- Each pivoting blade 20a, 20b comprises a body 31, and two arms 34 extending in the extension of the lateral edges of the body 31 in order to form a window 32, as can be seen in particular on the figure 4 , to allow the tilting of each pivoting blade 20a, 20b so that the corresponding rod 21a, 21b can come into contact with the flexible blade 17 according to the description which will be made later.
- a terminal portion of each of the two arms 34 has a through hole 35 arranged facing each other and in which two segments of the corresponding rod 21a, 21b are arranged.
- Each pivoting blade 20a, 20b also comprises a roller 24 mounted between the two arms 34. More particularly, the roller 24 is arranged to rotate around an axis 25. This axis is formed of a tube 27 with notch and a pin 26 with groove which is adjusted inside the tube 27 so as to center together the roller 24, the tube 26 and the pin 25. The ends of this are housed in two other holes 36 located on the terminal portion of each of the two arms 34 near the through hole 35.
- Each pivoting blade 20a, 20b comprises a distal part provided with an extension 40 comprising a through hole 42 in which is arranged a bar 44 whose ends are fixed to an attachment member 45 intended to be connected to a first and a second strand of a bracelet.

- the attachment members 45 to the strands of the bracelet are distant from each other.
- THE figures 4 to 8 illustrate the different sequences of movement of the first and second pivoting blades 20a, 20b relative to the central support 12 in order to move the clasp 10 from a first configuration according to the figure 2 to a second configuration according to the Figure 3 .
- the indexing mechanism does not make the bracelet comfortable to wear. It must first be removed from the wrist in order to be able to put the bracelet at ease.
- the first and second pivoting blades 20a, 20b are first deployed according to the figures 4 And 5 .
- An additional pivot of approximately 180° is given to the pivoting blades to achieve the configuration of the clasp according to the Figure 6 .
- This additional pivoting is made possible thanks to a window 32 ( Figure 4 ) located on each pivoting blade 20a, 20b through which a first respectively a second terminal portion of the flexible blade 17 is arranged.
- the respective rods 21a, 21b of the first and second pivoting blades 20a, 20b are in contact with the end portions of the flexible blade 17.
- the force which must be exerted on one and the other of the pivoting blades 20a, 20b in a direction perpendicular to the bearing surface of the flexible blade 17 on which rests the rod 21a, 21b of each pivoting blade is minimal in order to pass the corresponding rod of the first cylindrical portion of the curved groove 16d according to there Figure 7 to the second cylindrical portion of the curved groove 16d according to the figure 8 in order to move from one to the other of the two indexed positions.
- first and second pivoting blades from one to the other of the two indexed positions can also be done by only pivoting less than 90° from the closed configuration of the clasp. It is in fact possible starting from the configuration of the clasp according to the Figure 5 , in which the rollers 24 of the first and second pivoting blades 20a, 20b rest on a corresponding support surface of the flexible blade, to move from the first to the second indexed position by exerting a force on one and/or the the other of the two pivoting blades towards the flexible blade 17.
- the force which must be exerted on the first and second pivoting blades 20a, 20b must nevertheless be much greater than starting from the configuration of the clasp according to the Figure 6 and putting the bracelet at ease is therefore more difficult to do.
- the clasp 100 comprises a central support 112 comprising two longitudinal edges 114a, 114b ( Figure 11 ) and a flexible blade 117 secured to the central support 112 and arranged between and along the two longitudinal edges 114a, 114b.
- Four holes 116a, 116b, 116c, 116d are arranged at the respective ends of each of the two longitudinal edges 114a, 114b of the central support.

- the proximal portion of the first and second pivoting blades 120a, 120b are articulated respectively to a first and a second end of the central support 112 by means of a first and a second rod 121a, 121b respectively whose ends are mounted in two opposite holes of the four holes 116a, 116b, 116c, 116d of the longitudinal edges 114a, 114b of the central support 112.
- first and second pivoting blades 120a, 120b The distal portion of said first and second pivoting blades 120a, 120b is provided with an extension 140 comprising a through hole 142 in which is arranged a bar 144 whose ends are fixed to an attachment member 145 intended to be connected to a first and a second strand of a bracelet.
- each of the first and second pivoting blades comprises two arms 134 each comprising a terminal portion.
- the end portions each include a first groove 138 arranged facing each other and crossed by the corresponding rod 121a, 121b.
- the head of each rod located at one of its ends and a cap 122 mounted at the other of its ends make it possible to prevent axial movement of the rods relative to the central support 112.
- the two segments of the rod located in the two first opposite grooves 138 and the shape of the first grooves have been determined so that the two portions of the rod 121a, 121b can move along said grooves 138 when the corresponding pivoting blade 120a, 120b is brought into a predetermined angular position relative to the central support 112 in order to bring said rod 121a, 121b from a first indexed position to a second indexed position.
- each rod 121a (only the rod 121a of one of the pivoting blades is shown in these figures) has a flat 123 while the two first opposite grooves 138 have two semi-circular ends separated by a rectilinear groove 138a .
- this predetermined angular position preferably corresponds to a position of the first and second pivoting blade 120a, 120b after they have rotated around their respective axis of rotation by an angle greater than 250°, for example approximately 270° relative to their position when the clasp 100 is in a closed configuration.
- the first and second pivoting blades 120a, 120b each include a window 132 ( Figure 14 ) for the passage of the end portions of the flexible blade 170 and thus allow the tilting of each pivoting blade 20a, 20b so that the clasp can be found in the configuration illustrated in Figure 14 .
- the flat 123 of the corresponding segment of the rod which is housed in one of the semi-circular ends of the groove 138, is aligned with the groove rectilinear 138a so that the segment can move along this groove in order to be housed in the other of the semi-circular ends of the groove 138.
- the first and second end portions of the flexible blade 170 exert a force respectively against the first and second rod 121a, 121b in order to maintain the corresponding segments of each rod in one or the other of the semi-circular ends of the groove 138 in order to lock the clasp in one or the other of the two indexed positions.
- the first and second pivoting blades 120a, 120b each comprise a roller 124 pivotally mounted on an axis 125.
- This axis is formed of a tube 127 with notch and a pin 126 with groove which is adjusted to the inside the tube 127 so as to center together the roller 124, the tube 126 and the pin 125.
- the rollers are arranged against respectively a first and a second end portion of the flexible blade 117 when the clasp is in a closed configuration.

According to one embodiment, the support has four holes arranged at the respective ends of each of the two longitudinal edges. The two ends of each rod are housed in two opposite holes. Each of the first and second pivoting blades comprises two arms each comprising a first groove which are arranged facing each other and crossed by the corresponding rod. The two segments of said rod are located in the two first opposite grooves and the shape of said first grooves has been determined so that the two segments of said rod can move along said grooves when the corresponding pivoting blade is brought into a predetermined angular position relative to the support in order to bring said rod from a first indexed position to a second indexed position.
According to one embodiment, the first and second pivoting blades each comprise a roller pivotally mounted on an axis. Each roller is arranged against respectively the first and the second end portion of the flexible blade when the clasp is in a closed configuration. The two arms of the first and second pivoting blades each have a second groove which are arranged facing each other and crossed by the respective ends of the roller axis.
According to one embodiment, the first and second pivoting blades each comprise a connecting part comprising a through hole crossed by the respective rod of said first and second pivoting blades. The connecting part further comprises two horns each comprising a through hole. A first and a second segment of the roller axis are arranged in the respective hole of each horn.
According to one embodiment, the respective rod and the axis of the roller of each of the first and second pivoting blades are arranged to move together along respectively the first and second grooves during the pivoting of the first and second pivoting blades so as to that the force exerted by the first and second end portions of the flexible blade on the roller respectively of the first and second pivoting blades remains constant when the clasp is in a closed configuration independently of the indexed position of the first and second pivoting blades.

The two
The
