Abstract
The application provides a lifting device and medical equipment comprising the same. The lifting device comprises: the connecting device comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece, a connecting rod mechanism for connecting the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, and a gas spring hinged with the connecting rod mechanism. The gas spring and the connecting rod mechanism act together to change the relative positions of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece so as to realize lifting. The medical equipment comprises a machine table, a control panel and a lifting device. The lifting device is used for adjusting the position of the control panel relative to the machine table, the first connecting piece of the lifting device is fixedly connected with the control panel, and the second connecting piece is fixedly connected with the machine table.

Background
The development of medical equipment greatly promotes the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, and benefits thousands of mankind. Medical devices are becoming more and more widely used and of increasingly diverse types. Some medical devices are provided with a control panel for operation by a user. The user can input instructions, parameters, adjust images, etc. through the control panel. In order to meet the requirements of different users, the control panel is often required to be lifted and lowered so as to facilitate the operation and use of the users.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a lifting device with a simple structure and medical equipment comprising the lifting device.
One aspect of the present application provides a lifting device including a first connector; a second connecting member; a link mechanism hinged between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece; and the gas spring is hinged with the connecting rod mechanism, and the gas spring and the connecting rod mechanism jointly act to change the relative positions of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece.

The lifting device of the embodiment of the application comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece, a connecting rod mechanism and a gas spring. The connecting rod mechanism is hinged between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece. The gas spring is hinged to the linkage mechanism and the gas spring and the linkage mechanism act together to change the relative positions of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece. The lifting device changes the relative positions of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece through the combined action of the gas spring and the connecting rod mechanism, and has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability and lower cost.
FIG. 1 illustrates a perspective view of one embodiment of a medical device 100. In the illustrated embodiment, the medical device 100 is a desktop ultrasound scanning device. In other embodiments, the medical device 100 may be a CT scanning device, a PET scanning device, or the like. The medical apparatus 100 includes a machine base 2000, a control panel 3000, and a lifting device 1000. The control panel 3000 is installed on the machine platform 2000 through the lifting device 1000, and the lifting device 1000 can adjust the position of the control panel 3000 relative to the machine platform 2000.
In one embodiment, a processor, a circuit board, a memory, an interface, and/or the like may be disposed within the machine 2000. The processor may be mounted on a circuit board and may provide control signals, receive signals, and/or process signals, etc. In some embodiments, the processor may reconstruct the image, process the image, and the like. Other circuits, such as a voltage conversion circuit, an analog-to-digital conversion circuit, a digital-to-analog conversion circuit, and the like, can be arranged on the circuit board. The medical device 100 shown in fig. 1 includes a display 4000, and the display 4000 is mounted above a control panel 3000 and may be used to display images, data, waveforms, and the like. When the lifting device 1000 adjusts the control panel 3000, the position of the display 4000 can be adjusted at the same time, and the display 4000 can be adjusted to a height convenient for viewing. The above is merely an example of the medical apparatus 100 and is not limited to the example shown in the figures. In other embodiments, the medical device 100 may also include other devices not shown.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the lifting device 1000 shown in fig. 1. The lifting device 1000 includes a first connector 10, a second connector 60, a link mechanism 20 hinged between the first connector 10 and the second connector 60, and gas springs 40 and 50 hinged to the link mechanism 20. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the first connector 10 is fixedly connected to the control panel 3000, and the second connector 60 is fixedly connected to the machine table 2000. The linkage 20 and the gas springs 40, 50 are enclosed in a housing 70 shown in fig. 1, and the housing 70 protects the linkage 20 and the gas springs 40, 50. The first and second connectors 10 and 60 protrude from both ends of the housing 70.
Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the lifting device 1000 shown in fig. 2. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the first connecting element 10 includes a first fixing portion 101 and a first hinge portion 102 rotatably connected to the first fixing portion 101. The first fixing portion 101 is fixedly connected to the control panel 3000 shown in fig. 1. The first hinge 102 is hinged to one end of the linkage 20. The first fixing portion 101 is rotatably connected to the first hinge portion 102, and the first fixing portion 101 can be rotated relative to the first hinge portion 102 to adjust the angle of the control panel 3000, so that the control panel is horizontal or inclined, thereby adapting to the operation habit of an operator and providing comfort and convenience for the operator. For example, the control panel 3000 can be adjusted to face obliquely to the operator for easy operation by the operator.
In one embodiment, the first hinge 102 includes oppositely disposed hinge sides 1021 and 1022, and a pivoting surface (not shown) connecting the two hinge sides 1021 and 1022. The hinge sides 1021 and 1022 are rotatably connected to the first fixing portion 101. The hinged sides 1021 and 1022 may be hinged to opposite sides of the linkage 20 by hinge bars 1024. The hinge rod 1024 passes through the hinge side 1021, the linkage 20, and the hinge side 1022.
The first fixing portion 101 is rotatably connected to an end of the first hinge portion 102 away from the link mechanism 20. In one embodiment, the first fixed portion 101 comprises a flange comprising a flange ring 1011 and a neck 1012 extending from the flange ring 1011 towards the first hinge 102. The flange ring 1011 is provided with an opening 1013 and/or a stud 1014 for connecting the first connecting member 10 to the control panel 3000. The neck 1012 is rotationally engaged with the first hinge 102. In one embodiment, the neck 1012 extends perpendicular to the flange ring 1011.
In another embodiment, the first fixing portion 101 is fixedly connected to the first hinge portion 102. The first fixing portion 101 and the first hinge portion 102 may be integrally formed.
The second connecting member 60 includes a second fixing portion 601 and a second hinge portion 602 rotatably connected to the second fixing portion 601, and the second hinge portion 602 is hinged to the other end of the link mechanism 20. The second fixing portion 601 is disposed opposite to the first fixing portion 101. The second fixing portion 601 is fixedly connected to the machine 2000. The second hinge portion 602 may be hinged to the other end of the link mechanism 20 opposite to the first link 10 by a hinge lever 6024. The second fixing portion 601 and the second hinge portion 602 are rotatable relative to each other, and the position of the control panel 3000 can be adjusted by rotating the second hinge portion 602 relative to the second fixing portion 601.
The second link 60 has a structure similar to that of the first link 10. The second fixing portion 601 is connected to an end of the second hinge portion 602 away from the link mechanism 20. The second fixing portion 601 includes a flange ring 6011 and a neck portion 6012. The neck portion 6012 is formed with a recess 6015, and the second hinge portion 602 rotatably extends into the recess 6015. In one embodiment, the groove 6015 opens out on both sides of the hinge sides 6021, 6022, respectively, of the second hinge portion 602. In one embodiment, the groove 6015 corresponds to the shape of the inside of the side wall 6016 of the rotation face 6026 of the second hinge portion 602 with the shape of the rotation face 6026, and the rotation face 6026 can slide relative to the side wall 6016 to ensure smooth rotation of the second hinge portion 102. In one embodiment, the side wall 6016 of the recess 6015 is higher than the opposite side wall 6017, and the side wall 6017 is lower, so as to allow enough space for the link mechanism 20 to rotate.
The rotational face 6026 of the second hinge 602 is spaced from the end of the linkage 20 relative to the end of the linkage 20. The rotating face 6026 encloses with the two hinged sides 6021, 6022 a space 6027 that houses an end of the linkage 20, within which space 6027 the end of the linkage 20 can rotate. The second hinge portion 602 is open to the outside with respect to the side of the rotating face 6026 and the end portion of the second fixed portion 601, and the link mechanism 20 may extend from the side with respect to the rotating face 6026 and the end portion with respect to the second fixed portion 601, allowing the link mechanism 20 to continuously rotate at the side and the end portion, and allowing a large range of rotation.
Other specific structures of the second connecting member 60 can refer to the description of the corresponding specific structure of the first connecting member 10, and the specific structure of the first connecting member 10 can refer to the description of the corresponding specific structure of the second connecting member 60, which are complementary to each other. In another embodiment, the first connector 10 and the second connector 60 may have different structures.
The link mechanism 20 includes a first link 21 and a second link 22 disposed opposite to each other, and the first link 21 and the second link 22 are connected to the first connecting member 10 and the second connecting member 30. The first link 21 is connected between the first hinge portion 102 of the first link 10 and the second hinge portion 602 of the second link 60. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the first link 21. The first link 21 includes a plate portion 201 and side lever portions 202 provided on both sides of the plate portion 201. The plate portion 201 has a flat plate shape. In one embodiment, both ends of the plate portion 201 are formed with openings 203. The side bar portion 202 is substantially perpendicular to the plate portion 201. Hinge holes 205 are formed at both ends of the side bar part 201, and hinge rods 1024 and 6024 shown in fig. 3 pass through the corresponding hinge holes 205. The side rod 201 is further provided with a rotary connection portion 206 at both ends thereof, and the rotary connection portion 206 is rotatably connected to the gas springs 40 and 50 shown in fig. 3. In one embodiment, the rotation connection portion 206 is protruded from the side rod portion 201, and the gas springs 40 and 50 may be assembled to the rotation connection portion 206 by screws. The rotation connecting portion 206 is away from the end of the first link 21 with respect to the hinge hole 205. With continued reference to fig. 1-3, the structure of the second link 22 is similar to the structure of the first link 21 and will not be described again. The gas springs 40, 50 are hinged between the first link 21 and the second link 22. The gas springs 40, 50 and the linkage 20 cooperate to change the relative positions of the first 10 and second 60 links. An operator applies an acting force to the control panel 3000 to extend or contract the gas springs 40 and 50 in a free state, and the link mechanism 20 is rotated by the acting force and the supporting force of the gas springs 40 and 50, thereby lifting or lowering the control panel 3000. The lifting device 1000 has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability and low cost.
In one embodiment, the gas springs 40, 50 include a first gas spring 40 and a second gas spring 50 hingedly connected to opposite sides of the linkage 20, the first and second gas springs 40, 50 having the same force value. The trimming effect and the lifting force are provided by the two gas springs 40 and 50. The same force value is used for the two gas springs 40 and 50, so that the stability of the lifting process can be ensured. The first and second gas springs 40 and 50 are hinged to one end of the first link 21 and to the opposite end of the second link 22. One end of the first air spring 40 is hinged to one end of the first link 21 close to the first connector 10, and the other end is hinged to one end of the second link 22 close to the second connector 60. The second gas spring 50 is opposite to the first gas spring 40, and one end of the second gas spring 50 is hinged to one end of the first connecting rod 21 close to the first connecting member 10, and the other end is hinged to one end of the second connecting rod 22 close to the second connecting member 60. The first and second gas springs 40 and 50 are arranged in parallel.
In one embodiment, the first gas spring 40 comprises a free-form gas spring. The first air spring 40 includes a piston rod 401 and a cylinder 402, and the piston rod 401 is telescopically movable in the cylinder 402, thus adjusting the length of the first air spring 40. The first air spring 40 has first hinge holes 403 formed at both ends thereof, respectively at an end of the cylinder 402 away from the piston rod 401 and an end of the piston rod 401 extending out of the cylinder 402. The first hinge hole 403 and the rotation connecting portion 206 may be hinged by a screw.
The second gas spring 50 comprises a lockable gas spring that includes a release/lock mechanism 504. The second gas spring 50 is stopped at a position while the first gas spring 40 is stopped by locking the second gas spring 50 by the release/lock mechanism 504, or the second gas spring 50 and the first gas spring 40 are freely movable by releasing the second gas spring 50. The second gas spring 50 comprises a piston rod 501 and a cylinder 502, the piston rod 501 being telescopically movable within the cylinder 502, thus adjusting the length of the second gas spring 50. A release/lock mechanism 504 is fixed to the end of the piston rod 501 that extends out of the cylinder 502. Both ends of the second gas spring 50 are formed with second hinge holes 503, and the second hinge holes 503 are formed at the end of the cylinder 402 remote from the piston rod 401 and the end of the release/lock mechanism 504.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the lifting device 1000 includes a take-up wire 30 having one end connected to the release/lock mechanism 504 and a control mechanism (not shown) connected to the other end of the take-up wire 30, the control mechanism controlling the release/lock mechanism 504 by tightening or loosening the take-up wire 30. An operator can operate the control mechanism to tension the take-up and pay-off wire 30, and the release/lock mechanism 504 of the lockable gas spring 50 is pulled after the take-up and pay-off wire 30 is tensioned, so that the release/lock mechanism 504 is in a release state, and the lockable gas spring 50 is in a free state. When the control mechanism is deactivated to release the line 30, the line 30 no longer exerts a force on the release/lock mechanism 504, and the lockable gas spring 50 returns to a locked state, which is unchangeable in length. In one embodiment, the take-up and pay-off line 30 may be a Bowden line, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
When the control mechanism is operated to keep the lockable gas spring 50 in the free state, if an upward force is applied to the lifting device 1000, for example, an upward pulling force is applied thereto, the lockable gas spring 50 and the free gas spring 40 are extended, so that the parallelogram formed by the linkage mechanism 20, the hinge rod 1024 and the hinge rod 6024 is deformed. Specifically, the link mechanism 20 gradually tends to be vertical, and the articulated levers 1024 and 6024 gradually tends to be horizontal, so that the relative heights of the first connector 10 and the second connector 60 in the vertical direction become large, thereby raising the control panel 3000 with respect to the machine table 2000, as shown in fig. 1. When the link mechanism 20 is in the vertical state, the height of the lifting device 1000 reaches the maximum, and the control panel 3000 is adjusted to the maximum height.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, when a downward force, such as a downward pushing force, is applied to the lift 1000 while the lockable gas spring 50 is in the free state, the lockable gas spring 50 and the free gas spring 40 shorten, thereby deforming the parallelogram formed by the linkage mechanism 20, the hinge rod 1024, and the hinge rod 6024. Specifically, the link mechanism 20 gradually tends to be horizontal, and the hinge levers 1024 and 6024 gradually tends to be vertical, so that the relative heights of the first connector 10 and the second connector 60 in the vertical direction become smaller, thereby lowering the control panel 3000 relative to the machine table 2000.

In one embodiment, the control panel 3000 is provided with an operating knob 3010, and the control mechanism may be provided to the operating knob 3010. Thereafter, the operator can release the operating knob 3010, no longer apply a force to the control mechanism on the operating knob 3010, and the take-up and pay-off wires 30 are loosened, thereby resetting the release/locking mechanism 504 of the lockable gas spring 50, and the lockable gas spring 50 is locked, thereby maintaining the control panel 3000 at a fixed height. In another embodiment, the gas springs 40 and 50 are both lockable gas springs. In yet another embodiment, the gas springs 40 and 50 are free-form gas springs, and the lift 1000 is released or locked by other release/locking mechanisms. In other embodiments, the lift 1000 may include more than three gas springs. In one embodiment, at least one of the three or more gas springs is a lockable gas spring. In another embodiment, more than three gas springs are free gas springs.

Claims (10)
1. A lifting device, comprising:
a first connecting member;
a second connecting member;
the connecting rod mechanism is hinged between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece; and
a gas spring hingedly connected to said linkage, said gas spring and said linkage coacting to change the relative positions of said first and second connectors;
the first connecting piece comprises a first fixing part and a first hinge part which is rotatably connected with the first fixing part, and the second connecting piece comprises a second fixing part and a second hinge part which is rotatably connected with the second fixing part;
one end of the first hinge part, which is far away from the first fixing part, is hinged with one end of the connecting rod mechanism, and one end of the second hinge part, which is far away from the second fixing part, is hinged with the other end of the connecting rod mechanism;
the first fixing portion comprises a first flange ring and a first neck portion extending from the first flange ring to the first hinge portion, the first neck portion being in rotational engagement with the first hinge portion;
the second fixing portion comprises a second flange ring and a second neck portion, a groove is formed in the second neck portion, and the second hinge portion can rotatably extend into the groove.
2. The lift device of claim 1, wherein said linkage mechanism includes first and second oppositely disposed links, said first and second links each connecting said first and second connectors, said gas spring being hingedly connected between said first and second links.
3. The lifting device of claim 2, wherein the first link and the second link are arranged in parallel.
4. The lift device of claim 2, wherein said gas spring comprises a first gas spring and a second gas spring hingedly connected to opposite sides of said linkage, said first gas spring and said second gas spring having the same force value.
5. The lift device of claim 4, wherein said first gas spring and said second gas spring are hingedly connected to one end of said first link and to an opposite end of said second link.
6. The lift device of claim 4, wherein said first gas spring and said second gas spring are disposed in parallel.
7. The lift device of claim 4, wherein the first gas spring comprises a free-form gas spring.
8. The lift apparatus of claim 4, wherein said second gas spring comprises a lockable gas spring, said lockable gas spring comprising a release/lock mechanism.
9. The lifting device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the lifting device comprises a take-up wire having one end connected to the release/lock mechanism and a control mechanism connected to the other end of the take-up wire, the control mechanism controlling the release/lock mechanism by tightening or loosening the take-up wire.
10. A medical device, comprising:
a machine platform;
a control panel; and
the lifting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, for adjusting the position of the control panel relative to the machine, wherein the first connecting member of the lifting device is fixedly connected to the control panel, and the second connecting member is fixedly connected to the machine.
