Claims (14)

  1. Chaussure de ski (1) comprenant :
    une coque (2) sensiblement rigide qui est formée afin de loger le pied de l'utilisateur, et a la partie inférieure structurée pour se coupler avec un dispositif de fixation de ski ;
    un collier (3) sensiblement rigide qui est formé pour entourer la partie inférieure de la jambe de l'utilisateur, et est assemblé, de manière pivotante, à la coque (2) afin de pouvoir osciller autour d'un axe de rotation (A) sensiblement perpendiculaire au plan médian de la chaussure ; et des moyens de fermeture de coque (12) adaptés pour serrer sélectivement la coque (2) contre le pied de l'utilisateur ;
    la coque (2) étant prévue, sur la partie haute, avec une ouverture principale (15) de laquelle la jambe de l'utilisateur sort, et avec une fente longitudinale (16) qui se ramifie à partir de ladite ouverture principale (15) et s'étend le long de la partie supérieure de la coque (2), vers la pointe avant (4) de la même coque (2) ; dans laquelle lesdits moyens de fermeture de coque (12) comprennent :
    une pluralité de languettes flexibles transversales (20) qui sont agencées à l'intérieur de la coque (2) à cheval et transversalement par rapport à un premier bord latéral plus long (16a) de la fente longitudinale (16) et sont fermement fixées à la coque (2) afin de s'étendre en porte-à-faux à l'intérieur de la fente longitudinale (16) vers un second bord latéral plus long (16b) de la fente longitudinale (16), opposé audit premier bord latéral plus long (16a) ;
    une série d'éléments de renvoi de câble sensiblement non déformables (21) qui sont positionnés sur la coque (2) le long de ou à proximité du second bord latéral plus long (16b) de la fente longitudinale (16) ; et
    un treuil d'enroulement de câble (22) qui est fixé sur la coque (2), à proximité du second bord latéral plus long (16b) de la fente longitudinale (16), ou sur l'une des languettes flexibles transversales (20) et est prévu avec un câble de serrage (23) qui sort du treuil d'enroulement de câble (22) et met en prise, d'une manière passante et librement coulissante, à la fois les extrémités distales des languettes flexibles transversales (20) et les éléments de renvoi de câble (21) .
  2. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle au moins l'une des languettes flexibles transversales (20) s'étend en porte-à-faux au-delà du premier bord latéral plus long (16a) de la fente longitudinale (16), jusqu'à atteindre et traverser la ligne médiane de la fente longitudinale (16).
  3. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la majorité des languettes flexibles transversales (20) s'étendent en porte-à-faux au-delà du premier bord latéral plus long (16a) de la fente longitudinale (16), jusqu'à atteindre et traverser la ligne médiane de la fente longitudinale (16).
  4. Chaussure de ski selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les éléments de renvoi de câble (21) sont répartis le long du second bord latéral plus long (16b) de la fente longitudinale (16), afin d'être en quinconce par rapport aux languettes flexibles transversales (20).
  5. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle chaque élément de renvoi de câble (21) est placé sur ou à proximité du second bord latéral plus long (16b) de la fente longitudinale (16), afin d'être aligné avec/de faire face à la rainure/évidement entre deux languettes flexibles transversales (20) adjacentes.
  6. Chaussure de ski selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les éléments de renvoi de câble (21) sont réalisés d'un seul tenant avec la coque (2).
  7. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle au moins un élément de renvoi de câble (21) se compose d'un(e) petit(e) pièce/segment agrandi(e) du bord de la coque (2) qui a une forme sensiblement tubulaire, et est dimensionné(e) pour être mis(e) en prise d'une manière passante et librement coulissante par un segment correspondant du câble de serrage (23).
  8. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle au moins un élément de renvoi de câble (21) est un œillet passant réalisé sur la coque (2), à proximité du second bord latéral plus long (16b) de la fente longitudinale (16).
  9. Chaussure de ski selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le treuil d'enroulement de câble (22) est positionné à proximité de ladite ouverture principale (15).
  10. Chaussure de ski selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les languettes flexibles transversales (20) ont une structure en forme de ruban et sont fermement fixées à la paroi latérale de la coque (2), à une distance donnée de ladite fente longitudinale (16).
  11. Chaussure de ski selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le câble de serrage (23) s'étend en zigzag à proximité du second bord latéral plus long (16b) de la fente longitudinale (16), mettant en prise, de manière alternée, les extrémités distales des languettes flexibles transversales (20) et les éléments de renvoi de câble (21) ; l'extrémité libre du câble de serrage (23) étant ancrée d'une manière rigide à la coque (2) à proximité de l'extrémité avant de la fente longitudinale (16).
  12. Chaussure de ski selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la coque (2) comprend, de plus, une guêtre de protection (25) qui ferme la fente longitudinale (16) et recouvre, en même temps, également lesdits moyens de fermeture de coque (12) .
  13. Chaussure de ski selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les languettes flexibles transversales (20) sont positionnées sur le côté interne de la coque (2), alors que le treuil d'enroulement de câble (22) est positionné sur le côté externe de la coque (2).
  14. Chaussure de ski selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la coque (2) comprend une coque rigide sensiblement en forme de cuvette oblongue (6) qui est formée afin de contenir le pied de l'utilisateur et est réalisée à partir de matière plastique et/ou composite.
