- Ensemble transporteur (100) pour orienter et regrouper des produits de boulangerie plats, et pouvant être configuré dans le but d'emballer des piles ou des rouleaux de produits de boulangerie plats par une machine d'emballage, l'ensemble transporteur comprenant au moins un premier dispositif de transport (104), un premier dispositif de transfert (105), une plaque de formation remplaçable (107) et un second dispositif de transport (108), dans lequel- le premier dispositif de transport (104) est configuré pour recevoir la pluralité de produits de boulangerie plats provenant d'une alimentation selon un modèle d'alimentation, dans lequel les produits de boulangerie plats, dans le modèle d'alimentation, ont une orientation plate par rapport au plan de transport du premier dispositif de transport, et dans lequel le premier dispositif de transport comprend un ou plusieurs robots, configurés pour former des piles partielles de produits de boulangerie plats à partir de la pluralité de produits de boulangerie plats ;- le premier dispositif de transfert (105) est configuré pour transférer simultanément un groupe de piles partielles dans la plaque de formation remplaçable (107) ;- la plaque de formation remplaçable (107) comprend un certain nombre de rainures parallèles qui correspondent aux groupes de piles partielles et est configurée pour former une ou plusieurs piles ou configurée pour former un ou plusieurs rouleaux de produits de boulangerie plats en déplaçant les groupes de piles partielles à travers les rainures ;- le second dispositif de transport (108) est configuré pour recevoir les piles ou les rouleaux de produits de boulangerie plats provenant de la plaque de formation remplaçable (107) et transporter les piles ou les rouleaux de produits de boulangerie plats jusqu'à la machine d'emballage, et dans lequel le second dispositif de transport (108) est en outre configuré pour ajuster la distance intermédiaire et la vitesse de piles ou de rouleaux de produits de boulangerie plats, dans lequel la distance intermédiaire et la vitesse sont déterminées par la machine d'emballage.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans la revendication précédente, comprenant en outre un second dispositif de transfert (106) qui est configuré pour transférer simultanément un groupe de piles partielles depuis la plaque de formation dans le second dispositif de transport.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plaque de formation (107) comprend plusieurs rainures parallèles droites qui sont formées sur la longueur de la plaque de formation.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plaque de formation (107) comprend plusieurs rainures parallèles qui convergent sur la longueur de la plaque de formation.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plaque de formation (107) comprend plusieurs rainures parallèles qui sont formées de sorte que les piles partielles passent progressivement d'une orientation horizontale près d'un premier côté du premier dispositif de transport à une orientation verticale près d'un second côté du second dispositif de transport.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plaque de formation (107) comprend plusieurs rainures qui ont une profondeur qui correspond à une partie de la hauteur des produits de boulangerie plats, et en particulier comprise entre 10% et 90%, plus particulièrement entre 20% et 80%, entre 30% et 70% et tout particulièrement entre 40% et 60% de la hauteur des produits de boulangerie plats dans une orientation horizontale ou verticale.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le second dispositif de transport (108) est pourvu d'une bande transporteuse sans fin qui est pourvue de plusieurs éléments porteurs qui peuvent être commandés individuellement en ce qui concerne la vitesse et la distance intermédiaire.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier et/ou le second dispositif de transport (104, 108) est pourvu d'une bande transporteuse sans fin qui est pourvue de plusieurs éléments porteurs qui peuvent être commandés individuellement en ce qui concerne la vitesse et la distance intermédiaire et dans lequel le second dispositif de transport est configuré pour transporter un rouleau ou une pile de produits de boulangerie plats jusqu'à la machine d'emballage à l'aide d'un seul élément porteur.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier et/ou le second dispositif de transport (104, 108) est pourvu d'une bande transporteuse sans fin qui est pourvue de plusieurs éléments porteurs qui peuvent être commandés individuellement en ce qui concerne la vitesse et la distance intermédiaire et dans lequel le second dispositif de transport est configuré pour transporter un rouleau ou une pile de produits de boulangerie plats jusqu'à la machine d'emballage entre deux éléments porteurs, et dans lequel les deux éléments porteurs sont configurés pour se déplacer l'un vers l'autre, après avoir reçu le rouleau ou la pile, afin de réduire la distance intermédiaire entre les produits de boulangerie plats du rouleau ou de la pile.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ensemble transporteur comprend plusieurs plaques de formation (107) qui sont agencées transversalement à la direction de transport des produits de boulangerie plats du premier dispositif de transport, agencées les unes à côté des autres.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le second dispositif de transport (108) est configuré pour ramasser et transporter des plateaux entre un ou deux éléments porteurs afin de recevoir les rouleaux ou les piles de produits de boulangerie plats dans les plateaux à partir de la plaque de formation.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier dispositif de transport (104) est configuré pour recevoir la pluralité de produits de boulangerie plats provenant d'une alimentation dans un premier modèle d'alimentation, dans lequel les produits de boulangerie plats dans le premier modèle d'alimentation sont ordonnés dans deux directions orthogonales et ont une orientation plate par rapport au plan de transport du premier dispositif de transport, et dans lequel le premier dispositif de transport est en outre configuré pour être positionné sur une bande d'alimentation principale pour les produits de boulangerie plats, et dans lequel l'ensemble transporteur comprend de préférence une rangée de robots portiques pour ramasser une rangée de produits de boulangerie plats à partir de la bande d'alimentation principale et les placer sur le premier dispositif de transport.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier dispositif de transport (104) est configuré pour recevoir la pluralité de produits de boulangerie plats provenant d'une alimentation dans un second modèle d'alimentation, dans lequel les produits de boulangerie plats dans le second modèle d'alimentation sont ordonnés arbitrairement dans deux directions et ont une orientation plate par rapport au plan de transport du premier dispositif de transport, et dans lequel le premier dispositif de transport est configuré pour être positionné devant la plaque de formation de sorte que la plaque de formation soit située en alignement avec la direction de transport du premier dispositif de transport, et dans lequel l'ensemble transporteur comprend de préférence une rangée de robots delta pour ramasser des piles partielles de produits de boulangerie plats de la bande d'alimentation principale et les placer sur le premier dispositif de transport.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un premier et/ou un second dispositif de transfert (104, 108) est pourvu d'un ou de plusieurs parmi une tige de poussée, un préhenseur à ventouse et un préhenseur de serrage.
- Ensemble transporteur tel que revendiqué dans une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le second dispositif de transport (108) est intégré à la machine d'emballage de sorte que le dispositif de transport forme la chaîne d'alimentation de la machine d'emballage.
