Claims (9)
- Buse pour distribuer un produit alimentaire fluide, en particulier une crème alimentaire,comprenant une ouverture d'entrée (21), une ouverture de sortie (22) et un conduit (23) qui relie l'ouverture d'entrée (21) à l'ouverture de sortie (22) ;dans laquelle l'ouverture de sortie (22) est délimitée par une première surface (25), la buse comprenant une deuxième surface (41) tournée vers la première surface (25),entre la première surface (25) et la deuxième surface (41) est définie une embouchure de délivrance (60) présentant une forme annulaire, qui s'étend autour d'un axe de référence (R) ;pendant le fonctionnement ladite embouchure (60) délivrant un flux de produit présentant une forme tubulaire,ladite buse (10) étant caractérisée en ce que ladite première surface (25) et ladite deuxième surface (41) sont façonnées de telle sorte que l'embouchure de délivrance (60) définit une section de flux, dans un plan transversal par rapport à l'axe de référence (R), qui présente une largeur (L1, L2) variable autour de l'axe de référence (R), pour définir, autour de l'axe de référence (R), au moins une première région (61) présentant une première largeur (L1) et au moins une deuxième région (62) présentant une deuxième largeur (L2) plus grande que la première largeur (L1), de manière à définir, pendant le fonctionnement, un flux de produit présentant au moins une zone localisée épaissie qui est délivré par la deuxième région (62) de l'embouchure de délivrance (60).
- Buse selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les première et deuxième surfaces (25, 41) sont façonnées de telle sorte que l'embouchure de délivrance (60) présente une hauteur variable autour de l'axe de référence (R) pour maintenir, pendant le fonctionnement, un débit du produit délivré qui est constant le long de toute l'étendue de l'embouchure de délivrance (60) autour de l'axe de référence (R) .
- Buse selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans laquelle les première et deuxième surfaces (25, 41) sont façonnées de sorte que la première région (61) présente une première hauteur (H1) et la deuxième région (62) présente une deuxième hauteur (H2) plus grande que la première hauteur (H1).
- Buse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les première et deuxième surfaces (25, 41) sont parallèles à l'axe de référence (R).
- Buse selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans laquelle soit la première soit la deuxième surface (25) est cylindrique et son axe géométrique coïncide avec l'axe de référence (R), et dans laquelle soit la deuxième soit la première surface (41) présente au moins une première partie cylindrique (41A), dont l'axe géométrique coïncide avec l'axe de référence (R),entre la surface cylindrique et la première partie cylindrique est définie la première région (61) de l'embouchure de délivrance (60) ; etdans laquelle la deuxième ou première surface (41) présente au moins une deuxième partie qui est plane (41B) ou qui de toute façon s'écarte de la conformation cylindrique de la première partie, en direction de l'axe de référence (R), pour définir la deuxième largeur (L2) plus grande que la première largeur (L1),entre la surface cylindrique et la deuxième partie est définie l'au moins une deuxième région (62) de l'embouchure de délivrance (60).
- Buse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une surface conique ou tronconique (42) posée au-dessus de la deuxième surface (41), la première surface (25) et la surface conique ou tronconique (42) définissant une section de flux annulaire diminuant dans la direction à partir de l'ouverture d'entrée (21) vers l'ouverture de sortie (22).
- Buse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant :- un module principal (20), définissant l'ouverture d'entrée (21), l'ouverture de sortie (22), et le conduit (23) qui relie l'ouverture d'entrée (21) à l'ouverture de sortie (22) ;- une surface intérieure (25) du module principal définissant la première surface (25) ; et- un deuxième module (40), monté à l'intérieur du conduit (23) et au niveau de l'ouverture de sortie (22), une surface extérieure (41) du deuxième module (40) qui est tournée vers la surface intérieure (25) du module principal (20) définissant la deuxième surface (41).
- Procédé pour délivrer un produit alimentaire fluide, en particulier une crème alimentaire, par le biais d'un appareil de distribution comprenant une buse (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, qui comporte les étapes consistant à :- fournir un flux de produit à la buse (10) ;- introduire le flux de produit à l'intérieur de la buse par l'ouverture d'entrée (21) ;- transporter le flux de produit à travers le conduit (23) ; et- par l'embouchure de délivrance (60) délivrer le flux de produit dans un agencement dans lequel le produit se répartit autour de l'axe de référence (R) selon une conformation tubulaire ;dans lequel l'étape de délivrance comprend :
la définition sur le flux tubulaire (F) de produit délivré par l'embouchure de délivrance (60) d'au moins une zone localisée (F1) qui est épaissie dans une direction sensiblement radiale par rapport à l'axe de référence (R). - Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'étape de délivrance comprend la délivrance du produit par l'embouchure de délivrance (60) à une vitesse sensiblement constante le long de tout le développement de l'embouchure de délivrance (60) autour de l'axe de référence (R).
