Definitions

  • the invention relates to an unlocking mechanism for locking and unlocking the plug connection of a vacuum cleaner, the unlocking mechanism having an unlocking element for unlocking the plug connection between the housing and the suction pipe and/or between the housing and the suction nozzle.
  • a suction nozzle designed as a floor nozzle of the vacuum cleaner is continuously pushed back and forth on a floor surface to pick up dust.
  • the housing of the vacuum cleaner is connected to a suction tube and a suction nozzle designed as a floor nozzle via plug-in connections. It is possible that the vacuum cleaner housing, suction tube and nozzle can be plugged together in various configurations, e.g. the vacuum cleaner housing directly below the nozzle. However, the vacuum cleaner can also be used in a built-on configuration without a floor nozzle, for example to remove cobwebs. A further construction configuration can provide for using the vacuum cleaner as a hand-held vacuum cleaner, so that the suction tube and floor nozzle are separate from the housing.
  • the suction tube and/or the suction nozzle In order to use the structure as a hand-held vacuum cleaner or without a floor nozzle, the suction tube and/or the suction nozzle must be manually disconnected from the housing and turned off.
