  • absence de nettoyage d'un ventilateur d'extraction puisque, comme évoqué ci-dessus, cet équipement n'est plus nécessaire,
  • simplicité du système d'entraînement, pas besoin de moteurs supplémentaires ni de câblages associés,
  • excellente nettoyabilité du dispositif 10 car sa configuration permet d'isoler l'organe entrainant 18 des moyens d'entrainement 16 à l'intérieur du châssis 2 à l'extérieur de la zone interne du bac de réception 4, sans aucun organe mécanique ni câblage apparent dans cette zone,
  • extraction simple et rapide à l'extérieur du bac de réception 4 de la machine de découpe 1 de l'ensemble réceptacle 11 - tuyauterie 12 pour son nettoyage hors machine en exerçant juste une action manuelle pour lutter contre la force magnétique d'attraction de l'aimant 19 de l'organe entrainant 18 des moyens d'entrainement 16 (Cf. figure 2),
  • remise en place facile, sans outil et sûre, à l'intérieur du bac de réception 4 de machine de découpe 1 de l'ensemble réceptacle 11 - tuyauterie 12, juste en amenant ledit ensemble réceptacle 11 - tuyauterie 12 au contact du profil de guidage 15, en le déplaçant jusqu'à le positionner à l'aplomb de la buse 5 et enfin en reconnectant la tuyauterie 12 au fond dudit bac de réception 4,
  • nettoyage aisé du bac de réception 4 de machine de découpe 1 après l'extraction de l'ensemble réceptacle 11 - tuyauterie 12.

  • simple and rapid extraction outside the receiving tray 4 of the cutting machine 1 of the receptacle assembly 11 - piping 12 for its cleaning outside the machine by just exercising a manual action to combat the magnetic force of attraction of the the magnet 19 of the driving member 18 of the driving means 16 (Cf. figure 2 ),
  • easy, tool-free and safe replacement, inside the receiving tray 4 of the cutting machine 1 of the receptacle 11 - piping 12 assembly, just by bringing said receptacle 11 - piping 12 assembly into contact with the guide profile 15, by moving it until it is positioned directly above the nozzle 5 and finally by reconnecting the pipework 12 at the bottom of said receiving tank 4,
  • easy cleaning of the receiving tray 4 of the cutting machine 1 after extracting the receptacle 11 - piping 12 assembly.

Claims (10)

  1. Device (10) integrated into a waterjet cutting machine (1) provided with at least one receiving tank (4) and a nozzle (5) movable above said receiving tank (4), said device (10) being capable of catching a highpressure water jet (6) coming from said nozzle (5) and being characterised in that it includes at least:
    - a receptacle (11) arranged inside the receiving tank (4) in line with said nozzle (5), the lower portion of said receptacle (11) being connected to a flexible pipe assembly (12) connected to the bottom of said receiving tank (4), the receptacle (11)/pipe (12) assembly being mobile and detachable from the receiving tank (4) and
    - drive means (16) for supporting and moving at least part of the receptacle (11)/pipe (12) assembly including a driving member (17) arranged outside the receiving tank (4) and connected to the nozzle (5), and a driven member (18) arranged inside the receiving tank (4) and fixed to the receptacle (11), the drive means (16) being such that there is no mechanical connection between the driving member (17) and the driven member (18), at least one of the driving member (17) or driven member (18) including a magnet.
  2. Device (10) according to claim 1 characterised in that the driving member and driven member (17, 18) each include a magnet (19, 20) such that when the driving member (17) moves at the same time as the nozzle (5) the magnetic force of attraction of its magnet (19) attracts the magnet (20) of the driven member (18) and causes the displacement of the latter and of the receptacle (11)/ pipe (12) assembly.
  3. Device (10) according to claim 1, characterised in that one of the driving member (17) or driven member (18) includes a magnet while the other driven member (18) or driving member (17) includes a part made from a material that is attracted by said magnet.
  4. Device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the receptacle (11) is in the form of a funnel.
  5. Device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that it includes a carriage (13) fixed to the receptacle (11) and cooperating with a guide profile (15) fixed horizontally to one of the walls (42) of the receiving tank (4), such that the receptacle (11)/pipe (12) assembly moves along said guide profile (15).
  6. Device (10) according to claim 5, characterised in that the carriage (13) includes at least one roller (14).
  7. Device (10) according to any one of claims 5 or 6, characterised in that the wall (42) of the receiving tank (4) and the associated guide profile (15) each have a cross-section with a homothetic shape to that of the nozzle trajectory (5).
  8. Device (10) according to claim 7, characterised in that the guide profile (15) is straight.
  9. Device (10) according to claim 7, characterised in that the guide profile (15) is arcuate.
  10. Device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the pipe assembly (12) is connected to the base of said receiving tank (4) by means of a quick-connect coupling that does not require any tools.
