Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Möbelbeschlag, umfassend:

  • einen Träger, welcher wenigstens eine im Wesentlichen ebene Befestigungsfläche zur Befestigung an einem Möbelteil aufweist,
  • zumindest einen relativ zum Träger bewegbaren Stellteil,
  • eine Einstellvorrichtung zur Einstellung einer Lage des Stellteiles relativ zum Träger, wobei die Einstellvorrichtung zumindest ein um eine Drehachse drehbares Betätigungselement aufweist, wobei das Stellteil durch Ausübung eines Drehmomentes auf das zumindest eine Betätigungselement relativ zum Träger einstellbar ist, wobei die Drehachse des Betätigungselementes einen Winkel größer 0° und kleiner 90° zur wenigstens einen Befestigungsfläche des Trägers einschließt.

Der Möbelbeschlag 4 weist einen Übertragungsmechanismus zum Übertragen einer Kraft von der Federvorrichtung 8 auf die Stellarmanordnung 6 auf, wobei der Übertragungsmechanismus eine Steuerkurve 10 und eine von der Federvorrichtung 8 belastete Druckrolle 11 aufweist. Die Druckrolle 11 ist bei einer Bewegung der Stellarmanordnung 6 entlang der Steuerkurve 10 verfahrbar. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Druckrolle 11 am Zwischenhebel 14 drehbar gelagert, während die Steuerkurve 10 an dem um die Drehachse 7 schwenkbaren Stellarm 6a angeordnet oder ausgebildet ist. In mechanischer Umkehr ist es auch möglich, die Druckrolle 11 am Stellarm 6a und die Steuerkurve 10 am Zwischenhebel 14 anzuordnen. Figure 2b shows the in Figure 2a framed area in an enlarged view. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der um die Drehachse 7 schwenkbare Stellarm 6a mit einem weiteren Stellarm 6b, 6c der Stellarmanordnung 6 lösbar verriegelbar, wobei der weitere Stellarm 6b, 6c mit dem bewegbaren Möbelteil 3 zu verbinden ist. Durch ein Werkzeug 17, beispielsweise einen Schraubendreher, kann das Betätigungselement 16 der Einstellvorrichtung 9 rotiert werden, wodurch ein auf die Stellarmanordnung 6 wirkendes Drehmoment der Federvorrichtung 8 einstellbar ist.   1. A furniture fitting (4), comprising:

    - an adjustment device (9) for adjusting a position of the actuating portion (12) relative to the carrier (5), the adjustment device (9) having at least one actuating element (16) rotatable about a rotational axis (18), wherein the actuating portion (12) is adjustable relative to the carrier (5) by exerting a torque to the at least one actuating element (16), wherein the rotational axis (18) of the actuating element (16) encloses an angle (α) larger than 0° and smaller than 90° to the at least one fastening surface (5a, 5b) of the carrier (5),
    - wherein the furniture fitting (4) is configured as a furniture drive (4a) for moving a furniture part (3) movably-supported relative to a furniture carcass (2), the furniture fitting (4) comprising:
    - an actuating arm assembly (6) arranged on the carrier (5), the actuating arm assembly (6) having at least one movably-supported actuating arm (6a, 6b, 6c) for moving the movable furniture part (3),
    - a spring device (8) for applying a force to the actuating arm assembly (6), the spring device (8) co-operating with the actuating portion (12),
    - the adjustment device (9) for adjusting a force of the spring device (8) to the actuating arm assembly (6), the adjustment device (9) including the actuating element (16) and at least one threaded portion (19) for adjustably supporting the actuating portion (12), wherein the actuating portion (12), for adjusting a force of the spring device (8) to the actuating arm assembly (6), is movable along the threaded portion (19) by rotating the actuating element (16) about the rotational axis (18), wherein the actuating element (16) is coupled to the threaded portion (19) via an angularly-movable coupling device (20), preferably a ball joint,
    characterized in that the actuating element (16) is configured to be moved by the angularly-movable coupling device (20) such that the angle (α), that the rotational axis (18) of the actuating element (16) and the fastening surface (5a, 5b) of the carrier (5) enclose to one another, can be, preferably steplessly, adjusted.
  2. The furniture fitting according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotational axis (18) of the actuating element (16) encloses an angle (α) larger than 5° and smaller than 80°, preferably an angle (α) larger than 10° and smaller than 50°, relative to the at least one fastening surface (5a, 5b) of the carrier (5).

  7. The furniture fitting according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that a housing (21) is provided for partially supporting the actuating element (16).
  8. The furniture fitting according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that at least one spring element (27) is provided for pressing the actuating element (16) against an abutment surface (23b).
  9. The furniture fitting according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the threaded portion (19) has a longitudinal axis (L) aligned substantially parallel to the at least one fastening surface (5a, 5b) of the carrier (5).
  10. The furniture fitting according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the rotational axis (18) of the actuating element (16) and a longitudinal axis (L) of the threaded portion (19) extend non-parallel to one another, wherein it is preferably provided that the rotational axis (18) of the actuating element (16) and the longitudinal axis (L) of the threaded portion (19) enclose an angle of between 10° and 60° to one another.
