Claims (13)
- Ouvre-fenêtre électrique (2) pour ouvrir et fermer une fenêtre (12) qui est disposée de manière mobile sur un cadre de fenêtre (14), dans lequel l'ouvre-fenêtre (2) comprend :- un boîtier (4) ayant une longueur (L) et un axe longitudinal (X) ;- un moteur électrique (34) agencé dans le boîtier (4) ;- une chaîne (8) ayant une première extrémité et une deuxième extrémité, la première extrémité étant fixée à un support de fenêtre (10) et la deuxième extrémité étant fixée à une structure de fixation agencée dans le boîtier (4),- un support de cadre (16) fixé au boîtier (4) en deux points de fixation, dans lequel la distance entre les deux points de fixation est inférieure à la longueur (L) du boîtier (4),dans lequel le support de cadre (16) est configuré pour fixer de manière rotative le boîtier (4) au cadre de fenêtre (14) afin de permettre au boîtier (4) d'être tourné par rapport à son axe longitudinal (X).
- Ouvre-fenêtre électrique (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support de cadre (16) est fixé au boîtier (4) au moyen d'une première structure de montage (6) et d'une deuxième structure de montage (6'), dans lequel les structures de montage (6, 6') sont fixées de manière rotative à la structure correspondante (18) agencée dans le boîtier (4).
- Ouvre-fenêtre électrique (2) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (4) comprend une partie latérale munie de deux évidements (52), dans lequel une partie des structures de montage (6, 6') s'étend à travers les évidements (52) et dépassent du boîtier (4).
- Ouvre-fenêtre électrique (2) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque structure de montage (6, 6') comprend une partie de réception (18) étant fixée en rotation à un axe correspondant (20) s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal (X).
- Ouvre-fenêtre électrique (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support de cadre (16) est pourvu de deux éléments en saillie (24, 24'), dans lequel le support de cadre (16) est configuré pour être fixé au cadre de fenêtre (14).
- Ouvre-fenêtre électrique (2) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (4) comprend un ensemble d'engrenage (40) comprenant une série de structures d'engrenage d'engagement (42, 44, 46, 48, 50), dans lequel les premières structures de montage (6') sont prévues entre la fixation de la chaîne (8) et l'ensemble d'engrenage (40).
- Ouvre-fenêtre électrique (2) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième structure de montage (6) est prévue plus à côté de l'ensemble d'engrenage (40) à l'extrémité opposée que les premières structures de montage (6').
- Ouvre-fenêtre électrique (2) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture (54) est prévue dans le boîtier (4) entre la première structure de montage (6) et la deuxième structure de montage (6'), dans lequel la chaîne (8) est agencée pour s'étendre depuis l'intérieur du boîtier (4) à travers ladite ouverture (54) et faire saillie depuis le boîtier (4).
- Ouvre-fenêtre électrique (2) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les structures de montage (6, 6') sont prévues à l'intérieur des deux quarts centraux (¼L) de la longueur (L) du boîtier (4).
- Ouvre-fenêtre électrique (2) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'une des structures de montage (6') est prévue à l'intérieur du tiers central (⅓L) de la longueur (L) du boîtier (4).
- Ouvre-fenêtre électrique (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une première partie de connexion (30, 32) configurée pour être reliée mécaniquement et électriquement à une partie de connexion correspondante (30, 32) est prévue à l'extrémité du boîtier (4),
- Ouvre-fenêtre électrique (2) selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une deuxième partie de connexion (30, 32) configurée pour être reliée mécaniquement et électriquement à une partie de connexion correspondante (30, 32) est prévue à l'extrémité opposée du boîtier (4).
- Cadre de fenêtre (14) comportant un ouvre-fenêtre électrique intégré (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
