Description
Claims (20)
- 駆動輪(2)、クラッチ(3)及び位置検出装置(6)を備えた駆動ユニット(7)を使用して門を操作するための方法において、位置検出装置(6)が駆動輪(2)の回転方向を検出し、駆動輪(2)の回転数をパルスを介して検出し、該パルスを位置検出に関連したデータとして回転方向を考慮して不揮発性メモリにメモリし、更に、データ処理ユニットを設け、このデータ処理ユニットに種々様々な変更可能な動作プログラムをメモリし、これらの動作プログラムが学習プログラムも含んでおり、この学習プログラムでは、任意に規定可能な門開放位置(20)と、ストッパによって制限される絶対開放終端位置(21)と、門閉鎖位置(19)のための、位置検出装置(6)によって検出されるパルスを基準値として不揮発性メモリにメモリし且つ門の自動走行時に処理し、最初の学習走行時に、駆動ユニット(7)を門閉鎖位置(19)から開方向へ門開放位置(20)に相当する所定の移動距離(w)プラス絶対開放終端位置(21)に相当する所定の距離(d)だけ移動させ且つ自動的に門開放位置(20)へ閉方向に戻すことを特徴とする、門駆動法。
- 位置検出装置(6)によって検出されたパルスが予めメモリされた門開放位置又は門閉鎖位置に対応する基準値と等しい場合に、自動運転において駆動ユニット(7)が開閉運動を停止させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- クラッチ(3)をマニュアル又は自動で操作することができる、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 駆動ユニット(7)を駆動輪(2)から分離してマニュアルで操作し、その後自動運転を再開するために、クラッチ連結後に駆動ユニット(7)を駆動輪(2)に結合し、駆動ユニット(7)がまず新たに学習走行を実施してから自動運転に移行させる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- クラッチ(3)の位置を状況検出器(4)を用いて監視し、クラッチ遮断時には駆動ユニット(7)を駆動輪(2)から自動的に分離させ、クラッチ連結時には駆動輪(2)と自動的に結合させる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実施するための門駆動装置において、移動可能な駆動ユニット(7)が設けられており、該駆動ユニットが駆動輪(2)から成っており、この駆動輪が定置の走行レール(1)内を又は該走行レール(1)に沿って移動可能であり且つモータ(5)によって駆動されるか又はリンケージを介して走行レール(1)に沿って可動であり、しかも、駆動ユニット(7)の位置が位置検出装置(6)によって検出されて不揮発性メモリにメモリされ且つメモリされた種々様々な変更可能な動作プログラムを有するデータ処理ユニットの設けられた駆動ユニット(7)において処理されるようになっており、モータ(5)と駆動輪(2)の間にクラッチの位置を監視する状況検出器(4)を備えた切替え可能なクラッチ(3)が設けられており、動作プログラムが学習プログラムも含んでおり、この学習プログラムでは、任意に規定可能な門開放位置(20)と、ストッパによって制限される絶対開放終端位置(21)と、門閉鎖位置(19)のための、位置検出装置(6)によって検出されるパルスを基準値として不揮発性メモリにメモリし且つ門の自動走行時に処理し、最初の学習走行時に、駆動ユニット(7)を門閉鎖位置(19)から開方向へ門開放位置(20)に相当する所定の移動距離(w)プラス絶対開放終端位置(21)に相当する所定の距離(d)だけ移動させ且つ自動的に門開放位置(20)へ閉方向に戻すことを特徴とする、門駆動装置。
- 位置検出ユニットが増分センサ(6)である、請求項6記載の門駆動装置。
- 状況検出器(4)が増分センサ(6)のライトバリア(11)に接続されている、請求項6又は7記載の門駆動装置。
- 状況検出器(4)が比較器(9)の入力部に接続されていて、比較器(9)の出力部(14)がクラッチ(3)の切替え位置を示している、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の門駆動装置。
- 状況検出器(4)がクラッチ(3)の切替え位置を検出するための切替え部材(10)を有している、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載の門駆動装置。
- クラッチ(3)の操作により、移動距離(w)の任意の位置でモータ(5)と駆動輪(2)とを分離し得る、請求項6から10までのいずれか1項記載の門駆動装置。
- クラッチ(3)の操作に基づいて駆動ユニット(7)が走行レール内を手動で移動され、任意の位置でクラッチ(3)が再び駆動輪(2)に結合され得る、請求項6から11までのいずれか1項記載の門駆動装置。
- クラッチ(3)の操作と同時にクラッチ(3)の切替え位置を検出するための切替え部材(10)が操作される、請求項6から12までのいずれか1項記載の門駆動装置。
- クラッチ(3)の切替え位置を検出するための切替え部材(10)の作動時に増分センサ(6)がモータ(5)と一緒に電気的に遮断される、請求項6から13までのいずれか1項記載の門駆動装置。
- 走行レール(1)が、門開放位置(20)に相当する門の移動距離(w)の長さに加えて付加的に、学習走行を行うための別の距離(d)の長さを有している、請求項6から14までのいずれか1項記載の門駆動装置。
- クラッチ(3)が切替えレバー(22)によって切替え可能であり、クラッチ(3)の切替え位置を検出できるように、該切替えレバー(22)に対して状況検出器(4)が配置されている、請求項6から15までのいずれか1項記載の門駆動装置。
- 状況検出器(4)がばね負荷されたラチェットレバー(23)を有しており、該ラチェットレバーが、クラッチをロック解除するための第1の切替え位置から第2の切替え位置への切替えレバー(22)の切替え運動を可能にし且つ第2の切替え位置において切替えレバー(22)を係止しており、クラッチ(3)の切替え位置を検出するための切替え部材(10)がラチェットレバー(23)の位置を検出する、請求項6から16までのいずれか1項記載の門駆動装置。
- 切替えレバー(22)にボーデンケーブルが接続されており、該ボーデンケーブルが切替えレバー(22)を門扉の閉鎖装置に接続していて、外部からも非常ロック解除が可能となる、請求項6から17までのいずれか1項記載の門駆動装置。
- ラチェットレバー(23)が、該ラチェットレバー(23)を戻すための操作アーム(24)を有している、請求項6から17までのいずれか1項記載の門駆動装置。
- 駆動ユニット(7)が定置で配置されており、門扉に接続したロープ、チェーン又は歯付きベルトの形の引張り手段が駆動輪(2)に巻き掛けられている、請求項6から18までのいずれか1項記載の門駆動装置。
