    DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As can be recognized by those skilled in the art, various modifications can be made to the described embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of present disclosure. Therefore, the drawings and the description are regarded as exemplary intrinsically rather than restrictive.
  • A folding mechanism 100 for a treadmill 1 and the treadmill 1 are described below according to an embodiment of the present disclosure with reference to FIGs. 1-7.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, the folding mechanism 100 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a standpipe 10 and a dial frame 20.
  • Specifically, the first end of the standpipe 10 is provided with a connection portion 11, and the connection portion 11 is provided with a hinge hole 111 and a limiting hole 112. The dial frame 20 includes a body 20a, the body 20a is provided with a hinge portion 21 and a limiting portion 22 spaced apart from each other, the hinge portion 21 is pivotally connected to the hinge hole 111, and the limiting portion 22 includes a movable limiting member 221. The dial frame 20 is rotated relative to the standpipe 10 between the first position and the second position. In a case where the dial frame 20 is in the second position, the limiting member 221 and the limiting hole 112 form a limiting fit.
  • In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the folding mechanism 100 may be used for the treadmill 1. In a case where the folding mechanism 100 is in a use state, the dial frame 20 is in the first position relative to the standpipe 10; and, in a case where the folding mechanism 100 is in a storage state, the dial frame 20 is in the second position relative to the standpipe 10.
  • In an example, the folding mechanism 100 can be mounted to the base 200 of the treadmill 1. The standpipe 10 can be fixedly arranged on the base 200, or can be rotated relative to the base 200. In a case where the treadmill 1 is in the use state, the standpipe 10 may be arranged to be inclined at an acute angle or vertical relative to the base 200, and the dial frame 20 may rotate within a certain angle range relative to the standpipe 10. The dial frame 20 is used to mount a display device and/or a control panel of the treadmill 1.
  • Exemplarily, the first end of the standpipe 10 may be the upper end of the standpipe 10, the connection portion 11 is sleeved on the upper end of the standpipe 10, and the connection portion 11 is provided with the hinge hole 111 and the limiting hole 112 spaced apart from each other. The hinge portion 21 of the body 20a is provided with a pivot hole corresponding to the position of the hinge hole 111, and a rotating shaft 12 is arranged to pass through the hinge hole 111 and the pivot hole, such that the hinge portion 21 is rotatable relative to the connection portion 11, and thereby the body 20a is rotatable relative to the standpipe 10.
  • The rotation radius formed between the hinge portion 21 and the limiting portion 22 is consistent with the distance between the hinge hole 111 and the limiting hole 112, such that in a case where the dial frame 20 is rotated to the second position, the position of the limiting portion 22 corresponds to the position of the limiting hole 112, thereby forming a limiting fit.
  • In an example, the limiting member 221 can reciprocate along a preset direction, and at least a part of the limiting member 221 is located in the limiting hole 112 to form a latch fit, so as to form a lock between the dial frame 20 and the standpipe 10; or, the limiting member 221 is disengaged from the limiting hole 112, thereby releasing the lock between the dial frame 20 and the standpipe 10. The limiting member 221 can be configured as a column, and the preset direction can be the axial direction of the limiting member 221.
  • It can be understood that the first position and the second position refer to the positions of the dial frame 20 relative to the standpipe 10. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the first position may be a position to which the dial frame 20 is rotated such that an included angle of the dial frame 20 relative to the standpipe 10 is 60 degrees; as shown in FIG. 3, the second position may be a position to which the dial frame 20 is rotated such that an included angle of the dial frame 20 relative to the standpipe 10 is 0 degree, that is, the dial frame 20, when being in the second position, is parallel to the standpipe 10.
  • It should be noted that, in other examples of the present disclosure, the first position and the second position may be adjusted correspondingly according to actual needs, which are not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
  • According to the treadmill 1 of the embodiment of the present disclosure, by arranging the hinge hole 111 on the connection portion 11 of the standpipe 10, by arranging the hinge portion 21 on the body 20a of the dial frame 20, and by a pivotal fit between the hinge portion 21 and the hinge hole 111, the dial frame 20 is rotated relative to the standpipe 10 between the first position and the second position. Therefore, the dial frame 20 can be rotated to the first position when the folding mechanism 100 is used, and the dial frame 20 can be rotated to the second position after being used, thereby facilitating the storage of the folding mechanism 100. Furthermore, by arranging the limiting hole 112 on the connection portion 11 of the standpipe 10 and arranging a movable limiting member 221 on the dial frame 20, in a case where the dial frame 20 is rotated to the second position, the position of the dial frame 20 relative to the standpipe 10 is locked by a limiting fit between the limiting member 221 and the limiting hole 112, thereby improving the stability of the folding mechanism 100 in use. In addition, when the folding mechanism 100 needs to be stored, the movement of the limiting member 221 is controlled to disengage the limiting member 221 from the limiting hole 112, thereby releasing the lock between the dial frame 20 and the standpipe 10; and then the dial frame 20 is rotated from the first position to the second position, thereby improving the convenience of the folding mechanism 100 during storage.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, in an embodiment, the limiting portion 22 further includes a first elastic member 222, and the first elastic member 222 is configured to apply an elastic force to the limiting member 221, such that the limiting member 221 is always in a locking position.
  • The locking position refers to a position where the limiting member 221 can form a limiting fit with the limiting hole 112.
  • Exemplarily, the first elastic member 222 may include a spring, such as a compression spring or a tension spring. It can be understood that the compression spring refers to a spring that is always in a compression state, and the compression spring applies its elastic force in the tension direction to the limiting member 221; and the tension spring refers to a spring that is always in a tension state, and the tension spring applies its elastic force in the compression direction to the limiting member 221.
  • In this embodiment, the specific arrangement manner of the first elastic member 222 and the limiting member 221 is not specifically limited here, as long as the elastic force applied to the limiting member 221 by the first elastic member 222 in the deformed state is satisfied, such that the limiting member 221 is always in the locking position.
  • It should be noted that, in a case where the limiting member 221 is in the locking position, the limiting member 221 and the limiting hole 112 form a latch fit, such that a locking state is formed between the dial frame 20 and the standpipe 10. When it is necessary to release the locking state between the dial frame 20 and the standpipe 10, the state of the first elastic member 222 can be changed by applying an external force to the limiting member 221, such that the limiting member 221 can be disengaged from the limiting hole 112, that is, the first elastic member 222 moves from the locking position to the unlocking position.
  • According to the above-mentioned implementation, through the elastic force of the first elastic member 222, the limiting member 221 can be always in the locking position. Therefore, the position of the limiting member 221 does not need to be adjusted manually, such that the limiting member 221 and the limiting hole 112 automatically form a limiting fit when the dial frame 20 is rotated to the second position.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, in an embodiment, the limiting portion 22 further includes a first support plate 223 and a second support plate 224 that are spaced apart. The first support plate 223 and the second support plate 224 are connected to the body 20a, and each of the first support plate 223 and the second support plate 224 is provided with a through hole, and the limiting member 221 is arranged to pass movably through two through holes. The limiting member 221 is provided with a first anti-disengagement portion 221a and a second anti-disengagement portion 221b. The first anti-disengagement portion 221a and the through hole of the first support plate 223 form an anti-disengagement fit, and the second anti-disengagement portion 221b and the through hole of the second support plate 224 form an anti-disengagement fit. The first elastic member 222 is sleeved on the limiting member 221, and both ends of the first elastic member 222 are respectively abutted between the first support plate 223 and the second anti-disengagement portion 221b. The first elastic member 222 is always in a compression state and applies an elastic force to the second anti-disengagement portion 221b, such that the limiting member 221 is always in the locking position.
  • Exemplarily, the first support plate 223 and the second support plate 224 are spaced apart in the length direction of the body 20a, and the first support plate 223 and the second support plate 224 are inclined downward from the lower surface of the body 20a. The positions of the through hole on the first support plate 223 and the through hole on the second support plate 224 correspond to each other, such that the limiting member 221 can slidably pass through the two through holes. The first anti-disengagement portion 221a is located on the side of the first support plate 223 away from the second support plate 224, and the second anti-disengagement portion 221b is located between the first support plate 223 and the second support plate 224. The first elastic member 222 can include a compression spring, and both ends of the first elastic member 222 are respectively abutted between the first support plate 223 and the second anti-disengagement portion 221b. The compression spring applies elastic forces on the first support plate 223 and the second anti-disengagement portion 221b respectively in directions away from each other, such that the second anti-disengagement portion 221b always abuts against the second support plate 224.
  • Understandably, an anti-disengagement fit of the first anti-disengagement portion 221a and the through hole on the first support plate 223, and an anti-disengagement fit of the second anti-disengagement portion 221b and the through hole on the second support plate 224, mean that the shape or size of the first anti-disengagement portion 221a is larger than the shape or size of the through hole on the first support plate 223, and the shape or size of the second anti-disengagement portion 221b is larger than the shape or size of the through hole on the second support plate 224, such that the first anti-disengagement portion 221a cannot pass through the through hole on the first support plate 223, and the second anti-disengagement portion 221b cannot pass through the through hole on the second support plate 224, thereby serving to prevent the limiting member 221 from being disengaged from the through holes on the first support plate 223 and the second support plate 224.
  • In a specific example, the limiting member 221 is provided with two mounting holes spaced apart from each other, and the first anti-disengagement portion 221a and the second anti-disengagement portion 221b are in an interference fit with the two mounting holes respectively, so as to fix the first anti-disengagement portion 221a and the second anti-disengagement portion 221b to the limiting member 221 respectively.
  • According to the above embodiment, the fit mounting of the limiting member 221 and the first elastic member 222 is realized, and by arranging the first anti-disengagement portion 221a and the second anti-disengagement portion 221b on the limiting member 221, the limiting member 221 is prevented from being disengaged from the through holes on the first support plate 223 and the second support plate 224, thereby improving the structural reliability of the limiting portion 22.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, in an embodiment, the connection portion 11 is a hollow structure, the limiting hole 112 is arranged to pass through the wall of the connection portion 11, and the connection portion 11 is further provided with a first unlocking portion 113. The first unlocking portion 113 is movably arranged on the connection portion 11, and the position of the connection portion 11 corresponds to the position of the limiting hole 112. The first unlocking portion 113 is adapted to drive the limiting member 221 to move under the action of an external force, such that the limiting member 221 and the limiting hole 112 are released from the limiting fit.
  • Exemplarily, the connection portion 11 is a hollow structure to define a cavity inside thereof. In a case where the dial frame 20 is in the second position, the limiting portion 22 of the dial frame 20 is located in the cavity, and the free end of the limiting member 221 protrudes out of the cavity through the limiting hole 112, such that the limiting member 221 and the limiting hole 112 forms a limiting fit. The first unlocking portion 113 is arranged outside the cavity and corresponds to the position of the limiting hole 112, such that the first unlocking portion 113 can contact the free end of the limiting member 221. The first unlocking portion 113 drives the limiting member 221 to move under the action of the external force, such that the limiting member 221 is disengaged from the limiting hole 112, thereby releasing the limiting fit between the limiting member 221 and the limiting hole 112.
  • According to the above implementation, the user can apply an external force to the first unlocking portion 113 by pressing the first unlocking portion 113, that is, the limiting member 221 can be driven to move by the first unlocking portion 113, thereby releasing the limiting fit between the limiting member 221 and the limiting hole 112; and then the dial frame 20 is rotated from the second position to the first position, thereby further improving the convenience of the folding mechanism 100 during storage.
  • As shown in FIG. 2, in an implementation, in a case where the dial frame 20 is in the second position, the dial frame 20 and the standpipe 10 are arranged parallel to each other and in a fitting state.
  • Illustratively, the dial frame 20 is adapted to be constructed as a flat plate structure. In a case where the dial frame 20 is in the second position, the length direction of the dial frame 20 and the length direction of the standpipe 10 are parallel to each other, and the lower surface of the dial frame 20 and the outer surface of the standpipe 10 are in a fitting state of each other.
  • Through the above implementation, in a case where the dial frame 20 is rotated to the second position, the fitting degree between the dial frame 20 and the standpipe 10 is improved, the overall size of the dial frame 20 and the standpipe 10 is reduced, the space occupation is reduced, and thereby the storage effect of the folding mechanism 100 is improved.
  • As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, in an implementation, the side surface of the body 20a facing the standpipe 10 is further provided with a buffer member 23. In a case where the dial frame 20 is in the second position, the buffer member 23 is in contact with the standpipe 10.
  • Exemplarily, the material of the buffer member 23 may include a soft material, such as rubber.
  • Through the above implementation, when the dial frame 20 is rotated to the second position, a certain buffer effect can be achieved through the contact between the buffer member 23 and the standpipe 10, so as to avoid the direct collision between the dial and the standpipe 10, thereby having a certain protective effect.
  • As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in an implementation, in a case where the dial frame 20 is in the second position, the lower surface of the body 20a is supported on the upper end surface of the connection portion 11.
  • Exemplarily, both the lower surface of the body 20a and the upper end surface of the connection portion 11 are configured as planes, and the upper end surface of the connection portion 11 is arranged in parallel with the horizontal plane. Accordingly, in a case where the dial frame 20 is in the second position, the lower surface of the body 20a is in surface contact with the upper end surface of the connection portion 11, and the body 20a is parallel to the horizontal plane.
  • Through the above implementation, in a case where the dial frame 20 is in the second position, the contact area between the body 20a and the connection portion 11 is increased, thereby improving the supporting effect of the standpipe 10 to the dial frame 20, and further improving the stability of the dial frame 20 in the second position.
  • As shown in FIG. 4, in an implementation, there are two standpipes 10 that are arranged side by side and spaced apart, and the dial frame 20 further includes two armrest portions 20b corresponding to the two standpipes 10 respectively. The two armrest portions 20b are formed by extending from the body 20a in the same direction, and each of the two armrest portions 20b is provided with a hinge portion 21 and a limiting portion 22.
  • Exemplarily, the two armrest portions 20b are spaced apart in the width direction of the body 20a, and each of the two armrest portions 20b is formed by extending rearwardly from the rear side edge of the body 20a. The two armrest portions 20b and the rear side edge of the body 20a together define an active space. Each of the first ends of the two standpipes 10 is provided with a connection portion 11, and is rotatably connected with a respective corresponding armrest portion 20b through the connection portion 11. Each of the second ends of the two standpipes 10 is fixed or rotatably connected to the base 200 of the treadmill 1.
  • Through the above implementation, on the one hand, the stability of the overall structure of the folding mechanism 100 is improved, such that the support by the two standpipes 10 is more stable when the dial frame 20 is in the first position; on the other hand, by providing the armrest portions 20b respectively connected to the two standpipes 10, the support can be provided for the user's hands when the user uses the treadmill 1, thereby improving the usage experience of the user.
  • As another aspect of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a treadmill 1.
  • As shown in FIGS. 2 to 7, the treadmill 1 of the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a base 200 and the folding mechanism 100 according to the above-mentioned embodiment of the present disclosure. The second end of the standpipe 10 is rotatably connected to the base 200, such that the standpipe 10 can be rotated relative to the base 200 between an open position and a folding position.
  • Exemplarily, in a case where the standpipe 10 is in the open position, there is a preset included angle between the length direction of the standpipe 10 and the plane where the base 200 is located; wherein the preset included angle can be 60 degrees. In a case where the standpipe 10 is in the folding position, the included angle between the length direction of the standpipe 10 and the plane where the base 200 is located can be 0 degree, that is, the standpipe 10 is arranged parallel to the base 200.
  • It can be understood that the included angle of the standpipe 10 relative to the base 200 in the open position and the folding position can be specifically set according to the actual situation, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
  • Further, as shown in FIG. 2, when the treadmill 1 is in use, the standpipe 10 can be rotated to the open position, and the dial frame 20 can be rotated to the first position; as shown in FIG. 7, when the treadmill 1 is stored, the dial frame 20 can be rotated to the second position and the standpipe 10 can be rotated to the folding position.
  • According to the treadmill 1 of the embodiment of the present disclosure, by using the folding mechanism 100 according to the above-mentioned embodiment of the present disclosure and rotatably arranging the standpipe 10 of the folding mechanism 100 on the base 200, the structural stability of the treadmill 1 during use and the convenience of the treadmill 1 during storage are improved, and the overall size of the treadmill 1 can be reduced as much as possible during storage, thereby reducing the occupation of storage space.
  • As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, in an implementation, the second end of the standpipe 10 is provided with a rotating shaft 12 that rotatably fits in with the base 200, the end of the rotating shaft 12 is connected with a locking member 13, and the locking member 13 is rotated synchronously with the rotating shaft 12. The base 200 is further provided with a movable locking fit portion 30, and the locking fit portion 30 is provided with a locking fit groove 30a. In a case where the standpipe 10 is in the open position or the folding position, the locking member 13 and the locking fit groove 30a form a limiting fit.
  • Exemplarily, the base 200 is provided with a pivot through hole, and the rotating shaft 12 at the second end of the standpipe 10 pivotally passes through in the pivot through hole. The locking member 13 is fixedly connected to the free end of the rotating shaft 12 and is rotated synchronously with the rotating shaft 12. The locking fit portion 30 is adapted to move between the locking position and the unlocking position, and the locking fit portion 30 is always in the locking position, such that at least a part of the locking member 13 is embedded in the locking fit groove 30a of the locking fit portion 30, thereby forming the limiting fit.
  • It can be understood that in a case where the locking member 13 and the locking fit groove 30a form the limiting fit, the standpipe 10 cannot rotate relative to the base 200, such that the standpipe 10 is kept in the open position or the folding position. When it is necessary to rotate the standpipe 10 from the open position to the folding position, or from the folding position to the open position, the limiting fit between the locking member 13 and the locking fit groove 30a is released by controlling the movement of the locking fit portion 30 to disengage the locking member 13 from the locking fit groove 30a, such that the standpipe 10 can be rotated relative to the base 200.
  • Through the above implementation, the structural stability of the standpipe 10 can be improved during the use of the treadmill 1, that is, when the standpipe 10 is in the open position; and when it is necessary to store the treadmill 1, the movement of the locking fit portion 30 is controlled to unlock the standpipe 10, so that the standpipe 10 is rotated to the folding position, thereby improving the convenience when storing the treadmill 1.
  • As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, in an implementation, the locking fit portion 30 includes a link mechanism 31. A first end of the link mechanism 31 is provided with a locking fit groove 30a, and a second end of the link mechanism 31 is provided with a second unlocking portion 32. The second unlocking portion 32 drives the locking fit groove 30a to be engaged with or disengaged from the locking member 13 under the action of an external force.
  • Exemplarily, the link mechanism 31 includes a first link 311, a second link 312, and a third link 313 which are connected in sequence. The first end of the first link 311 is the first end of the link mechanism 31, and the first end of the first link 311 is provided with the locking fit groove 30a. The second end of the first link 311 rotatably fits in with the first end of the second link 312. The first link 311 is provided with a rotating shaft between the first end and the second end thereof, and the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the base 200. Therefore, the first link 311 can be rotated relative to the base 200. The first end of the third link 313 rotatably fits in with the second end of the second link 312, the second end of the third link 313 is the second end of the link mechanism 31, and the second end of the third link 313 is provided with a second unlocking portion 32. The third link 313 is provided with a rotating shaft between the first end and the second end thereof, and the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the base 200, such that the third link 313 can be rotated relative to the base 200.
  • It can be understood that, by applying an external force to the second unlocking portion 32 at the second end of the third link 313, the third link 313 can drive the first link 311 to rotate through the second link 312, and then, the position of the locking fit groove 30a at the first end of the first link 311 can change, such that the locking fit groove 30a and the locking member 13 form a limiting fit or a disengagement fit.
  • According to the above implementation, by the user stepping on the second unlocking portion 32 to apply an external force to the second unlocking portion 32, the position of the locking fit groove 30a can be driven to change through the link mechanism 31, thereby releasing the limiting fit between the locking member 13 and the fit groove, and thereby further improving the convenience of the treadmill 1 during storage.
  • As shown in FIG. 5, in an implementation, the locking fit portion 30 further includes a second elastic member 33, and the second elastic member 33 is configured to apply an elastic force to the second end of the link mechanism 31, such that the locking fit groove 30a is always in the locking position where the locking fit groove 30a is in the limiting fit with the locking member 13.
  • Exemplarily, the second elastic member 33 can include a tension spring, one end of the tension spring is connected to the second end of the third link 313, and the other end of the tension spring is connected to the base 200, such that the tension spring always applies the elastic force to the third link 313, and through the link mechanism 31, the locking fit groove 30a at the first end of the first link 311 is always in the locking position.
  • According to the above implementation, by the effect of the elastic force of the second elastic member 33, the locking fit groove 30a can be always in the locking position. Therefore it is not necessary to manually adjust the position of the locking fit groove 30a, such that in a case where the standpipe 10 is in the folding position or the open position, the locking member 13 and the locking fit groove 30a automatically form a limiting fit.
  • As shown in FIG. 6, in an implementation, the treadmill 1 further includes a buffer air pressure rod 40. The first end of the buffer air pressure rod 40 is rotatably connected to the base 200, and the second end of the buffer air pressure rod 40 is rotatably connected to the locking member 13.
  • Exemplarily, the first end of the buffer air pressure rod 40 is a fixed end of the buffer air pressure rod 40, and the fixed end of the buffer air pressure rod 40 is rotatably fixed to the base 200. The second end of the buffer air pressure rod 40 is a telescopic end of the buffer air pressure rod 40, and the telescopic end of the buffer air pressure rod 40 is rotatably fixed to the locking member 13.
  • It can be understood that during the rotation of the standpipe 10 from the open position to the folding position, the telescopic end of the buffer air pressure rod 40 moves along the direction of contraction, and the standpipe 10 is rotated slowly through the air pressure buffer effect inside the buffer air pressure rod 40.
  • Through the above implementation, during the rotation of the standpipe 10 from the open position to the folding position, a certain buffer effect can be provided to the standpipe 10, to prevent the standpipe 10 from directly rotating toward the base 200 to cause a collision, so as to have a certain protective effect on the standpipe 10 and the base 200.
  • As shown in FIG. 7, in an implementation, in a case where the standpipe 10 is in the folding position relative to the base 200 and the dial frame 20 is in the second position relative to the standpipe 10, both the dial frame 20 and the standpipe 10 as well as both the standpipe 10 and the base 200 are arranged parallel to each other and in a fitting state.
  • Exemplarily, there are two standpipes 10 and the two standpipes 10 are respectively provided on both sides of the base 200 in the width direction. In a case where the standpipe 10 is in the folding position, the two standpipes 10 are arranged in parallel to the base 200 and are located on both sides of the base 200 in the width direction, respectively. Meanwhile, the dial frame 20 is in the second position, and the dial frame 20 is arranged parallel to the base 200.
  • Further, the dial frame 20 is further provided with a rotatable display device. In a case where the dial frame 20 is in the second position, the display device can be rotated to a position parallel to the base 200.
  • Through the above implementation, when the treadmill 1 needs to be stored, by rotating the standpipe 10 to the folding position and rotating the dial frame 20 to the second position, the size of the treadmill 1 in the height direction is reduced to the greatest extent, thereby further improving the storage effect of the treadmill 1.
