Claims (5)
- Un appareil de cuisson (1) comprenant une cavité de cuisson (2) dans laquelle sont placés les aliments à cuire ; un corps (3) sous la forme d'une boîte avec le côté avant ouvert qui entoure la cavité de cuisson (2) ; un panneau (4) qui est disposé sur le corps (3) ; un générateur de vapeur (5) qui est disposé sur le corps (3) ; un réservoir d'eau (7) qui est disposé sur le corps (3) et qui permet de délivrer de l'eau au générateur de vapeur (5) au moyen d'une ligne d'alimentation en eau (6) ; et une ouverture (8) qui est disposée sur le panneau (4) et qui permet d'accéder au réservoir d'eau (7), caractérisé par un couvercle (11) ayant une partie d'embouchure (9) qui permet la connexion de la ligne d'alimentation en eau (6) au réservoir d'eau (7), un logement (10) qui serre la partie de bouche (9), au moins un canal (12) qui est prévu sur la partie de bouche (9) et au moins une saillie (13) qui est prévue sur la surface du logement (10) en contact avec la partie de bouche (9) de façon à s'aligner avec ledit au moins un canal (12), dans lequel la saillie (13) est adaptée pour être logée dans le canal (12) de façon à fixer le logement (10) à la partie de bouche (9).
- Un appareil de cuisson (1) comme dans la déclaration 1, dans lequel le boîtier (10) est un boîtier conique (10).
- Un appareil de cuisson (1) comme dans la déclaration 1, dans lequel le logement (10) a presque le même diamètre que la partie de bouche (9).
- Dispositif de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le couvercle (11) est positionné de manière à recouvrir presque complètement le réservoir d'eau (7).
- Un appareil de cuisson (1) comme dans l'une quelconque des déclarations ci-dessus, dans lequel une pompe d'aspiration (14) assure le refoulement de l'eau du réservoir d'eau (7) vers le générateur de vapeur (5), une pompe de refoulement (15) assure le refoulement de l'eau en excès dans le générateur de vapeur (5) vers le réservoir d'eau (7), et un élément de connexion (16) permet à l'eau passant par les pompes d'aspiration et de refoulement (14, 15) d'être refoulée vers la ligne de refoulement d'eau (6).
