Claims (13)

  1. Eine Fliegengittertür-Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Öffnen und Schließen einer Fliegengittertür (101), wobei die Fliegengittertür einen länglichen Insektengitterhalter (103) für ein aufgerolltes oder ziehharmonikaartig gefaltetes Insektengitter (105) umfasst, das mit einer Kante an einem länglichen, beweglichen und im Betrieb vertikal ausgerichteten Verschlussstreifen (107) befestigt ist, der parallel zum länglichen Insektengitterhalter (103) verläuft und zwischen einer offenen Position, in der das Insektengitter (105) aufgerollt oder gefaltet ist, und einer geschlossenen Position, in der das Insektengitter (105) abgerollt oder entfaltet ist, beweglich ist, wobei die Fliegengittertür-Betätigungsvorrichtung (1) umfasst:
    - ein oberes Führungsprofil (5) zum Führen des oberen Endes (107A) des beweglichen vertikalen Verschlussstreifens (107), wobei das obere Führungsprofil (5) mit einem ersten Ende (5A) mit dem Insektengitterhalter (103) verbindbar ist, sowie
    - ein unteres Führungsprofil (7) zum Führen des unteren Endes (107B) des beweglichen vertikalen Verschlussstreifens (107), welches untere Führungsprofil (7) mit einem ersten Ende (7A) mit dem Insektenschutzhalter (103) verbindbar ist,
    - einen oberen Mitnehmer (9), der im oberen Führungsprofil (5) beweglich ist und der mit dem oberen Ende (107A) der vertikalen Verschlussleiste (107) koppelbar ist,
    - einen unteren Mitnehmer (11), der im unteren Führungsprofil (7) beweglich ist und der mit dem unteren Ende (107B) der vertikalen Verschlussleiste (107) koppelbar ist,
    - einen Antrieb (13) zum Bewegen der Mitnehmer (9, 11) und damit auch der Verschlussleiste zum automatischen Öffnen und Schließen der Fliegengittertür, welcher Antrieb (13) gegen den Insektenschutzhalter (103) montierbar ist und im unteren und oberen Führungsprofil (5, 7) vorhanden ist, und
    - mindestens einen Schalter (15) zum Betätigen des Antriebs (13),
    wobei der Antrieb (13) umfasst:
    - ein längliches, flexibles, oberes Antriebselement (21), an dem der obere Mitnehmer (9) befestigt ist, sowie
    - einen längliches, flexibles, unteres Antriebselement (27), an dem der untere Mitnehmer (11) befestigt ist, und
    - einen Antriebsmotor (22), der an dem Insektenschutzgitterhalter (103) montierbar ist,
    welche Antriebselemente (21, 27) derart mit dem Antriebsmotor (22) verbunden sind, dass sie beim Öffnen und Schließen der Fliegengittertür die beiden Mitnehmer (9, 11) gleichzeitig in den Führungsprofilen (5, 7) bewegen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (13) ferner ein mittleres Antriebselement (17) umfasst, das um ein mit dem Antriebsmotor (22) verbundenes Antriebsrad (19) geschlungen ist, von welchem Antriebsrad (19) zwei parallele Zweige (17A, 17B) des mittleren Antriebselements (17) ausgehen, wobei die oberen und unteren Antriebselemente (21, 27) mit ihren Enden an beiden Zweigen (17A, 17B) des mittleren Antriebselements (17) befestigt sind.
  2. Fliegengittertür-Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - das untere Antriebselement (27) ein erstes Ende (27c) aufweist, das an einem ersten Zweig (17A) der beiden parallelen Zweige des mittleren Antriebselements (17) mit dem mittleren Antriebselement (17) verbunden ist, und ein zweites Ende (27d) des unteren Antriebselements (27) an einem zweiten Zweig (17B) der beiden parallelen Zweige des mittleren Antriebselements (17) mit dem mittleren Antriebselement (17) verbunden ist, und
    - das obere Antriebselement (21) ein erstes Ende (21c) aufweist, das an einem ersten Zweig (17A) der beiden parallelen Zweige des mittleren Antriebselements (17) mit dem mittleren Antriebselement (17) verbunden ist, und ein zweites Ende (21d) des oberen Antriebselements (21) an einem zweiten Zweig (17B) der beiden parallelen Zweige des mittleren Antriebselements (17) mit dem mittleren Antriebselement (17) verbunden ist.
  3. Fliegengittertür-Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - das obere Antriebselement (21) um ein oberes Führungsrad (23) gewickelt ist, das nahe einem zweiten Ende (5B) des oberen Führungsprofils vorhanden ist und durch zwei obere Führungen (25), die oben angeordnet sind, gegen den Insektengitterhalter (103) von der vertikalen in die horizontale Richtung und umgekehrt geführt wird, wobei zwei parallele Zweige (21A, 21B) des oberen Antriebselements (21) zwischen dem mittleren Antriebselement (17) und dem oberen Führungsrad (23) vorhanden sind, von denen ein erster Zweig (21A) mit dem ersten Zweig (17A) des mittleren Antriebselements (17) verbunden ist und ein zweiter Zweig (21B) mit dem zweiten Zweig (17B) des mittleren Antriebselements (17) verbunden ist,
    - das untere Antriebselement (27) um ein unteres Führungsrad (29) gewickelt ist, das nahe einem zweiten Ende (7B) des unteren Führungsprofils vorhanden ist und durch zwei untere Führungen (31), die unten gegen den Insektengitterhalter (103) angeordnet sind, geführt wird, von vertikaler in horizontale Richtung und umgekehrt, wobei zwischen dem mittleren Antriebselement (17) und dem unteren Führungsrad (29) zwei parallele Zweige (27A, 27B) des unteren Antriebselements (27) vorhanden sind, von denen ein erster Zweig (27A) mit dem ersten Zweig (17A) des mittleren Antriebselements (17) verbunden ist und ein zweiter Zweig (27B) mit dem zweiten Zweig (17B) des mittleren Antriebselements (17) verbunden ist, und
    - der untere Mitnehmer (11) an der Stelle des zweiten Zweigs (27A) des unteren Antriebselements (17) mit dem unteren Antriebselement (27) verbunden ist und der obere Mitnehmer (9) mit dem oberen Antriebselement (21) an der Stelle des ersten Zweiges (21B) des oberen Antriebselements (21) verbunden ist.
  4. Fliegengittertür-Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mittlere Antriebselement (17) endlos ist und zusätzlich zu dem genannten Antriebsrad (19) um ein weiteres Rad (20) geschlungen ist, das vertikal vom Antriebsrad (19) beabstandet ist.
  5. Fliegengittertür-Betätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - das mittlere Antriebselement (17) zwei Enden (17c, 17d) aufweist,
    - das Ende (27c) des ersten Zweigs (27A) des unteren Antriebselements (27) an dem Ende (17c) des ersten Zweigs (17A) des mittleren Antriebselements (17) befestigt ist und das Ende (27d) des zweiten Zweigs (27B) des unteren Antriebselements (27) an dem Ende (17d) des zweiten Zweigs (17B) des mittleren Antriebselements (17) befestigt ist, und
    - das Ende (21c) des ersten Zweigs (21A) des oberen Antriebselements (21) an dem ersten Zweig (17A) des mittleren Antriebselements (17) befestigt ist und das Ende (21d) des zweiten Zweigs (21B) des oberen Antriebselements (21) an dem zweiten Zweig (17B) des mittleren Antriebselements (17) befestigt ist.
  6. Fliegengittertür-Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben jedem Zweig (17A, 17B) des mittleren Antriebselements (17) ein weiterer Schalter (35, 37) vorhanden ist, der durch ein Kupplungsstück (39, 41) betätigt wird, mit dem die Antriebselemente (21, 27) an dem mittleren Antriebselement (17) befestigt sind, zum Abschalten des Antriebsmotors (22) in den Extrempositionen des vertikalen Schließstreifens (107), in denen die Fliegengittertür (101) vollständig geöffnet oder geschlossen ist.
  7. Fliegengittertür-Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben jedem Zweig (17A, 17B) des dritten Antriebselements (17) ein Sensor (35, 37) zum Abschalten des Antriebsmotors (22) in den Extrempositionen des vertikalen Schließstreifens (107), in denen die Fliegengittertür (101) vollständig geöffnet oder geschlossen ist, vorhanden ist.
  8. Fliegengittertür-Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (22) entlang einer vertikalen Führung (33) beweglich ist und der Schalter (15) als Druckknopf ausgebildet ist und bei Betätigung den Antriebsmotor (22) aktiviert, um die Mitnehmer zu bewegen, wobei der Druckknopf auch gedreht werden kann und bei Drehung den Antriebsmotor (22) entlang der vertikalen Führung (33) bewegt und dadurch den Antriebsmotor (22) vom angetriebenen Antriebsrad (19) löst.
  9. Fliegengittertür-Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schalter (15) bei Drehung eine Betätigungsstange bewegt, die den Antriebsmotor (22) verschiebt und dadurch ein auf einer Ausgangswelle des Antriebsmotors vorhandenes Zahnrad aus dem Eingriff mit einem weiteren Zahnrad des mit dem Antriebsrad gekoppelten Getriebes löst, so dass der Antriebsmotor vom Antriebsrad gelöst werden kann und das Antriebsrad frei rotieren kann.

Fliegengittertür-Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (22) an einem gegen eine Federkraft nach unten bewegbaren Schlitten (47) vorgesehen ist und dass unterhalb und beabstandet vom Schlitten (47) ein Sicherheitsschalter (49) vorgesehen ist, der bei Betätigung den Antriebsmotor (22) in die Richtung zum Öffnen der Fliegengittertür rotieren lässt, so dass bei Blockieren des Schließstreifens (107) beim Schließen der Fliegengittertür der Antriebsmotor (22) sich selbst und den zugehörigen Schlitten (47) nach unten zieht und den Sicherheitsschalter (49) aktiviert.
  11. Fliegengittertür-Betätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Steuereinheit (43) umfasst, die nach dem Verschieben der Mitnehmer (9, 11) zum Öffnen der Fliegengittertür (101) nach einer voreingestellten Zeit die Mitnehmer (9, 11) zurück in die Position bewegt, in der die Fliegengittertür (101) geschlossen ist.
  12. Fliegengittertür-Bedienvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Schalter in die Verschlussleiste (107) integriert ist, so dass der mindestens eine Schalter durch Antippen der Verschlussleiste (107) betätigt wird.
  13. Automatische Fliegengittertür-Vorrichtung, umfassend eine Fliegengittertür, die umfasst:
    - einen vertikalen Insektengitterhalter (103), sowie
    - ein aufgerolltes oder ziehharmonikaartig gefaltetes Insektengitter (105), das parallel zu dem Insektengitterhalter (103) verläuft und mit diesem verbunden ist, und
    - eine längliche, bewegliche vertikale Verschlussleiste (107), die parallel zu dem Insektengitterhalter (103) verläuft, wobei das Insektengitter (105) mit einer Kante an der vertikalen Verschlussleiste (107) befestigt ist,
    welche automatische Fliegengittertür-Vorrichtung ferner eine Fliegengittertür-Bedienvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
