  • the invention specifically relates to a hose connection assembly which is especially used for the purpose of connecting flexible hoses made of metal material to each other or to the installation, which prevents leakage of the material passing through the hose to the outer environment after connection and which is end-user friendly.
  • hoses made of different materials are used in many areas such as houses, workplaces and industry in order to transfer liquids.
  • the connection of the said hoses to each other or to the installation has great importance in terms of transferring the liquid passing through them in a correct manner and also in terms of safety. It is aimed to provide good impermeability during the transfer of the liquids or air by using connection apparatus for hoses and to prevent any loss of liquids or air.
  • the tightening bushing part is not fixed in the nut in the hose connection apparatus used in the current art. In a possible scenario, reverse positioning of the tightening bushing in the nut causes the connection to leak and for this reason, these hose connection apparatuses are inadequate in terms of impermeability.
  • the tightening bushing part is not fixed in the nut in the hose connection apparatus used in the current art. Assembly errors or leakage occur due to inadvertent positioning of the tightening bushing inside the nut in reverse (upside down), when the connection set has to be removed or prior to assembly.
  • the mentioned negative situations create extra labor need, extra costs, installation errors and even gas leaks depending on the location, and therefore; permanent solutions are needed for the impermeability problem.
  • difficulties are encountered in the mounting of the hose connection apparatus used to connect the hoses to each other or to the installation.

  • An aim of the invention is to prevent the occurrence of errors before or during mounting, due to the fact that the tightening bushing part is fixed in the nut, unlike the hose connection apparatus used in the current technique.
  • Another aim of the invention is to ensure that the tightening process performed by the end-user can be done in a practical way during the connection of hoses to each other or to the installation, and thus to provide an easy-to-install structure.
  • Another aim of the invention is to minimize costs and prevent waste with the hose connection element structure that can be removed from the product and installed back instead of replacing the entire product due to tightening bushing, unlike the hose connection apparatus used in the current technique.
  • the present invention is a hose connection assembly, which is used for the purpose of connecting the hoses used in houses, workplaces, factories and similar areas to each other or to the installation, comprising a nut into which a hose is positioned, a tightening bushing which provides impermeability and a nipple element which provides tightening after the connection to the nut is provided, characterized by comprising a seal which ensures that the end-user can insert the hose into the said nut without crushing or forcing and which provides an impermeability by preventing the liquid leaks.

  • hose connection assembly (A) of the invention fundamentally comprises a nut (1), a nut screw socket (1.1), a nut socket (1.2), a tightening bushing (2), a bushing tie piece screw pitch (2.1), a bushing tie piece (2.2), a seal (3), a nipple (4) and seal recess (6) elements for the purpose of connecting the hoses (5), which are already connected to one another or to the installation, to each other.

  • the most important feature that separates the hose connection assembly (A) configuration from the connection elements in the current technique is that the tightening bushing (2) is inserted into the nut socket (1.2) in the nut (1) by rotating it by means of screw pitch. This ensures that the tightening bushing (2) moves freely in the socket while it makes it impossible for it to come out. In this way, faulty mounting due to incorrect placement of the tightening bushing is prevented and a high level of safe impermeability is provided.
  • seal (3) aims at both high-level sealing and ease of mounting for the end-user.
