Claims (4)

  1. Hermetische Verpackung für Lebensmittel, einschliesslich für solche, die Fette und Feuchtigkeit enthalten oder abgeben, hergestellt aus einem formbildenden Material, das aus einem Strukturmaterial und einer laminierten Schutzschicht besteht, die nur auf der Innenseite des Strukturmaterials angebracht ist, welche die Lebensmittel berührt, wobei die Verpackung Winkelelemente (8) in der Nähe des Bodens (1) zwischen den Seitenwänden (3, 6) der Verpackung hat, von denen jedes Winkelelement (8) aus zwei symmetrischen V-förmigen Segmenten (8a, 8b) besteht, wobei das eine Segment (8b) der beiden V-förmigen Segmente nur eine laminierte Schutzschicht enthält, während das andere (8a) dieser beiden Segmente beides hat, die Schicht des Strukturmaterials und die laminierte Schutzschicht, wobei zur Bildung der hermetischen Verpackung die Winkelelemente (8) und profilierte Konturelemente (4), die sich in den oberen Teilen beider Seiten der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (3, 6) befinden, zwischen die angrenzenden Doppelwände eingefügt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Teil der Doppelwand im Verhältnis zur Innenwand vergrößert ist und die Stütze der gesamten Verpackung bildet, wodurch Kontakte zwischen dem Boden (1) und der Oberfläche, auf der die Verpackung platziert wird, vermieden werden.
  2. Hermetische Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht aus einem biologisch abbaubaren Polymer oder einem biologisch abbaubaren Filmmaterial besteht.
  3. Hermetische Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (3b, 6b) mit Verriegelungslöchern (7) zum Festklemmen eines Deckels versehen sind.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer hermetischen Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, bei dem zuvor eine Stanzform mit einer laminierten Schicht hergestellt wird mit weiterer Formierung der Verpackung entlang der Faltlinie (2), die die Seitenwände (3, 6) vom Boden (1) trennt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Pressen des Verpackungsbodens (1) gleichzeitig die doppelten Seitenwände geformt werden, zwischen denen die eine Membran (8b) bildenden Winkelelemente (8) und die zwischen den Seitenwänden (3, 6) befindlichen profilierten Konturelemente (4) eingefügt werden und die Außenwände nach der Bildung dem Boden (1) gegenüber vergrößert werden.
