Claims (13)
- Tête de distributeur (4) pour distribuer un produit liquide jusque dans un récipient (2), la tête ayant un axe de distribution (6) et comprenant un boîtier externe (10), et un nombre de corps tubulaires concentriques (16) logés à l'intérieur dudit boîtier et coaxiaux audit axe ; ledit boîtier et lesdits corps tubulaires définissant un nombre de conduits annulaires (18) pour conduire ledit produit liquide, et qui comportent des entrées (20) respectives communiquant avec une chambre commune (12) de la tête, et des sorties (21) respectives situées au niveau d'une surface d'extrémité libre (22) de ladite tête ; la tête comprenant également un corps allongé plein (33) s'étendant à l'intérieur de l'un (16b) desdits corps tubulaires, coaxialement audit axe, pour définir intérieurement l'un desdits conduits annulaires (18) et empêcher l'écoulement de produit liquide le long dudit axe et autour dudit axe, caractérisée en ce que ladite surface d'extrémité libre (22) est une surface plate perpendiculaire audit axe (6), et ledit corps allongé plein (33) comprend une partie d'extrémité (36) faisant saillie depuis ladite surface d'extrémité libre dans la direction d'écoulement dudit produit liquide, et en ce que ladite partie d'extrémité (36) a la forme d'une pointe hémisphérique.
- Tête selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit corps allongé plein (33) comprend également une partie intermédiaire (35) allant en s'effilant vers ladite pointe hémisphérique et définissant, avec un corps tubulaire adjacent, un passage allant en se rétrécissant en section transversale en direction de ladite surface d'extrémité libre.
- Tête selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins certains desdits conduits annulaires (18) comprennent des parties rectilignes allongées (24) respectives présentant une section transversale constante le long dudit axe, et communiquant avec ladite chambre commune (12) ; et des parties d'extrémité de sortie (25, 26) respectives, formant des extensions desdites parties rectilignes respectives et se terminant au niveau de ladite surface d'extrémité libre ; au moins l'une (25) desdites parties d'extrémité de sortie étant conique pour distribuer une partie respective de produit liquide vers ledit axe, et pour rétrécir le flux de sortie de liquide depuis ladite surface d'extrémité libre.
- Tête selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la partie d'extrémité de sortie conique (26) diminue en en section transversale en direction de ladite surface d'extrémité libre de ladite tête, et est limitée par des surfaces coniques convergeant vers ledit axe.
- Tête selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que ladite partie d'extrémité de sortie conique (26) est située à proximité dudit boîtier (10).
- Tête selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'une (32) des surfaces coniques (31, 32) de ladite partie d'extrémité de sortie conique (26) définit ledit boîtier intérieurement.
- Tête selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins certaines desdites parties d'extrémité de sortie (25) augmentent en section transversale en direction de ladite surface d'extrémité libre.
- Tête selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que chacune desdites parties d'extrémité de sortie (25) augmentant en section transversale est limitée extérieurement par une surface cylindrique (27) parallèle audit axe, et intérieurement par une surface conique (28), pour permettre l'écoulement d'une partie respective de produit liquide vers ledit axe et dans la direction d'écoulement de produit liquide.
- Tête selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un corps perforé (14) situé en amont de ladite chambre commune (12) dans la direction d'écoulement dudit produit liquide, pour distribuer un nombre de flux parallèles de produit liquide jusqu'à ladite chambre commune.
- Procédé de distribution d'un produit liquide jusque dans un récipient par utilisation d'une tête de distributeur (4) selon la revendication 1, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à distribuer le produit liquide jusque dans une chambre commune (12) d'une tête de distributeur ; et distribuer le produit liquide par ladite tête en canalisant le produit liquide depuis ladite chambre commune uniquement jusque dans un nombre de conduits annulaires concentriques (18) coaxiaux à un axe commun (6), et en empêchant l'écoulement de produit liquide le long dudit axe et autour dudit axe.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie dudit produit liquide est déviée, à proximité d'une sortie (21) desdits conduits annulaires, vers ledit axe, pour former, à la sortie de ladite tête, un rétrécissement de flux de sortie de liquide dans la direction d'écoulement de produit liquide.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la distribution dudit produit liquide jusque dans ladite chambre commune comprend l'étape, avant de distribuer le produit liquide jusque dans ladite chambre commune, de formation d'un nombre de flux parallèles de produit liquide par distribution dudit produit liquide à travers un corps perforé (14).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que ledit produit liquide est distribué en deux étapes consécutives ; une quantité de produit liquide distribuée dans la seconde étape étant plus élevée que dans la première étape.
