Claims (6)

  1. Maschine zur Oberflächenendbearbeitung von Paneelen (2) aus Holz, Metall, Kunststoff oder dergleichen mit einer Stützfläche (P) für mindestens ein Paneel (2); einer Endbearbeitungsvorrichtung (10), die oberhalb der Stützfläche (P) montiert ist und ihrerseits mindestens eine Antriebsrolle (12), eine Spannrolle (13) und ein ringförmig um die Antriebs- und Spannrollen (12, 13) gewickeltes Schleifband (11) aufweist; und einer Bedieneinheit (18), die konfiguriert ist, um die Spannrolle (13) relativ zur Antriebsrolle (12) zu bewegen und das Schleifband (11) zu spannen; wobei die Bedieneinheit (18) wiederum ein Paar von Stellzylindern (20, 21), die mit jeweiligen Ausgangsstangen (22, 23) versehen sind, die mit der Spannrolle (13) verbunden sind und entlang der Stellzylinder (20, 21) beweglich sind, und eine Kupplungsvorrichtung (25) umfasst, die konfiguriert ist, um die Ausgangsstangen (22, 23) miteinander zu verbinden und die Bewegungen der Ausgangsstangen (22, 23) miteinander zu synchronisieren; wobei jede Ausgangsstange (22, 23) mit einem Zahnstange (24) versehen ist, die einen Teil der Kupplungsvorrichtung (25) definiert, die ferner eine Übertragungswelle (26) umfasst, die mit zwei Ritzeln (29, 31) versehen ist, die mit den Zahnstangen (24) gekoppelt sind; und wobei die Übertragungswelle (26) ein erstes Segment (28), das mit einem ersten Ritzel (29) in einer winkelmäßig festen Weise gekoppelt ist, und ein zweites Segment (30) umfasst, das mit einem zweiten Ritzel (31) in einer winkelmäßig festen Weise gekoppelt ist; und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übertragungswelle (26) ferner elastische Mittel (35) zur Drehmomentübertragung umfasst, die zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Segment (28, 30) angeordnet sind, und dadurch, dass das erste und das zweite Segment (28, 30) miteinander in einer drehbaren Weise gekoppelt sind und mittels eines elastischen Gelenks (32) miteinander verbunden sind.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kupplungsvorrichtung (25) eine mechanische Kupplungsvorrichtung ist, die derart konfiguriert ist, dass die Bewegung einer der Ausgangsstangen (22, 23) die Bewegung der anderen Ausgangsstange (22, 23) bewirkt.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Ausgangsstange (22, 23) zwei aus dem jeweiligen Stellzylinder (20, 21) herausragende freie Enden aufweist, von denen eines mit der Spannrolle (13) verbunden und das andere mit der jeweiligen Zahnstange (24) versehen ist.
  4. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das elastische Gelenk (32) ein erstes Halbgelenk (33), das winkelmäßig integral mit dem zweiten Segment (30) ist, ein zweites Halbgelenk (34), das winkelmäßig integral mit dem ersten Segment (28) ist, und eine Vielzahl von elastischen Elementen (35) umfasst, die zwischen den zwei Halbgelenken (33, 34) angeordnet sind, um die Drehung der Segmente (28, 30) relativ zueinander selektiv zu steuern.
  5. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Spannrolle (13) eine Stützwelle (15), die mit den Ausgangsstangen (22, 23) der Stellzylinder (20, 21) verbunden ist, und eine Hülse (17) umfasst, die drehbar mit der Stützwelle (15) gekoppelt ist.
  6. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und ferner umfassend eine Zuführvorrichtung (4), die die Stützfläche (P) definiert und dazu konfiguriert ist, das Paneel (2) unter die Endbearbeitungsvorrichtung (10) zuzuführen.
