „Folie" wird vorliegend eine flächige Schicht aus einem Material verstanden. Die Folie ist eine Schicht und kein Schichtstapel . Die Wandstärke einer Folie beträgt typischer weise zwischen lpm bis 0,7mm, beispielsweise zwischen 2pm und 0,5mm.
Ein „Laminat" hingegen ist in der Regel ein Schichtstapel, eine oder mehrere Folien oder Papieren umfassend. Dabei kön- nen die Schichten vollflächig - also alle Schichten Folien - oder teilflächig also zumindest eine Schicht mit beispiels weise einer Gitter- und/oder statistisch verteilten Fasern und/oder Netzstruktur aufeinanderliegen. Es kann zur Laminat bildung auch die Verbindung einer Folie mit einem Gewebe oder einem Gelege, beispielsweise einem Glasfasergelege, ausrei chen.
Als „Laminat" wird vorliegend eine Stapelung und/oder ein Verbund zumindest zweier Schichten oder Folien, also bei spielsweise zumindest einer Träger- und/oder Schutzfolie und/oder Papier, z.B. aus mAramid oder Polyimid, mit zumin dest einer Folie aus dem Blend Thermoplast-Copolymer, ver standen.
Insbesondere bei Nutauskleidungen, wie sie beispielsweise in Elektromotoren, Windgeneratoren etc. Vorkommen, können die einfachen Folien aus Copolymer-Thermoplast-Blend als Flä chenisolationsstoff reißen, deshalb ist es besser, hier Lami nate mit relativ reißfesten Folien oder Papieren für den Ein satz des Blends aus Thermoplast und Copolymer als Isolation zu verwenden.
Nach einer weiteren Ausführungsform werden die Laminate bei spielsweise zu Bändern geschnitten und in Isolationssystemen eingesetzt .
So kann eine Isolation einer Nut für einen Elektromotor in ihrer gesamten Länge auch und/oder zusätzlich durch einen Flächenisolationsstoff aus Polyetherimid-Siloxan-Copolymer- Hochtemperatur-Thermoplast-Blend in großer Foliendicke und/oder als Laminat verarbeitet, also z.B. im Verbund mit z.B. mAramid Papieren und/oder Polyimid Folien, als Nutaus kleidung geschützt werden.
Die Dicke eines Flächenisolationswerkstoffes aus einer Folie, die als Band vorliegt, liegt beispielsweise im Bereich von 1 pm bis 250pm, insbesondere zwischen 20 pm und 220pm, ganz be vorzugt im Bereich zwischen 25 pm und 200pm. Die Dicke eines Flächenisolationswerkstoffes aus einer Folie, die als Nutauskleidung vorliegt, liegt beispielsweise im Be reich von 70pm bis 500pm, insbesondere zwischen 90pm und 300pm, ganz bevorzugt im Bereich zwischen lOOpm und 450pm.
Zur Herstellung des Isolationssystems wird die Wicklung aus der Folie, gegebenenfalls in Form eines Laminats, in die Nu ten eingelegt und wiederum die gesamte Wicklung mit einem Im prägnierharz aus einem Duromer, das gefüllt oder ungefüllt, elektrisch isolierend oder elektrisch leitfähig- beispiels weise bei Herstellung eines Glimmschutzsystems wie Außen glimmschutz, vorliegen kann, imprägniert.
Besondere Vorteile der Verwendung eines Hochtemperatur- Thermoplast-Copolymer-Blends in Folienform als Flächenisola tionsstoff sind beispielsweise, dass
- das gesamte Isolationssystem deutlich günstiger herge stellt werden kann als mit Glimmer basiertem Flächeniso lationsstoff,
- der Flächenisolationsstoff thermisch bis zu ca. 170°C bis 250°C - je nach Abmischung des Blends mit Hochtempe ratur-Thermoplasten - belastbar ist,
- das Blend dank eines Siloxan-Anteils im Copolymer auch flexibel ist, so dass es als Wickelband einsetzbar ist,
- das Blend elektrisch - wie Tests gezeigt haben - dauer haft die benötigte Feldstärke aushält, denn die bei elektrischen Feldstärken von bis zu maximal 15kV/mm (!) auftretenden elektrischen Entladungen bilden, wenn sie auf ein Siloxan oder einen SiCh-Nanopartikel treffen, eine verglaste Schutzschicht, die die Lebensdauer einer damit isolierten elektrischen rotierenden Maschine sig nifikant erhöht. Die so gebildete, verglaste Schicht kann gut mittels REM detektiert werden, außerdem ist ei ne Elementaranalyse mittels EDX möglich, um das Silizium z.B. im Copolymer zu detektieren und
- das Blend ist Teilentladungsresistent, wie Figur 2 der vorliegenden Beschreibung zeigt, was zu einer deutlichen Erhöhung der elektrischen Lebensdauer des Isolationssys tems führt.
Durch die Erfindung wird erstmals ein Ersatz für den herkömm lich verwendeten Glimmer als Barrierewerkstoff in einem Iso- lationssystem wie der Hauptisolation von elektrischen rotie renden Maschinen wie Motoren und/oder Generatoren zur Verfü gung gestellt. Der Ersatz basiert auf einem Blend aus einem Copolymer, insbesondere einem Polyetherimid-Siloxan-Copolymer mit einem Hochtemperatur-Thermoplasten, dass flächig, bei- spielsweise über Flächen-Extrusion, verarbeitbar ist. Dabei werden Folien hergestellt, die in Folienform oder auch als Laminat verarbeitet, als flächige Isolationsstoffe oder als Bänder geschnitten, in Isolationssystemen als Wickelbandiso lationen und/oder als Nutzauskleidungen einsetzbar sind.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Isolationssystem, einen festen Isolationswerkstoff in Form eines Flächenisolationsstoffes und ein Kunstharz umfassend, wobei der Flächenisolationsstoff ein Blend zumindest eines Copolymers, insbesondere eines Copoly mers aus einem Polyetherimid mit einem Siloxan, mit zu mindest einem Hochtemperatur-Thermoplasten und das Kunstharz ein Duromer ist, mit dem der Flächenisolati onsstoff imprägniert und anschließend ausgehärtet wird.
2. Isolationssystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Copolymer aus Polyetherimid und Siloxan ein Block-Copolymer ist.
3. Isolationssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wo bei das Copolymer einen Anteil an Siloxan im Bereich von 0,1 Gew% bis 90 Gew%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Copolymers, hat.
4. Isolationssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprü che, wobei im Copolymer ein atomarer Anteil an Silizium- Atomen im Bereich von 1% bis 25%, bezogen auf alle Atome im Copolymer, vorliegt.
5. Isolationssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprü che, wobei das Copolymer gemäß der Formel (I) fl) wobei
R1-6 gleich oder ungleich sind und ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, gesättigten, ungesättigten oder aromatischen Monocyclen mit 5 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, gesättigten, ungesättigten oder aromatischen Polycyclen mit 5 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, gesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffen mit 1 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, ungesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffen mit 2 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen;
- V steht für eine 4-Valenzen habende Linkergruppe, ausge wählt aus der Gruppe der o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, gesättigten, ungesättigten oder aromatischen Monocyclen und Po lycyclen mit 5 bis 50 Kohlenstoffatomen, o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, gesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffen mit 1 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, o substituierten oder unsubstituierten, ungesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffen mit 2 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, o sowie beliebig kombinierten Linkergruppen, die zu mindest eine der vorgenannten Gruppen umfassen;
- g beträgt 1 bis 30 und
- d beträgt 2 bis 20.
6. Isolationssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprü che, wobei zumindest ein Hochtemperatur-Thermoplast im Blend teilkristallin vorliegt.
7. Isolationssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprü che, wobei zumindest ein Hochtemperatur-Thermoplast aus gewählt ist aus der Gruppe folgender Thermoplasten: Po- lyamidimid -PAI-, Polysulfon -PSU-, Polyphenylensulfon - PPSU-, Poly(oxy-1,4-phenylsulfonyl-l,4-phenyl) -PESU-, Polyphenylensulfid -PPS-, Polyethersulfon - PES-, Polya ryletherketon -PAEK-Polyetheretherketon -PEEK-, Polya ryletherketon -PAEK-, Polyphenylenether -PPE-, Polyoxy- methylen -POM-, Perfluoralkoxypolymer -PFA-, Polyvinyli- denfluorid PVDF, Polyetherketon -PER-, Polyetherketonke ton PEKK, Polytetrafluorethylen -PTFE-, Polybenzimida- zol, -PBI- und/oder Polyetherimid -PEI-.
8. Isolationssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprü che, wobei im Flächenisolationsstoff ein oder mehrere oxidationshemmende Additi (e) vorgesehen sind.
9. Isolationssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprü che, wobei als Copolymer das unter dem Handelsnamen Sil- tem™ erhältliche Produkt eingesetzt wird.
10. Isolationssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden An sprüche, einen Flächenisolationsstoff aus einem Blend eines Polyetherimid-Siloxan-Copolymers mit einem Hoch temperatur-Thermoplasten zumindest in Form eines Lami nats, einer Folie, in Form eines Bandes und/oder eines aus einem Laminat geschnittenen Bandes, umfassend.
11. Verwendung eines Polyetherimid-Siloxan-Copolymers als Flächenisolationsstoff und/oder als Wickelband für ein Isolationssystem im Mittel- und Hochspannungsbe reich.
12. Verwendung eines Blends aus einem Polyetherimid-
Siloxan-Copolymer mit einem Hochtemperatur-Thermoplasten als Flächenisolationsstoff und/oder als Wickelband in elektrischen Traktionsmotoren oder Generatoren von Dampf- und/oder Gasturbinen.
13. Verwendung eines Blends aus einem Polyetherimid-
Siloxan-Copolymer mit einem Hochtemperatur-Thermoplasten als Flächenisolationsstoff und/oder als Wickelband in Windgeneratoren .
14. Verwendung eines Blends aus einem Polyetherimid-
Siloxan-Copolymer mit einem Hochtemperatur-Thermoplasten als Flächenisolationsstoff und/oder als Wickelband in elektrischen Antriebsmotoren.
15. Verwendung eines Blends aus einem Polyetherimid- Siloxan-Copolymer mit einem Hochtemperatur-Thermoplasten als Flächenisolationsstoff in Form einer Folie und/oder eines Laminats als Nutauskleidung und/oder als Wickel band in einer elektrischen rotierenden Maschine, einem Motor und/oder einem Generator.
