Claims (12)

  1. Unité (5) pour la fourniture de parties (39) de bande métallique pour des morceaux de tabac (7.1), en particulier des segments de tabac, avec au moins une unité de coupe (30) pour couper une bande métallique (9, 10), de préférence sans fin ou quasisans fin, en parties (39) de bande métallique de longueur finie, l'unité de coupe (30) comprenant un rouleau d'aspiration (36), qui est entraîné ou apte à être entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation, et un rouleau de coupe (32) coopérant avec le rouleau d'aspiration (36), qui est entraîné ou apte à être entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation, ladite au moins une bande métallique (9, 10) étant guidée ou apte à être guidée entre le rouleau de coupe (32) et le rouleau d'aspiration (36), caractérisée en ce que
    (i) le rouleau de coupe (32) et le rouleau d'aspiration (36) sont déplacés ou aptes à être déplacés l'un par rapport à l'autre le long de l'axe de rotation du rouleau de coupe (32) et/ou le long de l'axe de rotation du rouleau d'aspiration (36), en particulier de manière linéaire,
    et/ou (ii) le rouleau de coupe (32) présente des lames de coupe (34) agencées les unes derrière les autres dans la direction circonférentielle et le rouleau d'aspiration (36) présente des corps de lame (52, 152.1, 152.2, 152.3) agencés les uns derrière les autres dans la direction circonférentielle, les corps de lame (52, 152.1, 152.2, 152.3) du rouleau d'aspiration (36) et les lames de coupe (34) du rouleau de coupe (32) étant déplacés ou aptes à être déplacés les uns par rapport aux autres le long de l'axe de rotation du rouleau de coupe (32) et/ou le long de l'axe de rotation du rouleau d'aspiration (36), en particulier de manière linéaire,
    et/ou (iii) l'unité (5) comprend une unité d'alimentation pour amener au moins une bande métallique (9, 10) à l'unité de coupe (30), l'unité d'alimentation étant déplacée ou apte à être déplacée par rapport à l'axe de rotation du rouleau de coupe (32) et/ou par rapport à l'axe de rotation du rouleau d'aspiration (36) le long de l'axe de rotation du rouleau de coupe (32) et/ou le long de l'axe de rotation du rouleau de coupe (32), notamment de manière linéaire.
  2. Unité (5) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une unité de guidage (60) pour ladite au moins une bande métallique (9, 10) est agencée sur le rouleau d'aspiration (36), l'unité de guidage (60) présentant en particulier deux corps de guidage (61.1, 61.2) espacés l'un de l'autre, une bande métallique ou la bande métallique (9, 10) étant guidée ou apte à être guidée entre les corps de guidage (61.1, 61.2) espacés l'un de l'autre, de préférence sur le rouleau d'aspiration (36).
  3. Unité (5) selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau d'aspiration (36) présente un dispositif de guidage (54) pour ladite au moins une bande métallique (9, 10), le dispositif de guidage (54) étant notamment réalisé sous la forme d'une cavité en forme de rainure ou de plusieurs cavités (54) en forme de rainure agencées les unes derrière les autres dans la direction circonférentielle du rouleau d'aspiration (36) et espacées les unes des autres, une bande métallique ou la bande métallique (9, 10) sont guidées ou est guidée dans la cavité (54) en forme de rainure ou dans les cavité (54) en forme de rainure, de préférence sur le rouleau d'aspiration (36).
  4. Unité (5) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau d'aspiration (36) présente dans la direction circonférentielle des segments de transport (50) avec des surfaces de support (40) pour la bande métallique (9, 10) et les parties (39) de bande métallique, les segments de transport (50) étant agencés les uns derrière les autres dans la direction circonférentielle du rouleau d'aspiration (36) et un renfoncement (38), en particulier une rainure, étant respectivement prévu entre les segments de transport (40) dans la direction circonférentielle, et, par rapport à la direction de transport du rouleau d'aspiration (36), au moins un corps de lame (52, 152.1, 152.2, 152.3) étant agencés, les segments de transport (50) du rouleau d'aspiration (36) présentant des alésages (62, 54) pour de l'air d'aspiration afin d'alimenter en dépression la bande métallique (9, 10) et/ou les parties (39) de bande métallique,
    a) par rapport au sens de transport du rouleau d'aspiration (36), un alésage partiel (56) pour de l'air d'aspiration ou plusieurs alésages partiels (56) pour de l'air d'aspiration sont respectivement prévus sur les flancs en aval des segments de transport (50) et le corps de lame (52, 152.1, 152.2, 152.3) agencé sur le flanc en aval des segments de transport (50) comporte respectivement un alésage partiel (154.1) pour de l'air d'aspiration ou plusieurs alésages partiels (154.1) pour de l'air d'aspiration, l'alésage partiel (54) pour de l'air d'aspiration ou les alésages partiels (54) pour de l'air d'aspiration d'un ou des segments de transport (50) coopérant avec l'alésage partiel (154.1) pour de l'air d'aspiration ou les alésages partiels (154.1) pour de l'air d'aspiration du corps de lame (52, 152.1, 152.2, 152.3) afin de former respectivement un alésage pour de l'air d'aspiration ou plusieurs alésages pour de l'air d'aspiration,
    et/ou b) les corps de lame (52, 152.1, 152.2, 152.3), qui sont ou seront agencés sur le flanc en aval des segments de transport (50), présentent au moins un ou plusieurs alésages (154.3) pour de l'air d'aspiration afin de soumettre la bande métallique (9, 10) et/ou les parties (39) de bande métallique à une dépression.
  5. Unité (5) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau d'aspiration (36) présente, dans la direction circonférentielle, des segments de transport (50) avec des corps de support (56), en particulier des corps rapportés, les segments de transport (50) étant agencés les uns derrière les autres dans la direction circonférentielle du rouleau d'aspiration (36) et un renfoncement (38), en particulier une rainure, étant prévu entre les segments de transport (50) dans la direction circonférentielle, et les corps de support (56) présentant chacun une surface de support pour la bande métallique (9, 10) et les parties (39) de bande métallique, les segments de transport (50) présentant notamment des alésages pour de l'air d'aspiration et les corps de support agencés sur les segments de transport (50), en particulier des corps rapportés, présentant des alésages pour de l'air d'aspiration afin de soumettre la bande métallique (9, 10) et/ou les parties (39) de bande métallique à une dépression, les alésages pour de l'air d'aspiration des segments de transport (50) communiquant entre eux avec les alésages pour de l'air d'aspiration des corps de support (56).
  6. Unité (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau d'aspiration (36) comprend des segments de transport (50) agencés les uns derrière les autres dans la direction circonférentielle, un aimant (68) ou plusieurs aimants (68) étant prévus sur la surface extérieure des segments de transport (50) de façon à maintenir des parties (39) de bande métallique.
  7. Unité (5) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau d'aspiration (36) présente des segments de transport (50) agencés les uns derrière les autres dans la direction circonférentielle, les segments de transport (50) présentant chacun sur leur face extérieure une structure de gaufrage (80) et/ou une matrice de gaufrage pour le gaufrage des parties (39) de bande métallique disposées, notamment maintenues, ou aptes à être disposées sur les segments de transport (50), la structure de gaufrage (80) et/ou la matrice de gaufrage étant en particulier prévues, par rapport à l'axe de rotation du rouleau d'aspiration (36), dans la zone du flanc arrière des segments de transport (50) et/ou la structure de gaufrage (80) et/ou la matrice de gaufrage présentant en particulier au moins un alésage pour de l'air d'aspiration afin de soumettre les parties (39) de bande métallique à une dépression et/ou un rouleau de gaufrage (90) étant agencé sur le rouleau d'aspiration (36) de façon à coopérer en particulier avec le rouleau d'aspiration (36).
  8. Unité (5) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un tambour de transport (130, 140) pour transporter des parties (39) de bande métallique, le tambour de transport (130, 140) comportant, sur un corps de tambour (132, 142) et/ou sur un corps de commande entouré par un cylindre de tambour, des aimants (134, 144) pour maintenir des parties (39) de bande métallique, de préférence le long du trajet de transport des parties (39) de bande métallique et/ou les uns derrière les autres dans la direction circonférentielle du tambour de transport (130, 140), les aimants (134, 144) étant en particulier conçus sous la forme d'aimants permanents ou sous la forme d'électroaimants, en particulier commutables.
  9. Unité (5) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau d'aspiration (36) présente, dan; s la direction circonférentielle, des segments de transport (50) des surfaces de support (40) pour la bande métallique (9, 10) et les parties (39) de bande métallique, les segments de transport (50) présentant des alésages (62, 64) pour de l'air d'aspiration afin de soumettre la bande métallique (9, 10) et/ou les parties (39) de bande métallique à une dépression ; par rapport à la direction de transport du rouleau d'aspiration (36), dans une première section de transport pour le transport de la bande métallique (9, 10) sur le rouleau d'aspiration (36), les alésages pour de l'air d'aspiration (62, 64) des segments de transport (50) pour la bande métallique (9, 10), en particulier tous ces alésages, sont ou seront soumis à une dépression et après la découpe d'une partie (39) de bande métallique depuis la bande métallique (9, 10), dans une deuxième zone de transport, de préférence immédiatement suivante, seule une partie des trous d'air d'aspiration (64) est ou sera soumise à une dépression, afin de maintenir la partie (39) de bande métallique sur le segment de transport (50) respectif, et la dépression est apte à être coupée ou désactivée au niveau des autres trous (62) d'aspiration d'air du segment de transport, de préférence au moyen d'un corps de commande (66).
  10. Unité (5) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'unité (5) présente un tambour d'insertion (123) pour insérer des parties (39) de bande métallique, en particulier gaufrées et/ou mises en forme, le tambour d'insertion (123) présentant des augets de réception (150) pour les parties (39) de bande métallique, les augets de réception (150) étant chacun formés avec une rainure de poussoir (148), de préférence continue, un poussoir pour les parties (39) de bande métallique à introduire étant apte à être déplacé le long de la rainure de poussoir (148) dans l'auget de réception respectif.
  11. Machine de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, en particulier machine de fabrication d'articles à fumer, avec une unité (5) pour la fourniture de parties (39) de bande métallique pour des morceaux de tabac, en particulier des segments de tabac, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10.
  12. Procédé pour la fourniture de parties (39) de bande métallique pour des morceaux de tabac (7.1), en particulier des segments de tabac, dans lequel le procédé est mis en oeuvre au moyen d'une unité (5) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10.
