Domaine de l’invention
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d’un effluent issu d’une étape d’oligomérisation dans une étape de vaporisation. En particulier, l’étape d’oligomérisation est une étape de dimérisation de l’éthylène en but-1-ène par un système catalytique à base de nickel.
Art antérieur
La transformation des oléfines légères grâce à un catalyseur homogène à base d’un métal de transition, en particulier à base de nickel, associé à activateur halogéné, par exemple un chlorure d’alkylaluminium est étudiée depuis les années 1950. Cette recherche a conduit au développement et à la commercialisation de différents procédés.
Par exemple, des octènes ou des hexènes ou des nonènes sont produits respectivement par dimérisation de butènes ou oligomérisation du propylène par le procédé Dimersol™ d'Axens (Revue de l'Institut Français du Pétrole, Vol. 37, N°5, septembre-octobre 1982, p 639). Les octènes peuvent être transformés avec de bons rendements par réaction d'hydroformylation puis d'hydrogénation en isononanols. Ces alcools en C9 (c’est-à-dire comprenant 9 atomes de carbone) sont notamment utilisés pour la synthèse de plastifiants de type phthalates pour le PVC. Les hexènes ou les nonènes peuvent aussi être utilisés comme base pour carburant à très bon indice d’octane.
La mise au point de systèmes catalytiques capables de dimériser les oléfines passe par le choix du métal de transition et des ligands adaptés. Parmi les systèmes de catalyseurs existants, plusieurs systèmes catalytiques à base de nickel utilisant des ligands différents ont été développés. On peut citer notamment à titre d'exemples les complexes d’halogénures de p-allyl nickel phosphine avec les acides de Lewis, comme cela est décrit dans le brevet français FR1410430B, les complexes d'halogénures de nickel phosphine avec les acides de Lewis, comme cela est décrit dans le brevet US3485881A, les complexes de nickel avec les ligands imino-imidazole comme cela est décrit dans le brevet français FR2979836B et les carboxylates de nickel avec les halogénures d'hydrocarbylaluminium, comme cela est décrit dans le brevet USA3 321546A. Dans des procédés de dimérisation utilisant de tels
catalyseurs, il s’avère nécessaire de neutraliser le catalyseur en fin de réaction pour éviter que la réaction ne se poursuive de façon indésirable.
Le brevet FR2733497 décrit un procédé de production de but-1-ène comportant une zone de séparation dans laquelle l’effluent réactionnel est vaporisé en deux étapes au moyen d’un vaporisateur mis en œuvre à des pressions identiques suivi d’une étape de vaporisation au moyen d’un évaporateur à couche mince.
Le brevet FR2992962B décrit un procédé de production et de séparation de l'hexène-1 à partir d'un mélange de produits issus d'une zone de trimérisation de l'éthylène. En particulier, ce brevet décrit une zone de séparation utilisant une série de flash étagés vaporisant l’effluent liquide selon un gradient croissant de températures allant de 150-200°C à 160-220°C.
La demanderesse dans ses recherches a mis au point un nouveau procédé de séparation d’un effluent d’oligomérisation neutralisé mettant en œuvre au moins deux étapes de vaporisation selon un gradient décroissant de pressions. Avantageusement, le procédé selon l’invention permet d’éliminer le catalyseur neutralisé par vaporisation à une température modérée. Avantageusement la mise en œuvre d’au moins deux étapes de vaporisation à température modérée selon un gradient décroissant de pressions permet d’empêcher le phénomène de reprise d’activité du catalyseur neutralisé qui est responsable d’une diminution de la sélectivité pour les oléfines souhaitées. Ainsi le procédé selon l’invention permet de maximiser la production d’oléfines souhaitées. Le procédé selon l’invention permet également de limiter les coût associés à l’entretien des unités de production.
Résumé de l’invention
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d’un effluent issu d’une étape d’oligomérisation, comprenant une étape de neutralisation dudit effluent pour désactiver une composition catalytique suivie d’une étape de séparation thermique de l’effluent neutralisé comprenant
- une première étape de vaporisation mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 2,0 et 5,0 MPa et à une température comprise entre 70 et 150°C, permettant l’obtention d’une fraction liquide envoyée vers une deuxième étape de vaporisation, et d’une fraction gazeuse, de préférence, envoyée vers une section de distillation,
- ladite deuxième étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,5 et 3,0 MPa et à une température comprise entre 70 et 150°C, permettant l’obtention d’une fraction liquide et d’une fraction gazeuse, de préférence, ladite fraction gazeuse est envoyée vers la section de distillation,
- dans lesquelles, la pression de la première étape de vaporisation est supérieure à la pression de la deuxième étape de vaporisation, de préférence d’au moins 0,5 MPa, de préférence d’au moins 1,0 MPa, de préférence d’au moins 1,5 MPa.
Ainsi, l’étape de séparation thermique du procédé selon l’invention permet d’éliminer le catalyseur neutralisé par vaporisation à une température modérée. Avantageusement la mise en œuvre d’au moins deux étapes de vaporisation à température modérée selon un gradient décroissant de pressions permet d’empêcher le phénomène de reprise d’activité du catalyseur neutralisé qui est responsable d’une diminution de la sélectivité pour les oléfines souhaitées.
Un autre avantage du procédé selon l’invention est de maximiser la sélectivité en butène-1.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la première étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 2,0 et 4,5 MPa, de préférence 2,5 et 4,0 MPa et à une température comprise entre 80 et 140°C de préférence entre 90 et 130°C.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la deuxième étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,8 et 3,0 MPa, de préférence 1,0 et 2,0 MPa et à une température entre 80 et 140°C de préférence entre 90 et 130°C.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, l’étape de séparation thermique met en œuvre une troisième étape de vaporisation dans laquelle est envoyé la fraction liquide issu de la deuxième étape de vaporisation, ladite troisième étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,1 et 1,5 MPa et à une température comprise entre 70 et 200°C, permettant l’obtention d’une fraction liquide et d’une fraction gazeuse, de préférence ladite fraction gazeuse est envoyée vers la section de distillation, et la pression
de la seconde étape de vaporisation est supérieure à la pression de la troisième étape de vaporisation, de préférence d’au moins 0,5 MPa, de préférence d’au moins 0,8 MPa.
De préférence, la troisième étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,3 et 1,2 MPa, de préférence entre 0,4 et 1,0 MPa et à une température comprise entre 80 et 140°C de préférence entre 80 et 130°C.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la première étape et/ou la deuxième étape et/ou la troisième étape de séparation thermique sont mises en œuvre par l’intermédiaire d’un ballon de flash, de préférence couplé avec un échangeur de chaleur.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la fraction gazeuse issue de la première étape de vaporisation et/ou la fraction gazeuse issue de la deuxième étape de vaporisation et/ou la fraction gazeuse issue de la troisième étape de vaporisation sont liquéfiées par diminution de la température, de manière à atteindre une pression comprise entre 2,0 et 5,0 MPa et de préférence à être envoyées vers la section de distillation.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la température permettant de liquéfier la ou les fractions gazeuses issues des étapes de vaporisation est comprise entre 0 et 60°C.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, l’étape d’oligomérisation met en œuvre une composition catalytique comprenant un halogénure d’alkylaluminium et optionnellement un précurseur de nickel.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, l’halogénure d’alkylaluminium répond à la formule [AlmR5 nX3-n]o dans lequel
- R5 est un groupement alkyle, linéaire ou ramifié, contenant de 1 à 12 atomes de carbone,
- X est un atome de chlore ou de brome, et de préférence un atome de chlore, et
- m est choisi parmi 1 ou 2, - n est choisi parmi 0, 1 ou 2,
- o est choisi parmi 1 ou 2.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, l’effluent issu d’une étape d’oligomérisation, contient une teneur en halogénure d’alkylaluminium comprise entre 0,01 et 100 000 ppm poids.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, l’étape de neutralisation de l’effluent issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation, est réalisé pour désactiver une composition catalytique par la mise en contact dudit effluent avec un système de neutralisation comprenant :
- un alcool de formule générale R1OH, dans lequel le groupement R1 est choisi parmi :
* un groupement alkyl, linéaire ou ramifié, contenant de 2 à 20 atomes de carbone,
* un groupement aryle contenant de 5 à 30 atomes de carbone ; et/ou
- une amine de formule générale NR2R3R4, dans laquelle les groupements R2, R3 et R4, identiques ou différents, sont choisis indépendamment parmi :
* un hydrogène,
* un groupement alkyl, linéaire ou ramifié, contenant de 1 à 20 atomes de carbone, et optionnellement substitué par un groupement NH2.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la température de mise en contact du système de neutralisation et de l’effluent issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation est celle à laquelle a lieu ladite étape d’oligomérisation.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le système de neutralisation comprend un alcool de formule générale R1OH et une amine de formule générale NR2R3R4.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le rapport molaire de l’amine sur l’alcool est compris entre 0,5 et 100.
Description détaillée de l’invention
Il est précisé que, dans toute cette description, l’expression « compris(e) entre ... et ... » doit s’entendre comme incluant les bornes citées.
Dans le sens de la présente invention, les différents modes de réalisation présentés peuvent être utilisés seul ou en combinaison les uns avec les autres, sans limitation de combinaison.
Dans le sens de la présente invention, les différents plages de paramètre pour une étape donnée tels que les plages de pression et les plages température peuvent être utilisés seul ou en combinaison. Par exemple, dans le sens de la présente invention, une plage de valeur préférée de pression peut être combinée avec une plage de valeur de température plus préférée.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d’un effluent issu, de préférence directement, d’une étape d’oligomérisation, comprenant une étape de neutralisation dudit effluent suivie, de préférence directement, d’une étape de séparation thermique de l’effluent neutralisé comprenant : - une première étape de vaporisation mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 2,0 et 5,0 MPa et à une température comprise entre 70 et 150°C, la fraction liquide obtenue à l’issue de la première étape de vaporisation est envoyée vers une deuxième étape de vaporisation, et la fraction gazeuse est envoyée vers une section de distillation, - ladite deuxième étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,5 et 3,0 MPa et à une température comprise entre 70 et 150°C, la fraction gazeuse issue de la deuxième étape de vaporisation est envoyée vers la section de distillation,
- dans lesquelles, la pression de la première étape de vaporisation est supérieure à la pression de la deuxième étape de vaporisation, de préférence d’au moins 0,5 MPa, de préférence d’au moins 1,0 MPa, de préférence d’au moins 1,5 MPa.
Ainsi, l’étape de séparation thermique selon l’invention permet d’éliminer le catalyseur neutralisé par vaporisation à une température modérée. Avantageusement la mise en œuvre d’au moins deux étapes de vaporisation à température modérée selon un gradient décroissant de pression permet d’empêcher le phénomène de reprise d’activité du catalyseur neutralisé qui est responsable d’une diminution de la sélectivité pour les oléfines souhaitées.
Un autre avantage du procédé de neutralisation selon l’invention est de maximiser la sélectivité en butène-1.
Etape de séparation thermique Le procédé selon l’invention comprend donc une étape de séparation thermique, appelée communément vaporisation, d’un effluent issu d’une étape d’oligomérisation préalablement neutralisé pour désactiver une composition catalytique, ladite étape de séparation thermique comprenant :
- une première étape de vaporisation mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 2,0 et 5,0 MPa et à une température comprise entre 70 et 150°C, permettant l’obtention d’une fraction liquide envoyée vers une deuxième étape de vaporisation, et d’une fraction gazeuse, de préférence, envoyée vers une section de distillation,
- ladite deuxième étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,5 et 3,0 MPa et à une température comprise entre 70 et 150°C, permettant l’obtention d’une fraction liquide et d’une fraction gazeuse, de préférence, ladite fraction gazeuse est envoyée vers la section de distillation,
- dans lesquelles, la pression de la première étape de vaporisation est supérieure à la pression de la deuxième étape de vaporisation, de préférence d’au moins 0,5 MPa, de préférence d’au moins 1,0 MPa, de préférence d’au moins 1,5 MPa.
Ladite étape de séparation thermique permet avantageusement d’éliminer le catalyseur neutralisé ainsi que les sous-produits lourds (C12+) générés lors de l’étape d’oligomérisation, et d’envoyer les oléfines souhaitées dans une section de distillation afin de les purifier.
De préférence, le catalyseur neutralisé, ainsi que les sous-produits lourds (C12+) séparés dans l’étape de vaporisation et contenu dans la fraction liquide issue de la dernière étape de vaporisation mise en œuvre sont envoyés vers un incinérateur.
Les fractions gazeuses envoyées vers la section de distillation comprennent l’éthylène non converti, les produits formés lors de l’étape d’oligomérisation et optionnellement du solvant.
Ainsi, l’étape de séparation thermique selon l’invention permet d’éliminer le catalyseur neutralisé par vaporisation à une température modérée. Avantageusement la mise en œuvre d’au moins deux étapes de vaporisation à température modérée selon un gradient décroissant de pression permet d’empêcher le phénomène de reprise d’activité du catalyseur neutralisé qui est responsable d’une diminution de la sélectivité pour les oléfines souhaitées.
Un autre avantage du procédé de neutralisation selon l’invention est de maximiser la sélectivité en butène-1.
Avantageusement, la première étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 2,0 et 5,0 MPa, de préférence entre 2,2 et 4,5 MPa, préférentiellement entre 2,4 et 4,0 MPa, et de manière préférée entre 2,5 et 3,5 MPa, et à une température
comprise entre 70 et 150°C entre 80 et 140°C, de préférence entre 90 et 130°C, et de manière préférée entre 95 et 120°C.
Avantageusement, la deuxième étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,5 et 3,0 MPa, de préférence entre 0,8 et 3,0 MPa, préférentiellement 1,0 et 2,0 MPa, de manière préférée entre 1,1 et 1,8 MPa, et de manière très préférée entre 1,2 et 1,5 MPa, et à une température entre 70 et 150°C, de préférence entre 80 et 140°C, préférentiellement entre 90 et 130°C, et de manière préférée entre 95 et 125°C.
De préférence, l’étape de séparation thermique met en œuvre une troisième étape de vaporisation dans laquelle est envoyé la fraction liquide issue de la deuxième étape de vaporisation, ladite troisième étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,1 et 1,5 MPa et à une température comprise entre 70 et 150°C. Ladite troisième étape de vaporisation permet l’obtention d’une fraction liquide et d’une fraction gazeuse, de préférence ladite fraction gazeuse est envoyée vers la section de distillation.
Dans ce cas, la pression de la seconde étape de vaporisation est supérieure à la pression de la troisième étape de vaporisation, de préférence d’au moins 0,5 MPa, de préférence d’au moins 0,8 MPa, de préférence d’au moins 1,0 MPa, et de manière préférée d’au moins 1,5 MPa.
La dernière fraction liquide obtenue à l’issue de la dernière étape de vaporisation, soit de la deuxième ou de la troisième étape de vaporisation est de préférence envoyée vers un incinérateur, et la fraction gazeuse obtenue à l’issue de la dernière étape de vaporisation, soit de la deuxième ou de la troisième étape de vaporisation est envoyée vers la section de distillation.
Avantageusement, la troisième étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,1 et 1,5 MPa, de préférence entre 0,3 et 1,2 MPa, préférentiellement entre 0,4 et 1,0 MPa, de manière préférée entre 0,5 et 0,8 MPa, et à une température comprise entre 70 et 150°C, de préférence entre 80 et 140°C, préférentiellement entre 80 et 130°C, de manière préférée entre 85 et 130°C, de préférence entre 90 et 120°C et de manière très préférée entre 95 et 110°C.
On entend par flash, une séparation gaz/liquide effectué par un changement de pression et/ou température.
De préférence, la première étape et/ou la deuxième étape et/ou la troisième étape de séparation thermique sont mises en œuvre par l’intermédiaire d’un ballon de flash, de préférence couplé avec un échangeur de chaleur ou tout autre enchaînement permettant de vaporiser partiellement un effluent. Ainsi, un large choix de technologie est disponible pour la mise en œuvre de l’une quelconque des étapes de séparation thermique, de préférence lesdites technologies sont choisies parmi :
- des évaporateurs simples (ou convection naturelle) à double enveloppe, à serpentins ou de type thermosiphon, - des évaporateurs plus complexes présentant des tubes horizontaux, verticaux (par exemple de type « film grimpant » ou « film tombant ») ou inclinés, avec recirculation forcée, et
- des systèmes plus spécifiques d’évaporateurs à couche mince (conique vertical, conique horizontal, à court trajet) éventuellement couplés à des modes de chauffages différents (vapeur, huiles, sels fondus, induction ou autres), des évaporateurs à plaques.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, l’étape de séparation thermique ne met pas en œuvre d’évaporateurs à film mince tel que décrit dans le brevet FR2733497.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la fraction gazeuse issue de la première étape de vaporisation et/ou la fraction gazeuse issue de la deuxième étape de vaporisation et/ou la fraction gazeuse issue de la troisième étape de vaporisation sont liquéfiées, en amont de ladite section de distillation, par diminution de la température, de manière à atteindre une pression comprise entre 2,0 et 5,0 MPa et de préférence à être envoyées vers la section de distillation, de préférence par l’intermédiaire d’une pompe. Avantageusement, ce mode réalisation permet de s’affranchir de l’utilisation d’un compresseur, ce qui permet de limiter les coûts de mise en œuvre du procédé de traitement de l’effluent issu d’une étape d’oligomérisation. De préférence, la température permettant de liquéfier la ou les fractions gazeuses issues des étapes de vaporisation est comprise entre 0 et 60°C, de préférence entre 10 et 55°C, et de manière préférée entre 20 et 50°C.
Etape de neutralisation
Le procédé selon l’invention comprend une étape de neutralisation de l’effluent issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation. De préférence l’étape de neutralisation comprend la mise en contact dudit effluent avec un système de neutralisation comprenant, de préférence consistant en, :
- un alcool de formule générale R1OH, dans lequel le groupement R1 est choisi parmi
* un groupement alkyl, linéaire ou ramifié, contenant de 2 à 20 atomes de carbone,
* un groupement aryle contenant de 5 à 30 atomes de carbone ; et/ou
- une amine de formule générale NR2R3R4, dans laquelle les groupements R2, R3 et R4, identiques ou différents, sont choisis indépendamment parmi
* un hydrogène,
* un groupement alkyl, linéaire ou ramifié, contenant de 1 à 20 atomes de carbone, et optionnellement substitué par un groupement NH2.
Ainsi, ladite étape de neutralisation permet d’obtenir un effluent dans lequel la composition catalytique est neutralisée, c’est-à-dire désactivée. En d’autre ladite composition ne présente plus d’activité catalytique pour la réaction d’oligomérisation.
Avantageusement, le groupement R1 peut être un groupement alkyle contenant de 3 à 15 atomes de carbone, de préférence de 4 à 14 atomes de carbone, de préférence de 6 à 12 atomes de carbone et de manière préféré entre 7 et 10 atomes de carbone.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré le groupement R1 est un alkyl ramifié.
Dans un autre mode de réalisation préféré le groupement R1 est un alkyl linéaire.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré le groupement R1 est un alkyl substitué par un ou plusieurs substituant choisi parmi un hydroxyle (-OH), ou une amine (-NH2).
Avantageusement, le groupement R1 peut être un groupement aryle contenant de 5 à 30 atomes de carbone, de préférence de 5 à 20 atomes de carbone, de préférence 6 à 18 atomes de carbone, et de manière préférée de 6 à 15 atomes de carbone.

Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, au moins un des groupements R2, R3 et R4 est choisi parmi un hydrogène.
Dans un mode de réalisation encore plus préféré, au moins deux des groupements R2, R3 et R4 sont choisis parmi un hydrogène.
Dans un mode de réalisation particulier, l’amine est une poly-amine telle qu’une diamine. En d’autres termes au moins un des groupements R2, R3 et R4 est substitué par un groupement amino (-NH2). De préférence, un des groupements R2, R3 et R4 est substitué par un groupement amino (-NH2).

Dans un mode de réalisation préférée, le système de neutralisation comprend un alcool de formule générale R1OH et une amine de formule générale NR2R3R4.
Avantageusement, la mise en œuvre d’un alcool R1OH et d’une amine NR2R3R4 comme système de neutralisation permet de désactiver la composition catalytique en s’affranchissant des problèmes liés à la corrosion et à la reprise d’activité dudit système qui entraîne une diminution de la sélectivité.
En effet, l’emploi d’un alcool et d’une amine permet de manière synergique d’empêcher la reprise d’activité de la composition catalytique neutralisée lors des étapes ultérieures de purification de l’effluent tout en limitant les phénomènes de corrosion liés à la présence de la composition catalytique usagée.
Lorsque le système de neutralisation comprend un alcool et une amine, l’effluent issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation est mis en contact selon un mode de réalisation, successivement avec l’amine puis avec l’alcool.
Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l’effluent issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation est avantageusement mis en contact avec un mélange d’alcool et d’amine.
Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l’effluent issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation est avantageusement mis en contact simultanément avec un alcool de formule R1OH et avec une amine de formule NR2R3R4.
Avantageusement le rapport molaire de l’amine sur l’alcool est compris entre 0,5 et 100, de préférence entre 1,0 et 90, de préférence entre 1,1 et 80, de préférence entre 1,5 et 70, de préférence entre 2,0 et 60, et de manière préférée entre 2,2 et 50. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le rapport molaire de l’amine sur l’alcool est compris entre 0,5 et 40, de préférence entre 1,0 et 30, de préférence entre 1,1 et 20, de préférence entre 1,5 et 15, de préférence entre 2,0 et 10, et de manière préférée entre 2,2 et 5,0. Avantageusement, le rapport molaire du système de neutralisation sur l’halogénure d’alkylaluminium est compris entre 0,5 et 100, de préférence entre 1,0 et 90, de préférence entre 1,5 et 80, de préférence entre 2,0 et 70, de préférence entre 3,0 et 60, de préférence entre 3,5 et 50. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le rapport molaire du système de neutralisation sur l’halogénure d’alkylaluminium est compris entre 0,5 et 50, de préférence
entre 1,0 et 40, de préférence entre 1,5 et 30, de préférence entre 2,0 et 20, de préférence entre 3,0 et 15, de préférence entre 3,5 et 10,0.
De préférence, l’effluent issu directement d’une étape d’oligomérisation, contient une teneur en halogénure d’alkylaluminium comprise entre 0,01 et 100000 ppm poids, de préférence entre 0,1 et 10000 ppm poids, de préférence entre 1,0 et 1 000 ppm poids, de préférence entre 2,0 et 600 ppm, de préférence entre 3,0 et 400 ppm, de préférence entre 5,0 et 200 ppm, de préférence entre 6,0 et 100 ppm, de préférence entre 8,0 et 50 ppm, de préférence entre 10 et 40 ppm et de manière préférée entre 12 et 30 ppm poids par rapport au poids total dudit effluent.
Préférentiellement, l’effluent issu directement d’une étape d’oligomérisation contient un chlorure d’alkylaluminium, à une teneur telle que la teneur en chlore comprise entre 0, 1 et 100 000 ppm poids, de préférence entre 1,0 et 10000 ppm poids, de préférence entre 2,0 et 1 000 ppm poids, de préférence entre 3,0 et 600 ppm, de préférence entre 4,0 et 400 ppm, de préférence entre 5,0 et 200 ppm, de préférence entre 8,0 et 100 ppm, de préférence entre 10 et 80 ppm, de préférence entre 12 et 70 ppm et de manière préférée entre 15 et 60 ppm poids par rapport au poids total dudit effluent.
Le système de neutralisation est de préférence mis en contact avec l’effluent issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation à une température comprise entre -40 et 250°C, de préférence entre -20°C et 150°C, de préférence entre 20°C et 100°C, de manière préférée entre 30 à 80°C et de manière très préférée entre 40 et 60°C. Avantageusement, la température de mise en contact du système de neutralisation et de l’effluent issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation est celle à laquelle a lieu ladite étape d’oligomérisation.
Avantageusement, l’alcool de formule générale R1OH et/ou l’amine de formule générale NR2R3R4 peuvent-être mis en œuvre dans un solvant identique ou différent. Ledit solvant peut-être choisi parmi tout solvant apte à diluer ou dissoudre l’amine et/ou l’alcool.
Avantageusement, ledit solvant peut être choisi parmi un ou plusieurs solvants tel que décrit ci-avant pour la composition catalytique.
Etape d’oligomérisation « optionnelle »
Avantageusement, l’effluent traité dans le procédé selon l’invention est obtenu à l’issu d’une étape d’oligomérisation, de préférence de l’éthylène en oléfine mettant en œuvre une
composition catalytique comprenant un halogénure d’alkylaluminium, et de préférence un précurseur métallique, en particulier un précurseur de nickel, ladite étape permettant l’obtention dudit effluent traité dans le procédé selon l’invention, de préférence sous forme liquide et comprenant de l’éthylène non converti, les produits formés lors de l’étape d’oligomérisation, ladite composition catalytique et optionnellement du solvant.
De préférence, les oléfines obtenus à l’issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation sont le but-1-ène, le but-2-ène, l'hex-1-ène et/ou l’oct-1-ène, seul ou en mélange.
L’étape d’oligomérisation est mise en œuvre de préférence en présence de ladite composition catalytique comprenant de préférence halogénure d’alkylaluminium et un précurseur de nickel, avec une concentration en nickel avantageusement comprise entre 1012 et 1,0 mol/L, et de préférence entre 109 et 0,4 mol/L.
L’étape d’oligomérisation est avantageusement mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,1 et 20,0 MPa, de préférence entre 0,1 et 15,0 MPa, et de manière préférée entre 0,5 et 8,0 MPa, et à une température comprise entre -40 et 250°C, de préférence entre -20°C et 150°C, de préférence entre 20°C et 100°C, et de manière préférée entre 30 à 80°C.
De façon préférée, l’étape d'oligomérisation est une étape de dimérisation de l’éthylène en but-1-ène et/ou en but-2-ène, de trimérisation de l’éthylène en hex-1-ène, ou de tétramérisation de l’éthylène en oct-1-ène.
Avantageusement l’étape d’oligomérisation peut être mise en œuvre en continue ou en discontinue.
Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, les constituants de la composition catalytique sont injectés dans un réacteur agité par les moyens mécaniques classiques ou par une recirculation extérieure, dans lequel réagit l’oléfine, de préférence avec un contrôle de la température. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l’halogénure d’alkylaluminium et une solution comprenant le précurseur de nickel et optionnellement un ligand sont injectés dans un réacteur agité par les moyens mécaniques classiques ou par une recirculation extérieure, dans lequel réagit l’oléfine, de préférence avec un contrôle de la température.
Composition catalytique
L’effluent traité dans le procédé selon l’invention est donc issu d’une étape d’oligomérisation de l’éthylène en oléfine mettant en œuvre une composition catalytique comprenant un halogénure d’alkylaluminium et de préférence un précurseur de nickel.
De préférence, le précurseur de nickel est choisi parmi le chlorure de nickel(ll), le chlorure de nickel(ll)(diméthoxyéthane), le bromure de nickel(ll), le bromure de nickel(ll)(diméthoxyéthane), le fluorure de nickel(ll), l'iodure de nickel(ll), le sulfate de nickel(ll), le carbonate de nickel(ll), le dimethylglyoxime de nickel(ll), l'hydroxyde de nickel(ll), l'hydroxy acétate de nickel(ll), l'oxalate de nickel(ll), les carboxylates de nickel(ll) tels que par exemple le 2-éthylhexanoate de nickel, les phénates de nickel(ll), les naphténates de nickel(ll), l'acétate de nickel(ll), le trifluoroacétate de nickel(ll), le triflate de nickel(ll), le stéarate de nickel(ll), le formate de nickel(ll), l'acétylacétonate de nickel(ll), l'hexafluoroacétylacétonate de nickel(ll), le chlorure de TT-allylnickel(ll), le bromure de TT- allylnickel(ll), le dimère du chlorure de methallylnickel(ll), l'hexafluorophosphate de h3- allylnickel(ll), l'hexafluorophosphate de r|3-methallylnickel(ll) et le 1,5-cyclooctadiényle de nickel(ll), sous leur forme hydratée ou non, pris seul ou en mélange.
De manière préférée, le précurseur de nickel est choisi parmi le sulfate de nickel(ll), le carbonate de nickel(ll), le dimethylglyoxime de nickel(ll), l'hydroxyde de nickel(ll), l'hydroxyacétate de nickel(ll), l'oxalate de nickel(ll), les carboxylates de nickel(ll) tel que par exemple le 2-éthylhexanoate de nickel, les phénates de nickel(ll), les naphténates de nickel(ll), l'acétate de nickel(ll), le trifluoroacétate de nickel(ll), le triflate de nickel(ll), l'acétylacétonate de nickel(ll), l'hexafluoroacétylacétonate de nickel(ll), le chlorure de TT- allylnickel(ll), le bromure de TT-allylnickel(ll), le dimère du chlorure de methallylnickel(ll), l'hexafluorophosphate de q3-allylnickel(l I), l'hexafluorophosphate de r|3-methallylnickel(ll) et le 1,5-cyclooctadiényle de nickel(ll), sous leur forme hydratée ou non, pris seul ou en mélange.
Avantageusement, l’halogénure d’alkylaluminium répond à la formule [AlmR5 nX3.n]0 dans lequel
- R5 est un groupement alkyle, linéaire ou ramifié, contenant de 1 à 12 atomes de carbone,
- X est un atome de chlore ou de brome, et de préférence un atome de chlore, et
- m est choisi parmi 1 ou 2,
- n est choisi parmi 0, 1 ou 2,
- o est choisi parmi 1 ou 2
Lorsque m est égal à 2, les groupements R5 peuvent être identiques ou différents. De préférence, R5 est choisi parmi un groupement alkyle linéaire ou ramifié contenant de 2 à 10 atomes de carbone, de préférence de 2 à 6 atomes de carbones, et de manière préférée de 2 à 4 atomes de carbone.
De préférence, R5 est un groupement alkyle choisi parmi un méthyle, éthyle, propyle, i- propyle,, isopropyle, n-butyle, tert-butyle, pentyle, hexyle, heptyl, octyle. De préférence, R5 est un groupement alkyl choisi parmi un éthyle, propyle, i-propyle, , isopropyle, n-butyle, et tert-butyle.
Avantageusement, l’halogénure d’alkylaluminium est choisi dans le groupe formé par le dichlorure de méthylaluminium (MeAICI2), le dichlorure d’éthylaluminium (EtAICI2), le sesquichlorure d'éthylaluminium (Et3AI2CI3), le chlorure de diéthylaluminium (Et2AICI), le chlorure de diisobutylaluminium (iBu2AICI), le dichlorure d'isobutylaluminium (iBuAICI2), pris seuls ou en mélange.
Le rapport molaire de l’halogénure d’alkylaluminium sur le précurseur de nickel, noté Al/Ni, est de préférence supérieur ou égal à 5, de manière plus préférée supérieur ou égal à 6, et de préférence inférieur ou égal à 30, de préférence inférieur ou égal à 25, de manière plus préférée inférieur ou égal à 20.
Avantageusement, la composition catalytique peut comprendre en outre un ligand choisi parmi une phosphine.
Dans un autre mode de réalisation, la composition catalytique comprend un ligand choisi parmi une phosphine de formule PR6R7R8 dans lequel les groupements R6, R7 et R8, identiques ou différents entre eux, liés ou non entre eux, sont choisis
- parmi les groupements aromatiques substitués ou non et contenant ou non des hétéro-éléments,
- et/ou parmi les groupements alkyles cycliques ou non, substitués ou non et contenant ou non des hétéro-éléments.
Avantageusement selon l’invention, la composition catalytique comprend au moins un ligand phosphine de formule PR6R7R8 dans lequel les groupements R6, R7 et R8 sont identiques entre eux.
Les groupements aromatiques R6, R7 et R8 du ligand phosphine PR6R7R8 sont de préférence choisis dans le groupe formé par les groupements phényle, o-tolyle, m-tolyle, p-tolyle, mésityle, 3,5-diméthylphényle, 4-n-butylphényle, 4-méthoxyphényle, 2-méthoxyphényle, 3- méthoxyphényle, 4-méthoxyphényle, 2-isopropoxyphényle, 4-méthoxy-3,5-diméthylphényle, 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-méthoxyphényle, 4-chlorophényle, 3,5-di(trifluorométhyl)phényle, benzyle, naphtyle, bisnaphtyle, pyridyle, bisphényle, furanyle, thiophényle.
Les groupements alkyles R6, R7 et R8 du ligand phosphine PR6R7R8 comprennent avantageusement 1 à 20 atomes de carbone, de préférence 2 à 15 atomes de carbone, de manière préférée entre 3 et 10 atomes de carbone. De préférence, les groupements alkyles R6, R7 et R8 du ligand phosphine PR6R7R8 sont choisis dans le groupe formé par les groupements méthyle, éthyle, propyle, isopropyle, n-butyle, tert-butyle, cyclopentyle, cyclohexyle, benzyle, adamantyle.
Avantageusement, le rapport molaire entre le ligand phosphine de formule PR6R7R8 et le précurseur de nickel est compris entre 5 et 25, de préférence entre 5 et 20, de manière plus préférée entre 5 et 15. De préférence, ce rapport molaire est compris entre 6 et 30, de préférence entre 6 et 25, de manière plus préférée entre 6 et 20, de manière encore plus préférée entre 6 et 15, et de manière encore plus préférentielle entre 7 et 14.
Dans un mode préférée, chaque constituant ou mélange de constituants de la composition catalytique peut être mis en œuvre dans un solvant.
Le ou les solvants sont avantageusement choisis parmi
- les éthers, les alcools, les solvants halogénés et les hydrocarbures, saturés ou insaturés, cycliques ou non, aromatiques ou non, comprenant entre 1 et 20 atomes de carbone, de préférence entre 1 et 15 atomes de carbone et de préférence entre 4 et 15 atomes de carbone,
- les liquides ioniques.
De préférence, le solvant est choisi parmi le pentane, l'hexane, le cyclohexane, le méthylcyclohexane, l'heptane, le butane ou l'isobutane, le cycloocta-1,5-diène, le benzène,
le toluène, l'ortho-xylène, le mésitylène, l'éthylbenzène, le diéthyl éther, le tétrahydrofurane, le 1,4-dioxane, le dichlorométhane, le dichloroéthane, le chlorobenzène, le dichlorobenzène, le méthanol, l'éthanol, purs ou en mélange et les liquides ioniques.
Dans le cas où le solvant est un hydrocarbure insaturé, il peut être avantageusement choisi parmi les produits de la réaction d’oligomérisation.
Dans le cas où le solvant est un liquide ionique, il est avantageusement choisi parmi l'hexafluorophosphate de N-butyl-pyridinium, le tétrafluoroborate de N-éthyl-pyridinium, le fluorosulfonate de pyridinium, le tétrafluoroborate de butyl-3-méthyl-1-imidazolium, l’amidure de bis-trifluorométhane-sulfonyle de butyl-3-méthyl-1-imidazolium, l’amidure de bis- trifluorométhane-sulfonyle de triéthylsulfonium, l'hexafluoro-antimonate de butyl-3-méthyl-1- imidazolium, l'hexafluorophosphate de butyl-3-méthyl-1-imidazolium, le trifluoroacétate de butyl-3-méthyl-1-imidazolium, le trifluorométhylsulfonate de butyl-3-méthyl-1-imidazolium, l'hexafluorophosphate de triméthylphénylammonium et le tétrafluoroborate de tétrabutyl- phosphonium, le chlorure de tétrabutylphosphonium, le chlorure de N-butylpyridinium, le bromure d’éthylpyridinium, le chlorure de butyl-3-méthyl-1-imidazolium, le chlorure de diéthylpyrazolium, le chlorhydrate de pyridinium, le chlorure de triméthylphénylammonium et le chlorure de butylméthylpyrrolidinium.
Etape de séparation dans une section de distillation « optionnelle »
Typiquement, les oléfines issues l’étape d’oligomérisation de l'éthylène possèdent un poids moléculaire plus important que l'éthylène n’ayant pas réagi. D’une façon générale, l'éthylène n’ayant pas réagi présente une température d’ébullition plus basse que celle des oligomères issus de l’étape d’oligomérisation, tels que le but-1-ène, les but-2-ènes, l'hex-1-ène ou l’oct-1-ène.
Selon l'invention, tout moyen de séparation connu de l’homme du métier mettant à profit ces écarts de volatilité et de poids moléculaire entre les produits à séparer peut être mis en œuvre dans l’étape de séparation. Avantageusement selon l'invention, les moyens de séparation mis en œuvre sont des colonnes de distillation de tout type.
Le procédé selon l’invention comprend optionnellement une étape de séparation comprenant avantageusement une section de distillation. De préférence, selon le procédé de l'invention, les fractions gazeuses issues de l’étape de séparation thermique, comprenant en particulier
l'éthylène non converti, les produits formés et le solvant, sont envoyées sous forme mixte gaz/liquide vers la section de distillation.
La section de distillation comprend avantageusement au moins trois colonnes de distillation, de préférence au moins quatre colonnes de distillation. Selon une variante préférée de l'invention, la section de distillation comprend quatre colonnes de distillation.
Les exemples suivants illustrent l'invention sans en limiter la portée.
Exemples
Mise en œuvre de l’étape d’oligomérisation
Dans un réacteur, préalablement séché sous vide et mis sous atmosphère d’éthylène, sont introduits 93 mL de n-heptane, puis 6 mL d’une solution contenant le précurseur de nickel Ni(2-éthylhexanoate)2 (noté Ni(2-EH)2, 40 pmol et la tricyclohexylphosphine (PCy3) (400 pmol). Entre 1 et 2 g d’éthylène sont alors solubilisés dans le réacteur, l’agitation est lancée et la température programmée à 40°C. Après dégazage du réacteur, la température est programmée à 45°C (température de test). 1 mL d’une solution de dichlorure d’éthylaluminium (600 pmol) sont ensuite introduits. Le réacteur est mis à la pression de test (2 MPa). L’agitation est démarrée, la réaction est réalisée sous contrôle de pression, l’alimentation en éthylène permettant de maintenir la pression à la pression de test. Après avoir atteint la consommation d’éthylène désirée l’alimentation en éthylène est alors coupée. L’effluent liquide est neutralisé par un système de neutralisation. Dans les exemples suivants, les effluents gazeux sont quantifiés et qualifiés par chromatographie en phase gaz (CPG), les phases liquides sont pesées et qualifiées par CPG.
Exemple 1 : étape de séparation thermique avec 2 étapes de vaporisation en série (selon l’invention) L’effluent neutralisé obtenu à l’issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation tel que décrit ci-dessus est comprimé à une pression de 3,25 MPa puis partiellement vaporisé par chauffage dans un échangeur de chaleur jusqu'à une température de 115°C. La fraction gazeuse est alors séparée de la fraction liquide dans un ballon. La fraction gazeuse est envoyée vers une section de distillation et la fraction liquide est envoyée vers un deuxième flash.
La fraction liquide résultant du premier flash est détendue à une pression de 1,35 MPa. Ladite fraction liquide détendue est ensuite partiellement vaporisée par chauffage dans un échangeur de chaleur jusqu'à une température de 117°C. La fraction gazeuse est alors séparée de la fraction liquide dans un ballon. La fraction gazeuse est envoyée vers la section de distillation et la phase liquide comprenant le catalyseur neutralisé est envoyée vers un incinérateur.
Le tableau 1 ci-dessous présente les conditions aux différentes étapes ainsi que la composition de chaque flux. Le dernier effluent liquide issu du deuxième flash comprend les hétéro-éléments issus du système catalytique et du(des) inhibiteur(s) (Ni, P, Al, Cl, O, N etc..) ainsi que leur partie organique associée.
Il apparaît que la mise en œuvre d’une étape de séparation thermique comprenant deux flash en série permet de séparer le catalyseur neutralisé des produits d’intérêts en maximisant la quantité de d’oléfines d’intérêts (but-1-ène noté B1 et but-2-ène noté B2) envoyée vers une section de distillation, ce qui permet de maximiser la productivité du procédé d’oligomérisation.
De plus, aucun problème d’isomérisation n’est constaté au cours de ladite étape de séparation thermique, ce qui permet d’envoyer plus de 99% des butènes formés lors de l’étape d’oligomérisation vers la section de distillation sans dégradation de la sélectivité.

Exemple 2 : étape de séparation thermique avec 3 étapes de vaporisation en série (selon l’invention) L’effluent neutralisé obtenu à l’issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation tel que décrit ci-dessus est comprimé à une pression de 3,25 MPa puis partiellement vaporisé par chauffage dans un échangeur de chaleur jusqu'à une température de 115°C. La fraction gazeuse est alors séparée de la fraction liquide dans un ballon. La fraction gazeuse est envoyée vers une section de distillation et la fraction liquide est envoyée vers un deuxième flash. La fraction liquide résultant du premier flash est détendue à une pression de 1,3 MPa. Ladite fraction liquide détendue est ensuite partiellement vaporisée par chauffage dans un échangeur de chaleur jusqu'à une température de 107°C. La fraction gazeuse est alors séparée de la fraction liquide dans un ballon. La fraction gazeuse est envoyée vers la section de distillation et la fraction liquide est envoyée vers un troisième flash.
La fraction liquide résultant du deuxième flash est détendue à une pression de 0,5 MPa. Ladite fraction liquide détendue est ensuite vaporisée par chauffage dans un échangeur de chaleur jusqu'à une température de 98°C.
Le tableau 2 ci-dessous présente les conditions aux différentes étapes ainsi que la composition de chaque flux. Le dernier effluent liquide issu du troisième flash comprend les hétéro-éléments issus du système catalytique et du(des) inhibiteur(s) (Ni, P, Al, Cl, O, N etc..) ainsi que leur partie organique associée.
Avantageusement dans ce mode de réalisation de la séparation, aucune isomérisation des oléfines souhaitées n’est constatée ce qui permet de maximiser la récupération des produits d’intérêt.

Exemple 3 : Etape de neutralisation
Etape de neutralisation L’effluent obtenu à l’issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation tel que décrit ci-dessus est mis en contact avec système de neutralisation comprenant la 2-éthylhexylamine et le 2- éthylhexanol, à une température de 50°Cet à différents ratios molaires de l’amine et l’alcool sur le dichlorure d’éthylaluminium (noté Al). Les résultats obtenus sont présentés dans le tableau ci-après. L’isomérisation est suivie par CPG.

Ainsi le système de neutralisation selon l’invention, et de préférence le système de neutralisation comprenant un alcool et une amine, permet d’assurer la neutralisation du mélange tout conservant la sélectivité en oléfines souhaitées issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation et en empêchant les problèmes de corrosion liés à la présence de chlore.
Claims
1. Procédé de traitement d’un effluent issu d’une étape d’oligomérisation, comprenant une étape de neutralisation dudit effluent pour désactiver une composition catalytique suivie d’une étape de séparation thermique de l’effluent neutralisé comprenant : une première étape de vaporisation mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 2,0 et 5,0 MPa et à une température comprise entre 70 et 150°C, permettant l’obtention d’une fraction liquide envoyée vers une deuxième étape de vaporisation, et d’une fraction gazeuse, de préférence, envoyée vers une section de distillation, ladite deuxième étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,5 et 3,0 MPa et à une température comprise entre 70 et 150°C, permettant l’obtention d’une fraction liquide et d’une fraction gazeuse, de préférence, ladite fraction gazeuse est envoyée vers la section de distillation, dans lesquelles, la pression de la première étape de vaporisation est supérieure à la pression de la deuxième étape de vaporisation, de préférence d’au moins 0,5 MPa, de préférence d’au moins 1,0 MPa, de préférence d’au moins 1,5 MPa.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1 dans lequel la première étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 2,0 et 4,5 MPa, de préférence 2,5 et 4,0 MPa et à une température comprise entre 80 et 140°C de préférence entre 90 et 130°C.
3. Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel la deuxième étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,8 et 3,0 MPa, de préférence 1,0 et 2,0 MPa et à une température entre 80 et 140°C de préférence entre 90 et 130°C.
4. Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel l’étape de séparation thermique met en œuvre une troisième étape de vaporisation dans laquelle est envoyée la fraction liquide issue de la deuxième étape de vaporisation, ladite troisième étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,1 et 1,5 MPa et à une température comprise entre 70 et 200°C, permettant l’obtention d’une fraction liquide et d’une fraction gazeuse, de préférence ladite fraction gazeuse est envoyée vers la section de distillation, et
la pression de la seconde étape de vaporisation est supérieure à la pression de la troisième étape de vaporisation, de préférence d’au moins 0,5 MPa, de préférence d’au moins 0,8 MPa.
5. Procédé selon la revendication précédente dans lequel la troisième étape de vaporisation est mise en œuvre à une pression comprise entre 0,3 et 1,2 MPa, de préférence entre 0,4 et 1,0 MPa et à une température comprise entre 80 et 140°C de préférence entre 80 et 130°C.
6. Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel la première étape et/ou la deuxième étape et/ou la troisième étape de séparation thermique sont mises en œuvre par l’intermédiaire d’un ballon de flash, de préférence couplé avec un échangeur de chaleur.
7. Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel la fraction gazeuse issue de la première étape de vaporisation et/ou la fraction gazeuse issue de la deuxième étape de vaporisation et/ou la fraction gazeuse issue de la troisième étape de vaporisation sont liquéfiées par diminution de la température, de manière à atteindre une pression comprise entre 2,0 et 5,0 MPa et de préférence à être envoyées vers la section de distillation.
8. Procédé selon la revendication 7 dans lequel la température permettant de liquéfier la ou les fractions gazeuses issues des étapes de vaporisation est comprise entre 0 et 60°C.
9. Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel l’étape d’oligomérisation met en œuvre une composition catalytique comprenant un halogénure d’alkylaluminium et optionnellement un précurseur de nickel.
10. Procédé selon la revendication 9 dans lequel l’halogénure d’alkylaluminium répond à la formule [AlmR5 nX3-n]0 dans lequel
- R5 est un groupement alkyle, linéaire ou ramifié, contenant de 1 à 12 atomes de carbone,
- X est un atome de chlore ou de brome, et de préférence un atome de chlore, et
- m est choisi parmi 1 ou 2,
- n est choisi parmi 0, 1 ou 2,
- o est choisi parmi 1 ou 2.
11. Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications 9 et 10 dans lequel l’effluent issu d’une étape d’oligomérisation, contient une teneur en halogénure d’alkylaluminium comprise entre 0,01 et 100000 ppm poids.
12. Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel l’étape de neutralisation de l’effluent issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation, est réalisé par la mise en contact dudit effluent avec un système de neutralisation comprenant :
- un alcool de formule générale R1OH, dans lequel le groupement R1 est choisi parmi :
* un groupement alkyl, linéaire ou ramifié, contenant de 2 à 20 atomes de carbone,
* un groupement aryle contenant de 5 à 30 atomes de carbone ; et/ou - une amine de formule générale NR2R3R4, dans laquelle les groupements R2, R3 et
R4, identiques ou différents, sont choisis indépendamment parmi :
* un hydrogène,
* un groupement alkyl, linéaire ou ramifié, contenant de 1 à 20 atomes de carbone, et optionnellement substitué par un groupement NH2.
13. Procédé selon la revendication 12 dans lequel la température de mise en contact du système de neutralisation et de l’effluent issu de l’étape d’oligomérisation est celle à laquelle a lieu ladite étape d’oligomérisation.
14. Procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications 12 à 13 dans lequel le système de neutralisation comprend un alcool de formule générale R1OH et une amine de formule générale NR2R3R4.
15. Procédé selon la revendication 14 dans lequel le rapport molaire de l’amine sur l’alcool est compris entre 0,5 et 100.
