Claims (15)
- Ponceuse pour le ponçage/la finition/le brossage de pièces (2) faites de bois, métal ou autre ; chaque pièce (2) ayant une face supérieure (3) et une face inférieure (4), qui sont sensiblement parallèles l'une à l'autre, une face avant (5) et une face (6) arrière ainsi que deux faces (6) latérales ; la ponceuse comprenant une structure de support (15, 16 ; 15, 16, 24) ; au moins une unité de ponçage (12, 13) ; et un dispositif d'amenée (7), qui définit une surface de support (A) pour au moins une pièce (2) et est conçu pour amener la pièce (2) dans une première direction (8), qui est parallèle à la surface de support (A), et le long d'un chemin (P) s'étendant à travers l'unité de ponçage (12, 13) ; l'unité de ponçage (12, 13) comprenant, à son tour, deux ensembles transporteurs (21, 22), qui sont montés sur des côtés opposés du chemin (P) dans une seconde direction (11) parallèle à la surface de support (A) et transversale par rapport à la première direction (8), définissent un canal d'amenée (23) amenant la pièce (2) à travers l'unité de ponçage (12, 13) et sont mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre dans la seconde direction (11) en fonction d'une largeur de la pièce (2) mesurée parallèlement à la seconde direction (11) ; au moins un ensemble transporteur (21, 22) étant doté d'un dispositif de ponçage (53) pour le ponçage/la finition/le brossage d'une face (6) latérale de la pièce (2) ; et étant caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un ensemble transporteur (21, 22) comprend une plateforme rotative (31, 47), qui est montée de façon à tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (32, 48), qui est perpendiculaire à la surface de support (A), en raison de la poussée exercée par la pièce (2) sur l'ensemble transporteur (21, 22) en fonction d'un profil des faces (6) latérales de la pièce (2).
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle chaque ensemble transporteur (21, 22) comprend une plateforme rotative (31, 47), qui est montée de façon à tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (32, 48), qui est perpendiculaire à la surface de support (A), et un ensemble transporteur (45, 51), qui est monté sur la plateforme rotative (31, 47) ; le dispositif de ponçage (53) étant monté sur la plateforme rotative (47) de l'ensemble transporteur (22) relatif.
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle chaque ensemble transporteur (45, 51) comprend un rouleau d'entrée (45a, 51a), qui est monté sur lui de façon à tourner autour de l'axe de rotation (32, 48) de la plateforme rotative (31, 47) relative.
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle chaque ensemble transporteur (45, 51) comprend en outre un rouleau de sortie (45b, 51b) et au moins un rouleau intermédiaire (45b, 51b), qui est monté entre le rouleau d'entrée (45a, 51a) et le rouleau de sortie (45b, 51b).
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le dispositif de ponçage (53) comprend un outil de ponçage (82), qui est monté entre le rouleau intermédiaire (45b, 51b) et le rouleau d'entrée (45a, 51a) ou le rouleau de sortie (45b, 51b).
- Ponceuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant en outre, pour chaque plateforme rotative (31, 47), un premier dispositif amortisseur (34, 49) respectif pour permettre à la plateforme rotative (31, 47) de se déplacer autour de l'axe de rotation (32, 48) relatif en raison de la poussée exercée par la pièce (2) sur l'ensemble transporteur (21, 22) relatif en fonction du profil des faces (6) latérales de la pièce (2).
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle le premier dispositif amortisseur (34, 49) est interposé entre la structure de support (15, 16 ; 15, 16, 24) et la plateforme rotative (31, 47).
- Ponceuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle chaque plateforme rotative (31, 47) est accouplée à la structure de support (15, 16 ; 15, 16, 24) par le biais de l'interposition d'au moins un dispositif d'accouplement (35) comprenant un premier coulisseau (40), qui est accouplé à la structure de support (15, 16 ; 15, 16, 24) d'une manière coulissante de façon à se déplacer dans la seconde direction (11), un second coulisseau (42), qui est accouplé au premier coulisseau (40) d'une manière coulissante de façon à se déplacer dans la première direction (8), et un roulement (43) pour s'accoupler au second coulisseau (42) et la plateforme rotative (31, 47) l'un à l'autre d'une manière rotative.
- Ponceuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la structure de support (15, 16 ; 15, 16, 24) comprend une base (15) et un patin intermédiaire (16), qui est interposé entre la base (15) et les deux ensembles transporteurs (21, 22), supporte les deux ensembles transporteurs (21, 22) et est accouplé à la base (15) d'une manière coulissante de façon à se déplacer dans la seconde direction (11) en raison de la poussée exercée par la pièce (2) sur les deux ensembles transporteurs (21, 22) en fonction d'un profil des faces (6) latérales de la pièce (2).
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle l'unité de ponçage (12, 13) comprend en outre un deuxième dispositif amortisseur (17), qui est interposé entre la base (15) et le patin intermédiaire (16) de façon à permettre au patin intermédiaire (16) de se déplacer dans la seconde direction (11) en raison de la poussée exercée par la pièce (2) sur les deux ensembles transporteurs (21, 22) en fonction du profil des faces (6) latérales de la pièce (2).
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans laquelle un premier ensemble transporteur (22) est fixé sur le patin intermédiaire (16) dans la seconde direction (11) et un second ensemble transporteur (21) est mobile le long du patin intermédiaire (16) dans la seconde direction (11) en fonction de la largeur de la pièce (2).
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle l'unité de ponçage (12, 13) comprend en outre un dispositif fonctionnel (26) pour déplacer le second ensemble transporteur (21) le long du patin intermédiaire (16) dans la seconde direction (11) ; le dispositif fonctionnel (26) comprenant un élément actionneur (28), qui est mobile dans la seconde direction (11) .
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle le second ensemble transporteur (21) est accouplé à l'élément actionneur (28) d'une manière coulissante de façon à se déplacer, par rapport à l'élément actionneur (28), dans la seconde direction (11) en raison de la poussée exercée par la pièce (2) sur les deux ensembles transporteurs (21, 22) en fonction du profil des faces (6) latérales de la pièce (2) .
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 13, dans laquelle l'unité de ponçage (12, 13) comprend en outre un troisième dispositif amortisseur (29), qui est interposé entre le second ensemble transporteur (21) et l'élément actionneur (28).
- Ponceuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14, lorsqu'elles dépendent de la revendication 6 ou 7, dans laquelle le premier dispositif amortisseur (49) du premier ensemble transporteur (22) est interposé entre le patin intermédiaire (16) et la plateforme rotative (47) relative et le premier dispositif amortisseur (34) du second ensemble transporteur (21) est interposé entre la plateforme rotative (31) relative et un patin de support (24), qui est monté entre le patin intermédiaire (16) et la plateforme rotative (31) et est accouplé au patin intermédiaire (16) d'une manière coulissante.
