Definitions
- the invention relates to a panel with a panel core, a top side of a panel, a bottom side of a panel and a first pair of edges and a second pair of edges, the first pair of edges being provided with a groove profile on one panel edge and a tongue profile complementary thereto on the opposite panel edge, which a pivoting movement can be locked and then interact in a form-fitting manner in such a way that a vertical locking effect can be achieved in the locked state and a moving apart of locked panels in the plane of the panels (horizontally) is counteracted, the second pair of edges being provided with complementary hook profiles on their opposite panel edges, namely a receiving hook and a locking hook, wherein the locking hook can be assembled simultaneously with the receiving hook by a joining movement in a plane perpendicular to the panel plane by means of the pivoting movement for the first pair of edges, with de r Provided that the receiving hook is provided with a retaining groove for a separate locking element with which a vertical locking effect can be achieved.
- a generic panel is known from EP 1 415 056 B1. It is a panel that has a first pair of edges with a tongue and groove profile and a second pair of edges with hook profiles included. As a result, the known panel can be locked to the groove profile of the panels of a previous row of panels by means of a pivoting movement at an edge with a tongue profile. It is seen as a great advantage that one of the edges with a hooked profile is also locked at the same time by means of the pivoting movement mentioned.
- the separate blocking element snaps into place by itself. The latching function of the blocking element is automatically triggered by the aforementioned pivoting movement on the first pair of edges of the panel.
- This type of laying is also referred to as fold-down laying or the appropriate panel as fold-down panel.
- Such panels are connected to one another in rows, resulting in transverse joints between the panels within a row of panels.
- longitudinal joints are formed between the rows of panels of a covering surface formed in this way as a composite. It is desirable that the longitudinal and transverse joints of such a covering surface should have a certain impermeability against water running through.
- water can penetrate into joints and in places run through the joint from the top of the panel to the bottom of the panel. Water penetrating or passing through in this way can lead to the formation of mould, which can spread hidden under a floor covering surface. It has been shown that moisture can penetrate or penetrate in particular via the transverse edge and the crossing points of the transverse and longitudinal edges. can go through .
- the invention has for its object to propose a panel that has an improved design at least Profiles of the second pair of edges to better counteract the passage of water at the joints.
- an abutment surface is arranged essentially orthogonally on the receiving hook relative to the top side of the panel
- a counter-abutment surface is arranged essentially orthogonally relative to the top side of the panel on the locking hook, that the counter-joint is arranged on the second pair of edges at a lower end
- a sealing lug is provided on the surface of the locking hook or on a lower end of the abutment surface of the receiving hook, which extends parallel to the respective panel edge over the entire length of the counter-abutment surface or the abutment surface.
- the sealing lug projects at the panel edge in a distal direction from the abutment surface of the receiving hook or in a distal direction from the counter abutment surface of the locking hook.
- the cross section of the sealing lug expediently has an outer contour composed of rounded and/or curved sections.
- a distal end of the curved or rounded sealing nose has an inflection point, or an inflection point tangent.
- the turning point tangent is arranged at an angle of between >30° and ⁇ 90°, preferably >45° and ⁇ 90°, in particular >60° and ⁇ 90°, relative to the top side of the panel.
- the inflection point tangent is preferably applied in the inflection point distally at the maximum distance from the panel core.
- the proposed panel is provided with a sealing measure that is spatially physically arranged in the area below the deepened joint and above the point of action for the vertical locking effect.
- the sealing lug provided on the counter-impact surface acts in the locked state together with the impact surface sealing effect achieved.
- the seal can be achieved by pressing the sealing lug against the abutting surface and/or by swelling of the sealing lug in the presence of moisture, because it is then enlarged by the swelling process and comes into sealing contact with the abutting surface.
- a further measure that contributes to sealing can be achieved if at least one of the pairs of edges has a broken edge on its two complementary panel edges, which forms a deepened joint when two of these panels are joined together.
- edge breaks of at least one of the edge pairs of the complementary panel edges are expediently provided with a larger edge break and a smaller edge break, with the larger edge break being covered by the smaller edge break in the assembled state.
- the cross section of the retaining groove for the separate blocking element can simply be retained and a known blocking element can be used. Suitable blocking elements are known, for example, from EP 1 415 056 B1, WO 2011/087425 A1, US Pat. No. 9,347,469 B2 or US Pat. No. 7,866,110 B2. Reference is hereby made to the design examples for separate blocking elements and their arrangement on a panel, as defined in the aforementioned publications, and this technical teaching is included.
- the separate locking element for the complementary hook profiles can optionally be provided as part of the panel. It is then preferably preassembled in the retaining groove of the receiving hook.
- the proposed panel has a square basic shape on .
- the tongue profile of the first pair of edges meets the hook of the second pair of edges at one of the four corners of the panel. These two different shapes of the panel edges intersect in this corner, creating an intersection zone of the different profile shapes, resulting in a complex three-dimensional shape.
- the complex shape is due to the fact that the receiving hook must have the retaining groove for the locking element and that therefore this retaining groove at the corner meets the tongue profile of the adjacent panel edge of this corner.
- material from the panel core must be removed, for example milled. The milling of the retaining groove runs through the tongue profile at one end (transition zone) and cuts part of the panel core that formed the tongue. A part of the material of the spring profile is thus machined and removed.
- the complementary hook profiles of the second pair of edges namely the receiving hook open at the top and the locking hook open at the bottom, advantageously have retaining surfaces provided on both sides in one piece on the panel core, by means of which the locking effect prevents the panels from moving apart within the panel plane away from one another in a vertical direction to the interlocked panel edges is achievable.
- the locking effect in the perpendicular to The vertical direction lying on the top of the panel is particularly user-friendly and easily accessible by means of the separate locking element.
- the carrier plate on which a panel according to the invention is based has a fiber material, such as a high-density fiber material (HDF) or a medium-density fiber material (MDF), a coarse chipboard material
- a fiber material such as a high-density fiber material (HDF) or a medium-density fiber material (MDF), a coarse chipboard material
- the panel can also be made for the panel to have a decoration, with this decoration being formed either by applying a decorative layer that has already been printed onto a carrier plate or by directly printing the carrier plate with such a decoration.
- direct printing is also to be understood as meaning printing on a printing substrate that has previously been applied to a carrier plate.
- the panel consists of a solid wood material or is formed entirely from a wood material.
- such a fiber material can absorb water or liquid in the event of contact with moisture, which leads to swelling. Such swelling leads to an improved sealing closure in the area of the sealing lug or the abutment surface and the counter-abutment surface.
- the carrier plate on which a panel according to the invention is based comprises a plastic material, such as a polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), a polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a polycarbonate
- a plastic material such as a polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), a polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a polycarbonate
- PC polyamide
- PA polyetherketone
- PEEK polyetheretherketone
- an improvement in the tightness can be achieved by providing a projection on the panel edge with the smaller edge refraction, on the upper side of which at least part of the smaller edge refraction extends, and that on an underside of the projection an undercut counter surface for the covered part of the larger edge breaking is provided.
- the smaller chamfer of the first pair of edges is arranged on the groove profile and the larger chamfer on the tongue profile and that the smaller chamfer of the second pair of chamfers is arranged on the locking hook and the larger chamfer on the receiving hook.
- the abutment surface on the hook below the large broken edge is arranged orthogonally relative to the top side of the panel, with the counter-abutment surface provided on the locking hook being at an angle in the range of l relative to the orthogonal on the top side of the panel ° -5 ° inclined , and that the cross section of the locking hook in the inclined area of the abutment surface has an oversize , so that in the locked state a pressure can be brought about between the abutment surface and the abutment surface .
- oversize refers to the ratio of the two joinable panel edges.
- oversize means that there is more material on either the butt surface and/or the counter butt surface based on the nominal size is such that the surface of the abutment surface and/or the surface of the counter-abutment surface protrudes further distally than that nominal size .
- it can be a hundredth to a few tenths of a millimeter maximum oversize, which in practice causes the desired pressure between the abutting surface and the counter-abutting surface of the joined panel edges.
- This desired pressure is expedient in the upper area of the impact surface and the counter-impact surface and can, for. B. extend over half the height of the impact area or counter-impact area.
- An advantageous development provides that the pressure between the counter-abutment surface and the abutment surface is greater at the upper end of the abutment surface and decreases towards the lower end of the abutment surface.
- the benefit can be further improved if the sealing lug is arranged at the lower end of the pressure between the counter-abutment surface and the abutment surface, with which increased pressure against the abutment surface can be generated in the locked state.
- the separate blocking element has a snap-in means with which it can be automatically snapped into a snap-in recess in the complementary panel edge.
- An alternative provides that the holding groove for the separate blocking element has parallel groove walls.
- the groove walls of the retaining groove are expediently at a constant distance from one another.
- the retaining groove or the groove walls of the retaining groove are arranged inclined relative to the top side of the panel.

- the receiving hook 10 is provided with a retaining groove
- the locking member 13 is mounted and used so that it locks in the vertical direction (vertical locking member).
- the locking hook 11 can be connected to the receiving hook 10 by means of a joining movement in a vertical plane downwards. If a vertical locking element 13 is used, the vertically acting locking happens automatically, as shown below with reference to FIG. 3 is described in detail.
- the proposed panel is suitable for locking by pivoting (fold-down).
- the pivoting movement is shown in FIG. 1 on the basis of the panel 4 which is shown in dashed lines in an inclined starting position 4 ′.
- the panel 4 is moved down from its initial position 4 ′ in the direction of the pivoting arrow S by a single downward pivoting movement about its panel edge F as the axis of rotation. It locks with the groove profile 5 of the panels 1 and 2 of a previous row of panels PI.
- panel edge U of panel 4 is interlocked with panel edge M of panel 3, which is in the same panel row P2.
- Fig. 1 meets panel edge F (first pair of edges) with panel edge U at a corner Kl of panel 4 ( second pair of edges ) together .
- This corner K1 turns out to be particularly critical for the tightness of the covering surface against water running through.
- the tongue profile 6 of the panel edge F meets the locking hook 11 of the panel edge U.
- the cross sections of the spring profile 6 and the locking hook 11 overlap spatially and a complex spatial shape is created at the corner Kl.

Description
Paneel panel
The invention relates to a panel with a panel core, a top side of a panel, a bottom side of a panel and a first pair of edges and a second pair of edges, the first pair of edges being provided with a groove profile on one panel edge and a tongue profile complementary thereto on the opposite panel edge, which a pivoting movement can be locked and then interact in a form-fitting manner in such a way that a vertical locking effect can be achieved in the locked state and a moving apart of locked panels in the plane of the panels (horizontally) is counteracted, the second pair of edges being provided with complementary hook profiles on their opposite panel edges, namely a receiving hook and a locking hook, wherein the locking hook can be assembled simultaneously with the receiving hook by a joining movement in a plane perpendicular to the panel plane by means of the pivoting movement for the first pair of edges, with de r Provided that the receiving hook is provided with a retaining groove for a separate locking element with which a vertical locking effect can be achieved.
A generic panel is known from EP 1 415 056 B1. The separate blocking element snaps into place by itself. The latching function of the blocking element is automatically triggered by the aforementioned pivoting movement on the first pair of edges of the panel.
This type of laying is also referred to as fold-down laying or the appropriate panel as fold-down panel.
Such panels are connected to one another in rows, resulting in transverse joints between the panels within a row of panels. In addition, longitudinal joints are formed between the rows of panels of a covering surface formed in this way as a composite. It is desirable that the longitudinal and transverse joints of such a covering surface should have a certain impermeability against water running through. Unfortunately, in practice it turned out that water can penetrate into joints and in places run through the joint from the top of the panel to the bottom of the panel. Water penetrating or passing through in this way can lead to the formation of mould, which can spread hidden under a floor covering surface. It has been shown that moisture can penetrate or penetrate in particular via the transverse edge and the crossing points of the transverse and longitudinal edges. can go through .
The invention has for its object to propose a panel that has an improved design at least Profiles of the second pair of edges to better counteract the passage of water at the joints.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that an abutment surface is arranged essentially orthogonally on the receiving hook relative to the top side of the panel, a counter-abutment surface is arranged essentially orthogonally relative to the top side of the panel on the locking hook, that the counter-joint is arranged on the second pair of edges at a lower end A sealing lug is provided on the surface of the locking hook or on a lower end of the abutment surface of the receiving hook, which extends parallel to the respective panel edge over the entire length of the counter-abutment surface or the abutment surface.
The sealing lug projects at the panel edge in a distal direction from the abutment surface of the receiving hook or in a distal direction from the counter abutment surface of the locking hook. The cross section of the sealing lug expediently has an outer contour composed of rounded and/or curved sections. A distal end of the curved or rounded sealing nose has an inflection point, or an inflection point tangent. The turning point tangent is arranged at an angle of between >30° and <90°, preferably >45° and <90°, in particular >60° and <90°, relative to the top side of the panel. The inflection point tangent is preferably applied in the inflection point distally at the maximum distance from the panel core.
The proposed panel is provided with a sealing measure that is spatially physically arranged in the area below the deepened joint and above the point of action for the vertical locking effect. The sealing lug provided on the counter-impact surface acts in the locked state together with the impact surface sealing effect achieved. The seal can be achieved by pressing the sealing lug against the abutting surface and/or by swelling of the sealing lug in the presence of moisture, because it is then enlarged by the swelling process and comes into sealing contact with the abutting surface.
A further measure that contributes to sealing can be achieved if at least one of the pairs of edges has a broken edge on its two complementary panel edges, which forms a deepened joint when two of these panels are joined together.
The edge breaks of at least one of the edge pairs of the complementary panel edges are expediently provided with a larger edge break and a smaller edge break, with the larger edge break being covered by the smaller edge break in the assembled state.
The cross section of the retaining groove for the separate blocking element can simply be retained and a known blocking element can be used. The separate locking element for the complementary hook profiles can optionally be provided as part of the panel. It is then preferably preassembled in the retaining groove of the receiving hook.
The proposed panel has a square basic shape on . The tongue profile of the first pair of edges meets the hook of the second pair of edges at one of the four corners of the panel. These two different shapes of the panel edges intersect in this corner, creating an intersection zone of the different profile shapes, resulting in a complex three-dimensional shape. The complex shape is due to the fact that the receiving hook must have the retaining groove for the locking element and that therefore this retaining groove at the corner meets the tongue profile of the adjacent panel edge of this corner. In order to produce the retaining groove, material from the panel core must be removed, for example milled. The milling of the retaining groove runs through the tongue profile at one end (transition zone) and cuts part of the panel core that formed the tongue. A part of the material of the spring profile is thus machined and removed. On the upper side of the feather there is a gap in this transition zone through which no water is allowed to penetrate. For this reason, the proposed design pursues the technical path of specifying suitable measures above the top of the spring that effectively counteract the penetration of water down to the level of the top of the spring. It has been shown that a better tightness against water running through can be achieved in this way.
The complementary hook profiles of the second pair of edges, namely the receiving hook open at the top and the locking hook open at the bottom, advantageously have retaining surfaces provided on both sides in one piece on the panel core, by means of which the locking effect prevents the panels from moving apart within the panel plane away from one another in a vertical direction to the interlocked panel edges is achievable. The locking effect in the perpendicular to The vertical direction lying on the top of the panel is particularly user-friendly and easily accessible by means of the separate locking element.
Vorteilhafter Weise weist die einem erfindungsgemäßen Paneel zugrundeliegende Trägerplatte ein Fasermaterial, wie beispielsweise einem hochdichtem Fasermaterial (HDF) oder einem mitteldichtem Fasermaterial (MDF) , einem GrobspanmaterialAdvantageously, the carrier plate on which a panel according to the invention is based has a fiber material, such as a high-density fiber material (HDF) or a medium-density fiber material (MDF), a coarse chipboard material
Provision can also be made for the panel to have a decoration, with this decoration being formed either by applying a decorative layer that has already been printed onto a carrier plate or by directly printing the carrier plate with such a decoration. In the present case, direct printing is also to be understood as meaning printing on a printing substrate that has previously been applied to a carrier plate. It can also be provided that the panel consists of a solid wood material or is formed entirely from a wood material. Advantageously, such a fiber material can absorb water or liquid in the event of contact with moisture, which leads to swelling. Such swelling leads to an improved sealing closure in the area of the sealing lug or the abutment surface and the counter-abutment surface. In a further embodiment of the invention, the carrier plate on which a panel according to the invention is based comprises a plastic material, such as a polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), a polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a polycarbonate
(PC), a polyamide (PA), a polyetherketone (PEK), polyetheretherketone (PEEK), mixtures or copolymers of these, or a plastic composite material made from one or more of these plastics with a fiber and/or mineral filler on .
Furthermore, an improvement in the tightness can be achieved by providing a projection on the panel edge with the smaller edge refraction, on the upper side of which at least part of the smaller edge refraction extends, and that on an underside of the projection an undercut counter surface for the covered part of the larger edge breaking is provided.
It is expedient that the smaller chamfer of the first pair of edges is arranged on the groove profile and the larger chamfer on the tongue profile and that the smaller chamfer of the second pair of chamfers is arranged on the locking hook and the larger chamfer on the receiving hook.
It is also helpful to improve the seal if the abutment surface on the hook below the large broken edge is arranged orthogonally relative to the top side of the panel, with the counter-abutment surface provided on the locking hook being at an angle in the range of l relative to the orthogonal on the top side of the panel ° -5 ° inclined , and that the cross section of the locking hook in the inclined area of the abutment surface has an oversize , so that in the locked state a pressure can be brought about between the abutment surface and the abutment surface . The term "oversize" refers to the ratio of the two joinable panel edges. Based on a theoretical nominal size of both panel edges, "oversize" means that there is more material on either the butt surface and/or the counter butt surface based on the nominal size is such that the surface of the abutment surface and/or the surface of the counter-abutment surface protrudes further distally than that nominal size . In practice, it can be a hundredth to a few tenths of a millimeter maximum oversize, which in practice causes the desired pressure between the abutting surface and the counter-abutting surface of the joined panel edges. This desired pressure is expedient in the upper area of the impact surface and the counter-impact surface and can, for. B. extend over half the height of the impact area or counter-impact area.
In this way, three measures are possible which counteract the penetration of water into the joint or the passage of water to the underside of the panel. At the top, the overlapping of the large edge breakage by the small edge breakage has a sealing effect. Below this is the excess of the counter-impact surface, which creates a pressure against the impact surface, which has a sealing effect.
At the bottom is the sealing lug, which seals together with the abutting surface when locked.
An advantageous development provides that the pressure between the counter-abutment surface and the abutment surface is greater at the upper end of the abutment surface and decreases towards the lower end of the abutment surface.
The benefit can be further improved if the sealing lug is arranged at the lower end of the pressure between the counter-abutment surface and the abutment surface, with which increased pressure against the abutment surface can be generated in the locked state.
For a closed joint, it is useful if the separate blocking element has a snap-in means with which it can be automatically snapped into a snap-in recess in the complementary panel edge. An alternative provides that the holding groove for the separate blocking element has parallel groove walls.
The groove walls of the retaining groove are expediently at a constant distance from one another.
It is also helpful if the retaining groove or the groove walls of the retaining groove are arranged inclined relative to the top side of the panel.
Furthermore, it is useful if the free opening of the inclined retaining groove is directed upwards, d. h towards the top of the panel .
The invention is illustrated below by way of example in a drawing and is described in detail with reference to several exemplary embodiments.

Die Paneelkante M ist als ein Aufnahmehaken 10 und die Paneelkante U als ein ArretierhakenIn Fig. 1 four identical panels 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 according to the invention are shown schematically in sections, specifically joined together to form a covering surface. The pavement surface can be used for a building wall, ceiling or floor. Each of the panels according to the invention has four panel edges F, M, N and U and four corners Kl, K2, K3 and K4. As in the following figures too As can be seen the panel has a panel top 7 , a panel bottom 8 and a panel core 9 . The panel has two pairs of edges. A first pair of edges is shown in FIG. 2 and comprises the panel edges N and F, the panel edge N having a groove profile 5 and the panel edge F having a tongue profile 6 . A second pair of edges is shown in FIG. 3 and comprises the panel edges M and U, which are designed as hook profiles. The panel edge M is as a receiving hook 10 and the panel edge U as a locking hook
11 ausgestaltet . Der Aufnahmehaken 10 ist mit einer Haltenut11 designed . The receiving hook 10 is provided with a retaining groove
The locking member 13 is mounted and used so that it locks in the vertical direction (vertical locking member). The locking hook 11 can be connected to the receiving hook 10 by means of a joining movement in a vertical plane downwards. If a vertical locking element 13 is used, the vertically acting locking happens automatically, as shown below with reference to FIG. 3 is described in detail.
Due to the two different pairs of edges, the proposed panel is suitable for locking by pivoting (fold-down). The pivoting movement is shown in FIG. 1 on the basis of the panel 4 which is shown in dashed lines in an inclined starting position 4 ′. The panel 4 is moved down from its initial position 4 ′ in the direction of the pivoting arrow S by a single downward pivoting movement about its panel edge F as the axis of rotation. It locks with the groove profile 5 of the panels 1 and 2 of a previous row of panels PI. Simultaneously, panel edge U of panel 4 is interlocked with panel edge M of panel 3, which is in the same panel row P2.
According to Fig. 1 meets panel edge F (first pair of edges) with panel edge U at a corner Kl of panel 4 ( second pair of edges ) together . This corner K1 turns out to be particularly critical for the tightness of the covering surface against water running through. At the critical corner Kl, the tongue profile 6 of the panel edge F meets the locking hook 11 of the panel edge U. The cross sections of the spring profile 6 and the locking hook 11 overlap spatially and a complex spatial shape is created at the corner Kl.
In combination with other identical panels 1 and 3, the relevant corner K1 of panel 4 is located in an area marked IV. A T-joint forms there, which is made up of a longitudinal joint (panel edges F/N) and a transverse joint (panel edges M/U). A view of this T-joint in the direction of arrow IV is shown below with reference to FIG. 4 explained in detail.
Die Blickrichtung entspricht der in Fig . 1 eingezeichneten Schnittlinie I I - I I . I I - I I angedeutet .
Based on Fig. 2 shows the first pair of edges of the panel according to the invention in cross section. The viewing direction corresponds to that in FIG. 1 marked cutting line II - II . The panel edges F and N of the panels 1 and 4 are in Fig. 2 so opposite, as in Fig. 1 indicated by the section line II-II. The panel edge F is designed with a tongue profile and the panel edge N with a complementary groove profile. These complementary panel edges F/N can be partially shown in an interlocked condition, as if the panel were split in two. This form of representation is intended to facilitate understanding of the functionality and interaction of the complementary panel edges. A starting position 4' of the panel edge F indicates a pivoting movement S. Of course, several panels of the type according to the invention interlocked together in the same way to form a decking surface for a building wall, floor or ceiling. For this reason, FIGS. 2 and 3 can each be interpreted as two panels, which are shown in sections.
Die Blickrichtung entspricht der in Fig . 1 eingezeichneten Schnittlinie I I I - I I I . The panel edge M designed as a receiving hook 10 and the panel edge U designed as a locking hook 11 of the second pair of edges are shown in FIG. 3 in cross-section, also in the assembled and locked state. The viewing direction corresponds to that in FIG. 1 drawn intersection line I I I - I I I .
On the second pair of edges, the locking hook 11 of the panel edge M on the top side 7 of the panel has an edge break in the form of a larger bevel 36 , and the receiving hook 10 of the panel edge U is provided with a smaller bevel 37 .
The smaller chamfer 37 extends over a distal projection 38 which is arranged distally on the locking hook 11 . An underside of the projection forms a mating surface 39 which, in the locked state, covers a part of the larger chamfer 36 and is in contact with this part, so that a first seal against ingress of water is created. The two chamfers form a V-joint 40 when locked.
The receiving hook 10 and the locking hook 11 lock the assembled panel edges M/U in the vertical and also in the horizontal direction. For the vertical locking effect, in this exemplary embodiment, a separate locking element 13 (vertical locking element) is placed in the space provided for this purpose Retaining groove 12 of the receiving hook 10 can be used. A locking recess 11a is provided on the locking hook, into which the blocking element 13 can snap. The latching recess has a sloping lower groove wall 11b and a sloping upper groove wall 11c.
The retaining groove 12 provided in the receiving hook 10 for the blocking element 13 is provided with a flat lower groove wall 12a, an upper groove wall 12b and a groove base 12c. The upper groove wall 12b has a step 12d which is arranged in such a way that there is a narrower part of the retaining groove 12 facing the groove base 12c and a region with a larger width which is directed towards the open side of the retaining groove 12 .
The design of the retaining groove 12 with the step 12d is adapted to the known blocking element 13, the cross section of which is shown in FIG. 3 is shown as an example. In the illustrated hatched blocking element 13 , a latching means 13a is formed in the form of a latching tab 13b protruding obliquely downwards, which protrudes from the retaining groove 12 . In addition, the blocking element 13 comprises a retaining means 13c, which faces the groove base 12c of the retaining groove 12, and a shoulder 13d, is supported on the step 12d of the upper groove wall. Suitable blocking elements are known, for example, from the following publications: EP 1 415 056 B1, WO 2011/087425 A1 and US 2014/0366476 A1.
For the hori zontal locking effect is shown in FIG. 3 the receiving hook 10 of the panel edge M is provided distally with a hook edge 41 which protrudes in the direction of the top side 7 of the panel, and with a receiving recess 42 which is open to the top side 7 of the panel. The locking hook 11 of Panel edge U has a locking shoulder 43 protruding in the direction of the panel underside 8 and a locking recess 44 that is open at the bottom. The locking shoulder 43 fits into the receiving recess 42 of the receiving hook 10 and cooperates with it.
Gleichermaßen ist am Arretierhaken 11 eine ebenfalls zum Paneelkern 9 gerichtete Haltefläche 46 vorgesehen, die mit der HalteflächeThe receiving hook 10 has a holding surface 45 on the hook edge 41 which is directed towards the panel core 9 . Similarly, a holding surface 46, also directed towards the panel core 9, is provided on the locking hook 11, which is connected to the holding surface
45 am Hakenrand 41 eine Hinterschneidung ergibt und so eine Verriegelungswirkung gegen das Auseinanderbewegen der Paneele 3 und 4 innerhalb der Paneelebene weg voneinander in einer Richtung senkrecht zu den verriegelten Paneelkanten M/U (hori zontal ) bewirkt . 45 results in an undercut on the hook edge 41 and thus causes a locking effect against the panels 3 and 4 moving apart within the panel plane away from one another in a direction perpendicular to the locked panel edges M/U (horizontal).
Der Arretierabsatz 43 hat im vorliegenden Beispiel an einer Absatzunterseite 47 eine distale Absatz fläche 48 , welche einen Boden 49 der Aufnahmeausnehmung 42 berührt , sowie eine proximale Aussparung 50 , die seitlich bis an die HalteflächeIn the present example, the locking shoulder 43 has a distal shoulder surface 48 on a shoulder underside 47, which touches a base 49 of the receiving recess 42, and a proximal recess 50, which extends laterally up to the holding surface
46 des Arretierabsatzes 43 heranreicht . Die Aussparung 50 nützt einer guten Anlage der Halteflächen 45/ 46 von Hakenrand 41 und Arretierabsatz 43 . 46 of the locking paragraph 43 reaches. The recess 50 uses a good contact of the holding surfaces 45/46 of the hook edge 41 and the locking shoulder 43.
Within the lock according to FIG. 3 pairs of contact surfaces can also be seen, one surface of the locking hook 11 being in contact with an associated surface of the complementary receiving hook 10 . From top to bottom by locking, this begins with a first pair of contact surfaces, which is formed from the mating surface 39 of the projection 38 of the locking hook and the covered part of the larger chamfer 36 , which is arranged on the receiving hook 10 . The next pair of contact surfaces is formed from an abutment surface 10a and a counter-abutment surface 11d. The abutment surface 10a is provided on the receiving hook 10 with the panel edge M below the large chamfer 36 and the counter-abutment surface 11d on the locking hook 11 of the panel edge N below the small chamfer 37. The impact surface 10a is arranged perpendicularly relative to the top side 7 of the panel and the counter-impact surface 11d is inclined by an angle of 3° relative to the orthogonal line on the top side 7 of the panel. In this case, an excess of material is provided on an upper part of the counter-abutment surface 11d, which is shown in dashed lines in FIG. 3 as excess E2. In the locked state, the excess E2 leads to a pressure between the contact surface pairing of impact surface 10a/counter impact surface lld, specifically in the upper half of this contact surface pairing. This pressure also causes a seal.
The third pair of contact surfaces is a pair consisting of the abutment surface 10a of the receiving hook 10 and a sealing lug 51, which is provided at the lower end of the abutment surface 11d. The sealing nose 51 extends parallel to the panel edge U over the entire length of the abutment surface lld. The sealing lug 51 protrudes with an oversize from the counter-abutment surface 11d, so that in the locked state it bears against the abutment surface 10a with a certain pressure and causes an additional seal there.
FIG. 4 shows an isometric representation of two connected panels 3 and 4. The representation corresponds to viewing direction IV, as noted in FIG. The tongue profiles F of the panels 3 and 4 can be seen in the foreground of FIG. In the perspective to the rear, the panel edge M of the panel 3 and the panel edge U of the panel 4 run. The panel edge M is with the receiving hook 10 and the panel edge U with the locking hook 11 according to FIG. 3 provided .
Furthermore, in Fig. 4 notes the critical corner Kl of the panel 3, at which the receiving hook 10, including the retaining groove 12 (panel edge M) provided for the locking element 13, meets the tongue profile (panel edge F). The perspective of Fig. 4 shows that the retaining groove 12 runs through the spring profile and emerges at the spring tip. In the area in which the retaining groove 12 crosses the tongue profile, part of the upper side of the tongue also falls away. This creates a gap in the top of the spring.
The locking recess 11a is provided on the complementary panel 4, in which the blocking element 13 can be locked automatically. The locking recess 11a also runs through the tongue profile on the panel 4 and ends as an open cross-section at the tongue tip.
The locking hook 11 (panel edge U) of the panel 4 also includes the locking recess 44, which is open at the bottom and is shown in FIG. 3 is shown in cross-section. The locking recess 44 also runs transversely through the tongue profile of the panel 4 and emerges in the lower area of the tongue profile. The open cross-section of the locking recess 44 emerges below the spring tip.
Fig . 5 zeigt eine perspektivische Darstellung zweier Paneelstücke eines alternativen Aus führungsbeispiels des Paneels .Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of two panel pieces of an alternative embodiment of the panel.
It differs from Fig. 4 because it is designed for an alternative locking element 52 . For this locking element 52, a retaining groove 53 is provided with a rectangular cross-section on the receiving hook 10, in which the locking element 52 can be preassembled. The retaining groove 53 has an upper groove wall 54 which is arranged at a distance R2 from the panel top 7 . A latching contour is also provided on the locking hook 11, which is designed as a locking groove 55 and whose cross section is correspondingly adapted so that the blocking element 52 can be automatically latched there. The ones shown in Fig. 5 proposed retaining groove 53 is prepared for the use of an arcuate locking element 52, as known from US 2014/0366476 A1 (FIG. 3b), or prepared for a locking element with rear resilient bristles (FIG. 6a or 6b) known from the same document, which are supported on the bottom of the retaining groove 53 . It is important that the upper side of the tongue of the tongue profile of the panel edge F is arranged at a higher level than the upper groove wall 54 of the holding groove 53 of the receiving hook 10 . The tongue profile of the panel edge F meets the receiving hook 10 at the critical corner Kl of the panel 3 . The retaining groove 53 runs through the tongue profile in the area of the corner K1, so that the material of the tongue profile is removed.
However, the top of the feather is not removed. A distance RI is provided between the top side 7 of the panel and the top side of the tongue, which distance is greater than the distance R2 between the upper groove wall 54 of the holding groove 53 and the top side 7 of the panel.
Fig. 6 shows an alternative cross-section through a first pair of edges of a panel according to the invention in the locked state. The panel has a panel edge F with a tongue profile and a panel edge N with a groove profile. The two panel edges F and N are positively locked by the shape of the complementary panel edges shown, both in the vertical and in the horizontal direction. Fig. 7 shows an alternative cross-section through the second pair of edges of the panel according to the invention in the locked state. This example includes a receiving hook 56 on a panel edge M and a locking hook 57 on a panel edge U. A retaining groove 58 for a locking element 59 is provided in the receiving hook. The retaining groove 58 has parallel groove walls which are at a constant distance from one another. The locking hook 57 has a contour 60 into which the blocking element 59 can automatically engage during a joining movement. The retaining groove 58 for the blocking element 59 is arranged essentially parallel to the top side 7 of the panel. A sealing lug 51 is provided on the locking hook 57 and touches the receiving hook 56 . The contact is directly above and close to the retaining notch 58 of the receiving hook 56 .
Fig. 8 shows another example of a second pair of edges. Again, a receiving hook 62 is provided on a panel edge M and a locking hook 63 on panel edge U.
The receiving hook 62 includes a holding groove 64 for a locking element 65 , the holding groove 64 having parallel groove walls which are at a constant distance from one another. The locking hook has a contour 66 in which the blocking element 65 can automatically engage during a joining movement. In contrast to the example of FIG. 7 the retaining groove 64 in the receiving hook 62 is arranged at an incline relative to the top side 7 of the panel. The free opening of the inclined retaining groove 64 is directed upwards towards the top of the panel. A sealing lug 51 which touches the receiving hook 62 is provided on the locking hook 63 . The contact is directly above and close to the retaining notch 64 of the receiving hook 62 . Fig. 9 shows another example of a cross-section through the second pair of edges of the panel according to the invention in the locked state. This example also has a receiving hook 68 on a panel edge M and a locking hook 69 on panel edge U, which can be locked automatically in the vertical direction by means of a locking element 70 . In this example, however, a retaining groove 71 for the blocking element 70 is provided on the locking hook 69 and the receiving hook 68 has a contour 72 into which the blocking element 70 can engage automatically. Here a sealing lug 51 is provided on the receiving hook 69 and the sealing lug 51 touches the locking hook 68 . The contact takes place directly above and close to the retaining groove 71 of the locking hook 68 .
Fig. 10 shows a final example of a cross-section through the second pair of edges. This example again has a receiving hook 74 and a locking hook 75 which can be locked automatically in the vertical direction by means of a locking element 76 . As in Fig. 9 there is also a holding groove 77 for the blocking element 76 on the locking hook 75 in this example. The retaining groove 77 has parallel groove walls which are at a constant distance from one another. The receiving hook 74 has a contour 78 into which the blocking element 76 can automatically latch. A sealing lug 51 is also provided here on the receiving hook 74 and the sealing lug 51 touches the locking hook 75 . The contact takes place directly above and close to the retaining groove 77 of the locking hook 75 .
Fig . 11 vergrößert diesen einerseits und zeigt
Fig. 11 relates to the one shown in FIG. 10 section marked XI . Fig. 11 enlarges this on the one hand and shows moreover, for the sake of simplicity only one of two hook profiles, namely the receiving hook 74 . For the sake of simplicity, the blocking element is also shown in FIG. 11 has been omitted. The sealing lug 51 can be seen, which protrudes on this panel edge in a distal direction from the abutting surface of the receiving hook 74 . The cross section of the sealing lug 51 expediently has an outer contour composed of rounded and curved sections. The distal end of the sealing lug 51 has an inflection point, or an inflection point tangent T. The inflection point tangent T is located in the inflection point distally at the maximum distance from the panel core and in this example it is arranged at an angle of 90° relative to the top side 7 of the panel.
