Claims (10)

  1. Véhicule (10) ayant au moins une ouverture (20) d'entrée de l'air pour faire entrer de l'air (U) ambiant, au moins une ouverture (50) de sortie de l'air pour faire sortir de l'air (U) ambiant et un dispositif (30) de refroidissement à refroidissement par de l'air, en liaison avec l'ouverture (20) d'entrée de l'air et l'ouverture (50) de sortie de l'air, pour le refroidissement d'un ou de plusieurs éléments (40) du véhicule, dans lequel l'ouverture (50) de sortie de l'air est équipée d'au moins un dispositif (51) de direction, qui est réglable et est entraîné automatiquement ou par un dispositif (70) de réglage du côté de la sortie de l'air,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif (51) de conduite est, lors de la circulation dans le sens (VFR) de circulation en avant du véhicule (10), pivoté dans la position de circulation en avant et, lors de la circulation dans le sens (RFR) de circulation en arrière du véhicule (10), dans une position de circulation en arrière, qui se distingue de la position de circulation en avant.
  2. Véhicule (10) suivant la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif (51) de conduite ou au moins l'un des dispositifs (51) de conduite est agencé de manière à ce que, lors de la circulation du véhicule, l'air (U) ambiant, soufflé par l'ouverture (50) de sortie de l'air, soit soufflé en fonction du sens de circulation respectivement dans le sens contraire ou au moins principalement dans le sens contraire au sens de circulation respectif.
  3. Véhicule (10) suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif (51) de conduite ou au moins l'un des dispositifs (51) de conduite a deux surfaces, dont l'une est, tant dans la circulation en avant qu'également dans la circulation en arrière, la surface (51a) au vent tournée vers le vent (W) de circulation et l'autre est, tant dans la circulation en avant qu'également dans la circulation en arrière, la surface (51b) sous le vent, qui n'est pas tournée vers le vent de circulation.
  4. Véhicule (10) suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le ou au moins l'un des dispositifs (51) de conduite de l'ouverture (50) de sortie de l'air est pivotant, et
    - lors de la circulation en avant, est pivoté dans une position de pivotement des circulations en avant, dans laquelle l'air (U) ambiant, soufflé par l'ouverture (50) de sortie de l'air, est soufflé dans un sens (RFR) de circulation en arrière ou au moins principalement dans un sens (RFR) de circulation en arrière, et
    - lors d'une circulation en arrière, est pivoté dans une position de pivotement de circulation en arrière, dans laquelle l'air (U) ambiant, soufflé par l'ouverture (50) de sortie de l'air, est soufflé dans le sens (VFR) de circulation en avant ou au moins principalement dans le sens (VFR) de circulation en avant.
  5. Véhicule (10) suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif (30) de refroidissement comprend un ventilateur (31), qui aspire l'air (U) ambiant par l'ouverture (20) d'entrée de l'air et le souffle de l'ouverture (50) de sortie de l'air et cela respectivement avec une vitesse d'écoulement plus grande que la vitesse de circulation du véhicule (10) en produisant une force (FS) de poussée entraînant le véhicule (10).
  6. Véhicule (10) suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - l'ouverture (50) de sortie de l'air est disposée sur un plancher (12) du véhicule, et
    - l'air (U) ambiant sortant, lors de la circulation du véhicule, par l'ouverture (50) de sortie de l'air, est soufflé dans le sens contraire au sens respectif de déplacement ou au moins principalement dans le sens contraire au sens respectif de déplacement dans l'intervalle entre le sol du côté de la voie et le plancher (12) du véhicule.
  7. Véhicule (10) suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'ouverture (20) d'entrée de l'air est équipée d'un ou de plusieurs dispositifs (21) de conduite, qui sont réglables en fonction du sens de circulation et qui sont agencés en fonction du sens de circulation pour être entraînés automatiquement ou par un dispositif de réglage du côté de l'entrée de l'air.
  8. Véhicule (10) suivant la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le ou au moins l'un des dispositifs (21) du côté de l'entrée de l'air est pivotant, et cela
    - lors de la circulation en avant, dans une position de pivotement de circulation en avant, dans laquelle une première surface du dispositif de conduite du côté de l'entrée de l'air est la surface au vent, et une deuxième surface du dispositif de conduite du côté de l'entrée de l'air est la surface sous le vent, et

    caractérisé en ce que
    le véhicule (10) est un véhicule ferroviaire.
  10. Véhicule (10) suivant la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - l'ouverture (50) de sortie de l'air est disposée sur le plancher du véhicule ferroviaire, et
    - l'air (U) ambiant soufflé, lors de la circulation du véhicule par l'ouverture (50) de sortie de l'air, est soufflé dans le sens contraire au sens respectif de circulation, - et de préférence, parallèlement au plancher du véhicule ferroviaire ou avec un angle avec celui-ci de 10 degrés au maximum - dans l'intervalle entre la couche (60) de forme et le plancher (12) du véhicule.
