Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a refill packaging for pasty and creamy products comprising an outer container and an inner bag, a system comprising a plurality of refill packaging, a method for filling and removing a pasty or creamy product from the refill packaging , as well as the use of refill packaging.
  • Sustainability is an extremely important topic these days. This includes packaging for liquid, pasty and creamy products, which are used both in the home and in industry, for example in cosmetic institutes, hairdressers and beauty salons, but also in smaller and larger kitchens. Attempts are already being made to reduce the use of plastic as much as possible and to make it environmentally friendly.
  • An example is liquid soap for soap dispensers, which is sold in thin bags and can be used to refill empty soap dispensers. This application allows you to use a solid, reusable and visually appealing soap dispenser and to significantly reduce the use of plastic.
  • the object of the invention to provide a packaging system for pasty and creamy consumer goods with which the amount of plastic can be significantly reduced.
  • the packaging system should also be particularly suitable for products which, for example for hygienic reasons, may not be transferred from one container to another container. It should also be possible for the packaging system to be made from high-quality materials. If individual packaging units are used, it should ideally be possible for them to be combined with one another in order to give the individual units additional stability and save space.
  • a system (9) according to claim 8 is also claimed.
  • the refill packaging (1) according to the invention, the system (9) according to the invention, the method according to the invention and the use according to the invention surprisingly have a large number of advantages, whereby products with high hygiene requirements and without refilling the products to be used can be produced using the sustainable refill Packaging (1) can be used.
  • the outer container (2) of the refill packaging (1) can be made from stable, durable material such as plastic, ie plastic, and can be used many times. Since the outer container (2) does not come into contact with the product itself, the container (2) does not have to meet the high requirements in terms of hygiene and/or food contact as the inner bag (3). In addition, the same outer container (2) can be used over a longer period of time, for example years, while the bag (3) contained in the outer container (2) is emptied and can then be replaced as often as you like with a new bag (3).
  • the inner bag (3) in turn can consist of a very thin wall. This reduces the material requirement and increases the flexibility of the bag (3), which means that the pasty or. creamy product is made easier. Sustainability is also combined with the functionality of the inner container (3), and therefore also the refill packaging (1).
  • the refill packaging (1), the process and the use are therefore extremely sustainable and the amount of packaging material - for example the amount of plastic - can be greatly reduced.
  • the refill packaging (1) is therefore extremely gentle on the environment and reduces material requirements.
  • the pasty or creamy product (5) in the container (3) does not have to be transferred from one packaging to another packaging, which means that there is no need to compromise on hygiene requirements.
  • the outer container (2) can also be made from high-quality materials, which further increases the longevity of the container (2).
  • the system (9) allows the simple, reversible combination of individual refill packaging (1), whereby these can also be arranged in a simple manner with the closure (4) facing down.
  • the arrangement of the refill packaging (1) using system (1) also prevents individual refill packaging (1) from falling over if touched improperly.
  • the system (9) increases the organization of a large number of refill packaging (1), allows quick access and saves space.
  • the WO-A-2008/024097 discloses a personal dispensing aid comprising a collapsible container with flexible walls defining an interior volume containing a fluid for delivery and a pumping mechanism actuated by the user through manipulation through the flexible walls and including a dispensing nozzle extending outside the collapsible Container extends so that at least a portion of the fluid from the internal volume is released through the dispensing nozzle by actuating the pump mechanism.
  • the dosing aid is suitable for low-viscosity liquids, which are pumped out of the container using a pump mechanism solely due to gravity, but not for pasty and creamy products.
  • the pumping mechanism is also mandatory.
  • a magnetic element is not mentioned.
  • the DE-A-10 2010 011 208 describes a packaging container for pourable liquids, powders and granules, which comprises an inner flexible bag with an outlet opening, an outlet part and an outer jacket, the inner flexible bag being firmly connected to the outlet part.
  • the outer jacket encloses the inner flexible bag and the inner flexible bag is separably connected to the outer jacket via the outlet part inserted into a recess, the outer jacket consisting of at least two hinged hard shells which are hingedly connected to one another via at least one joint connection and via have at least one releasable locking mechanism.
  • connection between the carrying handle and the packaging container takes place via magnetic forces, with a permanent magnet being embedded in the fastening area of the carrying handle, while a magnetizable substance is located in the outer jacket of the packaging container. Since the outer jacket consists of two hard shells, it cannot be reversibly pressed together by hand, especially since the contents of the container have good flow properties, which means that the liquids, Powders and granules can be poured themselves. The packaging container is therefore not suitable for pasty and creamy products.
  • the refill packaging (1) (1)
  • the term refill packaging refers to packaging that can be refilled many times. It comprises an outer container (2), which can be used permanently, repeatedly and over a long period of time, for example years.
  • the container (2) can always hold a new, filled inner bag (3). After the inner bag (3) has been emptied, a full bag (3) can be inserted into the container (2) again and the empty bag (3) is disposed of.
  • the refill packaging (1) is particularly suitable for pasty and creamy products (5).
  • the term pasty and creamy products also includes gel-shaped products, i.e. gels, as well as products that are in the form of an emulsion and have a comparable viscosity to pasty and creamy products.
  • the products can be removed from the refill packaging (1) by hand.
  • the products are removed in particular by squeezing the refill packaging (1) by hand.
  • the refill packaging (1) comprises an outer container (2) and an inner bag (3) with a bag opening (3.1) and a closure (4).
  • the bag opening (3.1) can be in the form of a - for example cylindrical - spout and can be used as a dosing part when removing the product (5).
  • the refill packaging (1) can also hold liquid products, i.e. the inner bag (3) can be filled with a liquid.
  • the refill packaging (1) is not limited in bag volume as long as it can be moved by hand. So the bag (3) can have a small volume of, for example, 10 to 250 ml, for example 15, 30, 50, 100 or 250 ml, an average volume of, for example, more than 250 ml to 1 l, for example 300, 500 ml or 1 l, or a large volume of, for example, more than 1 1 to 5 l, for example 1.5, 2.5 or 5 l.
  • the inner bag (3) is advantageously a highly flexible and thin bag, which is extremely movable.
  • the wall thickness of the inner bag (3) is preferably only about 0.1 to 2 mm, in particular from 0.2 to 1 mm, measured with a micrometer according to DIN 862/Form A1.
  • the inner bag (3) contains a pasty or creamy product (5), which can be pressed, i.e. pressed, out of the bag (3) through the bag opening (3.1.).
  • the bag (3) is closed by the manufacturer with a bag closure (3.2).
  • the bag closure (3.2) is removed before, during or after the bag (3) is placed in the outer container (2) and replaced by the closure (4).
  • the bag closure (3.2) can then be disposed of.
  • the bag closure (3.2) can be used as a closure (4) and is therefore identical to the closure (4).
  • the bag closure (3.2) is usually designed to match the outer container (2).
  • the outer container (2) is designed so that it can accommodate the inner bag (3), the size and shape of the inner bag (3) being adapted to the outer bag (2).
  • the outer container (2) consists of at least two parts (2a, 2b), the parts (2a, 2b), and thus the container (2), being reversibly closable.
  • the at least two parts (2a, 2b) of the container (2) can be connected to one another - in particular on one side - so that the outer container (2) can be opened and closed.
  • the outer container (2) is made of one or more materials which have a flexural modulus E f according to DIN EN ISO 178, measured using a three-point test, of 50 to 5,000 MPa, in particular 100 to 3,000 MPa, and a wall thickness from 0.2 to 4 mm, in particular from 0.5 to 3 mm, measured according to DIN 862/Form A1 with a micrometer. If more than one material is used in the production of the outer container (2), each material can have a different beige modulus E f and a different wall thickness, ie wall thickness. It is often helpful that for materials with a high flexural modulus Ef, for example from 1500 to 5000 MPa, a thin wall thickness, for example from 0.2 to 2 mm, is used.
  • a larger wall thickness of, for example, 2 to 4 mm is preferably used.
  • the professional can make the appropriate selection.
  • the outer container (2) can be reversibly compressed, so that the two opposing surfaces can touch each other if the container (2) does not contain a bag (3) and the surfaces in the middle with one Force of, for example, 5 N, measured at 23 °C, 50% relative humidity and according to DIN EN ISO 3386-1 (2015-10), can be compressed. This allows the product (5) to be easily removed without much effort and therefore good and user-friendly application.
  • the outer container (2) has at least one magnetic (6) and optionally at least one magnetizable (7) element in order to reversibly connect the containers (2) and thus the refill packaging (1) to one another, or to the magnetic or magnetizable holding device (8) to be reversibly arranged.
  • Magnetic, i.e. ferromagnetic, elements (6) are based on magnetic or magnetized material and include permanent magnets.
  • Magnetizable elements (7) include, for example, iron, steel and/or chrome-nickel steel. Magnetic (6) and magnetizable (7) elements are known to the person skilled in the art and he can also make the appropriate selection.
  • the refill packaging (1) can also be designed in the form of a modular system, in which not only the inner bag (3) can be easily replaced many times, but also, if necessary - e.g. when contamination increases - one or more parts of the container ( 2), if it is in several parts, and/or the closure (4).
  • the parts (2a, 2b) can optionally also include weak magnets and/or click into one another in order to reversibly close the opening parts (2a, 2b) with one another, so that the container (2) forms a stable cover for the bag (3). forms and remains connected even when pressed together several times to remove the pasty or creamy and possibly liquid product (5).
  • This allows the container (2) to be opened in a simple manner, an empty bag (3) removed if necessary, and a new, full bag (3) subsequently inserted.
  • the container (2) remains closed even if the product (5) is pressed out of the bag (3).
  • the inner framework (2.1; for example part 2a) is based on magnetic elements, for example magnetic wire.
  • the outer container layer (2.2; for example part 2b) is preferably in the form of a bag with an opening from which the bag opening (3.1) protrudes when the container layer (2.2) extends over the Scaffolding (2.1) is pulled and a bag (3) is placed in the scaffolding (2.1).
  • the container layer (2.2) is advantageously based on a thin, stretchable plastic film with a layer thickness of up to 3 mm, in particular up to 2 mm.
  • a preferred plastic film is a silicone film.
  • the flexibility of the outer container layer (2.2) is dimensioned such that the container layer (2.2) can be pulled by hand over the closed inner frame (2.1).
  • the container layer (2.2) is required depending on the shape of the folded framework (2.1). It is advantageous if the outer container layer (2.2) is transparent so that the bag (3) located therein is visible, for example in order to recognize the degree of filling or the product printed on the bag (3). The person skilled in the art can determine the required flexibility of the respective container layer (2.2) without unreasonable effort.
  • the term magnetic also includes magnetizable and magnetized.
