Definitions

  • the invention relates to a floor wiping device according to claim 1
  • a floor wiper having a handle and a wiping pad attached to the handle is shown.
  • a wiping cloth can be attached to the wiping plate.
  • the tabs attached to the wiping textile are inserted into the wiping plate.
  • the wiping plate has two clamps, each of which can pivot about the longitudinal direction of the wiping plate. The clamps can be opened and closed again by means of this pivoting movement. The clamps are attached to those points on the wiping plate where the tabs of the wiping cloth are located. When performing the pivoting movement to close the clamps, the tabs of the wiping cloth are clamped and the wiping cloth is thus fastened to the wiping plate.
  • clamps pivot about the longitudinal direction of the mop board, they are attached approximately to the longitudinal edge of the mop board. However, both clamps need not be placed on the same longitudinal edge. When the clamps are attached to the two opposite longitudinal edges, they pivot in the opposite direction from each other.
  • One result of the clamps attached to the edges is that the contact surface of the wiping plate is larger when the clamps are open and the space required for the wiping plate also increases.
  • a floor mopping device is also from U.S. 5,218,734A known.
  • the invention relates to a floor wiping device with a plate-like carrier part and at least one holding device arranged on the carrier part for detachably arranging a wiping textile on the carrier part, which serves as a wiping plate.
  • the floor wiping device is characterized in that the holding device has a sliding part which can be moved in the plane of the carrier part from a first closed position to a second open position and vice versa, with an extension of the wiping textile being able to be fixed on the carrier part in the closed position and between the sliding part and the carrier part there is an opening for inserting or removing a wiping textile extension.
  • the floor wiping device according to the invention has the advantage that a wiping textile or wiping mop can be quickly assembled and disassembled on the floor wiping device. Due to the fact that the sliding part can be displaced in the plane of the carrier part, there are also no levers protruding from the carrier part, which can have a disruptive effect when wiping.
  • the sliding part can be moved in the longitudinal direction in or on the carrier part. This is a simple and practical construction that can be implemented in a space-saving manner. It is conceivable to bias the sliding part into the closed position by means of a spring.
  • the sliding part assumes a first latching position in the closed position and a second latching position in the open position.
  • the sliding part can take definable locking positions and is fixed in them.
  • the sliding part can only be moved from the respective detent position against resistance.
  • the wiping textile extension in the closed position there is a slot between the holding device and the carrier part, in which slot the wiping textile extension can be accommodated. This has the advantage that the wiping textile extension has some freedom of movement in the slot.
  • the sliding part expediently has an essentially U-shaped form. This has the advantage that the extension can be arranged between the legs of the U-shaped sliding part.
  • a recessed grip is advantageously provided on the upper side of the sliding part. In this way, the sliding part can be easily grasped and moved between the locking positions.
  • the carrier part comprises two carrier part wings, which are pivotably arranged on a central part.
  • Such a construction has the advantage that the carrier part wings can be of identical design.
  • the sliding part is advantageously fastened to the free end of the carrier part wing by means of a built-in part.
  • This has the advantage that the sliding part and built-in part are provided as a separate assembly and can be mounted on the intermediate piece in one work step.
  • the sliding part is expediently accommodated in the built-in part in a displaceable manner. This has the advantage that only the built-in part has to be attached to the intermediate piece. Together, the fitting and the sliding portion together define the end portion that is mounted to the distal end of the interface.
  • the carrier part wing comprises the above-mentioned end part, a connection part and an intermediate part. This means that a carrier part wing consists of three components, respectively. Assemblies is assembled.
  • the intermediate piece is advantageously an extruded aluminum part. This has the advantage that the mopping device is very stable and durable. In addition, in the unlikely event that an end part or connection part should become damaged, it can be replaced at any time without having to dispose of the entire mopping device.
  • the end part can expediently be inserted on the intermediate piece.
  • the intermediate piece preferably has lateral channels into which fastening pins of the end part can be inserted and fastened.
  • the sliding part and the built-in part are designed to define the first and second locking positions in the event of a relative displacement.
  • This has the advantage that these can be prefabricated as injection molded parts.
  • At least the sliding part or the mounting part expediently has latching elements which are designed to be elastic in some areas.
  • latching elements can be implemented inexpensively if the sliding part and mounting part are made of plastic.
  • a preferred embodiment provides that locking means are provided in order to releasably secure the sliding part in the closed position and in the open position. This can prevent the sliding part from being able to move unintentionally, i.e. under the weight of a saturated mop, from the closed position to the open position or vice versa.
  • a sliding part is preferably provided at each of the opposite ends of the carrier part, so that a cleaning mop can be attached to the cleaning device at two locations provided at a distance from one another.
