有利地,喷嘴12和本体1尤其由不同的热塑性材料通过模制而制成。此外,形成喷嘴12的材料的刚度超过形成本体1的材料的刚度。因此,当喷嘴12安装在外壳10中时,喷嘴12的明显大的刚度能够避免变形,以保证旋涡室的几何结构。此外,本体1的较小的刚度允许改进安装井3和吸取管4之间的密封。在一个示例实施例中,本体1由聚烯烃制成,喷嘴12由环烯烃共聚物(COC)、聚乙二醇或聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯制成。
在图3至图5中示出的实施例中,旋涡室22包括圆柱形部件30,供应通道24的下游端相切地出现在圆柱形部件30中,该圆柱形部件由侧表面34限定,侧表面34是旋转圆柱形的、通过近端壁35朝着前部闭合。旋涡室22另外包括在圆柱形部件30下游的锥形部件31。锥形部件31由沿着分配轴线D延伸的侧表面25限定,分配通道24在相对于所述分配轴线D的横向平面中延伸。锥形部件限定为如下区域:在该区域中,在沿着与该分配轴线正交的平面的截面中,锥形部件31的第一端或基部具有其表面面积大于锥形部件31的第二端或顶端的表面面积的区段。第一端和第二端通过母线连接,母线不一定是笔直的线段,而是相反,可以是具有至少一个稳定段的曲线。因此,锥形部件的基部和/或顶端可具有各种形状,尤其是圆形、多边形、椭圆形等。在说明书中,相对于分配轴线D限定空间位置术语。在示出的实施例中,侧表面25围绕分配轴线D旋转。侧表面25从上游端26朝着用于供应分配孔23的下游端27会聚。此外,分配孔23的出口尺寸等于下游端27的内部尺寸。
因此,在加压产品的分配期间,旋涡室22的相切供应能够使产品在所述室的圆柱形部件中旋转;接下来,产品沿着所述锥形部件的侧表面25被旋转地挤压和推动穿过上游端26,同时形成产品池,产品池的旋转速度增加且与下游端27会聚;然后,所述会聚池可冲击到其自身,穿过分配孔23逸出以形成喷雾。
根据本发明,侧表面具有至少一个台阶部分33,台阶部分33设有一个层36或多个层36。层指的是横向表面,尤其是与室22的分配轴线D正交、位于锥形部件的基部和顶端之间的横向表面。因此,台阶部分33具有楼梯-台阶形状,台阶部分33的层36形成楼梯。这里,台阶部分33从锥形部件的上游端26延伸到下游端27,并具有与锥形部件的在上游端和下游端之间的直径成比例地减小的宽度。在图3至图5的实施例中,室22的锥形部件31包括周期性地且对称地布置在锥形侧表面25上的四个台阶部分33,两个台阶部分33彼此相反。台阶部分33被侧表面25的连续部分37分隔开。优选地,连续部分37悬在台阶部分33的层36上,以在每个台阶部分33的任一侧上形成凸起缘边。因此,产品池在沿着锥形表面25在室中旋转时冲击到缘边。由于这些缘边,仍然进一步增加运动产品中的紊流,以获得更细的具有均匀尺寸的产品液滴。另外,台阶部分33具有与锥形部件31的在上游端26和下游端27之间的直径成比例地减小的宽度。
此外,为了通过使产品沿着旋涡室22的侧表面25、34旋转来相切地供应旋涡室22,每个供应通道24具有限定在外壁28和内壁29之间的U形区段。外壁28和内壁29与上游端26正交。此外,外壁28与圆柱形侧表面34相切,内壁29从外壁28偏移一例如小于上游端26的内部尺寸的30%的距离,以避免在所述上游端的产品冲击。在示出的实施例中,有利地,内壁29与外壁28沿着上游-下游方向具有会聚角,然后,在通道24的位于上游端26的出现区段处测量所述壁之间的偏移。优选地,内壁29具有小于或等于10°的会聚角。内壁还通过圆角38连接到室的圆柱形表面34,圆角38优选地具有小于0.1mm的半径。
此外,供应通道24的下游端或供应通道24中的每一个的下游端的组形成旋涡室22的供应区段。为了增加在按钮的致动行进期间产品剂量的分配时间,能够规定:相对于上游端26的内表面,该供应区段是小的。具体地,供应区段的表面面积可小于上游端26的内表面的10%。优选地,供应区段的表面面积可介于0.01mm2和0.03mm2之间。在一个示例实施例中,上游端26的内部尺寸是0.5mm,即内表面是0.2mm2,每个通道24的宽度是0.12mm且深度是0.13mm,即对于供应区段,表面面积是0.016mm2
在示出的实施例中,旋涡室的下游端27以分配孔23为顶部(topped),分配孔23具有围绕分配轴线D的圆柱形旋转几何结构,所述孔的内部尺寸等于下游端27的内部尺寸。有利地,相对于分配孔23的内部尺寸,分配孔23的轴向尺寸是小的,以不破坏旋涡池的会聚。具体地,分配孔23的轴向尺寸可以小于其内部尺寸的50%。在未示出的替代方案中,旋涡室22的下游端27可形成分配孔23。当下游端27的内部尺寸相对于上游端26的内部尺寸是小的以使得尽可能接近分配孔23实现池的冲击时,喷雾产品尤其令人满意。具体地,下游端27的内部尺寸可小于上游端26的内部尺寸的50%,更具体地,介于所述内部尺寸的20%和40%之间。
优选地,旋涡室22的轴向尺寸相对大,尤其约为或大于上游端26的内部尺寸,以允许沿着所述旋涡室22的侧表面25、34建立旋涡池并给予逐渐的会聚。具体地,旋涡室22的轴向尺寸至少等于上游端26的内部尺寸的80%,更具体地,介于所述内部尺寸的90%和200%之间。
根据一个具体实施例,圆柱形部件的内部尺寸是0.6mm,上游端26的内部尺寸是0.5mm,下游端27的内部尺寸小于或等于0.14mm。旋涡室22的轴向尺寸至少等于0.45mm,从而知道锥形部件的轴向尺寸是0.32mm且圆柱形部件的轴向尺寸是0.13mm。分配孔23的轴向尺寸小于0.10mm且分配孔23的内部尺寸是0.14mm。
在图6中,除了室42的锥形部件41仅部分地成台阶之外,本发明的第二实施例是与第一实施例的喷嘴类似的喷嘴42。在这种情况下,锥形侧表面45包括沿着分配轴线在侧表面的较小部分上延伸的台阶部分43。优选地,台阶部分43朝着下游部分46布置。这里,台阶部分43的尺寸大致从室42的锥形部件41的中部延伸到其下游端47。在锥形部件41的上游端46和中部之间,侧表面45是连续的。该喷嘴的其他特征与第一实施例的喷嘴的特征相同。具体地,室42包括位于锥形部件41的上游端46处的圆柱形部件40,至少一个供应通道44出现在锥形部件41的上游端46。
根据第二实施例的不同替代方案,台阶部分可具有可变的尺寸,并且例如可沿着分配轴线布置在侧表面的三分之一、四分之一、三分之二或四分之三处。
根据第三实施例,分配孔23的轴线Y与分配轴线D形成一预定角度A。该角度不同于零。这能够抵消旋涡室中的压力不平衡或获得具有或多或少弯曲的或甚至平坦形状的喷雾。
根据图7至图9中示出的第四实施例,喷嘴的锥形部件31包括在整个侧表面25上延伸的台阶部分33。更具体地,台阶部分33围绕分配轴线D形成周转。
本发明还涉及一种包括喷嘴和砧座的组件。前旋涡室位于砧座的远端壁17和锥形部件的近端壁35之间,该旋涡室具有圆柱形形状。供应通道24出现在所述前旋涡室中,而前旋涡室出现在喷嘴的旋涡室22中。

Claims (18)

1.一种喷雾喷嘴,所述喷雾喷嘴(12,42)包括分配孔(23)和出现在所述分配孔(23)上的旋涡室(22),所述旋涡室包括由锥形侧表面(25,45)限定的锥形部件(31,41),所述锥形侧表面从所述分配孔(23)的上游端(26,46)朝着下游供应端(27,47)会聚,所述喷雾喷嘴进一步包括所述旋涡室的至少一个供应通道(24,44),所述供应通道(24,44)出现在所述锥形部件(31,41)的上游端(26,46),所述锥形侧表面(25,45)具有设有一个层(36)或多个层(36)的至少一个台阶部分(33,43),其中,所述喷雾喷嘴包括沿着所述锥形侧表面从所述上游端延展到所述下游供应端的至少一个连续部分,所述台阶部分和所述连续部分均根据所述锥形侧表面的倾斜度而倾斜,并且其中,所述至少一个连续部分沿着径向向内的方向悬在相邻的至少一个台阶部分的层(36)上,以在每个台阶部分的任一侧上形成凸起缘边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷雾喷嘴,其中,所述台阶部分(33)大致从所述锥形部件(31)的上游端(26)延伸到下游供应端(27)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的喷雾喷嘴,其中,所述台阶部分被连续部分(37)分隔开。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的喷雾喷嘴,其中,所述锥形侧表面(25)包括对称地布置在所述锥形侧表面(25)上的数个台阶部分(33)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的喷雾喷嘴,其中,所述供应通道(24)在横向于所述锥形侧表面(25)的平面中延伸。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的喷雾喷嘴,其中,所述旋涡室(22)包括布置在所述锥形部件(31)的上游端(26)处的圆柱形部件(30),所述圆柱形部件(30)由圆柱形侧表面(34)限定。
7.根据权利要求6所述的喷雾喷嘴,其中,所述供应通道(24)的下游端与所述圆柱形部件(30)相切。
8.根据权利要求7所述的喷雾喷嘴,其中,所述供应通道(24)包括内壁(29)和外壁(28),所述外壁(28)与所述圆柱形侧表面(34)相切。
9.根据权利要求8所述的喷雾喷嘴,其中,所述内壁(29)朝着所述供应通道的下游端行进而朝着所述外壁(28)会聚。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的喷雾喷嘴,其中,所述旋涡室(22)的轴向尺寸至少等于所述上游端(26)的内部尺寸的80%。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的喷雾喷嘴,其中,所述锥形部件(31)的轴向尺寸至少是所述旋涡室(22)的轴向尺寸的50%。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的喷雾喷嘴,其中,所述锥形侧表面具有围绕分配轴线D的锥形旋转几何结构,并且其中,所述分配孔(23)的轴线与所述分配轴线D形成一预定角度。
13.根据权利要求1所述的喷雾喷嘴,其中,所述喷雾喷嘴用于分配加压产品的系统,所述系统设有按钮。
14.根据权利要求4所述的喷雾喷嘴,其中,所述锥形侧表面(25)包括对称地布置在所述锥形侧表面(25)上的四个台阶部分(33)。

17.一种用于分配加压产品的系统,包括根据权利要求1-16中任一项所述的喷雾喷嘴(12)。
