Abstract

Des matières plastiques de tout type, notamment des emballages alimentaires en matière plastique, peuvent présenter diverses impuretés, notamment des adhérences olfactivement actives qui doivent être éliminées avant une utilisation ultérieure de ces matières plastiques. Les procédés de l'état de la technique s'avèrent coûteux, prennent du temps et sont nocifs pour l'environnement. Par ailleurs, il n'est pas possible d'exclure une charge olfactive prolongée des matières plastiques, même après conversion des procédés de nettoyage conventionnels. L'invention repose sur l'élargissement des options de valorisation matière des matières plastiques qui présentent des adhérences olfactivement actives de telle sorte qu'il est possible de renoncer à une élimination. À cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un procédé et une installation qui comprennent un pré-traitement, un traitement par agent d'oxydation et un conditionnement. Un substrat final produit peut être employé en tant que matière première pour la réalisation de matériaux en forme de plaque, de pièces moulées, d'emballages et de films dans le cadre de procédés d'extrusion ou de moulage par injection, ou en tant que matériau additif pour d'autres produits.
