Particularly during off-peak times, the doors 61 can also be reinserted and the lid opening 22 can be closed by the lid wall 42, so that the climate in the goods room 20 is guaranteed even more consistently, although the walls still provide a good view into the goods room 20 and of the goods carrier 50 remains. If necessary, the doors 61 can then be opened quickly if access to the goods room 20 appears necessary, for example to hand out goods to a customer. A goods room depth 29 is defined as the depth from the customer opening 24 to the service opening 21 in the horizontal direction 14.

The goods are carried or presented in the goods presenter 10 by the goods carrier 50. Below the goods, the heating plate 53 ensures that the goods are kept appropriately warm, with the goods space 20 being able to be heated to a specific temperature. The heat generated is conducted into the goods room 20 via a warm air stream 11.

The maintenance opening 68 enables the easiest possible access to the goods display 10, for example to service the technology arranged in the goods display 10.
