Claims (9)

  1. Membrane (1) pour une presse d'essorage pour du linge avec un disque de membrane (2), avec un bord (3) posé sur la circonférence externe du disque de membrane (2), dans laquelle la membrane (1) est constituée d'un matériau de type caoutchouc élastique, caractérisée en ce que le matériau de type caoutchouc élastique contient un composant antimicrobien.

  3. Membrane selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la membrane (1) contient du zinc-pyrithione.
  4. Membrane (1) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la membrane (1) contient au moins un des composants suivants : oxyde de zinc ou dithiphosphate de zinc.
  5. Membrane selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la membrane (1) contient un agent anti-vieillissement TMQ ou TMTI.
  6. Membrane selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la membrane (1) contient du N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazyl-sulfénamide ou du disulfure de tétrabenzylthiurame.
  7. Membrane selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le composant antimicrobien est réparti de manière homogène dans le matériau de type caoutchouc élastique (1).
  8. Membrane selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le composant principal de la membrane (1) est au moins un des polymères suivants :

    - polymère acylnitrile-butadiène (NBR)
    - caoutchouc chloroprène (CR)
    - Polyéthylène chlorsulfoné (CSM)
    - Élastomère styrène-butadiène (SBR).
  9. Membrane selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la membrane (1) est constituée des composants suivants :
    - polymère 100 parties
    - silice silanisée ou non silanisée 5-100 parties
    - oxyde de zinc 1-20 parties
    - acide stéarique 0,1-10 parties
    - agent anti-vieillissement TMQ 1-10 parties
    - agent anti-vieillissement ZMTI 1-10 parties
    - huile plastifiante paraffinique 0-80 parties
    - soufre 0-5 parties
    - dithiphosphate de zinc 0-5 parties
    - N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazyl-sulfénamide 0-5 parties
    - disulfure de tétrabenzylthiurame 0,5-40 parties.
