Description

  • The present invention relates to a perfume making apparatus and to a perfume making method.
  • The systems used industrially for making perfumes are typically constituted by a containment and maceration tank in which raw materials (essences) of natural origin and in some cases synthetic ones are brought to maceration.
  • Normally the essences are macerated for a variable time, on the order of days or weeks, so that the finished product is balanced optimally, so as to reach the levels of diffusivity and pleasantness that are expected from the perfume.
  • Maceration provides for the use of ethyl alcohol and is performed inside stainless steel containers.
  • Once maceration has ended, the mixture is refrigerated, typically between 0° and 4°, and subsequently filtered on adapted cartridge filters or pressed.
  • Although currently known solutions are widely used, they are not free from drawbacks.
  • In particular, it is necessary to use at least two different devices, a maceration tank and a press or filtration device.
  • This entails, in addition to the need for spaces for the placement of the various devices, also greater complexity in the management of said material, which must be taken from one device and sent to the next.
  • Document EP 3 530 447 A1 discloses an apparatus according to the preamble of claim 1.
