Definitions
- the present invention relates to a basket arrangement with a basic basket and a mounting part and connecting supports, the basic basket having a basket bottom and side walls and receiving recesses for the connecting supports being formed in the side walls and in the mounting part, the mounting part distancing itself by means of the connecting supports which are releasably locked in the receiving recesses is attached or attachable from the base basket to the base basket.
- Generic basket assemblies are for example from AT 8270 U1 known. There they are referred to as dish racks. It is a modular basket with the base basket and the attachment part, with the attachment part and the base basket being connected to one another via the connecting supports. By using connecting supports of different lengths, modular baskets or basket arrangements can be created in which the base basket and the attachment part are attached to one another at different distances from one another. This can be used as a kind of modular system in which the overall height of the modular basket or the basket arrangement can be adapted to the objects to be stored in the interior of the basket arrangement or the modular basket.
- connection supports are snapped into the receiving recesses of the basic basket and the attachment part anchored. This has the disadvantage that such snap connections are often difficult to release and replacing the connecting supports or replacing the connecting supports with longer or shorter connecting supports can be relatively expensive.
- the object of the invention is to propose an improvement in this regard.
- the invention provides for this that the connecting supports are each locked or can be releasably locked in one of the receiving recesses of the side walls of the basic basket by means of a rotary lock and are locked or can be locked releasably in one of the receiving recesses of the attachment part by means of a rotary lock.
- the invention thus provides for the connecting supports to be anchored or locked in the receiving recesses of the side walls of the base basket and the attachment part, no longer by means of snap connections, as in the above-mentioned prior art, but by means of rotary locks.
- Such rotary locks can be designed to be much easier to detach, so that the connection supports can be replaced much more easily than in the prior art mentioned.
- the connecting supports are rotatably mounted or can be mounted back and forth between a locked position and an unlocked position by means of the respective rotary lock in the respective receiving recess.
- the mounting part is preferably a mounting frame. This is a simple frame that encloses an opening and has no bottom.
- basket arrangements according to the invention can be constructed from baskets or basic baskets connected to one another by means of the connecting supports.
- the attachment part is a attachment basket with a basket base and side walls, the receiving recesses of the attachment basket being arranged in its side walls.
- the rotary locks are conveniently countersunk in the respective receiving recess.
- the receiving recess could also be designed as an elongate receiving channel both in the attachment part and in the side walls of the basic basket. Due to the fact that the rotary lock is sunk into the receiving recess, the connecting supports have to be pushed a little way into the respective receiving recess in order to then lock them, which means that the connecting supports are supported on the wall areas of the side walls of the base basket or attachment part surrounding the receiving recesses becomes. This is favorable for the overall stability of the basket arrangement according to the invention.
- FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a basket arrangement according to the invention with a base basket 1 and a mounting part 2 and connecting supports 3, the base basket 1 having a basket base 4 and side walls 5 and in the side walls 5 and in the mounting part 2 receiving recesses 6 and 7 for the Connection supports 3 are formed, the attachment part 2 being fixed to the base basket 1 at a distance from the base basket 1 by means of the connection supports 3 releasably locked in the receiving recesses 6 and 7 .
- the connecting supports 3 are releasably locked in one of the receiving recesses 6 of the side walls 5 of the base basket 1 by means of a twist lock 8 and releasably locked in one of the receiving recesses 7 of the attachment part 2 by means of a twist lock 8 .
- the connecting supports 3 are supported or can be supported by means of the respective rotary lock 8 in the respective receiving recess 6 or 7 so that they can rotate back and forth between a locked position and an unlocked position.
- Basket assemblies according to the invention could also be referred to as modular baskets or simply as a modular basket.
- the basket arrangements are created by assembling the base basket 1 and the attachment part 2 accordingly of the connection supports 3, whereby the attachment part 2 can be attached to the base basket 1 at different heights or at different distances from the base basket 1 by means of connection supports 3 of different lengths.
- Basket arrangements according to the invention can easily be adapted to the size or height of the objects to be stored in the basket arrangement.
- Basket arrangements according to the invention can be used, for example, as crockery baskets, for example for glasses or plates, but also as so-called industrial baskets for keeping and storing various technical objects in them, or simply as a storage basket and/or transport basket.
- the concept of the basket could also be replaced by that of the crate, i.e. one could speak of crate arrangements or modular crates or simply of modular crates.
- basket base 4 of the base basket 1 is known Is formed like a grid or at least has any openings.
- the side walls 5 of the base basket can also have openings or can also be designed in the manner of a lattice.
- the base basket 1, the mounting part 2 and the connection supports 3 as well as the coding body 26 are conveniently made of plastic.
- it can be an injection molded part.
- the entire basket assembly is made of plastic.
- connection support 3 can be releasably locked simultaneously in one of the receiving recesses 6 of the side walls 5 of the base basket 1 and in one of the receiving recesses 7 of the attachment part 2 by means of a single rotary movement by means of the respective rotary lock 8 .
- the rotary movement advantageously takes place about a longitudinal axis of the respective connecting support 3.
- connection supports 3 are thus unlocked and shown pulled out of the respective receiving recesses 6 and 7 of the side walls 5 of the base basket 1 and the attachment part 2.
- the connecting supports 3 can be replaced by other connecting supports 3, in particular by longer or shorter connecting supports 3, in order to attach the attachment part 2 to the base basket 1 at a different height or at a different distance from it.
- the mounting part 2 is designed as a mounting frame. This encloses a central opening in the form of a frame, but has no floor itself.
- a basket arrangement according to the invention could also have a basket with a basket base and side walls as the attachment part 2, with the receiving recesses of the attachment basket being arranged in its side walls.
- the attachment basket could also be constructed in the same way as the base basket 1, for example.
- the basket arrangement according to the invention would then have several have baskets stacked on top of one another and fixed to one another at a distance from one another by means of the connecting supports 3 .
- connecting supports 3 per basket arrangement can of course vary. It is not necessary, as is realized here, to provide two connecting supports 3 per side wall 5 of the base basket 1 .
- the positioning of the connecting supports 3 in the side walls 5 of the base basket 1 and the mounting part 2 can deviate from the exemplary embodiment shown here. For example, it would also be conceivable to move the connecting supports 3 to the corner areas of the side walls 5 of the base basket 1 and the attachment part 2, but also further to the central areas of the respective side wall 5.
- the coding body 26 optionally provided here and its functions will be discussed separately further below.
- a in the 2 , 3 and 4 illustrated label holder 16 may be provided. As realized in the exemplary embodiment shown here, this can be attached to one of the side walls 5 of the basic basket 1, for example by means of a clip 17.
- FIG. 12 shows a plan view of the basket assembly from FIG 1 .
- 6 shows the vertical section along the section line AA figure 5 and 7 a detailed view of area B Fig. 6.
- Fig. 8 shows one 6 analog section, but only the base basket 1 is shown.
- 9 shows only the attachment part 2 in an analogous section.
- 10 shows area C 8 enlarged.
- 11 the area D 9 enlarged.
- the connection supports 3 used here in this exemplary embodiment of the invention are shown, where 14 the cut shows along the section line EE.
- the Figures 15 and 16 show a look into the receiving recess 6 or 7, the twist lock 8, wherein 15 represents the unlocked position in which the connection support 3 can be pulled out of the receiving recess 6 or 7, respectively.
- the rotary locks 8 in the receiving recesses 6 of the side walls 5 of the base basket 1 are identical in design to the rotary locks 8 in the receiving recesses 7 of the mounting part 2.
- the Figures 15 and 16 both the rotary lock 8 in the receiving recess 6 of the side walls 5 and in the receiving recesses 7 of the mounting part 2.
- the invention as also realized in the exemplary embodiment shown here, provides that the rotary locks 8 are each formed from a rotary locking part 9 formed on the connecting support 3 and a rotary locking part 10 formed in the receiving recess 6 or 7 .
- the invention preferably also provides that the rotary locking part 9 formed on the connecting support 3 can be inserted into the rotary locking part 10 formed in the receiving recess 6 or 7 in the or an unlocked position and can be pulled out of it and locked in the or a locked position. This is also implemented in this way in the exemplary embodiment shown here.
- the rotary locks 8, which are identical in the two receiving recesses 6 and 7 in the preferred embodiment as well as in this embodiment, advantageously allow, as is also realized here, that the respective connecting support 3 can be fixed simultaneously in one of the receiving recesses 6 of the Side walls 5 of the base basket 1 and in one of the receiving recesses 7 of the mounting part 2 can be releasably locked.
- the rotary locks 8 can be designed in such a way that they have stops both in the locked position and in the unlocked position. In these embodiments, the connection supports 3 can then only be rotated back and forth between the unlocked position and the locked position.
- preferred embodiments such as the one implemented here provide that each of the rotary locks 8 has a sequence of alternately successive locked positions and unlocked positions, with the respective connecting support 3 being rotated further in a single direction of rotation successively into one of the locked positions and into a the unlocked one Positions can be brought.
- the rotary locks 8 could also be referred to as locking devices or as a locking device.
- the connection supports 3 could also be referred to as uprights, connectors or intermediate pieces. Conveniently, they are elongated. Your twist-lock parts 9, which are provided to form the twist-lock 8 according to the invention, are advantageously located at opposite ends of the connecting supports 3.
- the connecting supports 3 are advantageously offered in different lengths.
- the rotary locking devices 8 used in basket arrangements according to the invention can in principle be configured very differently.
- it can also be a threaded or screw connection, a type of bayonet catch or the like.
- preferred embodiments of the invention provide that when the connecting supports 3 are turned between the locked position and the unlocked position, there is no lift in the longitudinal direction of the connecting supports 3, so that the attachment part 2 always remains the same distance away from the base basket 1 when locking or unlocking.
- the rotary locking part 10 formed in the receiving recess 6 or 7 has at least one bead 11 and the rotary locking part 9 formed on the connecting support 3 has at least one pair of clamping bodies 13 delimiting a bead receiving recess 12, 14, wherein the bead 11 can be clamped in the locked position in the bead receiving recess 12 between the clamping bodies 13, 14, preferably elastically.
- the rotary locking part 10 formed in the receiving recess 6 or 7 has a sequence of beads 11 arranged in one plane and the rotary locking part 9 formed on the connecting support 3 has at least one pair, preferably a number of pairs corresponding to the number of beads 11, one Bead receiving recess 12 delimiting, clamping bodies 13, 14, wherein the, preferably all, beads 11 in the locked position in one of the bead receiving recesses 12 between the clamping bodies 13, 14 can be clamped.
- This also makes it possible to form a sequence of alternately consecutive locked positions and unlocked positions, with the respective connecting support 3 being successively brought into one of the locked positions and into one of the unlocked positions by rotating further in a single direction of rotation.
- connection support 3 is turned to bring it from the locked position to the unlocked position or vice versa.
- beads 11 are in the Figures 6 to 11 and 15 and 16. Due to this arrangement of the beads 11 in one plane, no stroke in the longitudinal direction of the respective connection support 3 is generated during locking and unlocking.
- the beads 11 are arranged in a square. But this is just one example. Other polygons with a different number of beads 11 are also possible, for example, in order to realize the sequence of beads 11 arranged in a planar manner.
- each of the rotary locking parts 9 has a number of bead receiving recesses 12 corresponding to the number of beads 11 of the rotary connection part 10, which are each delimited by a pair of two clamping bodies 13 and 14.
- a bead 11 can be clamped, preferably elastically, in the bead receiving recess 12 by means of the clamping bodies 13 and 14 .
- the axis of rotation 32 is the axis about which the respective connection support 3 can be rotated from the unlocked to the locked position and vice versa.
- the clamping bodies 14 pointing in the direction of the center of the respective connection support 3, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the connection support 3, are formed in a kind of common plate-shaped structure in this exemplary embodiment, which does not necessarily have to be the case. In this case, however, it is favorable in any case if this plate-like structure has at least one cutout 18 .
- the function of the exemption 18 is explained in detail further below.
- the connecting supports 3 Before the connecting supports 3 can be turned from the unlocked to the locked position, they must first be pushed into the respective receiving recesses 6 or 7 so far that their rotary locking parts 9 can be locked in the receiving recesses 6 or 7 can come into engagement. This pushing in as well as pulling out takes place in the position shown in 15 to see is. In this position, the intermediate areas 19 can be guided past the beads 11 until the clamping bodies 13 have been pushed through between the beads 11 so far that a rotary movement about the axis of rotation 32 is then possible. If you turn from 15 the connecting support 3 about the axis of rotation 32, the clamping bodies 13 and 14 come into engagement with the respective bead 11, the bead 11 then coming to rest in the respective bead receiving recess 12 between the clamping bodies 13 and 14. By turning it far enough, the in 16 shown locked position is reached, in which the beads 11 are preferably held in the bead receiving recesses 12 between the clamping bodies 13 and 14 by elastic clamping. This position is also in the Figures 6 and 7
- the rotary locking parts 9 and 10 in reverse.
- the rotary locking parts 9 of the connection support 3 would have corresponding beads 11 and the rotary locking parts 10 of the receiving recess 6 and 7 of the side walls 5 and the attachment part 2 would have corresponding bead receiving recesses 12 with corresponding clamping bodies 13 and 14.
- water drainage openings 15 are formed in the connecting supports 3 for draining water penetrating into the receiving recess 6 or 7, in which the respective connecting support 3 is locked. This serves to ensure that, for example during washing or rinsing processes, water that may possibly enter the receiving recesses 6 or 7 does not reach the respective Rotary locks 8 stops.
- the water drainage openings 15 are provided in the connecting supports 3 in the exemplary embodiment shown. Water penetrating into the receiving recess 6 or 7 can flow through them and through the cut-out 18 from above and thus does not remain in the receiving recesses 6 or 7 above the connecting supports 3 or their rotary lock 8 .
- coding body 26 is an optional feature of the invention.
- it is used together with the coding body receptacle 27 to ensure that in an arrangement with at least two baskets 20 and 21 that can be stacked on top of one another, these baskets can only be stacked on top of one another in a single stacking position.
- the coding body 26 together with the coding body receptacle 27 prevents two baskets from being stacked on top of one another in different stacking positions.
- a stacked position of two baskets is a position in which the baskets are stacked on top of one another along their side walls and their side walls are aligned with one another or are brought into congruence with one another when viewed from above.
- a stacking position is not about arranging the baskets in a criss-cross pattern, for example.
- the stacked arrangement of the baskets in a stacked position is therefore only possible if the coding body 26 can be inserted far enough into the coding body receptacle 27 .
- This can be achieved by various measures.
- the coding body 26 is the only coding body 26 of the lower basket 20 and the coding body receptacle 27 is the only coding body receptacle 27 of the upper basket 21 .
- the coding body receptacle 27 it is just as possible for the coding body receptacle 27 to be the only opening in the underside 24 of the side walls 23 of the upper basket 21 into which the coding body 26 can be pushed far enough or even fits.
- the example in 1 shown basket arrangement according to the invention consisting of the base basket 1 and attached thereto by means of the connecting supports 3 attachment part 2, can form both a lower basket 20 and an upper basket 21.
- these reference symbols are in Figures 1 and 2 already drawn.
- the lower basket 20 to have a base basket 1 and a mounting part 2 and connecting supports 3, with the base basket 1 having the basket floor 4 of the lower basket 20 and side walls 5 of the base basket 1 and in the side walls 5 of the base basket 1 and Receiving recesses 6, 7 for the connecting supports 3 are formed in the mounting part 2, the mounting part 2 being fastened to the basic basket 1 at a distance from the basic basket 1 by means of the connecting supports 3 arranged in the receiving recesses 6, 7, and the side walls 22 of the lower basket 20 being fixed to the side walls 5 of the base basket 1, the attachment part 2 and the connecting supports 3 are formed and the coding body 26 is arranged on a top side 25 of the attachment part 2 pointing away from the base basket 1.
- the side walls 22 of the lower basket 20 or the side walls 23 of the upper basket 21 are each formed from the side walls 5 of the respective basic basket 1 and the respective mounting part 2 as well as the respective connecting supports 3.
- the coding body 26 of the lower basket 20 is then arranged on the upper side 25 of the side wall 22 of the lower basket 20 and thus on the upper side 25 of the attachment part 2 of the lower basket 20 .
- the coding body receptacle 27 is then formed in these cases on the underside 24 of at least one side wall 5 of the base basket 1 of the upper basket 21 .
- the coding body 26 is fastened or can be fastened in one of the receiving recesses 7 for the connecting supports 3 . It is also favorable if, as is also realized here, one, preferably precisely one or in other words only one, of the receiving recesses 6 for the connecting supports 3 forms the coding body receptacle 27 .
- the coding body 26 is fixedly attached to the respective upper side 25 of the side walls 22 of the lower basket 20 in each case.
- preferred embodiments such as the one shown here, provide that the coding body 26 can be fastened to the upper side 25 of the side wall 22 of the respective lower basket 20 by means of a non-destructively detachable fastening device 28 .
- the fastening device 28 is preferably designed for tool-free fastening of the coding body 26 on or on the upper side 25 of the side wall 22 of the lower basket 20 in each case. Provision is preferably also made for the fastening device 28 to be designed for tool-free detachment from the upper side 25 of the side wall 22 of the lower basket 20 in each case.
- fastening device 28 Even if there are other ways of designing the fastening device 28, e.g. in the form of bayonet locks, screw connections and the like, preferred embodiments such as the one shown here provide for the coding body 26 to be attached by means of a snap connection 29 on or on the upper side 25 of the Side wall 22 of each lower basket 20 can be fastened or fastened.
- Coding body 26 is in the Figures 17, 18 and 19 shown individually. 17 shows a side view, 18 a top view and 19 shows the section along the section line FF 18 .
- the coding body 26 is fastened to the upper side 25 of the side wall 22 of the respective lower basket 20 by means of a snap connection 29 .
- the elastic hooks 30 realized for this purpose in this exemplary embodiment on the coding body 26 are in the 17, 18 and 19 good to see. In the exemplary embodiment shown here, these elastic hooks 30 are snapped into corresponding undercuts 31 in the receiving recesses 6 of the mounting part 2 to form the snap connection 29 and thus for attachment to the upper side 25 of the respective lower basket 20 .
- the undercuts 31 are, for example, in the Figures 9 and 11 good to see.
- These snap-on connections 29 are fastening devices 28 which enable the coding body 26 to be fastened and detached without the use of tools or in a non-destructive manner.
- 21 the cut GG, 22 the cut HH, 23 the cut II and 24 shows the section JJ.
- 25 12 now shows a section through an arrangement with the two baskets 20 and 21 stacked on top of one another in the region of the coding body 26.
- the only possible stacking position is shown, in which the coding body 26 has penetrated the coding body receptacle 27 correspondingly far.
- both the lower basket 20 and the upper basket 21 each consist of a base basket 1, the corresponding mounting part 2 and the connecting supports 3.
- the side walls 22 and 23 of the lower basket 20 and the upper basket 21 are therefore also formed from the corresponding side walls 5 of the respective basic basket 1, the respective mounting parts 2 and the respective connecting supports 3.
- FIG. 27 now shows an example of a corresponding section 26 , which shows what happens when an attempt is made to use the to stack the two baskets 20 and 21 on top of one another in a different stacking position.
- the coding body 26 encounters a receiving recess 6.
- its opening cross section 33 is so small that the coding body 26 with its cross-sectional area 35 does not fit into this small opening cross section 33.
- the collision identified by the reference number 36 thus occurs, so that these baskets 20 and 21 cannot be stacked one on top of the other in this position, which deviates from the only possible stacking position.
- the coding body 26 is designed in a different color than the side wall 22 of the lower basket 20 on which it is arranged. In this way, the person stacking the baskets on top of each other can easily see in which direction the baskets must be stacked on top of each other.
Description
The present invention relates to a basket arrangement with a basic basket and a mounting part and connecting supports, the basic basket having a basket bottom and side walls and receiving recesses for the connecting supports being formed in the side walls and in the mounting part, the mounting part distancing itself by means of the connecting supports which are releasably locked in the receiving recesses is attached or attachable from the base basket to the base basket.
The object of the invention is to propose an improvement in this regard.
Based on an above-mentioned generic basket arrangement, the invention provides for this that the connecting supports are each locked or can be releasably locked in one of the receiving recesses of the side walls of the basic basket by means of a rotary lock and are locked or can be locked releasably in one of the receiving recesses of the attachment part by means of a rotary lock.
The invention thus provides for the connecting supports to be anchored or locked in the receiving recesses of the side walls of the base basket and the attachment part, no longer by means of snap connections, as in the above-mentioned prior art, but by means of rotary locks. Such rotary locks can be designed to be much easier to detach, so that the connection supports can be replaced much more easily than in the prior art mentioned.
Advantageously, it is provided that the connecting supports are rotatably mounted or can be mounted back and forth between a locked position and an unlocked position by means of the respective rotary lock in the respective receiving recess.
In this type of locking is thus provided that a simple rotation of the respective connection support to Adjusting between the locked position and the unlocked position is sufficient. In the locked position, the connecting supports are then fastened or fixed in the respective receiving recess. In the unlocked position, they can be removed from the respective receiving recess of the attachment part or the base basket or its side walls.
In principle, it is conceivable that the rotary lock in the locked position and also in the unlocked position each have stops over which they cannot be rotated any further. In such embodiments, the connecting posts must necessarily be moved back and forth between the locked position and the unlocked position in order to open or lock the twist-lock. Basket arrangements according to the invention are particularly easy to handle, however, if it is provided that each of the rotary locks has a sequence of alternately consecutive locked positions and unlocked positions, with the respective connecting support being rotated consecutively into one of the locked positions and into a the unlocked positions can be brought. In these preferred embodiments, it does not matter which direction one rotates the connector post to move from the locked to the unlocked position or vice versa.
The mounting part is preferably a mounting frame. This is a simple frame that encloses an opening and has no bottom. For the sake of completeness, however, it should also be pointed out that basket arrangements according to the invention can be constructed from baskets or basic baskets connected to one another by means of the connecting supports. In In these cases it can then be provided that the attachment part is a attachment basket with a basket base and side walls, the receiving recesses of the attachment basket being arranged in its side walls.
In preferred embodiments of the basket arrangements according to the invention, the rotary locks are conveniently countersunk in the respective receiving recess. In this sense, the receiving recess could also be designed as an elongate receiving channel both in the attachment part and in the side walls of the basic basket.
Further features and details of preferred embodiments of the invention are explained below using an exemplary embodiment. It should be pointed out here that the individual features of this exemplary embodiment are not necessarily linked to the other features of this exemplary embodiment, but can also be combined in other combinations or individually with the basic idea of the invention.

Basket assemblies according to the invention could also be referred to as modular baskets or simply as a modular basket. The basket arrangements are created by assembling the
If these basket assemblies are not only used for storing and/or transporting, but also for washing or rinsing and/or for drying the objects stored in them, it is advantageous if the
The

In this as well as in other preferred embodiments, the mounting
The number of connecting

Advantageously, the invention, as also realized in the exemplary embodiment shown here, provides that the

The rotary locks 8, which are identical in the two receiving
It was already explained at the outset that the
In the embodiment shown here, the

The clamping
Deviating from the exemplary embodiment shown here, it would of course also be possible to design the
In preferred embodiments of the invention it can also be provided that, as also realized here,

In preferred variants of the invention, there is an arrangement with at least two
The stacked arrangement of the baskets in a stacked position is therefore only possible if the

In principle, it is conceivable that the
